对一种人工制备的钙质砂与光滑铜板接触面进行了一系列的单调和循环剪切试验,表明钙质砂与光滑钢板的接触属于摩擦接触,界面剪应力与正应力之比与剪切位移关系有较好的归一性。等正应力试验中钙质砂的的缩性较大;等体积试验中接触面的抗剪强度因正应力的降低而远低于等正应力试验;循环剪切中加荷与卸荷曲线基本重合,经历循环剪切作用后接触面的抗剪强度有降低的趋势。界面湿摩擦系数低于干摩擦系数。  相似文献

The shear stress–strain behaviour and shear strength parameters of the interface between cemented paste backfill (CPB) and rock are of practical importance in the optimal and safe design of CPB structures. An understanding of the shear behaviour and properties at this interface is also required to develop comprehensive interface models for CPB-rock analyses, interface design methods for the static and dynamic stability analysis of CPB structures, and building high performance CPB structures. In this study, direct shear tests were conducted to investigate the interface shear strength behaviour between CPB and rock. All tests were carried out in a standard direct shear test apparatus for a range of curing ages of 1 to 28 days for the CPB. The procedures of the laboratory tests will be described. Results will be presented for interface shear behaviour, including stress–strain curves, vertical deformation and shear strength parameters. The test results show that the shear strength parameters and behaviour of the CPB-rock interface are time-dependent and significantly influenced by the normal load.  相似文献

开展岩石模型结构面抗剪强度特征的多尺度(尤其大尺寸)直剪试验研究对于理解岩石结构面力学特性具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。首先,基于多尺度直剪试验仪(MSJ-DST),对20 cm×20 cm、40 cm×40 cm、60 cm×60 cm、80 cm×80 cm和100 cm×100 cm的岩石模型结构面试样采用法向应力分别为200~1 000 kPa进行直接剪切试验;然后,研究不同尺寸岩石模型结构面抗剪强度的特征。结果表明:不同法向荷载作用下模型的受力变形特点相近,峰值剪切位移总体上随着某一数值附近上下浮动;在同一法向应力作用下,不同尺寸结构面试样的峰值抗剪强度表现出在某一数值附近上下浮动的特征,残余抗剪强度则表现出随尺寸的增加有小幅度增加;5级法向应力作用下,不同尺寸的峰值抗剪强度和残余抗剪强度随着法向应力的变化规律均近似相同,抗剪强度残余值与峰值的比值随着法向应力的增大逐渐增大并趋于稳定。  相似文献

为了研究筋-土界面在遭受动力作用时的表现,利用大型直剪仪对土工格栅、土工编织布、土工无纺布和砂土界面进行了一系列循环剪切试验,得到了不同工况下界面的剪切刚度和阻尼比,并探究了循环次数与剪切刚度和阻尼比之间的规律。研究结果表明,同一循环次数时格栅-土界面的循环剪切刚度最大,土工编织布-土界面的阻尼比最大;剪切位移幅值为3 mm时3种竖向应力下界面都呈现出循环剪切硬化的特征,随着循环次数的增加,各竖向应力下的界面阻尼比有趋于某一值的趋势;砂土密实度越大,同一循环次数对应的剪切刚度越大,阻尼比越小,且随着循环次数的增加3种砂土密实度的界面阻尼比有趋于同一值的趋势;循环剪切位移幅值为5 mm的界面发生循环剪切软化现象,剪切位移幅值越大,界面同一循环次数的阻尼比也越大。  相似文献

三明治形加筋土是一种在黏土中加入加筋砂层形成的混合填料形式的新型加筋土。为了研究不同条件下三明治形加筋土筋-土界面的动力剪切特性,采用大型直剪仪对三明治形加筋土进行了一系列循环剪切试验,研究了不同薄砂层厚度、循环剪切幅值和竖向应力对界面剪切特性的影响。试验结果表明:筋-土界面的剪应力峰值随着循环次数的增加而增加,循环周次为10时,薄砂层厚度为5、6、7、8、9 mm的条件下,筋-土界面的剪应力峰值分别为24.84、27.4、27.94、26.33、24.68 kPa,表明薄砂层厚度为7 mm时,筋-土界面在循环剪切阶段的峰值剪应力最大;剪切幅值越大,界面循环剪切的最终剪缩量越大,同一循环次数对应的剪切刚度和阻尼比越小;在不同竖向应力下,界面在循环剪切过程中都发生了循环剪切硬化现象,循环周次为10时,竖向应力为30、60、90 kPa的条件下,筋-土界面的剪应力峰值分别为20.4、25.14、32.96 kPa,表明剪应力峰值随竖向应力的增大而增大,同一循环次数对应的剪切刚度也随竖向应力的增大而增大。  相似文献

 Design of plugs for abandonment of boreholes and shafts may be governed by the bond strength between the plug and host rock. This paper presents the results of push-out tests on cement grout plugs in salt. Two types of expandable cement grouts have been tested. The average interface shear strengths ranged from 2 to 12 MPa (290 to 1740 psi). Peak shear stresses at failure, assuming an elastic stress distribution along the interface, were up to eight times higher. Standard deviations commonly reached 20%. Dissolution along the interface was observed, and may have been enhanced by clay inclusions in the salt. This dissolution appears to have reduced bond strengths. Application of the results to the design of plugs for larger openings (for example, shafts, drifts, or boreholes) is discussed. Received: 6 March 1996 · Accepted: 16 July 1996  相似文献

Assessing the shear behavior of intact rock and rock fractures is an important issue in the design of a potential nuclear waste repository at Yucca Mountain, Nevada. Cyclic direct shear experiments were conducted on replicas of three natural fractures and a laboratory-developed tensile fracture of welded tuff. The tests were carried out under constant normal loads or constant normal stiffnesses with different initial normal load levels. Each test consisted of five cycles of forward and reverse shear motion. In this paper, the results of the constant normal load shear experiments are analyzed using several constitutive models proposed in the rock mechanics literature for joint shear strength, dilatancy, and joint surface damage. It is shown that some of the existing models have limitations. New constitutive models are proposed and are included in a mathematical analysis tool that can be used to predict joint behavior under various boundary conditions. © Rapid Science Ltd. 1998  相似文献

在动荷载作用下,加筋土结构中筋土界面不仅会受到水平循环剪切作用,还会受到循环荷载的压缩作用。采用大型直剪仪对双向循环作用筋土界面动力剪切特性进行研究,探究不同循环法向荷载频率、水平循环剪切频率和法向荷载波形对界面剪切强度的影响。结果表明:当循环法向荷载频率和水平循环剪切频率一致时,峰值剪切应力和最大竖向位移随着频率的增加而增加,前后半周期剪切应力和位移曲线时间差均相同;反之,滞回圈应力−位移关系和竖向位移会由于双向循环荷载频率的不同呈现两种不同形态特性;正弦波法向荷载作用下剪切应力和竖向位移最大,而斜波和方波荷载作用下,滞回圈和竖向位移变化曲线较三角波和正弦波差别较明显;剪切刚度随着双向循环荷载频率的增大而增大,正弦波作用下界面剪切刚度最大,斜波作用下界面剪切刚度最小。  相似文献

法向应力对土与结构接触面循环单剪力学特性的影响研究具有重要意义。运用80 t大型三维接触面试验机,进行了不同法向应力下粗粒土与结构接触面单剪试验,分析了法向应力对接触面循环单剪力学特性的影响规律。试验结果表明,法向应力对接触面变形位移、滑动位移、切向应力、可逆性剪切体变和不可逆性剪切体变以及抗剪强度等接触面性能参量的数值有显著影响,但对参量间关系形式影响较小。法向应力越大,接触面变形位移在初始几个循环内越大,随循环剪切的进行,其减小速率越快,最终稳定值越小;切向刚度越大,切向应力稳定值也越大,初始几个循环内切向刚度系数越小;不可逆性剪切体变越大,可逆性剪切体变峰值和稳定值越小,相变位移和相变应力比越小;抗剪强度越大,其异向程度则先增大后减小。不同法向应力下,接触面循环抗剪强度与法向应力符合摩尔-库仑准则;切向应力比-切向位移关系、不可逆性剪切体变和剪切功密度关系均具有良好一致性,基本不受法向应力影响,可用双曲线模型描述,这将大大简化接触面本构描述。  相似文献

Soil-pile interface friction is an important geotechnical engineering factor to be considered in achieving a safe and cost-effective design. Conventional materials such as concrete, steel, and wood exhibit serious long-term soil substructure problems, particularly with regard to durability, deterioration, and corrosion. Fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) composites are potential alternatives for addressing these long-term problems. This paper describes the results of an experimental study of the interface friction between sandy soil and glass FRP (GFRP) sheets coated with different ratios of sand per unit of surface area. A direct shear test was used to study 18 different groups of GFRP specimens. The test parameters were the amount of silica sand coating and normal stresses in the direct shear tests. The GFRP specimens were sheared against three types of soil: sand, silty sand, and sandy lean-clay, of which the first two were used in both dense and loose states. The experimental results showed that coating the GFRP sheets with silica sand was effective in enhancing the interface friction with sandy soils under different normal stresses. A pile implication analysis was also performed to compare the effect of sand coated GFRPs on the load capacity of friction piles with different length to diameter ratios.  相似文献

An important design parameter in cement-grouted soil nailed structures is the shear strength at the interface between the grouted nail and the surrounding soil. Both field and laboratory pull-out tests are normally used to investigate this interface shear strength. However, these tests have some limitations. In this study, direct shear box tests are adopted to investigate the interface shear strength behaviour between a completely decomposed granite (CDG) soil and a cement grout plate. Tests were carried out in a large direct shear test apparatus over a range of constant normal stress, soil moisture content, and soil–cement grout interface surface waviness. The laboratory test procedures are briefly described and the main test results are presented, followed by a discussion of the shear behaviour of the soil–cement grout interface. The interface shear behaviour is compared with the shear strength behaviour of the same soil tested under comparable conditions. It is shown that the shear stress–displacement behaviour of the soil–cement grout interface is similar to that of the soil alone. The test results indicate that the interface shear strength of the CDG and cement grout material depends on the normal stress level, the soil moisture content, and the interface surface waviness.  相似文献

利用室内剪切试验装置,开展不同正应力、自然与饱水条件下岩体异性结构面的剪切试验,分析异性结构面的剪切变形和强度特性,利用JRC-JCS抗剪强度力学模型将试验结果与计算结果进行对比分析。结果表明,(1)异性结构面的剪切变形曲线属于弹塑性残余变形类型。相比自然状态试件,饱水试件的弹性区减小,较早进入峰值区或塑性区;(2)异性结构面的剪切刚度均随法向力的增大而增大,但同一正应力下饱水试件的剪切刚度要小于自然状态的剪切刚度,在低法向力下尤为显著;(3)水对岩体异性结构面剪切强度参数有不同程度的弱化,尤其对内摩擦角 的劣化明显;(4)只要计算参数选取得当,并考虑实际岩体的受力及水等情况,JRC-JCS计算模型可以为实际工程岩体的结构面强度提供较为准确的参数。  相似文献

土工合成材料与填料之间的界面强度参数是加筋-土工程设计的关键技术指标,筋-土界面的直剪试验和拉拔试验在界面剪切特性试验研究中应用最为广泛。利用土工格栅、土工织物与砂土的直剪试验和拉拔试验,研究了剪切速率和筋材性质对筋-土界面强度的影响。研究结果表明,当剪切速率不超过一定界限(如7.0 mm/min)时,其对直剪试验结果的影响可以忽略;筋-土界面强度受加筋材料及砂土特性的影响,双向聚丙烯土工格栅和土工织物与砂土之间的内摩擦角与纯砂接近,界面强度较高,而玻纤格栅因其延伸率低和网格尺寸较小,与砂土的界面强度比较低。  相似文献

典型垃圾填埋场衬垫系统由土/土工膜、土工膜/土工织物等多个界面组成,这些界面抗剪强度低,成为潜在的滑裂面,容易使填埋场发生沿界面的失稳破坏。本文根据大量土/土工膜界面直剪试验的研究,针对该界面的变形机理和应变软化特性,在前人研究的基础上确定了接触面的厚度,定义了接触面的切向应变和法向应变,将界面的变形分为3个阶段:弹性阶段,塑性阶段和残余阶段。同时提出了适合于土与土工膜界面的弹塑性本构模型。该本构模型参数较少,物理意义明确,运用简单方便。最后,结合Filz接触面直剪试验和钱学德单剪试验的结果,将通过该模型得到的拟合结果与之进行了对比验证分析。研究结果表明:本文提出的土与土工膜界面弹塑性本构模型是合理可行的,且建模方便,适用于工程实践。  相似文献

青藏直流±400 kV输变电工程中采用表面光滑的玻璃钢覆盖基础表面,以减少切向冻胀力对基础的冻拔作用。过去的研究鲜有涉及土体特别是冻土与玻璃钢基础接触面的力学特性,为指导冻土区基础设计和安全评价,采用应变直剪仪开展了多种含水率和温度条件下青藏粉土-玻璃钢接触面直剪试验研究。结果表明,青藏粉土-玻璃钢接触面屈服时相应剪切位移很小,应变硬化阶段短暂或不显著;冻结状态下接触面应力-位移性状呈脆性破坏型,存在明显峰值;融化状态时接触面的剪应力-位移性状呈塑性破坏型,其应力-位移关系曲线为弱软化型和屈服型,没有明显峰值;融化状态时接触面抗剪强度值随含水率的增加而缓慢减小,冻结状态时其强度随负温绝对值和含水率的增加而增大,且随着土体含水率的增大,温度降低导致接触面抗剪强度增强效果更加显著,土体含水率大于19%后抗剪强度趋于稳定;温度对抗剪强度的影响主要体现于黏聚力的改变,且随着含水率的增加,温度影响增强。接触面内摩擦角随负温绝对值增加而减小,随含水率的增加而减小。  相似文献

利用自主研制的大型结构面剪切仪完成了一系列界面直剪试验,探讨在法向循环荷载与静荷载两种条件下土工格栅与石英砂界面的抗剪性能,比较其在两种法向荷载下的异同点。试验结果表明:循环荷载作用下剪应力随剪切位移的发展趋势与静荷载下的有相似之处,但曲线本身表现出了循环发展的特性;循环荷载作用下剪应力峰值和谷值的最大值与法向应力的关系近似符合摩尔-库仑定律;循环剪应力最大值随着法向循环荷载频率的增加而减小,但随着振幅的增加而逐渐增大;循环荷载下筋土界面剪应力随位移而波动,始终处于振幅上下限所对应静荷载下剪应力之间,相关物理量之间具体的定量关系需要进一步研究。  相似文献
