针对城市新建地下通道下穿既有公路的工程情况,采用三维数值模拟手段对既有公路路面纵横向影响范围和应力分布特征及洞周的位移、应力随隧道开挖的动态变化规律进行了研究,得到了既有公路在隧道下穿过程中的最危险区域,路面底部很有可能会产生受拉破坏,同时隧道内侧拱顶将产生沉降,拱底将产生隆起等结论性成果,进而提出了保证既有公路正常运营和新建隧道安全施工的方法、监测手段和加固措施。  相似文献

以北京地铁14号线马家堡东路站–永定门外大街站盾构区间隧道为背景,对隧道施工中的特级风险源--区间下穿京津城际铁路段的施工过程进行了三维仿真数值模拟。京津城际列车最大时速可达350 km/h,两轨面间的差异沉降不得大于5 mm,对地铁下穿段的施工提出了较高要求。数值模拟的计算结果表明,通过对下穿段一定范围内的土体进行注浆加固可以有效控制盾构隧道施工引起的既有铁路纵向和横向沉降及不均匀沉降,从而保证既有铁路安全运营不受影响;同时,计算获得的管片后注浆参数及盾构机内土舱压力为隧道设计、施工提供了重要的参考依据。  相似文献

沈阳地铁2号线某暗挖车站是国内首个采用管幕预筑法施工的地下工程,对该工法施工引起的地面沉降进行了监测,并建立了修正的Peck模型对沉降进行预测,结果表明:(1)管幕预筑隧道施工引起的地表沉降预测值与实测值基本吻合;(2)管幕预筑浅埋大断面隧道施工地表沉降表现为整体下沉特点,沉降值与地下结构基础的沉降值基本相等,控制管幕预筑隧道结构的墙脚下沉可以有效控制地表的沉降;(3)管幕预筑法隧道施工预先施作的地下永久结构对隧道围岩的约束作用明显,砂土地层中地层损失率为0.000 5%~0.002 0%,沉降槽宽度系数为0.5;(4)管幕预筑法建造地下空间,引起的地表沉降较常规施工方法小得多,环境效益和社会效益明显,该施工方法适用于修筑中心城区软土地层中地下交通枢纽工程及下穿交通干线的隧道工程,值得进一步研究和推广  相似文献

假定由于隧道开挖在地表以下土层所形成的沉降槽的体积等于地层损失以及各土层沉降槽曲线仍可用正态分布函数表示。在此假定下,首次提出可以通过对隧道中心线以上土体的沉降值的分析,研究不同深度土层沉降槽曲线宽度系数,并且通过回归分析,提出用于计算不同深度土层沉降槽曲线宽度系数的公式,为计算隧道开挖引起的地表以下土体任一点的竖向沉降提供了一种有效方法,通过工程实例的计算证明了该方法的适用性。  相似文献

为分析隧道盾构开挖引起的地表沉降规律,本文以武汉地铁三号线为工程背景,采用现场监测和数值模拟计算相结合的方法,综合分析了土质地层盾构开挖时隧道的纵向、横向地表沉降特征,探讨了不同注浆半径条件下地表沉降变化规律,结果表明:数值计算结果与现场监测数据相吻合;开挖过程中盾首上方地表沉降迅速,盾构穿过后沉降减缓,注浆后回弹,最终趋于平稳;隧道拱顶沉降值最大,平均沉降值约40 mm,离隧道轴线越远沉降值越小,形成沉陷槽,沉陷槽宽度约30 m;注浆半径越大,沉降值越小,施工时可根据技术要求和经济条件选择最优注浆半径。  相似文献

基于龙东路-世纪公园站区间隧道现场实测资料,对由盾构施工引起的沉降槽的形状进行了深入研究。首先绘出埋深不同的沉降槽的实测形状;再利用数学拟合方法对沉降槽的形状、影响范围、宽度系数及最大沉降量出现的位置进行的研究,指出它们均与隧道的埋深有着密切的关系;最后,用统计学的方法给出隧道埋深与最大沉降量以及沉降槽宽度系数与隧道埋深之间的定量关系式。  相似文献

以西安地铁2号线区间隧道下穿南门古城墙工程为依托,通过建立FLAC3D数值模型对可能的3种施工方案进行了对比分析,建议将管片支护及壁后注浆、城门基础范围内土体化学注浆加固和城墙南面基础附近施工钻孔灌注桩的联合变形控制方案作为最优的可行性方案,并对该方案引起的古城墙变形规律进行了预测研究,根据预测结果制定了监测方案。工程实践表明,建议的古城墙变形控制施工技术是合理的,隧道施工时引起的城墙和地表变形值处于安全值范围内。得到的地铁隧道盾构施工引起的古城墙变形规律及其控制技术对西安地铁1号线下穿东西古城墙的安全施工具有借鉴价值。  相似文献

多线叠交盾构隧道在地下空间内布置形式繁多,土体-隧道间相互作用机制复杂。针对多线叠交盾构垂直上穿、垂直下穿和上、下夹穿3种典型穿越施工形式,根据盾构隧道近距离施工的技术特点和控制要求,采用排液法重点分析了施工中因地层损失和开挖卸荷引起的地表沉降以及既有隧道纵向变形规律,并通过构建三维弹塑性有限元动态模型,与部分试验结果进行了对比验证。研究结果表明:上穿施工中,地表沉降较大,既有隧道均呈现上浮趋势;下穿施工时,地表沉降较小,既有隧道均呈现下沉趋势;先下后上穿越施工在各阶段引起的地表沉降变化均匀,最终地表沉降量相对较小;先上后下穿越施工时既有隧道变形曲线曲率大,既有隧道变形呈现反复震荡变化。成果可为类似多线叠交隧道工程的施工提供理论指导。  相似文献

城市地铁隧道施工不可避免地对围岩产生扰动引起地表沉降,动态预测隧道开挖引起的地表沉降是确保地表建构筑物与隧道施工安全的重要基础。针对隧道施工过程中地表沉降难以准确动态预测的问题,在定义纵向开挖度系数? 的基础上,建立横向地表沉降动态预测模型。该模型能够描述同一监测位置沉降曲线随掌子面推进而不断变化的规律,实现施工现场沉降动态预测。结果表明:在特定约束条件下,该模型能够退化为Peck模型以及随机介质理论预测模型;通过现场施工验证了该动态预测模型的准确性与适用性;基于纵向开挖度系数? 将隧道沿纵向分为强烈、中度和轻度共3个影响段,较好地反映了开挖掌子面在不同位置对同一监测截面的影响程度;通过分析建筑物和隔离桩对地表沉降曲线的影响可知,建筑物与其附近地层呈现出协同变形、共同承载的特征,在隧道一侧添加地质钻隔离桩对该侧地表沉降值的减小程度可达71.9%。研究成果对滇中引水工程现场施工与类似工程具有一定指导和借鉴意义。  相似文献

依托郑西客运专线阌乡隧道,开展浅埋大跨黄土隧道优化施工研究。对隧道进入下穿高速公路前的地表沉降,拱顶下沉及初支钢架应力进行现场监测,结果表明,土体沉降及初支应力不能得到有效控制,现有的施工方案无法满足下穿段施工安全要求,需要及时对其调整;经综合分析,提出了减小开挖面积、侧导多台阶开挖、预留核心土、快速封闭及加强初期支护等一系列优化措施,并采用数值计算软件FLAC3D验证其安全性和可靠性。通过现场实施及监测结果的反馈,证明优化措施效果明显,保障了阌乡隧道顺利下穿连霍高速公路。研究成果为类似施工中采取相应措施控制土体沉降、保护周边建筑设施的安全使用提供了依据  相似文献

从隧道施工引起地层变位的一般规律出发,分析了隧道施工对既有构造物的影响。结合长春站南北广场地下通道穿越既有轨道、站台、邮政通道及多处地下管线的具体情况,以规范规定的既有构造物允许不均匀沉降值作为控制目标,采用数学力学的基本分析方法,建立了相应的隧道施工地表沉降控制基准。所建立的控制基准,确保了工程安全、顺利地进行,并在工程中获得了实践验证。  相似文献

The settlement of highway embankments can directly affect the structural safety of road pavement. Comprehensive assessment of the long-term settlement characteristics of highway embankments is important in highway safety management. The present study conducted long-term settlement monitoring in an embankment of the Xi’an-Xianyang Highway in Shaanxi Province, China, that was constructed with recycled construction and demolition waste. Variations in sectional settlement, cumulative settlement, differential settlement, and settlement rates were made in a barricade section and an arc-shaped protective slope section. The maximum settlement observed in the barricade section was 51.75 mm, with the embankment exhibiting “basin-shaped” settlement. The maximum settlement in the arc-shaped protective slope section was 42.22 mm, and the embankment exhibited “W-shaped” settlement. Furthermore, there were two stages of great increase in the settlement rate. Based on the results, control standards for the sectional settlement of embankments constructed with recycled construction and demolition waste are proposed. Finally, a model for predicting the long-term settlement in road embankments constructed with recycled construction and demolition waste is established based on a Weibull distribution probability density function.

铁路相对于公路对承载力和沉降控制都提出了更高的要求。现浇混凝土大直径管桩(PCC桩)技术首次在南京南站联络线铁路工程中应用,为了研究PCC桩加固铁路路基的工作特性,开展了PCC桩加固铁路软土地基的现场检测与监测试验研究。现场检测包含静载试验、低应变检测和开挖检测。现场监测内容为:桩土应力、地基和路堤水平位移、表面沉降、分层沉降、土工格栅张力、孔隙水压力等。质量检测结果表明,PCC桩施工质量良好,承载力达到铁路地基设计要求。现场监测表明,地基沉降在填土结束后3个月稳定,最大水平位移为13 mm,路基沉降稳定快,水平位移小,路堤稳定性高,能满足铁路严格控制沉降和快速施工的要求。研究成果对PCC桩复合地基加固铁路地基的设计和应用提供了依据。  相似文献

针对青藏公路路基下发育多年冻土融化盘的实际情况,选择两种模型,应用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,对冻土路基从修筑到开放交通过程中的路基路面位移及应力进行了分析.结果表明:冻土路基以融沉为主的变形,一般情况下以路中心下最大,变形呈凹形;当路基下融化盘偏移时,最大变形位置随之偏移;路面层底拉应力最大,对融沉变形反映敏感;路面顶部压应力最大值出现在轴载作用位置,面层应力对轴载反映敏感.计算模型断面尺寸、路基填料、路面结构等对青藏公路具有代表性,在3.6 m路基总高度条件下,无论路基下融化盘偏移与否,融化盘厚达0.5 m时路基顶部(路面层底)拉应力即达基层抗拉强度,显示路基融沉变形可能导致路基失稳及路面破坏,此时路基高度即达最大值.  相似文献

In order to investigate the mechanism of the long-term settlement of road on the soft soil, an in situ measurement of a highway in southeast China was conducted during both the construction and post-construction stage. In the theoretical analysis, the long-term settlement of the pavement on thick soft soils was divided into three main components: the consolidation settlement, the creep deformation and the traffic load-induced deformation. The equivalent time line model based on the viscous–elastic–plastic theory was adopted to simulate the road settlement caused by the consolidation and creep of the subsoil. A cyclic strain accumulation model, which was obtained from laboratory tests of soil elements, was adopted to consider the road settlement induced by cyclic traffic loadings. A pavement dynamic response model was used to calculate the dynamic stresses in the subsoil generated by moving traffic loads when the road was open to service. It was found that the equivalent time line model combined with the cyclic strain accumulation model could predict the road settlement accurately at both the construction and post-construction stage. Numerical results showed that the traffic speed had limited effect on the post-construction road settlements for the speed range considered. The post-construction settlement of the road, mainly composed of the traffic-induced settlement and soil creep deformation, could be reduced significantly by increasing the embankment surcharge during the construction stage. The creep component accounted for over 10% of the total post-construction settlement, while the percentage of the creep deformation in total post-construction settlement decreased rapidly as the embankment surcharge increased.  相似文献

Summary Among the major causes for failure of roads in the tropics is inadequate compaction during construction. There is, therefore, the need to strictly control the compaction of the pavement layers if the design life of the road is to be attained; thereby eliminating large maintenance costs.This note reports on pavement compaction control studies undertaken on the road bases of service roads in a new settlement area in Ghana. These roads were to be provided with bituminous surfacing immediately after compaction. Studies concerning particle breakdown during field compaction by two contractors executing the works under the same conditions have been made, together with an assessment of contractor efficiency.It was found that the placement moisture contents varied greatly from the optimum. One contractor was compacting the gravels on the dry side of optimum, consequently achieving relatively high densities. The other contractor was compacting on the wet side and achieving lower density levels. This was still the case even after initial test sections were found to have been undercompacted.Compaction levels achieved in the crowns were generally found to be higher than those at the shoulders of the road test sections. The breakdown of coarse particles due to compaction was quite significant. There is therefore the need for highway material engineers to ensure that in addition to meeting the grading requirements, road base materials must adequately meet the requirements on weathering and mechanical strength properties.  相似文献

The factor of human project activity is often the immediate cause resulting in soil and water loss. The Baoji-Lanzhou second railway in construction is an example. The soil and water loss law caused by earth and stone mountain railway engineering construction in the northwestern China is studied systematically and that caused possibly by the road bed project, the road moat project, the field project, the tunnel project and the service road project in construction is probed. At the same time, the type, the intensity and influencing factor of soil and water loss in the northwest mountain railway construction are also studied.  相似文献
