The samples of Anthomedusae were collected from the Guangdong coastal water,China.Three new species of Anthomedusae,i.e.Zhangiella condensum Huang,Zhang et Sun,sp.nov.,Hydractinia leizhouensis Huang,Zhang et Yang,sp.nov.,and Cladosarsia simplex Huang,Zhang et Ke,sp.nov.are described.All type specimens are deposited in College of Ocean and Earth Sciences,Xiamen University.  相似文献

Two species of Nassarius Duméril, 1805 from the South China Sea are described and illustrated. The specimens are in the Nassariidae collection of the Marine Biological Museum of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Qingdao.Nassarius concavus sp. nov., from the sandy bottom at a depth of 180 m, resembles Nassarius glabrus Zhang and Zhang, 2014 in general shell morphology, but differs from the latter in having a smaller, more slender adult shell without axial ribs on the upper teleoconch whorls. Nassarius nanshaensis sp. nov., from the Nansha Islands at a depth of 56–147 m, is similar to Nassarius maxiutongi Zhang, Zhang and Li, 2019 in the shell sculpture, but differs in having a more slender shell with a higher spire, and fewer cusps on the rachidian tooth(9–11 vs. 13–17).  相似文献

Springer has recently published the book entitled “Studies of the Biogeochemistry of Typical Estuaries and Bays in China”. Professor Shen Zhiliang from the Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China, authored and complied this book. One new species of free-living marine nematodes Cephalanticoma filicaudata sp. nov. from the Huanghai Sea, China is described and illustrated. Cephalanticoma filicaudata sp. nov. is characterized by well developed cephalic capsule, three teeth at the anterior of oesophagus, excretory pore opens posterior to cervical setae, only two cervical setae per file, body length longer than 5 200 μm, tail long and no ventral-lateral seta between the supplement and the cloacal opening. Two new species of Naticidae ( Mollusca, Gastropoda) collected from the coast of China are described: Cryptonaitca huanghaien- s/s sp. nov. and Sinum vittatum sp. nov. The morphological characteristics between the new species were described and the related information was provided. The similarities and differences between the new species and related species were also compared and discussed. The new species Cryptonaitca huanghaiensis differed from Cryptonaitca hirasei and Cryptonaitca andoi in outer shape, operculum and radula. The new species Sinum vittatum is similar to Sinumjaponicum (Lischke, 1869), but the shell of the former is flat-elliptical in shape, spire very small, slightly convex. While the latter is flat-globular in shape, apex light brown in color, without a brown band on the body whorl. The comparison results revealed that Cryptonaitca huanghaiensis and Sinum vittatum were two new species from the coast of China. Specimens studied were obtained from collections in the Marine Biological Museum, Chinese Academy of Sciences.  相似文献

Multi-parameter hydrological gauge is an instrument developed by the South China Sea Institute of Oceanology,the Chinese Academy of Sciences to make simultaneous observation of current, wave, tide, water temperature and conductivity.By using the well-known "PUV method", the directional wave spectrum can be calculated and the dominant wave direction is then obtained.The comparison of the dominant wave directions derived from the measurements using both the multi-parameter hydrological gauge and the MARK Ⅱ "Wave-Rider" directional buoy shows that the dominant wave directions derived from the two kinds of measurements are in good agreement.  相似文献

盐指现象的数值模拟研究对理解小尺度海洋动力学过程具有十分重要的意义。本文建立了二维方腔模型,通过有限体积法求解控制方程,对盐指现象的演化过程进行了模拟计算和数值分析,在热瑞利数为(1.12~2.24)×107的变化范围内,展示并对比了不同粘滞系数、热瑞利数和盐瑞利数情况下的盐指现象,发现随着粘滞系数的增加,盐指的演变速率变慢,生成数目减少;热瑞利数的增加对盐指的演变速率具有抑制作用,而盐瑞利数的增加则对其具有促进作用。  相似文献

氧化还原敏感元素在环境研究中发挥着日益重要的作用,然而对于海底表层沉积物中氧化还原敏感元素的分布规律与特征的研究鲜有涉及。本文以采集自南海4条典型断面(18°N、10°N、6°N、113°E)的75个表层沉积物样品为研究对象,通过主量元素和微量元素(含氧化还原敏感元素Mo、V、U)分析,并结合沉积物粒度、元素富集系数等数据,探讨了表层沉积物中氧化还原敏感元素的分布特征及其控制因素。结果表明,研究区每个断面中的V、U含量变化趋势十分相似,Mo含量变化与V、U的总体变化趋势相近,但Mo在断面上的变化波动比V、U更强烈。4条断面中Mo平均含量表现出明显富集,除了V在断面Ⅰ中表现为轻度富集外,V和U平均含量都表现为亏损。影响沉积物中Mo、V、U含量分布的因素主要包括陆源碎屑含量、生物碳酸盐含量、细粒沉积物的吸附作用和氧化还原环境等。所有断面中V和U的含量分布主要受控于陆源碎屑组分,同时也受到生物碳酸盐含量和细粒沉积物的吸附作用的影响,氧化还原环境对其含量影响较小,受环境影响的自生组分含量较低。Mo的含量分布主要受控于海底氧化还原环境,陆源碎屑组分的贡献和细粒沉积物吸附作用的影响较小,受环境影响的自生组分含量较高。西南次海盆的Mo含量及其富集系数都较低,可能是由于西南次海盆的底流活动使其海底存在氧化环境所致。  相似文献

通过分析低温和摄食对虹鳟(Oncorhynchus mykiss)脂肪酸生物合成相关基因表达的影响,探究其低温适应机制,为虹鳟的成功越冬提供一定的理论依据。本实验设定了正常温度摄食组(NF)、正常温度不摄食组(NU)、低温摄食组(CF)和低温不摄食组(CU)4个实验处理,分别测定了虹鳟肝脏和肌肉在1、3、5、7和14d时硬脂酰辅酶A去饱和酶(Stearoyl-Coenzyme A desaturase,SCD)、Δ6-去饱和酶(Δ6fatty acid desaturase,Δ6Fad)和延长酶2(Elongation of very long chain fatty acids like 2,Elovel2)3个基因的相对表达水平。实验表明:摄食显著影响虹鳟肝脏对脂肪酸的生物合成,在营养供给充足的情况下,主要通过脱酰和重酰化作用(替代作用)来满足机体对单一不饱和脂肪酸(Monounsaturated fatty acid,MUFA)和多不饱和脂肪酸(Polyunsaturated fatty acid,PUFA)的需求;在营养供给不足时,可以通过相关脂肪酸生物合成通路合成MUFA和PUFA。虹鳟肌肉中有大量脂肪沉积,因而短时间的不摄食对其影响较小。当周围环境温度降低时,SCD、Δ6Fad和Elovel2三个基因的表达量均显著上升,表明虹鳟为了适应低温,生物膜磷脂脂肪酸中不饱和脂肪酸的比例上升,虹鳟肝脏和肌肉中MUFA和PUFA生物合成量增加。此外,虹鳟肝脏SCD mRNA的表达量在CF组较低,这可能是因为摄食可以在一定程度上补充MUFA。虹鳟在正常营养条件下,大约在5~7d可适应低温;在长时间的饥饿和低温胁迫下,虹鳟机体内的脂肪酸生物合成会受到影响。  相似文献

基于AMS14C定年结果,对近千年来台湾以东黑潮主流区沉积物的粒度、黏土矿物组成及结晶学特征等进行研究,分析该区沉积特征、物质来源及近千年来环境演化的沉积记录。结果表明,台湾以东黑潮主流区沉积物主要为细粒的粉砂和黏土,沉积速率平均为34.44 cm/ka,低于东海陆架和冲绳海槽南部,高于开阔大洋,具有从陆架向大洋过渡的沉积特征。黏土矿物组成的分析结果表明,台湾以东黑潮主流区沉积物黏土矿物组成以伊利石(平均57%)和蒙脱石(平均25%)为主,含有少量绿泥石(平均16%),几乎不含高岭石(平均2%),其中蒙脱石主要来源于吕宋岛弧物质输送和附近海域原位的基性火山物质蚀变,伊利石和绿泥石主要来源于亚洲大陆风尘输送和台湾东部河流输入,高岭石主要来源于台湾东部河流和吕宋岛弧物质输入。黏土矿物的物源定量识别研究表明,研究站位的黏土矿物有26%~72%来源于亚洲大陆风尘输送,11%~55%来源于台湾东部河流输入,11%~26%来源于吕宋岛弧物质输送。近千年来沉积物物源的变化特征较好地反映了中世纪暖期、小冰期和现代暖期这3个百年尺度的全球性气候变化阶段。亚洲大陆风尘输送和台湾东部河流输入对研究区沉积物的相对贡献量变化反映了中世纪暖期较强的东亚冬季风特征和台湾地区较为干旱的气候环境,同时也反映了小冰期逐渐减弱的东亚冬季风强度和台湾地区较为湿润的气候环境。现代暖期和中世纪暖期在东亚热力差异和降水异常上的差别反映了人类活动对沉积物的扰动。而研究区小规模的沉积特征突变事件主要与暴雨、台风和地震活动相关。  相似文献

海胆是重要的大型海洋底栖生物类群之一,某些海胆既是人工养殖对象,又是捕捞对象。因此,对海胆进行分类研究,摸清其地理分布特点,对合理利用海胆资源以及生物多样性研究都可提供基本科学依据。 对我国海胆的分类学研究始于1948年,当时张凤瀛先生对青岛的6种海胆进行了描述(张凤瀛,1948)。1957年张凤瀛和吴宝铃先生对广东沿海的37种海胆进行了研究(张凤瀛等,1957)。张凤瀛先生等1964年在《中国动物图谱,棘皮动物门》中记录了30种我国常见海胆(张凤瀛等,1964)。廖玉麟先生在20世纪70年代对西沙群岛的棘皮动物进行了分类研究,其中包括26种海胆(廖玉麟,1978)。 中国科学院海洋研究所于1958-1982年在东海大陆架进行过多次的综合性海洋调查。调查范围:26°~33°45′N,122°~129°E。该海域的底栖生物种类繁多,多样性丰度高。本文对中国科学院海洋研究所历年采自东海大陆架的海胆进行了较系统的研究,共包括21种,隶属于7目、11科、17属。其中有11种在我国是首次记录。名录如下,有*者为新记录。  相似文献

基于沉积物AMS14 C定年,研究了近千年来台湾以东黑潮主流区沉积物的稀土元素组成变化特征及赋存形态,探讨了该区近千年来稀土来源。台湾东黑潮主流区近千年来沉积物中稀土元素总量平均为119.82μg/g,低于上陆壳和中国黄土的稀土元素平均含量,与冲绳海槽较为接近;轻重稀土元素比值平均为11.30,明显富集轻稀土,具有明显的陆源属性。研究区沉积物稀土元素对球粒陨石和上地壳标准化配分模式均表现为轻稀土富集重稀土相对亏损,且具有弱的Ce正异常。根据定年结果及稀土元素变化特征趋势将柱状沉积物分为3层:0~8.5、8.5~21.5和21.5~30cm,随深度增加稀土元素总量的平均值逐渐增大,轻重稀土元素比值逐渐减小,Ce正异常程度逐渐减弱。稀土元素赋存形态分析表明,La、Ce、Pr、Nd 4种轻稀土元素主要为天然陆源,其他稀土元素受氧化还原环境影响相对较大。稀土元素主要存在于残渣态中,其次为铁锰氧化物结合态,残渣态对台湾以东黑潮主流区沉积物中总稀土元素的配分模式起决定性作用,也是造成Ce正异常的关键赋存形态。近千年来沉积物中稀土元素变化与沉积物粒度关系不大,物质来源较为稳定,台湾东部河流输入是研究区沉积物中稀土元素的最重要来源,亚洲大陆风尘输送对稀土元素的贡献较小。  相似文献

对鸭绿江河口表层沉积物陆源组分进行了水动力敏感粒度分级,以消弱"粒度效应"对沉积物地球化学组成的影响。通过多元统计方法,对不同粒级样品内常量元素含量特征、控制因素、源区特征等内容进行了探讨,并与全样测试结果进行对比分析。结果表明:源区化学风化程度是控制常量元素分布的主要因素,"粒度效应"和表生环境下的自生作用对常量元素的分布也有一定的控制作用,但"粒度效应"主要控制8μm以下样品内元素分布;源区目前处于以斜长石风化为主的中等化学风化程度阶段,风化产物未遭受钾交代影响;Al2O3、Fe2O3、MgO、MnO、TiO2、P2O5六种元素在>63μm、32~63μm和8~32μm 3个粒级内含量相近,8μm以下样品随粒级减小元素含量显著增加,CaO、Na2O两种元素在各粒级内含量分布特征与上述6种元素相反,高K2O含量且未受"粒度效应"控制,可作为鸭绿江端元的指示性元素。根据流域岩性特征分析,>2μm粒级样品可能主要来自鸭绿江中下游地区变质基底和花岗质侵入体的风化产物;而<2μm粒级样品则可能主要来自鸭绿江上游地区基性侵入体的风化产物。此外,对比分析还表明,全样测试结果仅相当于分粒级样品的均值水平,极大地掩盖了不同粒级内元素地球化学特征的差异性和规律性。因此,在利用全样地球化学特征进行物源示踪时需综合考虑。  相似文献

新生代全球的气候与植被经历了显著变化。系统开展云南新生代植被与气候的研究将为理解青藏高原隆升和印度季风起源与演化提供重要的信息。总结了近几十年来云南的新生代孢粉记录,重建了除始新世以外的云南新生代植被与气候的大致变化,并划分出9个孢粉组合带:古新世为榆粉属-麻黄粉属-希指蕨孢组合,植被是以落叶阔叶植物为主的常绿落叶阔叶混交林,气候偏干旱;早中渐新世时为栎粉属-桤木粉属-松科-水龙骨科组合,植被为亚热带常绿阔叶林,气候温暖湿润;晚渐新世—早中新世针叶林增多,气候有所变凉,为松科-栎粉属-水龙骨科组合;中中新世为壳斗科-桤木属-水龙骨科-松科组合,壳斗科和喜湿热的蕨类植物含量高,反映了暖湿的中中新世气候环境;晚中新世—早上新世为壳斗科-松科-桤木属-草本植物组合,早期气候温暖湿润,晚期针叶林和草本植物增多,气候有冷干化趋势;中上新世为栎属-松科-水龙骨科组合,热带亚热带的科属增加,气候暖湿;晚上新世为松科-栎属-草本植物组合,针叶林和草本植物扩张,气候有冷干化的趋势;更新世为松科-草本植物-栎属组合,针叶林和草本植物增多,气候进一步冷干化;全新世为松科-栎属组合,气候总体回暖,以中期最为暖湿。上述云南孢粉植物群的变化特征揭示了全球温度是控制云南植被长期变化的主要因素,晚渐新世—早中新世的变冷与青藏高原隆升有关,而晚中新世以来的冷干化是全球变冷和高原隆升叠加的结果。已有的研究显示云南古近纪的孢粉研究明显不足,部分地层仍存在时代争议,因此,认为今后在解决地层年代学的基础上,应重点加强云南古近纪孢粉的研究工作。  相似文献
