临沂市属于传统农业大市,耕地资源丰富,农用地占土地总面积的比例较大。近年来,该市始终把保护耕地放在经济发展的第一位,努力做到节约集约用地,用尽可能少的土地产出尽可能多的效益。但也存在一些值得重视的问题,需深入思考与不断探索。该文对临沂市土地资源利用现状进行分析,查找耕地减少的原因及保护过程中存在的问题,并提出解决办法。  相似文献

The spatial knowledge of the relationships between geodiversity and land use/land cover diversity may become crucial to forming modern land use policies and consequently, it may also become fruitful in regional development. But, there is no work in the literature that emphasises the relationships between geodiversity and land use/land cover diversity, especially in a country like India which has a large variety of abiotic elements and also has a large variety of land use/land cover patterns in its territory and hence, has tremendous scope for such kind of work. Therefore, in the present work to partially fill the research gap, an attempt has been made to explore the relationships between geodiversity and land use/land cover diversity of the Birbhum district, India following the principles of richness index. The spatial correlations between geodiversity and land use/land cover diversity have been examined statistically by applying both correlation and regression analyses. The result shows a linear positive correlation between geodiversity and land use/land cover diversity of the concerned district that implies the fact that the areas of high geodiversity are also associated with the areas of high land use/land cover diversity and vice versa.  相似文献

Land use/cover change and its driving forces has been one of the most important fields in global environmental change research since the 1990s. Karst areas are distributed extensively on the Earth’s surface and are usually characterized by a fragile eco-environment. In southwest China, karst landforms are fully developed and their eco-environment is highly fragile. Over the past decades, irrational land use practice has caused a series of alarming eco-environmental issues including forest clearing, soil erosion, and karst rocky desertification. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study land use/cover change in this area and its driving forces in order to re-build the damaged eco-environment and achieve sustainable land use. In this paper, the authors conduct a case study on land use/cover change and its natural and human driving forces since the early 1970s in southwest China’s Maotiaohe watershed. The results indicate that the land use/cover pattern in the study area has undergone a very complex change, which is a result of combined action of both natural and anthropological factors. In the 1970s and 1980s, climate change and fast population increase played dominating roles in the change of arable land, shrub land, grassland, and rocky desertification land. Since the early 1990s, economic development has gradually taken the place of population change to become the overwhelming human factor to go along with climate change in driving the land use/cover change, particularly the change in arable land, construction land, and rocky desertification land.  相似文献

为全面掌握甘肃省耕地质量变化情况及其驱动因素,从宏观层面上建立"省-区-县-渐变类型区-地块"监测体系,以甘肃省标准耕作制度三级区为单位选取监测县,运用"重点分等因素划定"方法划分监测县耕地等别渐变类型分区、确定驱动因素,通过在县域范围内布设监测单元,对监测单元耕地质量渐变的驱动因素进行监测,并对其引起的耕地质量等别渐变做出趋势性评价。最后,以监测县耕地质量变化情况为基础,运用克里金空间插值方法对甘肃省耕地质量进行空间局部估计,对耕地质量变化空间分布进行特征分析。结果表明:(1)相比2015年耕地质量评价成果,全省监测县耕地等别平均提高了0.14等。河西走廊区中部、陇南山区南部等别有较大幅度提高;晋陵丘陵沟谷区、陇东黄土旱塬区东部、甘南高原区中部等别有较大幅度降低;南部地区变化的幅度整体高于北部地区。(2)甘肃省耕地土壤有机质含量差异较大,且整体偏低;全省耕地类型以旱地为主,耕地灌溉保证率多为一般满足和不满足,但得益于近年来全省修建大型引、供水工程,全省耕地灌溉保证率有了提高;耕地质量分布区域性特征明显。  相似文献

金沙洲可溶性灰岩分布面积广,岩溶洞隙发育,洞隙及地下水的连通性强,上覆第四系松散土体中软土广泛分布,客观存在岩溶地面塌陷及地面沉降的地质环境条件。2007年4月起,受某高铁隧道施工抽排地下水的影响,金沙洲地下水出现异常波动,引发了地面塌陷及地面沉降。文章根据监测数据,经对比分析结果表明,区内岩溶地面塌陷及地面沉降受控于地下水位的变化,地下水位波动至基岩面附近时,是地面塌陷较活跃的时期,地面沉降与地下水位变化呈正向相关。文章进一步对地面沉降与地下水位变化关系的机理进行了探讨,认为目前地下水位尚未恢复正常的区域仍存在地面塌陷及地面沉降的隐患。  相似文献

为了解20世纪70年代以来洞庭湖区湖泊洲滩地表覆盖变化,基于1978年以来的多源中分辨率遥感影像,对洲滩地表覆盖情况进行了监测,利用决策树分类方法解译,结合地理国情普查数据验证了解译精度.结果表明:近40年来,杨树和芦苇地是1978年以来变化最大的地表覆盖,二者呈此消彼长的增减状态,2007—2015年分布面积基本相当,2015年至今杨树面积大幅度减少,芦苇面积维持稳中有增的趋势.2002年以前,洞庭湖洲滩总体呈扩张趋势,2002年之后,洲滩面积趋于稳定.目前,芦苇和湖草占洞庭湖洲滩总面积的2/3.洞庭湖自然保护区内欧美黑杨主要分布于南洞庭湖自然保护区,芦苇主要分布于东洞庭湖和南洞庭湖自然保护区.洞庭湖区湖泊洲滩的人工利用程度在2015年后大幅减小,但仍有48.57%,亟待进一步控制.   相似文献

利用综合分析、综合指数、文献资料等方法对济南市土地利用现状进行了分析,研究结果表明,济南市的土地利用和土地资源集约处于发展期;土地资源生态质量处于发展衰退期,由于经济的高速发展,土地生态资源遭到了一定的破坏;土地资源和土地利用综合指数都较前几年有明显提高,土地集约处于发展提高期,反映土地集约程度显著提高和改善。  相似文献

This paper presents a case study of the Yellow River Delta in China, to trace land use and land cover changes during the past 20 years, with an emphasis on land quality changes. Three sets of data are used in this case study: remote sensing data derived from satellite images; crop yield data from statistics; and soil data collected by the researchers in the field. Our study reveals that at the regional scale, LUCC has taken place in a positive direction: vegetation cover has been expanding and crop yields per hectare have been on rise. However, while the overall eco-environment has improved, the improvement is uneven across the Delta region. At local levels, some areas show signs of increased salinization and declining organic content. Both natural forces and human activities are responsible for the LUCC, but human activities play a more important role. While some impacts of human activities are positive, the damages are often long-lasting and irreversible. We also conclude that it is necessary to use both macro data (such as remote sensing data) and micro data (data collected in the field) to study land quality change. The former are efficient in examining land quality changes at the regional scale, the latter can serve to verify ground patterns revealed from macro data and help to identify local variations, so as to get a comprehensive understanding of LUCC and promote sustainable land use and land management. 以哈尔滨市为研究范围,构建了人口城市化、土地城市化指标体系,运用熵值法计算各指标的权重,结合协调发展模型,分别研究了哈尔滨市1997-2014年期间人口城市化的内部协调性、土地城市化的内部协调性以及人口城市化和土地城市化的协调度及协调发展水平,并对人口城市化、土地城市化与协调发展水平进行了研究。结果表明:哈尔滨市的人口城市化内部协调性和土地城市化内部协调性都表现出前期加速,后期平稳的状态,在20世纪90年代,人口城市化内部协调性和土地城市化内部协调性都迅速提高,进入21世纪以后,协调度均保持在0.9左右,波动较小,内部协调度较高;综合人口城市化和土地城市化的协调度和相对发展度来看,除1999-2000年处于高级协调外,在研究期的其余时段哈尔滨市人口城市化和土地城市化基本处于初级协调状态,人口城市化与土地城市化的非同步性,是制约两者协调发展的关键因素,其中人口城市化对协调发展水平的影响更大。  相似文献

Land is a primary resource for international tourism development. The relation of indigenous systems of land tenure and the history of land alienation to tourism in Pacific Island nations, however, is problematic. Governments of some Pacific Island nations are now emphasizing the traditional land rights of indigenous people in determining land use for economic development. Land is a key resource for the local participation of Islanders in development, and indigenous land claims are a volatile political issue. There has been little substantive research on tourism and land tenure in Melanesia. This paper examines the history of the problem of land alienation, the nature of traditional land tenure, and the relation of current land claims to tourist development in Vanuatu. Land alienations are tied to modern tourist developments, and issues of land tenure are a central aspects of political debate in local cultures. Suggestions are offered for regional planning for tourism, and local control of tourist development and land use.  相似文献

Land use change models are tools to support the analysis of the causes and consequences of land use dynamics. Scenario analysis with land use models can support land use planning and policy. Numerous land use models are available, developed from different disciplinary backgrounds. This paper reviews current models to identify priority issues for future land use change modelling research. This discussion is based on six concepts important to land use modelling: (1) Level of analysis; (2) Cross-scale dynamics; (3) Driving forces; (4) Spatial interaction and neighbourhood effects; (5) Temporal dynamics; and (6) Level of integration. For each of these concepts an overview is given of the variety of methods used to implement these concepts in operational models. It is concluded that a lot of progress has been made in building land use change models. However, in order to incorporate more aspects important to land use modelling it is needed to develop a new generation of land use models that better address the multi-scale characteristics of the land use system, implement new techniques to quantify neighbourhood effects, explicitly deal with temporal dynamics and achieve a higher level of integration between disciplinary approaches and between models studying urban and rural land use changes. If these requirements are fulfilled models will better support the analysis of land use dynamics and land use policy formulation.  相似文献

本文从土地利用与土壤水分、土地利用与土壤养分、土地利用与水土流失3个方面系统讨论了土地利用结构与生态过程研究的现状和特征,指出:1)土地利用结构对土壤水分的影响涉及生态系统、坡面、小流域和区域等系列尺度,土地利用的分布及景观特点影响土壤水分的时空变异;2)土地利用对土壤养分的影响表现在土地利用的镶嵌格局影响土壤养分的分布和迁移,土地利用的变化可以引起土壤养分的变化;3)土地利用与水土流失关系密切,土地利用的改变能够减少或增加径流和土壤侵蚀.尺度不同,土地利用与水土流失的机制也不尽相同.土地利用结构与生态过程的研究,还需要注重大尺度和多尺度上的综合研究.  相似文献

土地质量评价是一项系统性很强的工作,目前主要开展土地的适宜性评价及利用评价,土地可持续利用的评价成为热门领域。评价指标体系日趋完善,评价方法多样,常见的有层次分析法、模糊综合评价法、权重指数和法及神经网络模型等,同时与GIS技术结合运用成为研究的一大特色。土地质量评价的发展趋势是评价指标的体系化、具体化和处理数据、管理的信息化。  相似文献

浙江省龙游县是依据“浙江省典型市县级土地质量地球化学评估”项目任务及要求选择的评估区。基于总结、示范的需要,重点介绍了土地质量地球化学方法技术、成果整合及应用情况。土地质量地球化学评估将土地质量划为5个等级,根据室内、野外的验证情况,调整评估指标、指标权重及评估单元,进行重新评估,以得到更为科学合理的评估结果。为了土地管理部门更方便地利用评估成果,将农用地分等与土地质量地球化学评估成果用叠加法进行整合。整合的结果一方面反映了不同评价方法评价结果的一致性,另一方面也揭示了相同农用地等存在的差异性。龙游县国土部门充分利用了本次土地质量评估成果,对城镇周边已规划的建设用地进行了重新布局。调整后,集中连片的优质耕地得到了保护,建设用地的总量也得到了保证。  相似文献

曹妃甸浅滩潮道保护意义及曹妃甸新老填海规划对比分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
曹妃甸填海工程是全国第一大填海工程,拟填海造陆310 km2,建设曹妃甸工业区。曹妃甸海区有曹妃甸外缘深槽和老龙沟深槽两大港口潜力区,建设曹妃甸工业区,使其充分发挥优良港口的作用是合理的。但填海面积过大,填挖土石方严重不平衡,尤其是通岛公路的建设阻断了曹妃甸浅滩潮道是曹妃甸老填海规划的主要缺陷。曹妃甸浅滩潮道是浅滩区的重要潮流通道,对维护老龙沟深槽港口潜力区和区域海洋环境有重要作用,不应被阻断而应当保留畅通。海洋专家们的呼吁对曹妃甸填海规划的修改起了重要作用。近来出台的曹妃甸新填海规划做了重大修改:准备再开通浅滩潮道,恢复北东东向的浅滩潮流系统;要在老龙沟附近修建一个大港池,使老龙沟深槽港口潜力区得到保护和利用;填挖土石方平衡有了明显改善;增加了岸线;减轻了对海洋环境的影响。但仍然存在某些需要进一步完善和推敲之处。津塘—曹妃甸地区是中国两大地面沉降区之一,应做好防止地面沉降、海洋灾害及地震灾害等隐患的准备。填海面积不宜过大,少填多察,多做海洋环境检测。填海要在海洋环境容量能够承受的情况下循序渐进地进行。  相似文献
