通过2根圆钢管普通混凝土柱与5根圆钢管钢渣混凝土柱在高轴压比下的水平低周反复加载试验,研究圆钢管钢渣混凝土柱的轴压比、钢管壁厚、钢渣砂替代率和长细比对其破坏形态、滞回耗能能力、骨架曲线、延性及耗能、刚度退化的影响规律。研究结果表明:钢渣混凝土试件破坏过程和破坏形态与普通混凝土试件基本相同,主要表现为钢管底部鼓曲的压弯破坏;所有试件滞回曲线饱满,无明显“捏缩”现象;高轴压比试件存在明显承载力突降现象,合理的径厚比(钢管直径/钢管壁厚)对高轴压比试件承载力突降有明显改善作用;低轴压比试件延性系数大于4.0,高轴压比试件延性系数介于1.57~3.76之间,轴压比增大,试件延性下降;试件破坏时等效粘滞阻尼系数ξeq介于0.259~0.437之间;建议采用《钢管混凝土混合结构技术标准》(GB/T51446-2021)或《钢管混凝土结构技术规程》(DBJ/T13-51-2010)计算地震作用下钢管钢渣混凝土柱压弯承载力,但高轴压比钢管钢渣混凝土柱计算结果需乘以折减系数0.8。  相似文献

通过20个型钢高强混凝土柱的低周反复加载试验对其受力性能进行了研究,分析了剪跨比、轴压比、配箍率以及混凝土强度对型钢高强混凝土柱延性的影响,提出了不同剪跨比、不同配箍率的型钢高强混凝土柱的轴压比限值。其中,剪跨比大于2.0的型钢高强混凝土柱的轴压比限值由大、小偏心界限破坏时力的平衡条件并结合试验结果确定,而剪跨比小于2.0的型钢高强混凝土柱的轴压比限值则通过与剪跨比大于2.0的型钢高强混凝土柱的延性对比加以确定。  相似文献

反复荷载作用下型钢混凝土L形柱的受力性能   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了揭示型钢混凝土L形柱在地震作用下的受力性能,设计8个试件进行低周反复加载试验.试验分两批,第一批4个试件采用"建研式"加载,另外4个采用"悬臂柱式"加载.试验中考虑截面配钢形式、荷载加载方向、轴压比和剪跨比4个参数的影响.由试验获得了型钢混凝土L形柱的主要破坏形态和滞回曲线,分析了各参数对构件的破坏特点及滞回性能的影响,并对不同加载方式的试验结果进行了理论诠释.结果表明:型钢混凝土L形柱的破坏形态主要为剪切斜压破坏、剪弯破坏和弯曲破坏,破坏形态与剪跨比有关;构件具有良好的延性,极限侧移角大,耗能能力强,抗震性能好;L形柱截面不对称,采用"悬臂柱式"加载时,滞回曲线不对称,而"建研式"加载时,由于受到加载装置上下端头的约束,试件的滞回曲线对称.在框架结构中型钢混凝土L形柱受到刚性楼盖的约束,在水平荷载作用下滞回曲线是对称的.研究结果可供工程设计参考.  相似文献

An experimental study on the seismic performance of recycled concrete-filled square steel tube (RCFST) columns is carried out. Six specimens were designed and tested under constant axial compression and cyclic lateral loading. Two parameters, replacement percentage of recycled coarse aggregate (RCA) and axial compression level, were considered in the test. Based on the experimental data, the hysteretic loops, skeleton curves, ductility, energy dissipation capacity and stiffness degradation of RCFST columns were analyzed. The test results indicate that the failure modes of RCFST columns are the local buckling of the steel tube at the bottom of the columns, and the hysteretic loops are full and their shapes are similar to normal CFST columns. Furthermore, the ductility coefficient of all specimens are close to 3.0, and the equivalent viscous damping coefficient corresponding to the ultimate lateral load ranges from 0.323 to 0.360, which demonstrates that RCFST columns exhibit remarkable seismic performance.  相似文献

开展了6个1/2比例的型钢混凝土(SRC)框架柱试件的低周反复加载试验.重点考虑轴压力系数和配箍特征值对型钢混凝土柱变形性能和滞回特征的影响.在试验研究基础上,分析了滞回曲线特征,并确定了恢复力模型的滞回规则.通过对试验结果的回归分析确定了卸载刚度和反复加载下的强度退化率,主要考虑参数包括位移延性比和轴压力系数.恢复力模型的骨架曲线由弹性段、强化段和强度退化段组成三线形骨架曲线.骨架曲线采用基于截面条带法和按实验数据的统计回归分析方法确定,其强化段和强度退化段均考虑了轴压力系数的影响.从而建立了能够考虑轴压力系数对滞回特性影响的型钢混凝土柱剪力-侧移恢复力模型.  相似文献

This paper describes low cyclic loading testing of nine angle-steel concrete column (ASCC) specimens. In the tests, the influence of the shear-span ratio, axial compression ratio and shear steel plate ratio on the hysteretic behavior, energy dissipation, strength degradation, stiffness degradation, skeleton curve and ductility of the ASCCs is studied. 通过低周反复加载试验对6个锚定式方钢管混凝土柱-H形钢梁节点进行了试验研究,研究了不同轴压比情况下节点的破坏模式、延性、耗能性能、强度及刚度退化等。试验结果表明,破坏之前节点具有良好的滞回性能、延性及耗能能力,满足现行抗震规范的要求。锚定式方钢管混凝土梁柱节点可以用于拉力较小的节点。文中提出了有关的设计建议。  相似文献

通过柱端加载的低周反复荷载试验对8个内隔板三边焊接,而在未焊一边柱壁板上布置圆柱头栓钉的方钢管混凝土柱-H形钢梁节点进行了试验研究,研究了不同轴压比情况下节点的破坏模式、延性、耗能性能等。试验结果表明,破坏之前节点具有良好的滞回性能、延性及耗能能力,满足现行抗震规范的要求。该节点可以用于方钢管混凝土柱两侧弯矩相差较大时,弯矩较小一侧节点。提出了相关的设计建议。  相似文献

Bonding fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) has been commonly used to improve the seismic behavior of circular reinforced concrete (RC) columns in engineering practice. However, FRP jackets have a significant stress hysteresis effect in this strengthening method, and pre-tensioning the FRP can overcome this problem. This paper presents test results of 25 circular RC columns strengthened with pre-stressed FRP strips under low cyclic loading. The pre-stressing of the FRP strips, types of FRP strips and longitudinal reinforcement, axial load ratio, pre-damage degree and surface treatments of the specimens are considered as the primary factors in the tests. According to the failure modes and hysteresis curves of the specimens, these factors are analyzed to investigate their effect on bearing capacity, ductility, hysteretic behavior, energy dissipation capacity and other important seismic behaviors. The results show that the initial lateral confined stress provided by pre-stressed FRP strips can effectively inhibit the emergence and development of diagonal shear cracks, and change the failure modes of specimens from brittle shear failure to bending or bending-shear failure with better ductility. As a result, the bearing capacity, ductility, energy dissipation capacity and deformation capacity of the strengthened specimens are all significantly improved.  相似文献

为研究钢管混凝土桥墩的抗震性能,对钢管混凝土桥墩和钢筋混凝土桥墩进行了拟静力对比试验研究。根据试件的破坏发展过程以及各试件的滞回曲线和骨架曲线,分析了其滞回性能、耗能能力、延性、强度退化及刚度退化等抗震性能。试验结果表明,钢管混凝土桥墩的抗震性能明显好于钢筋混凝土桥墩。在含钢率和轴力相同的情况下,钢管混凝土桥墩的滞回曲线比钢筋混凝土桥墩丰满得多,前者的耗能能力约为后者的4.46倍,钢管混凝土桥墩的延性大于钢筋混凝土桥墩;随着轴压比的增大,钢管混凝土桥墩延性有所下降,强度退化加快,但对其刚度退化的影响不大。  相似文献

To investigate the seismic performance of a composite frame comprised of steel reinforced ultra high-strength concrete (SRUHSC) columns and steel reinforced concrete (SRC) beams, six interior frame joint specimens were designed and tested under low cyclically lateral load. The effects of the axial load ratio and volumetric stirrup ratio were studied on the characteristics of the frame joint performance including crack pattern, failure mode, ductility, energy dissipation capacity, strength degradation and rigidity degradation. It was found that all joint specimens behaved in a ductile manner with flexural-shear failure in the joint core region while plastic hinges appeared at the beam ends. The ductility and energy absorption capacity of joints increased as the axial load ratio decreased and the volumetric stirrup ratio increased. The displacement ductility coefficient and equivalent damping coefficient of the joints fell between the corresponding coefficients of the steel reinforced concrete (SRC) frame joint and RC frame joint. The axial load ratio and volumetric stirrup ratio have less influence on the strength degradation and more influence on the stiffness degradation. The stiffness of the joint degrades more significantly for a low volumetric stirrup ratio and high axial load ratio. The characteristics obtained from the SRUHSC composite frame joint specimens with better seismic performance may be a useful reference in future engineering applications.  相似文献

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the ultimate strength and ductility capacity of stiffened steel box columns failed by local and overall interaction instability under a constant compressive axial force and cyclic lateral loading. In a companion paper, a finite element formulation accounting for both geometrical and material non‐linearity was developed to obtain cyclic hysteretic behaviour of such columns. In this paper, the effect of loading patterns on the cyclic inelastic behaviour is first studied; then, a parametric study is carried out to investigate the effects of flange plate width–thickness ratio parameter, column slenderness ratio parameter, stiffener's equivalent slenderness ratio parameter, magnitude of axial load, and material type of stiffeners on the strength and ductility of the columns. Last but not least, empirical formulae of both the ultimate strength and ductility capacities are proposed for stiffened steel box columns, and the limit values of various parameters for the required ductility demand are also discussed. 为研究非对称配钢钢骨混凝土柱的抗震性能,基于12根T形配钢钢骨混凝土柱的拟静力试验研究进行非线性数值模拟,了解其破坏机制、承载力、延性及耗能能力,探讨轴压比、配钢率、剪跨比对抗震性能的影响。结果表明,低周反复荷载作用下T形配钢钢骨混凝土柱滞回曲线饱满,具有良好的延性和耗能能力。在峰值荷载前,数值模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好。轴压力在一定范围内提高了试件承载力,但降低了延性;增大配钢率能提高试件的承载力、刚度和延性,使得峰值荷载后试件的性能退化趋于平缓;剪跨比对试件破坏形态有显著影响,随剪跨比的增大试件延性性能提高。  相似文献

The seismic behavior of steel reinforced high strength and high performance concrete(SRHC)frame columns was investigated through pseudo-static experiments of 16 frame columns with various shear span ratios,axial compression ratios,concrete strengths,steel ratios and stirrup ratios.Three kinds of failure mechanisms are presented and the characteristics of experimental hysteretic curves and skeleton curves with different design parameters are discussed.The columns’ductility and energy dissipation were quantitatively evaluated based on seismic resistance.The research results indicate that SRHC frame columns can withstand extreme bearing capacity,but the abilities of ductility and energy dissipation are inferior because of SRHC’s natural brittleness.As a result,the axial load ratio should be restricted and some construction measures adopted,such as increasing the stirrup ratio.This research established effect factors on the bearing capacity of SPHC columns.Finally,an algorithm for obtaining ultimate bearing capacity using the flexural failure mode is established based on a modified planesection assumption.The authors also established equations to determine shearing baroclinic failure and shear bond failure based on the accumulation of the axial load force distribution ratio.The calculated results of shear bearing capacity for different failure modes were in good agreement with the experimental results.  相似文献

为适应巨型框架结构发展,提出了一种底部加强型多腔钢管混凝土巨型柱。为了比较它与相应普通多腔钢管混凝土巨型柱抗震性能的差异,进行了6个1/25缩尺的巨型柱模型在轴向压力或轴向拉力下的低周反复荷载试验研究。6个模型中:按底部截面构造区分,3个试件为底部加强型巨型柱模型,3个试件为相应普通巨型柱模型;按轴力作用方向区分,4个试件为轴压试件,轴压比分别为0.5、0.25,2个试件为轴拉试件,轴拉比为0.2。比较分析了各试件的承载力、刚度及其退化过程、延性、滞回特性、耗能和破坏特征。研究表明:底部加强型巨型柱与普通巨型柱相比,承载力、延性、耗能能力明显提高,刚度退化速度减慢,工作性能较稳定;轴压试件与轴拉试件相比,轴压试件抗震性能相对较好。  相似文献

为了考察轴压比对蜂窝状钢骨混凝土L形柱抗震性能的影响,本文进行了3根不同轴压比的蜂窝状钢骨混凝土L形柱的低周往复水平荷载试验,研究了该L形柱的破坏形态、滞回特性、延性、黏滞阻尼系数等抗震性能.研究表明:蜂窝状钢骨能增强钢骨与混凝土间的黏结能力,提高其协同工作与整体受力性能.蜂窝状钢骨的存在,延缓了L形柱的刚度退化,提高了延性,增强了结构的耗能能力及抗震性能.轴压比对该新型构件的破坏形态及抗震性能影响明显.随着轴压比的增大,构件的破坏形态由类似于剪切破坏向轴压破坏形态转变.轴压比越大,构件的极限承载力越大,但延性与黏滞阻尼系数越小,耗能能力越低,抗震性能越差.研究还发现,该新型构件的正、反方向承载力及延性有所差别.  相似文献

为验证新型装配式圆钢管柱-钢梁节点的破坏模式及抗震性能,进行了3个十字形节点的低周反复循环加载试验。研究了不同试件节点的破坏模式、滞回性能、延性及耗能性能等。试验结果表明:试件的位移延性系数为3.38~3.44,能量耗散系数为1.72~2.25,节点具有良好的滞回性能、延性及耗能能力,满足现行规范设计要求。建议在采用新型装配式节点时,梁柱连接处可同时采用加强型连接或骨式连接,以获得良好的抗震性能。  相似文献

应用OpenSees计算外方内圆复合钢管高强混凝土柱(简称双钢管高强混凝土柱)的水平力—位移滞回曲线。分析了双钢管高强混凝土柱的单元和截面纤维划分。钢管材料采用双线性模型Steel02,混凝土模型采用Concrete02,圆钢管内和钢管之间的混凝土采用Susantha模型,考虑钢管对混凝土的约束作用,计算得到的水平力—位移滞回曲线与试验结果符合较好。在此基础上,应用OpenSees对双钢管高强混凝土柱进行参数影响分析,讨论了轴压比、方钢管壁厚(宽厚比)、径宽比、径厚比对双钢管高强混凝土柱抗震性能的影响。结果表明:增大轴压比,延性降低;增大方钢管壁厚(减小宽厚比),水平承载力增大;增大圆钢管直径和壁厚,有助于提高双钢管高强混凝土柱的竖向和水平承载力能力,增大耗能能力。  相似文献

通过对采用高强钢筋的6片T形混凝土短肢剪力墙和采用高强钢筋高强混凝土的6片L形短肢剪力墙进行低周往复加载试验,研究了T形和L形的破坏形态与性能差异,分析了高厚比、轴压比、配箍间距等参数对构件破坏形态、滞回耗能、骨架曲线、延性及耗能等抗震性能的影响,对比分析了构件与普通短肢剪力墙的抗震性能差异。试验结果表明:采用腹板端部箍筋加密的方式可减轻构件端部的损伤和降低正负向加载时承载力和延性的不对称性;T形构件中高厚比为5的试件表现为弯曲破坏,其他构件表现为弯剪破坏;试验中高厚比小的构件相对于高厚比大的试件延性耗能更好,轴压比增大,构件承载力提高但延性降低;与普通短肢剪力墙相比,T形短肢剪力墙承载力和变形能力提高,耗能增加,L形短肢剪力墙承载力提高较大,极限位移增大,构件后期变形能力略有降低,但可以满足抗震性能要求。  相似文献
