粗鱼油通过精炼可以除去非甘油三酯杂质成分,研究表明黄鳍金枪鱼鱼油精炼的工艺参数为:800g,L的H3PO4脱胶,添加量为油量的1%(体积分数);300g/L的Na0H脱酸,添加量为油量的2%(体积分数);活性土脱色。添加量为油量的10%(质量分数);85℃下减压蒸馏脱臭15min。经过精炼,鱼油呈淡黄色,澄清透明,有淡鱼腥昧,理化指标达到鱼油SC/T3502—2000标准的精制鱼油一级要求,精制鱼油中PUFA的总含量(w)达37.06%,DHA和EPA含量(w)分别为25.10%和4.45%。  相似文献

以半导体TiO2和自制复合型半导体Fe2O3/TiO2为催化剂对光催化降解乐果废水进行了研究.研究表明复合型光催化剂在可见光照下以及紫外光照下的活性都较好;而半导体TiO2只在紫外光照下才能降解乐果.控制催化剂TiO2的用量能提高对乐果的降解率.  相似文献

以白鲢(Hypophthalmicthys molitris)为实验材料,研究常用除草剂对鱼类的毒性效应。结果表明:采用直线回归法求得的96h LC50值分别为:2,4-D丁酯0.185mg/L,可信限0.138~0.247mg/L;丁草胺0.080mg/L,可信限0.067~0.097mg/L;使它隆3.80mg/L,可信限2.68—5.40mg/L;艾割18.60mg/L,可信限14.80~23.32mg/L;嗪草酮108.80mg/L,可信限91.46~129.72mg/L。对鱼类安全浓度分别为0.019mg/L,0.38mg/L,0.008mg/L,1.86mg/L and 10.88mg/L。  相似文献

珠江水系贺江段近年出现严重危害网箱养殖和江河鱼类资源的大型寄生虫病害.初步鉴定该虫隶属于甲壳纲.等足目.鳃虫科.细角鳃虫属.是国内新发现的淡水鱼类寄生虫。用该虫对草鱼、银鲫、麦鲮进行人工感染.结果表明:该虫具有很强的寄生能力.累积感染率为76.2%~100.0%;对寄生部位具有一定的选择性,以寄生在鳃部的比例(55.6%~72.0%)最大.胸鳍(11.7%~28.8%)次之;对试验鱼有较强的致死性;该虫吸血后体长(L)增长较大.体宽(W)基本不变;从寄主体上主动脱落的虫体,其L/W的增长率(16.32%~18.00%)较大,而一直寄生在寄主身上的虫体.其L/W的增长率则因各自摄食量的不同而存在较大的差异。  相似文献

对应用荧光分光光度法测定海洋生物中还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量的方法进行了研究,并测定了分属于鱼、虾、贝、藻的10种海洋生物中谷胱甘肽的含量。利用邻苯二甲醛与GSH反应构成的荧光体系,在激发波长为365nm,发射波长为425nm的条件下,方法的回收率为99.22%-99.69%,变异系数为2.16%。应用此方法测得10种海洋生物中谷胱甘肽的含量为:红笛鲷(Lutjanus sanguineus)0.399mg/g,银鲳(Pampus argenteus)0.352mg/g,大海鲢(Megalops cyrinoides)0.561mg/g,尖紫蛤(Sanguinolaria acuta)0.289mg/g,菲律宾蛤仔(Ruditapes philippinarun)0.287mg/g,墨吉对虾(Penaeus merguiensis)0.892mg/g,凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)1.434mg/g,囊藻(Colpomenia sinuose)0.221mg/g,石莼(Ulva lactucal)0.727mg/g,马尾藻(Sargassum muticum)0.137mg/g。  相似文献

研究了4种Hg^2+浓度对细基江蓠果孢子和四分孢子附着、萌发和生长的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比.Hg^2+抑制了果孢子附着却促进了四分孢子的附着,但0.0025mg/L浓度与对照组的差异不显著(P〉0.05).各浓度间差异显著(P〈O.05);Hg^2+在实验浓度范围内(O.0025、0.0050、0.0075、0.0100mg/L)影响了孢子的正常萌发,使孢子不能正常分裂和生长.刺激了孢子脱落,并且使盘状体的形态发生变异;Hg^2+不恫浓度之间也存在显著差异(P〈0.05).并且Hg^2+浓度越高对孢子的萌发和生长影响越大。  相似文献

零价铁和硝基苯反应后生成二价铁和苯胺,而苯胺也是地下水污染物。硫酸根自由基具有强氧化性,可以降解苯胺。而二价铁可以活化过硫酸盐产生硫酸根自由基,进而去除苯胺。本文研究了二价铁浓度、过硫酸盐浓度、苯胺初始浓度、体系初始pH、反应温度等因素对二价铁活化过硫酸盐去除水中苯胺处理效率的影响。结果表明:①) Fe2+活化过硫酸盐生成SO4-·能快速并有效氧化降解苯胺,对于目标浓度为1000 mg/L 的苯胺而言, Fe2+浓度为3.3 mmol/L, Na2 S2 O8浓度为4.4 mmol/L时,对苯胺有较佳降解效果,苯胺的降解率为86.33%。②体系对较低浓度的苯胺降解效果较好,当污染物初始浓度由1000 mg/L降低到500 mg/L和100 mg/L时,苯胺降解率由86.33%升高为90.27%和97.16%。③初始pH对苯胺的降解率影响较大,中性条件下( pH=7左右)降解率较好,高初始pH (pH=9,11)和低初始pH条件(pH=3,5)下均低于中性条件下苯胺的降解效率。④体系的温度变化对降解率影响不明显。  相似文献

以鲢鱼蛋白为原料,采用5种不同复合蛋白酶(P1,P2,P3,P4,P5)进行酶解。综合研究了复合生物酶酶量、酶解时间、pH、酶解温度等对鲢鱼蛋白酶解降血压肽ACE活性抑制效果的影响。结果表明。复合酶P1酶解降血压肽对ACE抑制率经体外检测为88.08%。具有最佳的酶解效果。对应最佳条件为:酶量25IU/mL,酶解时间2h,pH 7.0,酶解温度60℃。  相似文献

浙北平原区水稻微量试验Mo、Zn、B肥效果最为显著。早稻施Mo肥(0.3%浓度)增产20.0%,Zn肥(0.5%浓度)增产18.5%,B肥(0.5%浓度)增产12.3%;晚稻Mo肥(0.3%浓度)增产21.6%,B肥增产15.0%。由此证实了利用区域地球化学基础资料进行农业地球化学开发应用可以获得较好的社会效益和经济效益。  相似文献

在室内水泥池,利用沙层自净养殖模式和直接铺沙养殖模式对不同规格的方斑东风螺(Babylonia areolata Link)进行了高密度养殖的研究。结果表明,沙层自净养殖模式养殖小螺、中螺、大螺组日均增重分别为0.031、0.088、0.098g/d,沙层NH4^+-N最高含量ω分别为1.3、2.1、3.1mg,/L,H2S最高含量ω分别为0.03、0.07、0.14mg/L.各规格组东风螺保持正常生长和活动,成活率92.9%以上;直接铺沙养殖模式养殖小螺、中螺、大螺日均增重分别为:0.023、0.051、0.068g/d.成活率分别为95.2%、86.7%、84.9%,沙层NH4^+-N最高含量ω达到13.7mg/L,H2S最高含量ω达到0.47mg/L,沙层底质恶化,东风螺活动异常、不摄食。可见,沙层自净养殖模式对方斑东风螺的生长、成活率、沙层水质控制效果显著,在一定程度上克服了直接铺沙养殖底质恶化问题。  相似文献

Abalone Haliotis diversicolor supertexta is an important economic mollusk.The settlement and metamorphosis are two critical stages during its development period,which has direct influence on abalone survival and production.The influence of reactive oxygen species(hydrogen peroxide) on abalone embryo and juvenile development were examined in this study.Larvae of Haliotis diversicolor supertexta were induced to settlement and metamorphose by exposure to seawater supplemented with hydrogen peroxide.They had the best performance at 800 μmol/L.The concentration of 1 000 μmol/L or higher was toxic to the larvae,as the larvae could settle down only at benthic diatom plates without complete metamorphosis.In addition,H2O2 adding time was critical to the larval performance.24h after two-day post-fertilization was proved to be the optimal adding time.In this paper,two action mechanisms of hydrogen peroxide are discussed:(1) hydrogen peroxide has direct toxicity to ciliated cells,thus cause apoptosis;(2) hydrogen peroxide,as a product from catecholamines' autoxidation process in vivo,can reverse this process to produce neuro-transmitters to induce abalone metamorphosis.  相似文献

As molecular weight controls the biological activities of polysaccharides, screening the optimal molecular weight of polysaccharides is important in drug research and application. In this study, hydrogen peroxide was employed as oxidant, and temperature, reaction time, and concentration of polysaccharides and hydrogen peroxide were examined for their effects on the preparation of polysaccharides in different molecular weights fromUlva pertusa. Our experiment suggested that the optimal degradation concentrations for polysaccharides and hydrogen peroxide were 2.5% (w/v) and 8.0% (v/v), respectively. The range of degradation measured by relative viscosity was mainly controlled by temperature and time. Results revealed that 35°C was the optimal temperature for obtaining low-degradation samples, and 50°C was the most favorable temperature to accelerate the reaction to yield highly-degraded samples. Four samples in different molecular weights A, B, C and D were finally prepared. The controllability was evaluated by the relative standard deviation (RSD) of relative viscosity, and the peak molecular weights and the polydispersity indexes (Mw/Mn) of molecular weights were measured by high performance gel permeation chromatography (HPGPC). 为处理海上油田废弃钻井液,以我国海上油田广泛使用的有机正电胶钻井液为例,研究采用铁碳微电解-Fenton氧化处理工艺可行性.结果表明,废弃有机正电胶钻井液及其固液分离后的废水COD超过废水排放标准.优化铁碳微电解-Fenton氧化的适宜条件:微电解时间不低于3h;双氧水质量分数为0.5%,氧化时间为2h.铁碳微电解-Fenton氧化处理工艺对废弃钻井液废液COD有较明显的处理效果,但一轮次处理无法达到排放标准.铁碳微电解-Fenton氧化—次氯酸钠深度氧化以及多轮次铁碳微电解-Fenton氧化处理可以使固液分离后的废弃钻井液达到工业污水排放二级标准.  相似文献

A new kinetic-spectrophotometric method is proposed for the determination of copper ( Ⅱ ). The method is based on the catalytic effect of copper ( Ⅱ ) on the oxidation of weak acid brilliant blue dye (RAWL) by hydrogen peroxide. The copper ( Ⅱ ) can be determined spectrophotometrically by measuring the decrease of absorbance of RAWL at λ = 626 nm using the fix-time method. The optimum reaction conditions are as follows: pH 7.20, buffer solution NaOH-KH2PO4, RAWL (200 mgL-1) 5.00 mL, H2O2 (30%) 0.50 mL, reaction temperature 80 ℃ and reaction time 20 min. The linear range of this method is between 0 μg L-1 and 12 μg L-1 and the limit of detection is 0.011 μg L-1, the relative standard deviation (RSD) in five replicate determinations for 2 and 8 μg L-1 copper ( Ⅱ ) are 3.2% and 2.3%, respectively. Twenty ions do not interfere in the determination of copper ( Ⅱ ). The method has been applied satisfactorily to the determination of copper ( Ⅱ ) in freshwater samples (tap water and Yellow River water from Lijin, Shandong, China) and seawater samples (from the South China Sea), the recovery rates are 98.0%, 102.5% and 96.0%, respectively.  相似文献

采用单因子实验及均匀实验设计,考察了影响丙脒盐酸盐收率的因素,经回归分析,得出了合成丙脒盐酸盐的优化工艺条件:物料配比n(CH3CH2CN)﹕n(CH3OH)﹕n(HCl)=1﹕1.1﹕1.1;整个反应体系为无水体系;在反应前期,溶液温度为0~10℃,pH值为4.0左右,反应时间为9 h;在反应后期,溶液温度为0~20℃,pH值为8.0~8.5;氨-甲醇溶液的质量分数为15.0%。在此优化工艺条件下,丙脒盐酸盐的收率为94.0%,含量≥99%。  相似文献

Algal biotechnology has advanced greatly in the past three decades. Many microalgae are now cultivated to produce bioactive substances. Odontella aurita is a marine diatom industrially cultured in outdoor open ponds and used for human nutrition. For the first time, we have systematically investigated the effects of culture conditions in cylindrical glass columns and fiat-plate photobioreactors, including nutrients (nitrogen, phosphorus, silicon, and sulfur), light intensity and light path, on O. aurita cell growth and biochemical composition (protein, carbohydrate, β-1,3-glucan, lipids, and ash). The optimal medium for photoautotrophic cultivation of O. aurita contained 17.65 mmol/L nitrogen, 1.09 mmol/L phosphorus, 0.42 mmol/L silicon, and 24.51 mmol/L sulfur, yielding a maximum biomass production of 6.1-6.8 g/L and 6.7-7.8 g/L under low and high light, respectively. Scale-up experiments were conducted with fiat-plate photobioreactors using different light-paths, indicating that a short light path was more suitable for biomass production of O. aurita. Analyses of biochemical composition showed that protein content decreased while carbohydrate (mainly composed of 15-1,3-glucan) increased remarkably to about 50% of dry weight during the entire culture period. The highest lipid content (19.7% of dry weight) was obtained under 0.11 mmol/L silicon and high light conditions at harvest time. Fatty acid profiles revealed that 80% were Cx4, C~6, and C20, while arachidonic acid and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) accounted for 1.6%-5.6% and 9%-20% of total fatty acids, respectively. High biomass production and characteristic biochemical composition profiles make O. aurita a promising microalga for the production ofbioactive components, such as EPA and D-1,3-glucan.  相似文献
