初步研究了细基江蓠繁枝变种和细基江蓠切段培养的适宜培养锘及其切段的再生特点。在此基础上,还研究了几种植物生长调节剂对江蓠藻体切段再生的影响。研究表明,江蓠藻体在改良PES培养基中生长良好。两种藻体的外皮层细胞均可产生长成新枝的生长点,并且表现出相同的再生极性。  相似文献

以生物生态学方法,采用生物和非生物等10种附着基经人为投入虾苗池,预防斑节对虾(penaeus monodon)和长毛对虾病害,结果细基江蓠繁枝变种聚缩虫附着率较高,能相应减少幼虾体上的聚缩虫。试验表明,人为投入附着基,能使水质有害因子大为减少。显示出生物生态防治虾病良好的开端。  相似文献

目前我国人工栽培江蓠分为两种主要方式:一是在半咸淡水塘中地播栽培细基江蓠繁枝变种,种苗容易解决,栽培方法简单,产量较高,但琼胶含量低;另一种是在浅滩上用浮筏式夹苗栽培真江蓠、细基江蓠、龙须菜等,培养种苗较麻烦,且产量较低,成本也较高,但琼胶含量高,质量也较好。为取两者的优点,我们把细基江蓠繁枝变种和细基江篱进行杂交,得出了杂交种。实验室培养结果表明,杂交种的琼胶含量介于两者之间,能在半咸淡水中正常生长。初步认为是一个适合于半咸淡水塘中栽培的优良品种,很有发展前途。  相似文献

初夏时用氧电极法测定了生长在亚热带广东省沿海大量生产的四种江蓠光合活性与光强的关系.它们是细基江蓠、细江蓠、江蓠和江蓠生态种。同时还测定了呼吸作用。结果指出它们的光补偿点是:细基江蓠为1000米烛光左右;江蓠和江蓠生态种小于1000米烛光;红江蓠小于2000米烛光。它们的光饱和点是:细基江蓠在4000-4800米烛光范围内;江蓠约为4000米烛光;江蓠生态种约为4800米烛光;细江蓠分枝约为4000米烛光.主枝约为7000米烛光。在同一光强范围内.它们的光合活性不同,江蓠生态种>江蓠幼体>江蓠>细江蓠.在相同温度条件下.它们的呼吸强度是:细基红蓠幼体>江蓠生态种>江蓠>细江蓠主枝.一般说来呼吸强度高,则净光合速率也大。  相似文献

采用正交设计法,研究了江蓠高活性膳食纤维的提取工艺条件,筛选出江蓠碱处理和漂白的最佳工艺条件,提取出江蓠高活性膳食纤维。结果表明,江蓠高活性膳食纤维的产率达28.3%,颜色较白,膳食纤维干基质量分数达92.83%,钙质量分数1.08%,磷质量分数0.068%膨胀力为9.0mL/g,持水力为825%,质量和功能性指标远远超过西方国家麸皮善食纤维的标准(膳食纤维干基质量分数47%、膨胀力4mL/g、持  相似文献

研究了4种Hg^2+浓度对细基江蓠果孢子和四分孢子附着、萌发和生长的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比.Hg^2+抑制了果孢子附着却促进了四分孢子的附着,但0.0025mg/L浓度与对照组的差异不显著(P〉0.05).各浓度间差异显著(P〈O.05);Hg^2+在实验浓度范围内(O.0025、0.0050、0.0075、0.0100mg/L)影响了孢子的正常萌发,使孢子不能正常分裂和生长.刺激了孢子脱落,并且使盘状体的形态发生变异;Hg^2+不恫浓度之间也存在显著差异(P〈0.05).并且Hg^2+浓度越高对孢子的萌发和生长影响越大。  相似文献

江蓠(Gratilaria)是一种经济海藻,是制造琼胶的重要原料。细基江篱(G.tenuistipitata)是优良的栽培品种。我们在1984年春节前后,用两个月的时间,在广东省湛江港进行了潮间带浮筏式栽培细基江篱试验。收获时藻体长达80厘米以上,获得了平均亩产191公斤的干品,达每公顷2.8吨以上的高产。这种栽培方法是值得推广的。  相似文献

以粉蕉的吸芽为试材 ,进行了离体快速繁殖研究 ,结果表明 :以改良MS +BA4 .0mg/L(单位下同 ) +AD5.0 +NAA0 .1作诱导培养基 ,外植体褐变率低 ,芽的诱导率高 ,且芽的生长良好 ;以改良MS +BA3- 6 +NAA0 .1为继代培养基 ,可以获得较高的不定芽增殖率 ,在增殖过程中 ,给予一定的低温处理和变化调整BA的用量 ,可以保持较高的增殖率 (2 .6倍以上 ) ,而且芽的长势好 ;生根培养以 1/ 2MS +IBA1.0 +NAA0 .2 +AC1为宜。  相似文献

本文报道了为改变我国华南沿海目前在半咸淡水塘中进行地播式裁培细基江篱繁枝变种单产低的状况而进行的不同水层夹苗栽培和施肥增产试验,证明了越靠近水面江篱藻体生长越快,越接近底部藻钵生长越差,提出如果在水塘中单纯裁培江篱则水塘深度应保持20~30厘米,如果水深超过1米以上,则应采用浮筏式夹苗栽培,并在水中混养鱼虾等。浸泡施肥试验证明,在短短的40天裁培过程施肥藻体比不施肥藻体增产23%,说明了施肥的重要性。  相似文献

In order to find out whether long interspersed elements (LINEs) existed in macro-algae ge- nomes or not, we tested the LINE homologues in representative families (species): Gracilaria (G. eucheumoides Harv., G. tenuistipitata Chang et Xia, and G. textorii (Sur) De-Toni), Laminaria (L. longis- sima Miyabe and L. japonica Aresch.), and Ulva (U. lactuca L. and U. pertusa Kjellm.) during 2004 to 2005. Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) was carried out with degenerate oligonucleotide primers de- signed from LINEs of rice homologues and Cin4 of maize. Cloning and nucleotide sequencing of the PCR products revealed that 4 clones that derived from 3 species of Gracilaria have LINE homologues. The nucleotide sequences of the 4 LINE homologues diverged greatly, but the amino acid sequences deduced from them were relatively conserved. The endonuclease regions of the LINE homologues greatly di- verged from that of other plants, but they had closer phylogenetic relationship to Zepp elements in Chlor- ella sp., which indicated that sequence divergence by vertical transmission has been a major influence on the evolution of algal LINEs.  相似文献

IAA 3-Indolylacetic acid, NAA a-Naphthylacetic acid and cytokinins in PESI culture medium were used in a study on the effects of plant hormones on the growth of free-living conchocelis ofPorphyra yezoensis which showed that its growth in medium with cytokinins, IAA and NAA was more rapid than that in medium with non—phytohormones; that the optimal concentrations for promoting growth were 10 μg/L for IAA and ZA (Zeatin), and 0.1 μg/L for BA 6-Benzyl amino purine and KIN 6-Furfurylamino- purine. Mix use of NAA, IAA and cytokinins, NAA/ZA 1–1000/1 μg/L, NAA/BA 10/1-1000 μg/L, NAA/KIN 1/1-1000 μg/L promoted growth. 研究以江蓠为养殖基质的双齿围沙蚕的配子发生及性腺发育。结果表明:1)根据双齿围沙蚕卵细胞形态特征、内部结构、卵径大小,卵母细胞的发生可划分为第Ⅰ时相(卵原细胞)、第Ⅱ时相(小生长期初级卵母细胞)、第Ⅲ时相(大生长期初级卵母细胞,卵黄形成前期、卵黄形成中期、卵黄形成后期)和第Ⅳ时相(成熟卵母细胞,胶膜形成前期、胶膜形成后期)等4时相;根据各时相卵子的数量变化及体腔中其他结构的形态变化,将雌性性腺分为Ⅰ期卵巢、Ⅱ卵巢、Ⅲ卵巢、Ⅳ卵巢和Ⅴ期卵巢等5个阶段。2)根据双齿围沙蚕体腔内精母细胞的大小、形态和所处的位置,将双齿围沙蚕的精子发生划分为精原细胞、初级精母细胞、次级精母细胞、精细胞和精子;根据各时相精子的形态和数量变化以及体腔中其他组织器官的形态变化,将双齿围沙蚕的雄性性腺划分为Ⅰ期精巢、Ⅱ期精巢、Ⅲ期精巢、Ⅳ期精巢和V期精巢等5个阶段。3)Ⅰ-Ⅳ期的性腺主要包含对应时相的生殖细胞,同时,也存在有少量其他时相的生殖细胞,生殖细胞的发育速度并不完全一致。  相似文献

Abies georgei var.smithii is an important plant species in Southeast Tibet,China.It has high ecological value in terms of biodiversity protection,as well as soil and water conservation.We analyzed the spatial pattern and associations of A.georgei var.smithii populations at different growth stages by using Ripley's L function for point pattern analysis.The diameter structure was a nearly reverse 'J' shape.The amount of saplings and medium-sized trees accounts for a large part of the entire population,suggesting a high regeneration rate and an expanding population.In the transition from saplings to medium trees or to large trees,saplings show a significant aggregation distribution at small scales,while medium trees and large trees show a random distribution.There are significant inverse associations between saplings and medium trees and large trees at small scales,while there are no obvious associations between medium trees and large trees.The natural regeneration was affected by interspecific competition,and it was also affected by intraspecific competition.The joint effects of biological characteristics and environmental factors contribute to the spatial distribution pattern and associations of this A.georgei var.sm ithii population.  相似文献

To establish a micropropagation system of three Laurencia complex species (Laurencia okamurai, Laurencia tristicha, and Chondrophycus undulatus) by tissue culture techniques, we studied the regeneration characteristics and optimal culture conditions of axenic algal fragments cultured on solid medium and in liquid medium. Regeneration structures were observed and counted regularly under a reverse microscope to investigate the regeneration process, polarity and optimal illumination, and temperature and salinity levels. The results show that in most cultures of the three species, we obtained bud regeneration on solidified medium with 0.5% agar and in liquid medium. Rhizoid-like regeneration was filamentous and developed from the lower cut surface of fragments in L. okamurai, but was discoid and developed from the apical back side of bud regeneration in L. tristicha and C. undulatus. Regeneration polarity was localized to the apical part of algal fronds in all three species, and on fragments cut from the basal part of algae buds could develop from both the upper and the lower cut surfaces. Buds could develop from both the medullary and the cortical portions in L. okamurai and C. undulatus, while in L. tristicha, buds only emerged from the cortex. The optimal culture conditions for L. okamurai were 4 500 lx, 20°C and 35 (salinity); for C. undulatus, 4 500 lx, 20°C and 30; and for L. tristicha, 4 500 lx, 25°C and 30.  相似文献
