在济南市城区对大气降尘及不同污染端元样品进行采集,系统分析了大气降尘和污染端元元素含量特征,并对大气降尘空间分布及污染来源进行研究。结果表明:不同污染端元中元素含量差别明显,燃煤尘中As、Cd、F、Pb是汽车尾气尘的3倍以上,是交通尘、冶炼尘、建筑尘等其他端元尘的1.26~2.35倍,对环境影响较大;汽车尾气尘中Cr、Ni、S、Zn含量最高,冶炼尘中Co、Ni、Pb、F含量偏高,而建筑尘中多数元素含量为所有端元尘中最低。与土壤背景值相比,济南市大气降尘中Cr、Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd、F、S富集程度较高,受到不同程度人为污染;相关分析和因子分析结果表明,Cd、Cu、Hg、Pb、As主要来源于企业燃煤,大气降尘中这些元素高含量区与热电厂、冶炼厂、化工厂等燃煤污染源空间分布相一致;F、S可能与汽车尾气排放有关,而As、Cr主源于交通污染,这3种污染源是济南市大气降尘污染的主要来源,对降尘的贡献约占60.42%。研究表明,工业燃煤排放已逐渐代替汽车尾气成为大气降尘中Pb元素的主要来源。 相似文献

分析山东省济南市趵突泉泉域的岩溶地下水水化学特征与水环境,揭示各化学指标的区域分布特征、时间变化特征以及相互转化关系,总结出济南地区地下水环境现状与演化规律。结果表明:济南市岩溶地下水水化学类型自东南向西北沿流场方向为:HCO3?SO4-Ca→HCO3?SO4-Ca?Mg→HCO3-Ca→HCO3-Ca?Mg;地下水NO〖_3^-〗-N浓度总体呈增高趋势,总硬度和TDS浓度较高,农业种植区大量使用化肥农药和企业污染物的排放,是引起济南市岩溶地下水水环境问题的主要原因。 相似文献

泉水作为济南市的城市名片,具有重要的经济和社会价值,把握泉域内突发污染质泄漏对其产生的影响至关重要。本文概化建立了济南市的水文地质概念模型,利用地下水非稳定流数值模型对济南市区泉群附近范围的地下水进行了分析研究,得到了济南市区泉域内地下水的时空分布规律及污染物运移特性。在此基础上,分析某新建项目污染质泄漏对地下水环境产生的影响,通过设置不同的横纵向弥散度对污染物运移特性进行探究。结果表明,在泉群附近区域内,污染物纵向运移过程中对流起主要作用,纵向弥散度的取值影响较小; 而污染物横向运移过程中弥散起主要作用,横向弥散度的取值影响较大。本研究成果对泉群附近的地下水环境保护及地下水污染防控具有重要借鉴意义。 相似文献

济南作为黄河流域高质量发展的中心城市,大规模的基础建设和资源消耗,导致经济发展与资源环境之间的矛盾加剧,对济南市资源环境进行承载潜力评价尤为重要。笔者从地学角度出发,综合考虑承载本底和承载状态,建立地质环境、地下水资源、矿产资源的承载潜力的评价指标体系,利用AHP和Arcgis10空间分析功能对济南市地质资源环境承载力进行评价,最后得出地质资源环境承载力评价结果。结果表明:济南市地质资源环境承载力等级绝大部分在中等以上,地质环境承载力整体较好,地下水资源承载力整体不高,地下水资源紧缺;各区县矿产资源承载力差异较大。 相似文献

A spatial and temporal analysis, at a city wide scale, is given of the main type of informal housing (favelas) in Rio de Janeiro.
Rapid change in the number and distribution of favelas and their inhabitants (favelados) over time is seen as the outcome
of two opposing sets of factors. Demand-led housing factors, including population growth and variations in levels of poverty
in the city, have constantly outstripped the supply side of the housing equation where inadequate housing policies and investment,
together with restricted building land have been characteristic. Added to these factors are a set of more specific developments
which shape the favela geography, including the timing and location of urban redevelopment, favela eradication and recognition,
transport development and access by the favelados to employment sources. Evidence shows that the contemporary distribution
of favelas in the city does not conform to spatial models of this urban form, and that any interpretation of the Rio favelas,
including their growth, development and diversity, needs to be space and time specific.

While a couple of decades ago homeownership used to be a privilege of the few, nowadays most households in developed countries are living in their own four walls. One of the reasons behind this shift are government policies aimed at promoting homeownership and making it more financially feasible. Among these policies, there is a wide range of instruments reducing the costs of mortgage loan interest. Recently, the promotion of homeownership has also become an important issue in some of the former socialist countries. An example of that is a policy of the Polish government called “Family’s own home”. The aim of this policy was to provide financial support for young households who are particularly vulnerable to the difficult housing situation in Poland. Due to huge price increases between 2006 and 2008, and in connection with a short supply of rental housing, many households have been unable to find an affordable dwelling in recent years. The “Family’s own home” policy, initiated in 2007, was the government’s response to this problem. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the outcomes of this policy, which was terminated at the end of 2012 because of a public finance crisis. Three research questions are addressed: (1) what was the relationship between government support and residential construction, housing prices, and mortgage loan interest rate, (2) what was the spatial distribution of government support, and (3) how was it related to the spatial distribution of housing prices, incomes, and housing affordability? 相似文献

根据济南市总体发展规划,针对济南城区和400km^2的规划新区,结合济南地区地质条件和地形、地貌特征,通过对济南地区工程地质特征分析、不良工程地质问题及地质灾害评价,论述了济南地区不同地段的工程地质特点及工程地质性质,利用加权平均值法对工程建设适宜性进行了评价,将济南城区和400km^2的规划新区划分为适宜区、较适宜区、适宜性差区和不适宜建设区四类。根据济南城市规划,划分为中心城区、东部产业带、西部片区、北部片区4个主要功能区,按不同区域工程地质条件对城市规划建设提出了建设建议。 相似文献
