同一行政主体省际边缘区县域经济空间演进规律的总结和归纳对于多省份间的地域分工、产业协作、制度联合及跨省域区域规划具有重要的决策指导意义。该文应用数理统计和空间探索性分析,对2000-2011年安徽省际边缘区县域经济的时空演变特征进行了实证分析。结果表明:地区间发展不平衡,皖浙、皖苏南地区形成极化中心且极化效应不断增强,H-H型单元集中于皖浙和皖苏南地区,L-L型单元集中于皖豫和皖鄂地区;区域整体差异的主导因素由地区内差异向地区间差异转变。总结了转型期安徽省际边缘区县域经济空间结构演进规律为点状离散—单核极化—内同外异,结合多省域制度政策、相关理论和区域发展条件对未来的空间演进提出3条优化路径,包括跨区域分工协作与区域一体化、"多核驱动"与"极带延伸"以及边缘核心化与制度网络化。  相似文献

通过构建省际边界区经济发展差异指数,结合空间自相关模型对省际边界区县域经济发展差异格局进行分析,并利用全局回归(OLS)模型和地理加权回归模型(GWR)对省际边界县域经济发展差异影响因素的空间异质性进行研究。结果表明,中国省际边界区县域经济发展具有显著的空间集聚性,边界经济发展差异较大的地区集中在蒙甘边界,蒙宁边界和陕蒙边界地区。政府宏观调控因子与西部地区县域经济发展差异呈负相关趋势,教育发展水平对县域经济发展差异影响呈现出贫困与发达地区二元分异,边界的紧凑度、地形起伏度、交通优势度与产业结构因子对县域经济发展差异指数呈现出正相关趋势。本文具体分析了在不同省际边界县域内,各影响因素对县域经济发展差异指数的影响程度差异和作用方向差异,为合理调控不同地区发展要素、缩小省际边界地区经济发展差异、制定不同省际边界县域发展策略提供科学依据。  相似文献

整合ESDA和GWR 模型,以徐州都市圈为例,分析了2005~2014年成长型都市圈产业结构转型城镇空间响应强度及其影响因素的时空异质性特征,发现:① 研究期内徐州都市圈产业结构转型城镇空间响应程度不断增强,同期各县域间差异呈持续增大趋势;② 徐州都市圈产业结构转型城镇空间响应强度差异格局的多尺度性特征显著。城乡尺度上,呈现以地级市市区为中心向外围降低的圈层式区域格局;省际边界区域尺度上,呈现向鲁南>皖北>苏北>豫东的区域格局演变趋势;③ 强响应县域主要向京沪铁路沿线地区集聚,城镇空间扩展轴线正在形成。弱响应县域在皖苏、豫皖边界地区集中,形成了产业结构转型城镇空间响应强度较低走廊;④ HH型县域主要集中于地级市市区及其周围地区,LL型县域在豫皖苏边界区域的黄河故道沿线地区集聚,表明南北差异正成为徐州都市圈产业结构转型城镇空间响应强度关联性差异的主要表征;⑤ 徐州都市圈产业结构转型城镇空间响应的主要影响因素作用程度呈现对外开放>经济水平>创新能力>政府调控能力的特征,且空间不均衡性显著。  相似文献

利用中国县域统计年鉴(乡镇卷)和中国GDP空间分布公里网格数据集等各类数据,采用因子分析、莫兰指数和GIS分组分析法,对广东省市际边界城镇发展的空间类型进行定量的实证研究。结果表明,广东省市际边界城镇空间结构由公共服务设施与旅游资源类、企业与人口集聚类、生态本底资源类、人民生活水平类以及边缘艰苦类5个主成分因子构成,不同主因子的空间关联性存在差异,其中生态本底资源类和企业与人口集聚类主因子的空间关联性最强,而边缘艰苦类主因子的空间关联性最弱。市际边界城镇的空间发展类型可以划分为高生活水平型发展强镇、产业与人口集聚型发展强镇、产业与公服配套型发展强镇、公服滞后型发展强镇、生态发展型一般镇、生态与旅游型发展一般镇、边缘山区型发展弱镇7类。自然资源禀赋与区位、社会经济发展水平和产业结构、历史基础、政府政策和文化差异为影响市际边界城镇发展空间类型的5大因素。  相似文献

省际边缘区经济差异是区域经济差异研究关注的新领域。论文采用全局与局部空间自相关分析方法,对1996~2005年淮海经济区经济差异的时空特征、趋势及驱动机制进行了初步探索。结果表明:①淮海经济区发展水平相似的县域在空间上两极分化并集聚的态势与经济差异的演化趋势基本一致,表明空间极化成为该区域空间结构的演变趋势;②HH型县域显著向鲁南集中,LL型县域显著向皖北、豫东集中,表明东西差异成为淮海经济区经济差异的主要表征;③包括投资能力、增长速度、产业结构等在内的经济动力机制、空间作用机制、边缘区发展政策、省际边界阻隔机制等是淮海经济区经济差异变动的主要驱动机制。  相似文献

基于RESSIC框架构建海洋经济发展质量评价体系,采用坎蒂雷赋权法和TOPSIS模型测度中国海洋经济发展质量,并分析其时空演进特征,在此基础上利用Tobit回归模型识别影响因素.研究发现:1)2006-2017年中国海洋经济发展质量整体呈稳步上升态势,韧性呈波动上升趋势,海洋经济的安全性和包容性亟待提升;2)中国海洋经济发展质量呈现由低水平"俱乐部收敛"向高水平均衡发展演变轨迹,低水平省(市、区)对高水平省(市、区)形成"追赶效应",省际相对差异趋于缩小;3)海洋经济发展质量空间分布呈现由低水平集聚向高水平集聚演进趋势,在空间上形成以环渤海地区、长三角地区和珠三角地区为核心的三极格局;4)海陆经济发展水平、海洋产业结构、海洋科技创新水平对海洋经济发展质量具有显著的正向作用,海洋环境规制和海洋人力资本水平对海洋经济发展质量提升具有一定的抑制作用.提高海陆经济发展水平、科学调整海洋产业结构、全面提升海洋科技创新水平对于实现海洋经济高质量发展具有重要意义.  相似文献

以县域为基本研究单元,应用统计分析法和空间分析法,以人均地区生产总值为指标,分析1996—2009年间环渤海地区县域经济的时空分异特征。结果表明,环渤海地区经济实力不断增强,产业结构呈现高级化趋势;县际经济发展水平差距大,部分县域人均GDP处于极端高水平;1996—2009年间,县域人均GDP的绝对差异增大而相对差异波动性缩小,省间差异是区域差异的主要组成部分;人均GDP空间自相关显著,经济发展热点区和冷点区的空间集聚特征增强。基于1996年各县人均GDP及1996—2009年间人均GDP增长差异,将环渤海地区划分为基础好增长较快型、基础中等增长较快型等6种类型。  相似文献

采用NPP/VIIRS夜间灯光数据表征经济发展水平,结合空间自相关分析方法对湘、鄂、赣省际交界区县域经济空间格局进行可视化分析,利用地理加权回归模型(GWR)分析相关影响因素的空间异质性。结果表明:湘鄂赣交界区县域经济存在明显的“金字塔”型等级特征,且低水平县(市)相对其他地区更靠近省界,边界效应特征表现突出;空间集聚性层次较低,具有“连片贫困”特征;热点地区大都位于湘、鄂、赣交界区外围地区,冷点地区位于广大的内部腹部地区,“内冷外热”两极分化的不平衡格局仍未能有效化解;劳动、资本、政府作用均具有积极作用,其中劳动投入与资本投入回归系数高值易集中于热点地区,低值则集中于冷点地区。政府作用影响效应一方面随着地区到中心城区距离的增加而依次递减,另一方面表现为省份间影响差异。交通水平与教育发展水平对经济发展差异影响呈现出正负两极分化特征。  相似文献

基于县域尺度,综合利用区位商和空间自相关方法,从区域类型和行业构成对安徽省103个县(市、区)现代服务业空间集聚特征进行研究。结果表明:现代服务业空间集聚与经济发展呈正相关关系并表现出核心-边缘的集聚特征,皖南山区呈现单核结构,沿江地区呈现"链状式"集聚,皖中地区呈现主次集聚中心,皖北地区呈现"四足鼎立"格局;三大类别服务业除公共性服务业在皖南山区的集聚地位被黄山区取代,其空间集聚特征与现代服务业总体上一致;10个现代服务行业主要形成以黄山市区、芜湖市区、合肥市区、蚌埠市区为中心的四大集聚地。  相似文献

利用空间自相关指数、经济平均增长指数和空间变差函数,分析1990年以来环渤海“C型”经济区经济格局的空间演变特征。结果表明:经济发展呈现显著空间自相关,高-高、低-低集聚度不断提高,京津唐都市圈、沈大经济带和山东半岛城市群成为经济发展的热点集中区,其他内陆县市和省际邻接地区是冷点集中区;经济增长空间集聚,高增长率转化快,热点区跃迁特征明显,1990~2000年呈不规则的团块状零散分布,2000~2010年呈带状集中分布于辽西北,省内经济差异不断缩小,而省际经济差异逐渐增大;经济发展的结构化分异显著,空间自组织性增强,大城市的辐射作用减弱,以东部沿海为中心,向周边多峰值递减,西南与西北内陆始终处于低谷。最后,从区域战略政策、经济产业基础、区位与交通条件探讨经济格局演化的驱动机制。  相似文献

The artesian springs of Tule Valley are similar to those of adjacent Snake Valley and Fish Springs Flat based on conductivity and temperature. All three valleys support Ranidae amphibians and the leechErpobdella punctata. The artesian springs in Snake Valley and Fish Springs Flat contain six and two species of fish and contained up to 18 and 12 species of mollusk respectively, whereas Tule Valley artesian springs contain neither fish nor mollusks. The leechesHelobdella stagnalis, Glossiphonia complanata, andHaemopis grandis were found in Snake Valley whereasHelobdella triserialis, Theromyzon rude, andHaemopis marmorata were found in Tule Valley. These springs which were covered by Lake Bonneville to a depth of several hundred meters, 16 000 BP., became isolated after the paleolake desiccated 13 000 years BP. The marsh snailCatinella is found above the paleolake level in Snake and Tule Valley and has not penetrated to the valley floor habitats once covered by the paleolake, whereas another marsh snailOxyloma has penetrated into these habitats in Snake Valley. The leech and molluscan distributions in Tule, Snake and Fish Springs Valleys suggest that the paleolake did not allow for much movement among the valleys, and successful passive aerial transport has not occurred after the paleolake desiccation 13 000 years BP. Paleozoological models are proposed to explain the presence and absence of these species in Tule Valley. Both lateral movement (along paleolake shorelines) and vertical movement (to new habitats formed after the desiccation of the paleolake) by amphibians, mollusks and leeches is restricted in large terminal lakes and is species dependent in both spatial and temporal scales of the hydrological cycle.  相似文献

Estimates of the number of undiscovered deposits on a statewide basis offer a different perspective on the nation's undiscovered resources of gold, silver, copper, lead, and zinc. Mean estimates of the number of undiscovered deposits statewide were extracted from the estimates of undiscovered deposits nationwide. More than 50 undiscovered deposits are estimated to occur in Alaska, Arizona, Nevada, and Wisconsin. Estimating the number of undiscovered deposits statewide serves as a measure of a state's total remaining mineral resources in known conventional deposit types.  相似文献

Northwestern California is prone to regional, high magnitude winter rainstorms, which repeatedly produce catastrophic floods in the basins of the northern Coast Ranges. Major floods on the Eel River in 1955 and 1964 resulted in substantial geomorphic changes to the channel, adjacent terraces, and tributaries. This study evaluated the changes and the effects of a moderate flood in 1997 through field observations and examination of aerial photographs that spanned from 1954 to 1996. The purpose was to document the nature and magnitude of geomorphic responses to these three floods and assess the rates and controls on the recovery of the Eel River and its tributaries. Channel widening from extensive bank erosion was the dominant geomorphic change along the lower Eel River during major floods. As a result of the 1964 flood, the largest amount of widening was 195 m and represented an 80% change in channel width. Channel narrowing characterized the periods after the 1955 and 1964 floods. More than 30 years after the 1964 flood, however, the river had not returned to pre-flood width, which suggests that channel recovery required decades to complete. A long recovery time is unusual given that the Eel River is located in an area with a “superhumid” climate and has an exceptionally high sediment yield. This long recovery time may reflect highly seasonal precipitation and runoff, which are concentrated in 3–5 months each winter. In contrast to the main stem of the Eel River, the dominant effects of floods on the tributaries of the Eel River were rapid aggradation of channel bed and valley floor followed by immediate downcutting. Dendrogeomorphic data, aerial photographs, and field observations indicate that thick wedges of gravel, derived largely from hillslope failures in upper reaches of the tributaries, are deposited at and immediately upstream of the mouths of tributaries as the stage of the Eel River exceeded that of the tributaries during major floods. In the waning stages of the flood, the tributaries cut through the gravel at a rate equal to the lowering of the Eel and generated unpaired terraces and nickpoints. The complete process of deposition and incision can occur within a few days of peak discharge. Although reworking of some sediment on the valley floor may continue for years after large floods, channel morphology in the tributaries appears to be a product of infrequent, high magnitude events. The morphology of the tributary channel also appears to be greatly influenced by the frequency and magnitude of mass wasting in headwater areas of small basins.  相似文献

Abstract

Significantly more women than men are registered voters in the United States, and a higher proportion of women voters actually cast ballots on election day. Yet the 106th Congress (1999-2001) includes only 56 women members, 12% of the total membership of the House and Senate. Likewise, women hold only 22% of the total seats in state legislatures. The purpose of this article is to examine this paradox. It first examines the history of the women's movement in the United States. It then turns to an evaluation of women's progress in gaining elected office. Finally it considers three primary obstacles to women gaining equitable representation: solidarity among women, political culture, and the single-member district system now employed in the United States.  相似文献

Scholarly attention devoted to global cities has emphasized their economic and political significance. Yet global cities are also deeply cultural and ideological in nature. Contrary to a long tradition of urban studies that views urban life as inherently alienating, this essay argues that the social and cultural diversity of global cities renders them mechanisms for the generation of tolerance and empathy. It opens with a brief review of global cities. Second, it traces the contours of cosmopolitanism as an ideology that fosters respect for social and cultural differences and a wider community of caring. Third, it reviews the empirical evidence of American global cities to make the case that their diversity leads them to generate a progressive cosmopolitan ethnics. It draws on the literature of social psychology, the work of Richard Florida, and indices of immigration, religious and linguistic diversity, homophobia, and voting patterns to substantiate the claim that cosmopolitan values are most evident and deeply rooted in globalized metropolitan centers.  相似文献
