二色桌片参是闽南粤东沿海的重要水产资源,其生物洗性物质的研究至今尚未见报道。本文对二色桌片参的基本组成分进行了检测,着重对其海参毒素进行了矣理化性质的初步研究,结果表明,二色桌片参含有生物活性很强的物质-皂苷,并发现其皂苷具有蓉光性,利用其荧光光谱可作为其提取纯度的佐证,并可作为一种快速的定量依据。  相似文献

从福建东山湾海区采集的二色桌片参的醇一醇提取液中分离出6种次生代谢产物,经IR、NMR、MS等结构测定技术测定,确定它们的化学结构为尿嘧啶,胸腺嘧啶、胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷、腺嘌呤核苷、神经酰胺和鞘类脂糖苷.6种次生代谢产物都是首次从二色桌片参中得到的.  相似文献

对海参纲动物--二色桌片参Mensamaris intercedens(Lampart)及其酶解液主要营养成分的测定表明,二色桌片参干品蛋白含量达85.98%,55g海参干粉经酶解成100mL后还原糖和游离氨基酸含量分别为535mg/LT6924mg/L,维生素A为939.3μg/L,维生素3.0mg/L。该海参酶解液可抑制体外培养的癌细胞生长,并有一定的逆转癌细胞恶性表型的作用。  相似文献

用二色桌片参(Mensamariaintercedens)酶解液处理转化的人胚肺成纤维细胞(NLF)后,细胞生长受到显著抑制,抑制率达64.84%,光镜下细胞透光性加强,铺展较好,细胞核形更为规则,核畸形现象减少;线粒体结构趋于正常;软琼脂集落实验表明,细胞集落形成率由23x10-5下降至12.5x10-5,裸小鼠致瘤实验显示抑瘤率为82.39%,差异显著(p<5%)。结果提示,二色桌片参酶解液可能逆转转化的HLF细胞的恶性表型,对其有一定的诱导分化作用。  相似文献

活性多糖是一种免疫增强剂,它能增强水产动物的非特异性免疫功能,提高机体抗病能力,而且具有无药物残留、无污染以及病原菌不产生抗药性等优点。本文按照多糖的来源及组成对其进行了分类,并且着重综述了活性多糖的免疫作用机理、活性多糖对水产动物的免疫功能的调节以及抗应激作用。在实际应用中活性多糖的活性受其剂量、作用时效、分子结构和给予方式等因素的影响,本文对此也进行了讨论,以期为该领域的研究工作与水产动物的健康养殖提供一些参考。  相似文献

研究了螺旋藻多糖(PS)对环磷酰胺(CY)引起的BALB/C小鼠造血功能等损伤的保护作用。当给小鼠CY时能同时给予PS时,就能大大减轻因给予CY经起的造血功能障碍;能明显减缓动物因使用CY的致的体重下降以及能明显减低因CY作用的死亡率,提示使用PS对预防或减轻化疗制剂的危害是具有明显作用的。为临床化疗、放疗病人使用PS提供了依据。  相似文献

"应激"是动物机体在外界环境或身体内部产生异常刺激时做出的各种生理应答反应的总和,它直接影响着鱼类的代谢、生长和免疫等多方面。肠道是鱼类消化吸收营养物质的重要场所,是"最大的免疫器官",也是鱼类与外界环境联系最紧密的部位之一。肠道的结构与功能正常与否直接关系到鱼类个体的健康。本文综述了应激对鱼类肠道组织形态及肠道菌群的影响,以及热应激蛋白、益生菌和益生元等在鱼类肠道损伤防护作用方面的研究进展,以期为深入研究鱼类肠道应激损伤防护机制提供参考。  相似文献

利用扫描电子显微镜对我国西沙群岛8种海参(棘辐肛参Actinopyga echinites、图纹白尼参 Bohadschia marmorata、黑海参 Holothuria atra、红腹海参 H.edulis、象牙参 H.fuscopunctata、黄乳海参 H.fuscogliva、格皮氏海参Pearsonothuria graeffei、糙刺参Stichopus horrens)背部皮层的骨片形态和种类进行观察和研究.结果表明,8种海参的骨片包括桌形体、假桌形体、花纹样体、穿孔板、杆状体、扣状体、假扣状体、C形体和X形体等9种类型.其中黑海参的杆状体以及格皮氏海参、黄乳海参、图纹白尼参和棘辐肛参的穿孔板为新发现的骨片形态,象牙参的骨片种类和形态为首次描述.  相似文献

对皱纹盘鲍的胃、直肠、消化腺、肾、鳃、心脏、外套膜、足等器官的亚显微结构进行了研究。结果表明 :(1 )各消化器官的组织结构中富含酶原颗粒和分泌颗粒 ,这些颗粒具有消化和抗病的功能 ;(2 )鳃和心肌的组织结构中富含线粒体 ,这与其活动量大密切相关 ;(3 )外套膜的组织结构中富含分泌颗粒 ,这些颗粒物质参与贝壳的形成和体液免疫 ;(4)肾实质中静脉呈网状分布 ,这与体液的有效过滤有关 ;(5 )腹足的肌纤维成束 ,并形成三维的网状结构 ,以适应匍匐与吸附的生活方式  相似文献

Ketoconazole is a fungicidal drug that inhibits function of cytochrome P450s in the synthesis of steroids. To examine if inhibition of P450 function affects gene expression in a dynamic manner, we conducted in vitro exposures of ovary tissue from fathead minnows (Pimephales promelas) to 0.5 microM ketoconazole to investigate effects on steroid production and gene expression over time. Expression of four key steroidogenesis genes was examined at 1, 6, and 12h of exposure. 11 beta- and 20 beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenases were down regulated at 1h and Cytochrome P450 17 was down-regulated at 12h, consistent with the absence of steroid production. In contrast, cytochrome P450 19A was up-regulated at 6h, indicating feedback regulation. Microarray analysis of 12h exposures indicated enrichment of biological processes involved in neurotransmitter secretion, lymphocyte cell activation, sodium ion transport, and embryonic development. These data suggest that, with the exception of cytochrome P450 19A, these steroid metabolic genes are regulated in a feed forward manner and that the effects of ketoconazole may be broader than anticipated based on the mechanism of action alone.  相似文献

The hydrodynamic properties of a pair of long floating pontoon breakwaters of rectangular section are investigated theoretically. The structures are partially restrained by linear symmetric moorings fore and aft. The fluid motion is idealized as linearized, two-dimensional potential flow. The breakwater motions are assumed to be two-dimensional, in surge, heave and pitch. The solution for the fluid motion is obtained by the boundary integral equation method using an appropriate Green's function. Numerical results are presented that illustrate the effects of the various wave and structural parameters on the efficiency of the breakwaters as barriers to wave action. It is found that the wave reflection properties of the structures depend strongly on their width, draft and spacing and the mooring line stiffnesses, while their excess buoyancy is of lesser importance.  相似文献

养殖对虾和海捕对虾肌肉一般组成的分析结果表明:两类对虾肌肉中各组分含量无显著差异。两类对虾肌肉提取物中游离氨基酸主要有Gly,Arg,Ala,Pro,Tau。提取物水解后,Asp和Glu量增加8—10倍说明提取物中有短肽存在。提取物中主要核苷酸是AMP和IMP两类对虾提取物中的氧化三甲胺和甜菜碱含量相差较大。  相似文献

海浪组成波中的四波共振时满足谱作用量、谱能量及动量守恒,在变分同化所建立的波谱共轭方程中,对应于非线性波波相互作用源函数Boltzman积分形式,本文建立了其共轭源函数满足的守恒关系;实际海浪计算时广泛采用Hasselmann et al.(1985)的参数化方法,本文给出其综合作用表示式,证明也满足谱作用量、谱能量及动量守恒,并进一步导出了其共轭源函数中存在的守恒量。所有的共轭源函数守恒量只是对共轭算子而言的,对于共轭波谱则不存在相应的守恒关系。  相似文献

The effects of zinc being added to sea water, to final concentrations of 0·1–20 ppm, have been studied on the heart rate, valve movements, mortality of Scrobicularia and on both isolated and in situ inhalant siphon preparations.The acute toxicity threshold for added zinc was determined to be about 10 ppm at 10°C. The median lethal times for 10 and 20 ppm zinc were 143·5 and 116·1 h respectively.The responses of Scrobicularia to zinc concentrations in sea water of between 0·1 and 10 ppm were tested by exposure for 6 h. Above 1 ppm, valve closure and bradycardia occur within 10–15 min. Below 5 ppm the valves subsequently opened and heart rate increased over the 6 h period, but in 10 ppm closure and pronounced bradycardia were maintained throughout.Addition of zinc, to final concentrations of 1, 5 and 10 ppm, had no effect on the isolated inhalant siphon in contrast to copper at 0·25 and 0·5 ppm which caused very marked siphonal contractions. However, when zinc (1–10 ppm) was added to an in situ inhalant siphon preparation, contractions occurred which were lost on removal of zinc from the bathing medium. Cutting the cruciform muscles medially resulted in the loss or delay of the response to zinc. This suggests the possibility of the cruciform muscle complex (muscle strands and associated sense organs) responding to zinc. This contrasts with the direct action of copper on the neuromuscular system of an isolated siphon.  相似文献
