结合多时相和全极化SAR数据在地表覆盖分类中的优势,通过融合多时相全极化SAR数据,降低雷达图像上斑点噪声的影响,开展土地覆盖分类研究。以贵州扎佐林场大约12 km×17 km的区域为研究区,使用6个不同时期的RADARSAT-2全极化数据进行地表覆盖分类研究。研究结果表明:不同地物的后向散射机制有很大区别,且对应的后向散射系数随时间的变化规律也各不相同;该方法能有效区分人工建筑、森林、农田和水体等地物,斑点噪声得到有效抑制,图像质量,特别是视觉效果大为改善。  相似文献

首次联合Topex/Poseidon(T/P)与Envisat高度计数据,提取了2002年5月至2005年5月期间两高度计Ku波段的后向散射系数,采用连续张力曲线样条格网化方法,有效地解决了数据稀疏区容易出现极值以及对数据密集区进行格网化时不平滑的问题,得到了格网时间序列数据,分析了T/P与Envisat两高度计后向散射系数的统计差异,进而讨论了我国陆地覆盖的空间分布特征,定性地研究了内蒙古高原、华北平原、东北平原、青藏高原、云贵高原、黄土高原、长江中下游平原的后向散射系数的成因机制及其随时间的演化规律,研究结果可为因自然灾害和环境变化而导致地表覆盖变化的监测提供决策支持。  相似文献

该文介绍了ERS-1(欧洲资源卫星1号)WSC(风散射计)数据结构。描述了全球雷达后向散射系数(σ°)图的成图方法。展示池中国第一幅全球雷达后向散射系数分布图。重点分析了WSC数据用于全球陆地监测的能力,并对全球典型地物地雷达后向散射系数进行了统计。研究结果表明:1.全球雷达后向散射系数侧重反映了全球值被图和地形图的叠合信息;2.WSC数据能够以区域和全球尺度分区分6类主要的地表覆盖类型。它们是:  相似文献

针对藏南地区地表覆盖信息获取困难、生产效率低等问题,该文提出一种结合特征组与分层策略的高空间分辨率遥感图像逐层分类方法。依据地理国情普查地表覆盖信息分类标准,结合研究区遥感图像实际的地表覆盖状况,充分挖掘高空间分辨率遥感图像的地物特征信息,建立该地区地物图像特征组,并采用分层策略减弱地物间的相互影响程度,实现研究区遥感图像逐层分类。实验结果表明,文中提出的逐层分类方法能有效提高地表覆盖类别解译效率,分层成果有利于进一步的精细分类。  相似文献

对同一区域制订了8景Radarsat-2降轨的编程数据,重点研究卫星视线与地表法线夹角对于后向散射系数和相干系数的影响。研究结果表明,由于SAR数据成像原理的特殊性,一种模式的SAR监测并不能有效覆盖研究区域的整个范围。卫星视线与地表法线夹角对后向散射系数和相干系数的影响明显,从而得出有效SAR数据的局部入射角阈值,并根据阈值得出研究范围内降轨数据、升轨数据以及它们联合监测的可信区域。为进一步制定升轨编程数据进行区域滑坡早期识别提供依据,以达到全区域监测的目的。  相似文献

利用ASAR图像监测土壤含水量和小麦覆盖度   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
以高级合成孔径雷达(ASAR)影像数据和地面实测数据为基础,分析了裸土、低覆盖(覆盖度为0.2左右)冬小麦麦地的后向散射与土壤含水量、地表粗糙度及小麦覆盖度之间的关系,探讨了裸土和冬小麦麦地土壤含水量及小麦覆盖度的反演方法。分析结果表明:①裸土后向散射系数受地表粗糙度和土壤质地的综合影响较大,裸土的后向散射和土壤含水量正相关关系未达显著,反演裸土土壤含水量必须考虑这两个因素的影响。②冬小麦麦地两种极化后向散射对土壤含水量和小麦覆盖度的敏感性差异明显。由于小麦植株与土壤的水平同极化后向散射差异较大,水平极化后向散射系数和小麦覆盖度及土壤含水量相关性达到显著;冬小麦麦地的垂直同极化后向散射对土壤含水量较敏感,垂直极化后向散射系数和土壤含水量的相关性达到显著,但与小麦覆盖度的相关性相对较低。据此,利用冬小麦麦地的两个同极化后向散射系数,建立了后向散射系数与土壤含水量和小麦覆盖度之间的关系模型,实现了小麦覆盖度和冬小麦覆盖下的土壤含水量反演。验证结果表明:土壤含水量和小麦覆盖度反演结果与地面调查和测量结果一致。  相似文献

以北京市为研究区域,联合使用光学遥感数据和雷达数据,对植被覆盖区地表土壤水分进行反演研究。在利用同期光学数据提取出归一化水分指数(normalized differential water index,NDWI)之后,利用water-cloud模型去除植被层在土壤水分后向散射中的贡献,然后考虑到地表粗糙度,在构建后向散射数据库的基础上分别利用HH和HV极化方式的后向散射系数构建土壤水分反演模型,并对反演结果进行对比研究。结果表明,采用HH极化方式反演土壤水分的均方根误差为0.044,相对误差为15.5%;采用HV极化方式反演土壤水分的均方根误差为0.057,相对误差为20.3%;相比而言,HH极化的反演效果更好。  相似文献

针对后向散射系数难以完成高精度湿地分类问题,本文以16景VH极化的Sentinel-1A影像为数据源,构建了一种联合时间序列相干性和后向散射系数的分类方法。通过对长时间序列的后向散射系数和相干性分析,选择互花米草易与其他地物混淆的3个时相(6月27日(R)、11月18日(G)、11月30日(B))的后向散射系数图为合成数据源,引入11月18—30日相干图代替11月30日后向散射系数图。采用SVM和随机森林分类器,探究相干性引入前后黄河三角洲湿地分类精度变化。研究表明,相干性引入后,SVM和随机森林分类结果的总体精度分别提升了3.07%和3.85%,互花米草的分类精度分别提升了9.39%和11.42%。  相似文献

波形激光雷达传感器所获取的遥感数据几乎可以提供后向散射信号的全部特征,除了距离观测值,需要通过进一步分析接收的脉冲获取更多关于地表实体的物理特性,因此,这些相关的物理特性成为研究地表覆盖的新领域。通过总结利用波形信号处理技术进行地表覆盖解译工作的研究进展,开展了南极查尔斯王子山脉地区地表覆盖分类工作。首先,描述了GLAS的数据结构;其次,总结了相关的信号处理技术;然后,从实际应用角度讨论了方法的可用性;最后,以南极查尔斯王子山脉地区为例,实践了基于ICESat GLAS完整波形信号处理技术的地表覆盖分类方法。  相似文献

One of the potential applications of polarimetric Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) data is the classification of land cover, such as forest canopies, vegetation, sea ice types, and urban areas. In contrast to single or dual polarized SAR systems, full polarimetric SAR systems provide more information about the physical and geometrical properties of the imaged area. This paper proposes a new Bayes risk function which can be minimized to obtain a Likelihood Ratio (LR) for the supervised classification of polarimetric SAR data. The derived Bayes risk function is based on the complex Wishart distribution. Furthermore, a new spatial criterion is incorporated with the LR classification process to produce more homogeneous classes. The application for Arctic sea ice mapping shows that the LR and the proposed spatial criterion are able to provide promising classification results. Comparison with classification results based on the Wishart classifier, the Wishart Likelihood Ratio Test Statistic (WLRTS) proposed by Conradsen et al. (2003) and the Expectation Maximization with Probabilistic Label Relaxation (EMPLR) algorithm are presented. High overall classification accuracy of selected study areas which reaches 97.8% using the LR is obtained. Combining the derived spatial criterion with the LR can improve the overall classification accuracy to reach 99.9%. Flood mapping from Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) data has attracted considerable attention in recent years. Most available algorithms typically focus on single-image techniques which do not take into account the backscatter signature of a land surface under non-flooded conditions. In this study, harmonic analysis of a multi-temporal time series of >500 ENVISAT Advanced SAR (ASAR) scenes with a spatial resolution of 150 m was used to characterise the seasonality in backscatter under non-flooded conditions. Pixels which were inundated during a large-scale flood event during the summer 2007 floods of the River Severn (United Kingdom) showed strong deviations from normal seasonal behaviour as inferred from the harmonic model. The residuals were classified by means of an automatic threshold optimisation algorithm after masking out areas which are unlikely to be flooded using a topography-derived index. The results were validated against a reference dataset derived from high-resolution airborne imagery. For the water class, accuracies > 80% were found for non-urban land uses. A slight underestimation of the reference flood extent can be seen, mostly due to the lower spatial resolution of the ASAR imagery. Finally, an outlook for the proposed algorithm is given in the light of the Sentinel-1 mission.  相似文献

永久散射体雷达干涉(PSI)已被广泛应用于城市缓慢沉降监测,但针对显著性地表沉降监测及PSI适用性的探讨较少。本文选取天津市与廊坊市城郊结合部的典型工业化城镇为研究区,分别以2007至2010年间的23幅L波段(23.6 cm)ALOS PALSAR影像和2007至2009年间的23幅C波段(5.6 cm)ENVISAT ASAR影像为数据源,使用基于相位空间相关性分析的PSI方法进行时空沉降提取,并对两个平台的结果进行对比分析和交叉验证。在此基础上,结合长短波SAR对沉降敏感性不同的特征探讨该PSI方法应用于显著沉降解算的可靠性,并结合地质条件及地下水开采信息对实验区沉降的时空分布进行深入分析和解释。研究表明,两平台的沉降结果十分吻合,在沉降漏斗区二者均方根误差(RMSE)为6.5 mm/a;实验区地表沉降呈现出显著的非均匀性,最大沉降速率超过200 mm/a,造成严重沉降的主要原因为地下水的大量开采;证实了PSI方法在显著地表沉降监测方面的有效性和可靠性。  相似文献

合成孔径雷达( SAR)图像含有丰富的纹理信息,特别是进行城市地物分类时,纹理特征对于图像的解译具有重要的意义。本文对基于灰度共生矩阵和Gabor变换两种纹理特征提取方法进行了研究,将灰度和不同纹理特征组合应用于SAR图像城市地物分类,并以ALOS PALSAR影像为数据源进行了实验。通过对不同分类结果进行定性和定量分析,结果表明,引入纹理特征后的SAR图像分类结果要优于无纹理信息参与的分类结果,基于不同纹理特征组合的SAR图像分类结果要优于基于单一纹理特征的分类结果。  相似文献

The study examined the capability of dual-polarization SAR data for forest cover mapping and change assessment in the Brazilian Amazon Forest regions. Shuttle Imaging Radar (SIR)-C and Advanced Land Observing Satellite Phased Array L-band Synthetic Aperture Radar (ALOS PALSAR) data were analysed to map and quantify deforestation. The images were classified using hybrid classifier, where each land cover was grouped in various spectral sub-classes interpreted on the imagery and later merged together to generate the desired land cover classes. The classification accuracy for forest was reasonably high (>90%). The technique applied in this study can be extended for operational mapping and monitoring of deforestation in the tropics, particularly for those regions which are often covered by cloud.  相似文献

The current study has used Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) satellite data to estimate the Snow Cover Area (SCA) in Manali watershed of Beas River in Northwest Himalayas of Himachal Pradesh, India. SAR data used in this study is of Radarsat-2 (RS2) and Environmental Satellite (ENVISAT), Advanced Synthetic Aperture Radar (ASAR). The SAR preprocessing was done with SAR image processing tools for converting raw SAR images into calibrated geo-coded backscatter images. Maps for forest, built area, layover and shadow were created and used for masking snow cover in these areas. The backscattering ratio of wet snow to reference image threshold method with value range from ?2 to ?3 db was used to estimate wet SCA for study area. In this technique, if the threshold is too high (≥-2 db) wet SCA is overestimated and if it is too low (≤-3db), this method underestimates the SCA. The wet SCA is under/over estimated (+6 % to?8 % on average) in late spring season due to the inherent terrain and SAR imaging effects of layover/foreshortening and shadow and also due to the masking of forest areas. Overall, the SCA derived from SAR data matches well when compared with total SCA derived from cloud free optical remote sensing data products, especially during wet season.  相似文献

As an active microwave remote sensing sensor, synthetic aperture radar (SAR) can image the Earth surface with high spatial resolution in both day and night under all weather conditions. In this paper, a digital image processing technique was implemented to extract water area information from SAR images and the result is used to monitor the water area variation of Lake Dongting, the second largest freshwater lake in China. 8-year time series of European Space Agency's ENVISAT ASAR (Advanced Synthetic Aperture Radar) images acquired between 2002 and 2009 were obtained and a land-water classification scheme was implemented. Using independent in situ water level data measured at a lake-side hydrologic station during study period, we derived the relationship between water level and water area of Lake Dongting. The results show that, (1) during dry seasons, the water area is 518 km2 larger than that in the 1990s reported by Yangtze BHYRWRC (Bureau of Hydrology and Yangtze River Water Resources Commission), 2000; (2) the water area of Lake Dongting increased significantly in the 2000s after the Chinese Government's “return land to lake” policy took effect in 1998; (3) the water level of Lake Dongting could be low during a rainy season due to drought; but could be high in a dry season due to discharges from the upstream Three Gorges Dam. In addition, the relationship between water storage change and water area/level change is obtained.  相似文献

Remote sensing data utilize valuable information via various satellite sensors that have different specifications. Image fusion allows the user to combine different spatial and spectral resolutions to improve the information for purposes such as forest monitoring and land cover mapping. In this study, I assessed the contribution of dual-polarized Advanced Land Observing Satellite/Phased Array type L-band Synthetic Aperture Radar data to multispectral Landsat imagery. The research investigated the separability of forested areas using different image fusion techniques. Quality analysis of the fused images was conducted using qualitative and quantitative analyses. I applied the support vector machine image classification method for land cover mapping. Among all methods examined, the à trous wavelet transform method best differentiated the forested area with an overall accuracy (OA) of 94.316%, while Landsat had an OA of 92.626%. The findings of this study indicated that optical-SAR-fused images improve land cover classification, which results in higher quality forest inventory data and mapping.  相似文献

目前中国的环境形势十分严峻,对于环境的监测及保护已经成为当务之急。利用合成孔径雷达(SAR)全天候的工作能力,配合星载C波段以及机载P波段的全极化数据信息,对内蒙古根河地区的地物展开分类研究,相比于单波段的分类结果有一定的改善,可以得到较为精确的分类结果,为之后的地理国情以及环境监测提供了有效的支持,也解决了单波段无法充分利用极化信息的弊端,为以后的研究提供资料。  相似文献
