地图叠加分析是一种计算密集型算法,并行化计算是加快算法执行速度的一种有效方法。该文研究分布式环境下的点面图层并行化叠加分析方法与实现。首先根据点面叠加的特点设置并行数据分解的方式,基于分治法分解空间数据,在并行系统下将地理要素分而治之。然后引入双层索引的并行叠加机制,一是对面图层根据Hilbert空间索引的排序方式分发数据,二是对点图层建立四叉树索引,对每一个进行相交运算的多边形进行快速过滤和求交。最后在Linux集群系统下实现该并行算法,其一利用MPI分布式计算环境实现在整体计算框架下的消息通讯模式的并行,其二在每个子节点中实现基于多核OpenMP工具的本地并行化。结果表明,利用双层空间索引分治的方法可实现并行数据分块,各子节点实现独立计算,减少并行系统中的I/O冲突,并行加速比明显。该方法对矢量地图运算的并行化进行了有益的尝试,为大数据时代的空间数据分析提供一种有效的途径。 相似文献

叠加分析是地理信息系统最重要的分析功能之一,对多边形图层进行叠加分析要花费大量时间。为此,将GPU用于多边形叠加分析过程中的MBR过滤及多边形剪裁两个阶段。对MBR过滤阶段,提出了基于GPU的通过直方图及并行前置和实现的MBR过滤算法。对多边形剪裁阶段,通过改进Weiler-Atherton算法,使用新的焦点插入方法和简化的出入点标记算法,并结合并行前置和算法,提出了基于GPU的多边形剪裁算法。对实现过程中可能出现的负载不均衡情况,给出了基于动态规划的负载均衡方法。通过对这些算法的应用,实现对过滤阶段及精炼阶段的加速。实验结果表明,基于GPU的MBR过滤方法相对CPU实现的加速比为3.8,而基于GPU的多边形剪裁的速度比CPU实现快3.4倍。整体上,与CPU实现相比,GPU加速的多边形叠加提供了3倍以上的加速比。 相似文献

随着对地观测技术的快速发展和数据规模的急剧增长,矢量数据快速栅格化已成为业界关注的重要研究内容。该文将并行计算技术应用于矢量多边形栅格化中,探索了矢量数据划分方法、边界栅格单元处理方法等关键问题,设计并实现了基于包含检验法的矢量多边形栅格化并行算法。基于土地利用现状数据对并行算法的精度、并行效率等进行了测试与分析。试验证明,在进程数不超过CPU核数时,并行算法的加速比随进程数增长显著;而当进程数达到CPU核数以后,并行算法加速比总体趋于稳定。并行效率与数据的划分方式、数据的存储方式密切相关,划分方式的正确与否将直接关系到算法的并行效率。 相似文献

在GIS的众多应用中,多边形数据的自动生成和多边形数据拓扑关系的构建与维护都是一种高频率的操作。该文在分析和总结已有多边形数据自动生成算法和拓扑关系生成算法基础上,提出了一种基于拓扑信息的多边形数据自动生成算法(PG-TI)。介绍了该算法的数据结构以及弧段邻接关系确定、多边形搜索和拓扑关系确定3个核心过程,重点探讨了使用多边形搜索过程中建立的拓扑信息来提升拓扑关系确定过程性能,在此基础上与传统算法和ArcGIS中对应算法的时间复杂度进行了对比分析和验证。 相似文献

GIS中对原始矢量数据进行拓扑分析和重建是对其进行存储和使用的前提。引入包括规则格网和四叉树格网在内的索引结构,将全局的矢量拓扑分析转化为单个格网范围内足够少的矢量线段求交过程,减少了运算的复杂度;并用一种重组算法实现将原始矢量数据转化为符合“逢交必断”标准的矢量数据。试验表明,该算法适合海量和高散乱度的矢量数据。 相似文献

针对当前分布式多尺度空间数据服务检索效率较低,无法满足集成应用需求的问题,该文提出一种基于两级空间索引结构的分布式多尺度空间数据索引方法,即以空间网格索引为基础,结合空间数据服务元数据管理,实现了空间数据服务及其空间对象的索引。在检索过程中,先通过一级索引检索出目标空间数据服务,再使用二级索引在目标服务内检索出目标数据对象。对二级索引结构和基于服务注册的检索效率的对比测试表明,该方法的效率优于服务注册方法,且随服务数量的增加,效率优势更显著;对单个服务的数据量对二级索引性能的影响进行测试,发现单个数据服务随着数据对象的增加,二级索引的检索时间逐渐增加,但总体检索时间基本可以满足多数应用需求。 相似文献

针对风场动态可视化中数据获取不够实时、风场模型构建非动态且尺度单一、粒子风运动轨迹三维场景下渲染效率不高且难于交互等问题,该文基于矢量场及WebGL技术,提出了风场矢量的Web三维动态可视化方法体系。首先研究了风场数据后端动态抓取、解析及存储技术,对解析后的数据构建初始风场模型,并结合双线性插值算法构建可视化区域内多尺度动态风矢量场,然后通过粒子风的运动轨迹动态模拟变化趋势,建立了粒子从地理坐标至屏幕画布坐标的转换模型,并对运动的粒子进行生命周期管理以提升三维场景渲染效率。基于此方法体系研发了原型系统并开展实验分析,实现了对鄱阳湖区域风场环境的客观、实时、动态模拟,对于掌握湖区及周边风场数据有重要意义。 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
