用正交设计法提取马尾藻高活性膳食纤维   总被引:16,自引:1,他引:15  
采用正交设计法,研究了马尾藻高活性膳食纤维的提取工艺条件,筛选出马尾藻碱溶性和不溶性膳食纤维的提取与漂白的最佳工艺条件,并将提取到的两种膳食纤维组分重新组合。结果表明,马尾藻高活性膳食纤维的总产率达27.9%,颜色较白,总膳食纤维干基含量达81.08%,钙含量6.82%,磷含量0.23%,膨胀力为22mL/g,持水力为1250%,质量和功能性指标远远超过西方国家标准。  相似文献

南海海域数种海藻总脂质及脂肪酸含量的比较   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
研究南海海域盛产的四种褐藻(海带、裙带菜、昆布和亨氏马尾藻)、三种红藻(紫菜、沙菜和江蓠)及来自南海三个不同海区(南沙、惠来和南澳)亨氏马尾藻的总脂质及脂肪酸含量干重,并重点比较其多不饱和脂肪酸的含量。结果表明,供试褐藻类海藻总脂质含量w在1.81%-6.11%之间,红藻类海藻的总脂质含量w在1.44%-3.96%之间;紫菜中含有7.548mg/g(干重,下同)的严油酸(C18:2);海带含丰富C18:1达5.592mg/g;花生四烯酸(C20:4)在裙带菜中含量为1.606mg/g;在供试藻种中,昆布的EPA(C20:5)和DHA(C22:6)含量最高,测定值为608μg/g和689μg/g。  相似文献

对马尾藻进行营养成分的分析,结果表明:马尾藻蛋白质的氨基酸组成均衡,氨基酸价为82,且富含无机质等。无机质中除了钙、钾和钠含量高外,碘含量达820mg/kg,是研制含碘食品和饮料的理想原料。马尾藻经加工制得的袋泡茶符合国家卫生标准,袋泡茶(2g/袋)经沸水冲泡后的碘浸出量为0.51mg/袋.可防治甲状腺机能减退病,即碘缺乏病。  相似文献

对南海3种可食绿藻条浒苔(Erueromorpha clathrata)、石莼(Ulva lactuca L.)和总状蕨藻(Caulerpa racemoso)的主要化学成分进行了分析,结果显示:多糖、蛋白质和粗纤维是构成藻体的主要化学成分,占藻体的92%以上,其中膳食纤维占64.22%-70.80%;蛋白质占14.15%-18.91%,平均为16.16%。且蛋白质中必需氨基酸含量高,占总氨基酸的42.37%-48.37%,氨基酸评分在73分以上,第一限制氨基酸随藻种而变化;脂肪含量在0.51%-0.81%之间,均低于1%,多不饱和脂肪酸和必需脂肪酸含量高,其含量分别为其总量的56.10%。63.20%和37.71%-39.39%;矿物质和维生素含量丰富,尤其是Fe、Zn、I等矿质元素和维生素C含量高。3种可食绿藻是高膳食纤维,高蛋白,低脂肪,低热能,且富含矿物质和维生素的天然理想保健食品原料。  相似文献

以月腹刺鲀(Gastrophysus lunaris)卵巢为原料,利用超声波辅助提取河豚毒素(Tetrodotoxin,TTX)。通过单因素实验及二次回归旋转组合设计实验研究液料比、超声温度、超声时间等因素对提取率的影响,确定超声波辅助提取河豚毒素的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:在实验范围内影响河豚毒素得率的各因素大小依次为液料体积质量比、超声温度、超声时间;超声波辅助提取河豚毒素的最佳工艺条件为液料体积(mL)质量(g)比3.03∶1,超声温度39℃,超声时间22 min,该工艺条件下提取河豚毒素得率为63.57μg/g。  相似文献

对南海长松藻(Codium cylindricum Holmes)的主要营养成分进行了分析,结果显示:多糖、蛋白质和粗纤维是构成藻体的主要营养成分,占藻体干基的80%左右,其中多糖占55.57%、粗纤维占11.09%、蛋白质占12.57%,但脂肪含量仅为0.59%。水溶性营养成分较为丰富,水浸出物总量为34.55%,其中包括水溶性蛋白、水溶性多糖、游离氨基酸等。多糖是长松藻的主要有效成分。单因素及正交实验结果表明:长松藻多糖提取的最佳工艺参数为浸提温度95℃,浸提时间1.5 h,料水质量比1∶50,多糖得率为9.79%。  相似文献

The gonads of sea urchins(Strongylocentrotus intermedius) are characterized by high levels of arachidonic acid(ARA, 20:4 n-6) and eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA, 20:5 n-3). However, to our knowledge, little information is available regarding the physiological response of adult sea urchins to dietary ARA. In the present study, four dietary feeds were formulated with graded ARA(0, 0.5%, 1%, and 2% dry diet). Each diet was randomly allocated to three cages during a 56-day feeding experiment. The results showed that the sea urchin weight gain rate(WGR) and the gonadosomatic index(GI) significantly increased as ARA was equal to or above 1.0% of dry diet(P 0.05). The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase(CAT), and total anti-oxidative capacity(T-AOC) were the highest in the coelomic fluid of sea urchins that were fed diets with 1% ARA. The total essential amino acid(TEAA) and its ratio to total non-essential amino acid(TNEAA) showed a similar tendency to WGR and GI as dietary ARA increased, and the highest TEAA and TEAA/TNEAA were observed in the gonads of sea urchins that were fed diets with 1% ARA. Levels of ARA and ARA/EPA of the gonads increased while n-3/n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid(PUFA) decreased with the increase of dietary ARA(P 0.05). EPA in the gonads of experimental animals fed with formulated feeds showed no significant differences(P 0.05), but was significantly lower than those fed with kelp(P 0.05). These results suggested that relatively higher levels of ARA(1% dry diet) significantly promoted growth, gonad development, activities of antioxidant enzymes, as well as nutritional values(TEAA, TEAA/TNEAA, and PUFA) of adult S. intermedius.  相似文献

Improvement in the osmoregulation capacity via nutritional supplies is vitally important in shrimp aquaculture.The effects of dietary protein levels on the osmoregulation capacity of the Pacific white shrimp(L.vannamei) were investigated.This involved an examination of growth performance,glutamate dehydrogenase(GDH) and Na+-K+ ATPase mRNA expression,,and GDH activity in muscles and gills.Three experimental diets were formulated,containing 25%,40%,and 50% dietary protein,and fed to the shrimp at a salinity of 25.After 20 days,no significant difference was observed in weight gain,though GDH and Na+-K+ ATPase gene expression and GDH activity increased with higher dietary protein levels.Subsequently,shrimp fed diets with 25% and 50% dietary protein were transferred into tanks with salinities of 38 and 5,respectively,and sampled at weeks 1 and 2.Shrimp fed with 40% protein at 25 in salinity(optimal conditions) were used as a control.Regardless of the salinities,shrimp fed with 50% dietary protein had significantly higher growth performance than other diets;no significant differences were found in comparison with the control.Shrimp fed with 25% dietary protein and maintained at salinities of 38 and 5 had significantly lower weight gain values after 2 weeks.Ambient salinity change also stimulated the hepatosomatic index,which increased in the first week and then recovered to a relatively normal level,as in the control,after 2 weeks.These findings indicate that in white shrimp,the specific protein nutrient and energy demands related to ambient salinity change are associated with protein metabolism.Increased dietary protein level could improve the osmoregulation capacity of L.vannamei with more energy resources allocated to GDH activity and expression.  相似文献

An experiment was performed to determine the dietary phosphorus requirement of the young abalone,Haliotis discus hannai. Five semi-purified diets were formulated to provide a series of graded levels of dietary total phosphorus (0.23%–1.98) from monobasic potassium phosphate (KH2P04). The brown alga,Laminaria japonica, was used as a control diet. Similar size abalone were distributed in a single-pass, flow-through system using a completely randomized design with six treatments and three replicates each treatment. The abalone were hand-fed to satiation with appropriate diets in excess, once daily at 17:00. The feeding trial was run for 120-d. Survival rate and soft-body to shell ratio (SB/S) were constantly maintained regardless of dietary treatment. However, the weight gain rate (WGR), daily increment in shell length (DISL), muscle RNA to DNA ratio (RNA/DNA), carcass levels of lipid and protein, soft-body alkaline phosphatase (SBAKP), and phosphorus concentrations of whole body (WB) and soft body (SB) were significantly (ANOVA, P<0.05) affected by the dietary phosphorus level. The dietary phosphorus requirements of the abalone were evaluated from the WGR, DISL, and RNA/DNA ratio respectively, by using second-order polynomial regression analysis. Based on these criteria, about 1.0%–1.2% total dietary phosphorus, i.e. 0.9%–1.1% dietary available phosphorus is recommended for the maximum growth of the abalone.
