运用统计分析和气象统计预报的方法,对广东省8个气象站的日10分钟平均最大风速和日瞬间极大风速资料进行分析,发现这两种风速资料有较好的近似线性的关系。通过建立这两种风速的回归方程,获得判别这两风速记录的准确性及估计两风速数值的客观方法。  相似文献

精细化捕捉风速大小及其变化细节过程,是顺利开展风区大风监控预报预警气象服务的关键理论支撑。本文基于百里风区气象观测站的风速数据,对质量控制后的2分钟平均风速、大风日数、日最大风速、日极大风速资料进行计算,给出百里风区2005—2020年精细化逐时风速特征。结果表明:(1)随时间分辨率的提高,24次与4次定时观测值差异明显增大,且偏差随风力等级增高而增大;(2)百里风区风速变化规律与大气环流紧密相关,地形起到加强放大作用。在太阳辐射及地形地貌影响下,百里风区年平均风速8.3 m·s-1,年平均大风日数200.6天,地面风速持续较高;(3)一年中春夏季平均风速最大,且较大风速持续时间长;(4)一日中平均风速高峰时段与大风易发时段不完全重合,平均风速最大值出现在夜间4时前后,大风高发时段峰值集中在17—20时。  相似文献

利用包头市达茂旗气象站1971-2009年38a的日逐小时风向、风速的地面观测资料,对达茂旗风区地面风的平均日变化、月变化、季变化、年变化等进行分析,结果表明:从1971-2009年的年平均风速总体呈现减小的趋势;全年较大风主要出现在春季,4月份平均风速最大;从小时平均值变化曲线看出,00-13时风速逐渐增大,到13时风速达到最大后逐步减小;此外,利用位于该风区内70m测风塔小时数据分析了风速垂直变化曲线,并根据风机发电对风速的要求,分析了有效风速百分比的日变化曲线.  相似文献

气象上常用的风能计算方法有用风速的概率密度计算和直接用风速资料。前者需要确定适合于被计算地风速概率分布,后者需要统计气象台站记风速资料,若计算某地年平均风能密度则应对该地十年以上的逐年、月、日、时的自记风资料进行统计、,工作量相当庞大。目前国内已有一些风能简便计算方法,其中朱瑞兆等人认为,用代表年来计算风能与其长年平均值十分接近「1」。本文对几各简便方法运用在江苏的科学性和实用性进行了探讨,着重研  相似文献

EN型数据测风仪是目前部分基本观测站采用的自动记录风向风速的仪器,传统的EL型测风速是通过风杯转动的距离与时间的关系来测定风速,而EN仪的风速记录是通过感应器风杯带动发动机输.出的交流电压的频率,作为主机的风速信号,通过不同的频率来测定风速值,并自动记录;而风向的测定基本与EL型一致,是通过风向标带动的接触器与固定方位块组成的开关信号作为风向信号。  相似文献

选用杭锦旗1977—2006年各年逐月平均风速资料、2006年1—12月逐时风向、成速资料、2006年1一12月阿拉腾敖包测风塔逐时风向、风速资料,采用统计分析方法,对阿拉腾敖包风场风速和风功率密度、风速频率和风能频率分布、风向频率及风能密度方向分布、有效风能时数进行计算分析,得出阿拉腾敖包风场风能资源评价;给出了综合评估意见:该风场10m高度年平均风速5.7m?s-1年风功率密度为147. 19W?m-2; 60m高度年平均风速7.3m?s-1,年风功率密度为336.65W?m-2; 70m高度年平均风速7.6m.s-1,年有效风速(3~25m?s-1)时数为8410小时,年风功率密度为380.45W? m-270m高度年主导风向为WNW风,春、秋和冬三季主导风向均为W风,因而风向较为稳定。年内春季风速较大,秋、冬季次之,而夏季最小。据初步测算,该风能区风能总储量约为152MW.  相似文献

本文选用了本省六个台站的日最大风速≥10.0m·s~(-1)及日瞬时极大风速≥17.0m·s~(-1)的资料进行了统计,分析了日最大风速与日瞬时极大风速的相关关系,提出了当日最大风速≥14.0m·s~(-1)时,即有可能产生瞬时风≥17.0m·s~(-1)的大风现象。  相似文献

The boundary layer wind tunnel at the Technische Universit?t München was tested for atmospheric boundary layer (ABL) simulations. The ABLs developing above rural, suburban, and urban terrains were reproduced using the Counihan method, i.e., castellated barrier wall, vortex generators, and a fetch of surface roughness elements. A series of flow-characteristic evaluations was performed to investigate the flow development and uniformity. Experimental results presented as mean velocity, turbulence intensity, integral length scale of turbulence, Reynolds stress, and power spectral density of velocity fluctuations were compared with the ESDU data and/or theoretical models. Generated ABL wind-tunnel simulations compare well with the rural, suburban, and urban ABLs. In the test section area used for experiments on structural models, the ABL simulation is developed and uniform. Results of this study indicate the boundary layer wind tunnel at the Technische Universit?t München can be successfully employed in a broad spectrum of engineering, environmental, and micrometeorological studies, where it is required to accurately reproduce ABL characteristics.  相似文献

选用了布设在渤海海域的浮标、平台、海岛共计18个站点,利用COARE算法进行站点风速的高度修正,对ASCAT卫星反演风与三类站点风进行对比分析。统计检验结果表明,卫星风与站点风相比,整体上卫星风速比站点风速大。浮标与卫星的风速差最小,而平台和海岛与卫星的风速差较大。风向对比结果显示,卫星风与站点风的风向平均偏差都很小,但均方根偏差却比较大。随着风速的增加,三类站点的风速平均偏差都是由大到小变化,由正值变化为负值,弱风速的时候卫星风速大于站点风速,高风速的时候卫星风速小于站点风速;风速的均方根偏差则相对稳定。卫星风与站点风的风向均方根偏差随着风速的增加而减小,在不同的方向上,风速偏差和风向偏差等统计量的区别较小。随季节的变化中,平台和海岛站的风速与卫星风速的平均偏差秋冬季大而春夏季小。  相似文献

Helicity is defined as H : V ω, where V and ω are the velocity and vorticity vectors, respectively. Many works have pointed out that the larger the helicity is, the longer the life cycle of the weather system is. However, the direct relationship of the helicity to the evolution of the weather system is not quite clear. In this paper, the concept of helicity is generalized as shearing wind helicity (SWH). Dynamically, it is found that the average SWH is directly related to the increase of the average cyclonic rotation of the weather system. Physically, it is also pointed out that the SWH, as a matter of fact, is the sum of the torsion terms and the divergence term in the vorticity equation. Thermal wind helicity (TWH), as a derivative of SWH, is also discussed here because it links the temperature field and the vertical wind field. These two quantities may be effective for diagnosing a weather system. This paper applies these two quantities in cylindrical coordinates to study the development of Hurricane Andrew to validate their practical use. Through analyzing the hurricane, it is found that TWH can well describe the characteristics of the hurricane such as the strong convection and release of latent heat. SWH is not only a good quantity for diagnosing the weather system, but also an effective one for diagnosing the development of the hurricane.  相似文献

利用大连风廓线雷达高时空分辨率风场观测资料,统计2011年雷达站上空各层水平及垂直风速的分布特征.通过分析发现:最大水平风速通常出现在12 km上下,受高空急流的影响,各季节高空最大水平风速出现高度不同,4 km以下高空水平风速随高度的变化各月份存在一定差异,4 km以上至最大风速层,水平风速随高度的升高而增大,最大风速层以上至雷达测量的上限水平风速随高度增加先减小后增大;高空垂直风速在夏季较为明显,秋季次之,冬春季节最小;6月是全年月均垂直风速最大的月份,在500~1300 m高度层存在一个上升气流中心,平均风速大于0.6 m/s,2月各高度平均垂直风速全年最小.  相似文献

In order to estimate the return values ofthe time series ofwind speed and wind wave height, it is proposed to use the extrapolation of polynomial approximation constructed for the small part of the tail of probability function of the series considered. The method is based on the optimization of the accuracy of polynomial approximation implemented by varying the length and shift of the used part of probability function and the polynomial exponent. Optimization includes control over quality criteria for approximation that are aimed at increasing approximation accuracy. On the example of wind reanalysis data and the results of numerical simulation of wind waves in the Indian Ocean for the period of 1980-2010, the proposed method is applied to obtain the return value estimates of the mentioned parameters at several fixed points in the ocean.  相似文献

利用辽宁和吉林省24座测风塔风速观测资料,应用线性回归方法对高分辨率中尺度模式近地层风速预报产品进行订正。首先通过4组不同的订正实验分析训练样本长度、样本滚动方式等对订正效果的影响,确定单点订正最佳方案,并综合线性方法在东北地区不同下垫面条件下的适用性;然后应用24座测风塔已确定的单点订正关系,尝试区域风速的平面订正,并基于剩余23座测风塔资料对全场订正效果进行评估。结果表明:训练样本的长度对订正效果影响较明显,在东北地区训练样本长度取20 d效果最佳;当训练样本长度取最优天数时,滚动系数的订正效果与固定系数的订正效果基本一致;各种下垫面通过线性订正均能取得较明显提高,其中丘陵地区效果最明显,通过订正均方根误差整体降低1.61 m·s-1,平原地区为0.95 m·s-1,沿海地区为0.91 m·s-1;平面风速订正实验显示,订正关系平面外推可取得明显的订正效果,全场平均绝对误差降低0.20 m·s-1,该方法可为订正资料匮乏区域的预报提供参考。  相似文献

Analyzed are the experimental data on the range of the sea wind waves obtained using a laser meter of hydrospheric pressure variations in 2007, 2010, 2011, and 2012 at different points of the shelf of the Sea of Japan. It is demonstrated that the variations of wind wave periods at their leaving the zone of cyclonic action can be associated not only with the dispersion but also with the Doppler effect and variations of the wind speed and wind direction in the zone of cyclonic action. Carried out was the analysis of the results of the processing of experimental data of the laser meter of hydrospheric pressure variations and the mobile laser meter of hydrospheric pressure variations; this analysis revealed that the transformation of wind waves with the decrease in the period and energy takes place in the case of their movement along the shelf of the decreasing depth.  相似文献

The characteristics of wind speed and wind direction in the boundary atmospheric layer measured at the meteorological station in Akhtopol (Bulgaria) are presented. The measurements were carried out with the Scintec sodar and MK-15 automatic meteorological station. The sodar measurement data on wind parameters at different heights in different months are presented as well as the frequency of inshore and offshore wind directions, that enables to trace the intensity of the breeze circulation. The frequency of calms and wind speeds at the heights of 50, 100, and 200 m according to gradations for different months and the probability of wind of various speeds depending on the direction are also given. The breeze front characteristics in June–September of 2009 are computed from the speed and direction of surface wind measured with the acoustic anemometer of MK-15 complex.  相似文献
