In order to predict long-term flooding under extreme weather conditions in central Asia, an energy balance-based distributed snowmelt runoff model was developed and coupled with the Soil and Water Assessment Tool(SWAT) model. The model was tested at the Juntanghu watershed on the northern slope of the Tian Shan Mountains, Xinjiang,China. We compared the performances of temperature-index method and energy balanced method in SWAT model by taking Juntanghu river basin as an application example(as the simulation experiment was conducted in Juntanghu River, we call the energy balanced method as SWAT-JTH). The results suggest that the SWAT snowmelt model had overall Nash-Sutcliffe efficiency(NSE) coefficients ranging from 0.61 to 0.85 while the physical based approach had NSE coefficients ranging from 0.58 to0.69. Overall, on monthly scale, the SWAT model provides better results than that from the SWAT-JTH model. However, results generated from both methods seem to be fairly close at a daily scale. Thestructure of the temperature-index method is simple and produces reasonable simulation results if the parameters are well within empirical ranges. Although the data requirement for the energy balance method in current observation is difficult to meet and the existence of uncertainty is associated with the experimental approaches of physical processes, the SWAT-JTH model still produced a reasonably high NSE. We conclude that using temperature-index methods to simulate the snowmelt process is sufficient, but the energy balance-based model is still a good choice to simulate extreme weather conditions especially when the required data input for the model is acquired.  相似文献

Local scour, a non-negligible factor in hydraulic engineering, endangers the safety of hydraulic structures. In this work, a numerical model for simulating local scour was constructed, based on the open source code computational fluid dynamics model OpenFOAM. We consider both the bedload and suspended load sediment transport in the scour model and adopt the dynamic mesh method to simulate the evolution of the bed elevation. We use the finite area method to project data between the three-dimensional flow model and the two-dimensional (2D) scour model. We also improved the 2D sand slide method and added it to the scour model to correct the bed bathymetry when the bed slope angle exceeds the angle of repose. Moreover, to validate our scour model, we conducted and compared the results of three experiments with those of the developed model. The validation results show that our developed model can reliably simulate local scour.  相似文献

To take advantage of the abundance of both fishery and wave energy resources in offshore sea areas, a novel floating platform with a heaving buoy-based wave energy converter(WEC) assembled with a set of net cages is presented in this work. The floating WEC system provides a power supply, while the net cages are used for aquaculture. It is designed to have an independent and self-operation breeding function. An experimental study is carried out to investigate the hydrodynamic performance of the device in a wave tank considering the factors of net cages, draft depth, and power take-off, and results show that these variables have significant effects on wave energy capture. Incident waves with short periods cause intense interactions that allow the device to undergo large relative motion. The draft depth could be determined according to wave period rather than wave height. This study also explores the response amplitude operator of the device and determines its resonance scope. The experimental results could provide reliable information for future studies on phase differences and the design of two-body WECs.  相似文献

Reducing the error of sensitive parameters by studying the parameters sensitivity can reduce the uncertainty of the model, while simulating double-gyre variation in Regional Ocean Modeling System(ROMS). Conditional Nonlinear Optimal Perturbation related to Parameter(CNOP-P) is an effective method of studying the parameters sensitivity, which represents a type of parameter error with maximum nonlinear development at the prediction time. Intelligent algorithms have been widely applied to solving Conditional Nonlinear Optimal Perturbation(CNOP). In the paper, we proposed an improved simulated annealing(SA) algorithm to solve CNOP-P to get the optimal parameters error,studied the sensitivity of the single parameter and the combination of multiple parameters and verified the effect of reducing the error of sensitive parameters on reducing the uncertainty of model simulation. Specifically, we firstly found the non-period oscillation of kinetic energy time series of double gyre variation, then extracted two transition periods, which are respectively from high energy to low energy and from low energy to high energy. For every transition period, three parameters, respectively wind amplitude(WD), viscosity coefficient(VC)and linear bottom drag coefficient(RDRG), were studied by CNOP-P solved with SA algorithm. Finally,for sensitive parameters, their effect on model simulation is verified. Experiments results showed that the sensitivity order is WDVCRDRG, the effect of the combination of multiple sensitive parameters is greater than that of single parameter superposition and the reduction of error of sensitive parameters can effectively reduce model prediction error which confirmed the importance of sensitive parameters analysis.  相似文献

城镇用地增长边界能够有效控制城市的无序蔓延,对城市健康持续发展具有重要意义。当前针对城镇用地增长边界划定的研究多采用较为成熟的元胞自动机(CA)模型对城市未来格局进行模拟,且研究多集中于单一的城镇用地增长边界划定,尚无对城镇用地增长的惯性边界进行定量划定,而划定惯性边界不仅能够为城市发展预留一定的用地空间,也能提高城市规划的实施效率。对此,本文以2000、2009和2015年福州中心城区土地利用数据为基础,采用FLUS模型进行土地利用模拟,并对模型精度进行了验证(2015年土地利用模拟总体精度达到0.9389,Kappa系数达0.9165),据此预测了2027年的土地利用格局,从中提取城镇用地采取形态学的膨胀与腐蚀法(MED)进行增长边界的划定。在此基础上,本文提出了一种借鉴力学动能定理划定城镇用地增长惯性边界的方法,以坡度和地类作为摩擦力参数,对福州中心城区城镇用地增长惯性边界进行了研究。结果表明,FLUS模型和MED能够有效地对土地利用进行模拟且能较好的对城镇用地增长边界进行拟合;借鉴动能定理的方法能够根据城市不同方向的扩展阻力和各个方向的扩展强度较好地划定其惯性边界,具有现实可操作性和实际参考价值。  相似文献

Generally, tsunami waves become hazardous only when approaching the coast. Studying the runup and inundation of tsunami waves is important for understanding the tsunami evolution and for tsunami hazard assessment. Here, we simulated the 1993 Hokkaido-Nansei-Oki (HNO) tsunami using a finite-difference model based on nonlinear shallow-water equations. We focused on the runup and inundation of tsunami wave propagation onto coastal area of Okushiri Island near Hokkaido, Japan, and investigate the relationship of different runup heights with the morphology and bathymetry of the seashore. In the simulation, a nested 4-layer grid system and moving boundary technique are adopted to study runup and inundation. The calculated tsunami heights and inundations in the region agreed well with field measurements. The local bathymetric and topographic characteristics had a first-order effect on the runup. Numerical experiments show that the focusing of certain local bathymetric features would amplify both wave height and current velocity remarkably. The results show that computation on dense grids is necessary to reproduce the observed runup heights, and inundation velocity is an important factor preventing tsunami devastation. In addition, we discussed the potential capability of sediment transport to illustrate the impact of tsunami waves on coastal geomorphology.  相似文献

为解决搜爆人员在爆炸装置搜索训练过程中,真实训练环境搭建繁琐、人力与物资成本投入大等问题,在分析搜索爆炸装置训练过程的基础上,设计了一套爆炸装置搜索训练视景仿真系统。该系统通过搜爆场景逐级细化的方法构建虚拟场景,且以具有感应能力的三维模型模拟摩尔探测仪与非线性节点探测仪等搜爆工具。基于Open Scene Graph(OSG)图形开发库,以VC++为开发环境实现了爆炸装置搜索训练视景仿真。实践证明:该系统仿真度高,达到了爆炸装置搜索仿真训练的效果,并且运行流畅,沉浸感强。  相似文献

In this paper, we apply an unstructured grid coastal ocean model to simulate variations in the sea level and currents forced by two typhoons in the northwestern South China Sea (SCS). The model simulations show distinct differences for the two cases in which the typhoon paths were north and south of the Qiongzhou (QZ) Strait. In both cases, coastal trapped waves (CTWs) are stimulated but their propagation behaviors differ. Model sensitivity simulations suggest the dominant role played by alongshore wind in the eastern SCS (near Shanwei) and southeast of Hainan Island. We also examine the influence of the Leizhou Peninsula by changing the coastline in simulation experiments. Based on our results, we can draw the following conclusions: 1) The CTWs stimulated by the northern typhoon are stronger than the southern CTW. 2) In the two cases, the directions of the current structures of the QZ cross-transect are reversed. The strongest flow cores are both located in the middle-upper area of the strait and the results of our empirical orthogonal function analysis show that the vertical structure is highly barotropic. 3) The simulated CTWs divide into two branches in the QZ Strait for the northern typhoon, and an island trapped wave (ITW) around Hainan Island for the southern typhoon. 4) The Leizhou Peninsula plays a significant role in the distribution of the kinetic energy flux between the two CTW branches. In the presence of the Leizhou Peninsula, the QZ branch has only 39.7 percent of the total energy, whereas that ratio increases to 72.2 percent in its absence.  相似文献

组合导航系统在动态环境下具有强非线性,为提高GNSS/CNS/SINS组合导航系统的导航精度,提出一种基于序贯UKF的多传感器最优融合算法。首先,建立GNSS/CNS/SINS组合导航系统的非线性状态方程及2个子滤波器的线性量测方程;然后,对标准UKF的量测更新过程进行简化,简化UKF算法具有与标准UKF算法相同的滤波精度,且具有计算量低的特性;最后,将序贯滤波算法与简化UKF算法结合,提出多传感器组合导航系统的序贯UKF最优融合算法。仿真结果表明,本文序贯UKF算法不仅可提高系统解算的实时性,并且相对于集中线性卡尔曼滤波算法及经典集中线性UKF算法具有较高的滤波精度。  相似文献

准确把握区域发展规律,定量、客观地认识村庄发展类型,对“因地制宜、分类推进”乡村振兴具有非常重要的现实意义。针对区域村庄发展类型自动、准确识别问题,研究提出了一种基于SMOTE-RF算法的村庄发展类型识别模型。研究首先从地形、区位、社会经济、农业生产和生态环境等方面提出了面向村庄发展多维特征表达的指标体系。在此基础上,针对村庄样本不平衡分布特点,利用SMOTE过采样技术对少数类样本进行分析和模拟,合成平衡化的村庄分类样本集;进而利用随机森林算法自动构建村庄发展的多维属性特征与村庄类型之间的非线性关系,形成可用于区域村庄发展类型自动识别的智能分类器。为验证模型的有效性,研究选取山东招远市作为试验区开展了实证研究。实验结果表明,耦合SMOTE过采样技术的随机森林分类模型有效保障了村庄分类结果的可靠性和准确度。在试验区,模型自动识别结果与规划专家分类结果的一致性达88.27%,Kappa系数为0.78,整体一致性良好。相对于人工分类,基于SMOTE-RF方法的村庄类型自动识别方法减少了依赖人工经验分类带来的不确定性,保障了分类结果的一致性,能够为国土空间规划和乡村振兴专项规划决策提供可靠的决...  相似文献

Active microwave remote sensing data were used to calculate the near-surface soil moisture in the vegetated areas. In this study, Advanced Synthetic Aperture Radar (ASAR) observations of surface soil moisture content were used in a data assimilation framework to improve the estimation of the soil moisture profile at the middle reaches of the Heihe River Basin, Northwest China. A one-dimensional soil moisture assimilation system based on the ensemble Kalman filter (EnKF), the forward radiative transfer model, crop model, and the Distributed Hydrology-Soil-Vegetation Model (DHSVM) was developed. The crop model, as a semi-empirical model, was used to estimate the surface backscattering of vegetated areas. The DHSVM is a distributed hydrology-vegetation model that explicitly represents the effects of topography and vegetation on water fluxes through the landscape. Numerical experiments were con- ducted to assimilate the ASAR data into the DHSVM and in situ soil moisture at the middle reaches of the Heihe River Basin from June 20 to July 15, 2008. The results indicated that EnKF is effective for assimilating ASAR observations into the hydrological model. Compared with the simulation and in situ observations, the assimilated results were significantly improved in the surface layer and root layer, and the soil moisture varied slightly in the deep layer. Additionally, EnKF is an efficient approach to handle the strongly nonlinear problem which is practical and effective for soil moisture estimation by assimilation of remote sensing data. Moreover, to improve the assimilation results, further studies on obtaining more reliable forcing data and model parameters and increasing the efficiency and accuracy of the remote sensing observations are needed, also improving estimation accuracy of model operator is important.  相似文献

Cyanobacteria possess a delicate system known as the carbon concentrating mechanism (CCM), which can efficiently elevate the intracellular inorganic carbon (Ci) concentration via active transportation. The system requires energy supplied by photosystems; therefore, the activity of the Ci transporter is closely related to light intensity. However, the relationship between CCM and light intensity has rarely been evaluated. Here, we present an improved quantitative model of CCM in which light is incorporated, and developed a CCM model that modified after Fridlyand et a1. in 1996. Some equations used in this model were inducted to describe the relationship between transport capacity and light intensity, by which the response of the CCM to light change is simulated. Our results indicate that the efficiency of the carbon concentrating system is sensitive to light intensity. When the external Ci concentration was low, CO2 uptake dominated the total Ci uptake with increasing light intensity, while under high external Ci concentrations HCO3 uptake primarily contributed to the total Ci uptake. Variations in the ratio of energy allocated between the transport systems could markedly affect the operation of CCM. Indeed, our simulations suggest that various combinations of Ci fluxes can provide a possible approach to detect the way by which the cell distributes energy produced by the photosystems to the two active Ci transport processes. The proportion of the energy consumed on CCM to the total energy expenditure for the fixation of one CO2 molecule was determined at 18%–40%.  相似文献

Large amplitude internal solitary waves (ISWs) often exhibit highly nonlinear effects and may contribute significantly to mixing and energy transporting in the ocean. We observed highly nonlinear ISWs over the continental shelf of the northwestern South China Sea (19°35′N, 112°E) in May 2005 during the Wenchang Internal Wave Experiment using in-situ time series data from an array of temperature and salinity sensors, and an acoustic Doppler current profiler (ADCP). We summarized the characteristics of the ISWs and compared them with those of existing internal wave theories. Particular attention has been paid to characterizing solitons in terms of the relationship between shape and amplitude-width. Comparison between theoretical prediction and observation results shows that the high nonlinearity of these waves is better represented by the second-order extended Korteweg-de Vries (KdV) theory than the first-order KdV model. These results indicate that the northwestern South China Sea (SCS) is rich in highly nonlinear ISWs that are an indispensable part of the energy budget of the internal waves in the northern South China Sea.  相似文献

基于泰勒级数展开的近似函数法在求解非线性函数的中误差时需要进行复杂的导数计算,已有的Monte Carlo法虽然可以避免导数运算,但在模拟次数的选择上不具有客观性,且无法直接控制模拟结果。因此,将Stein两阶段法融入非线性函数的协方差传播理论中,并与Monte Carlo方法结合,设计了一套非线性函数协方差传播的Stein Monte Carlo算法流程。将该方法用于二维多项式函数和GNSS基线向量的协方差传播计算中,实验结果验证了其有效性,为非线性模型协方差传播的计算提供了一种新思路。  相似文献

参数优化方法是准确估计生态模型参数、降低其不确定性的有效手段。本文提出一种基于贝叶斯机器学习的No-U-Turn Sampler(NUTS)生态模型参数优化方法。NUTS是一种高效的参数优化方法,每次取样中利用递归算法生成候选参数集(二叉树)推断参数的后验信息,如果满足约束条件“非U型回转”,不断构建子树更新参数;否则,记录本次抽样的“最优”参数集,并开始下一次取样,直到获取足够样本。该算法在每次取样中充分优化参数,避免因随机游走行为产生冗余抽样,提高了参数优化效率。本文以千烟洲亚热带人工针叶林碳通量模拟为例,基于Pymc3框架利用NUTS参数优化方法实现了碳通量(Net Ecosystem Exchange,NEE)模型参数反演,并与Metropolis-Hastings(MH)方法进行对比。结果表明,本文算法的参数值达到稳定波动时的抽样次数减少了85%左右,参数优化效率提升3倍左右。参数优化后,2种NEE模型中7个参数不确定性降低10%~53%。此外,NEE模拟效果明显提升,模拟值与实测值的R2分别提高23%和17%,RMSE分别降低3%和4%。综上所述,本文提出的参数优化方法对生态领域的参数估计或数据同化工作具有一定的借鉴意义。  相似文献
