Synchronization experiment was conducted in June, 2009 to get Inherent Optical Properties (IOP) of water component in Chaohu Lake. Water bio-optical mechanism was studied combined with multispectral data of Environmental Satellite 1 (CCD), and then inversion models of total suspended matter (TSM), inorganic suspended matter (ISM) and organic suspended matter (OSM) concentration were built. The data indicated that: the absorption ratio of suspended particulate matter and CDOM to total were almost no change from band 1 to band 2 with about 85% and 9%, respectively. The ratio of pure water to total increased from 0.4% to 5.6%. Water reflectance in these two bands were influenced by absorption of three kinds of components: algae particles absorption surpassed non-algal particles in band 3, and so played an important role in total absorption with about 35.7%; the proportion of pure water absorption and particles matter backscattering both were 99% in band 4, so these two components decided the main inherent optical properties in band 4. The models of TSM and ISM concentration inversion based on band combination (band 3 + band 4)/(band 1 + band 2) were built, while OSM concentration was estimated by band 4/(band 1 + band 2) index. Inversed by image data, RE of TSM concentration between modeled and measured was 33.4%, and RMSE was 18.68 mg/L. RE of ISM and OSM concentration were 39.9% and 35.2% respectively. The inversion was more accurate when satellite-ground data were just in the same day. At this situation, RE of ISM concentration dropped to 25.4%, and that of TSM and OSM reduced to 26.5% and 26.8% as well.  相似文献

总悬浮物是水体中重要的光学敏感物质之一,很大程度上决定了水柱中光的吸收、散射和衰减,同时吸附营养盐、重金属和有毒有害物,对水体物质生物地球化学过程、沉积物埋藏动力和湖泊环境演化具有重要的意义.基于星地同步实验和静止水色成像仪GOCI(Geostationary Ocean Color Imager)构建了太湖悬浮物浓度估算模型,并分析了典型风浪过程中太湖悬浮物浓度短期动态变化过程.研究表明:对太湖水体悬浮物浓度较为敏感的波段为GOCI的第7波段(745nm)和第8波段(865 nm),悬浮物浓度与对应波段遥感反射率线性相关决定系数分别为0.72和0.55;基于GOCI第7波段的悬浮物浓度单波段遥感估算模型能较为准确地估算太湖的悬浮物浓度,模型相对均方根误差和平均绝对百分误差分别为28.3%和24.4%.通过研究典型风浪过程前后太湖悬浮物浓度变化发现其短期动态变化显著,风速、风向是悬浮物浓度短期动态变化的重要驱动因素,悬浮物浓度与风速呈正比,并随着风向扩散;高频连续GOCI影像结果显示悬浮物浓度短期动态变化对风浪扰动的响应有一定的滞后性,滞后时间为数小时到1天,悬浮物沉降与沉积物再悬浮的临界风速约为3.4 m/s.  相似文献

内陆水体光学特性复杂,其水质参数遥感反演是当前环境遥感研究的热点与难点.2004年10月在太湖实测了67个站点的遥感反射率与相应站点水质参数浓度,通过对水体反射率光谱的分析发现,秋季太湖悬浮物主导了水体光学特性,叶绿素荧光峰的特征主要体现为悬浮物浓度的变化.据此建立了基于水面实测岛光谱遥感反射率数据的叶绿素荧光峰特征与悬浮物浓度之间的拟合关系,发现二者具有很好的响应关系.具体分析了叶绿素荧光峰绝对高度、基线高度、归一化高度(分别归一化到560nm附近最大反射率波段与近红外810nm附近最大反射率波段)及荧光峰积分面积(包括积分总面积、基线以下面积与基线以上面积)等儿种光谱特征与悬浮物浓度之间的关系,其相关系数(R2)分别为0.8822、0.7483、0.8901、0.8547、0.8927、0.8877、0.8632,平均相对误差分别为27.25%、41.03%、27.11%、25.75%、24.91%、25.47%、27.54%.总体反演精度较高,其中总积分面积法效果最好,基线高度法效果最差,而叶绿索荧光峰波段的位移与悬浮物浓度之间不存在明显的相关性.研究结果表明叶绿素荧光峰特征在浑浊内陆水体悬浮物浓度信息提取中具有很好的应用前景,该方法可为浑浊的二类水体悬浮物遥感反演提供了一个新思路.  相似文献

实地测试太湖水体的反射光谱,实验室分析水样,运用相关分析法探求叶绿素、悬浮物的光谱特征波段,估测叶绿素和悬浮物含量;对比LandsatETM波段,运用不同的函数曲线对相应的波段组合进行回归拟合,建立相应的估测模型,选取精度最好的两个分别对太湖的叶绿素和悬浮物含量进行估测.结果表明:(1)对多光谱遥感而言,LandsatTM/ETM是定量获取叶绿素和悬浮物的较好的数据源,但不是最适合的数据源;(2)通过ETM3与叶绿素建立一定的函数关系来估测叶绿素含量具有较高的精度,其中利用算术组合ETM3/ETM1估测叶绿素的精度最高;(3)ETM4与悬浮物具有较高的相关度,其中利用算术组合ETM4/ETM1估测悬浮物含量的精度最高;(4)LandsatETM卫星影像中,不同尺寸的像元窗口影响水质参数的估测精度;对叶绿素估测而青,7×7或者5×5窗口比较适合,对悬浮物估测而言,一般不超过3×3.  相似文献

为进一步了解香港近海水体特性及监测其水质状况,根据2001年3-5月在香港临近海域调查取得的实测资料,对该海域水体光谱进行解析,开发该海域叶绿素a浓度与色素吸收系数aph(675)的经验模型,具有较高相关性;用剖面数据外推及水体光谱模拟方法完成对水下表面遥感反射率光谱的推导;进而建屯反演低浓度区叶绿素a浓度的半分析算法,反演结果与实测值比较平均相对误差为45%,均方根差0.933,相关系数0.78,误差主要来源于外推演算及散射模型.结果表明该算法在低悬浮物低叶绿素浓度区域有一定适用性.  相似文献

2004年10月,在太湖设置67个采样点,现场测量了水体遥感反射比、后向散射系数和辅助参数,实验室分析了水体的悬浮物浓度和水色要素吸收系数.本文在对遥感反射比光谱分析的基础上,比较了几种水体遥感反射比光谱估算悬浮物浓度的方法,结果发现广泛应用的带比值项的算法,虽然可以应用于太湖总悬浮物浓度估算,但是普遍存在相对误差较高的弱点.通过对光谱的分析,确定了750hm单波段算法的参数,并提出了利用近红外812nm波峰高度来估算水体悬浮物的方法.文中还详细阐述了为什么比值算法等在太湖水体悬浮物浓度估算中相对误差比较高,并解释了利用近红外估算精度高的原因,并指明以上算法在遥感应用中的优点和不足,以及现实水体(水质)遥感对现有遥感器配置和遥感算法的需求.  相似文献

针对东北地区水体,以长春市重要水源地石头口门水库为例,分别于2008年6月13日和9月23 日对该水库进行了水体颗牲物吸收特性研究.结果显示:2008年6月水库悬浮物含量高于9月,而叶绿素a含量低于9月:总颗粒物的吸收光谱曲线类似于非色素颗粒物,非色素颗粒物吸收对其的贡献明显大于浮游植物色素,9月份浮游植物吸收对其的贡献略有增加,吸收曲线在440nm左右能明显看到浮游植物引起的吸收峰;非色素颗粒物在440nm的吸收系数与悬浮物浓度存在较好的函数关系,而与叶绿素a浓度的相关性较弱;浮游植物色素吸收系数较低,色素组成中叶绿索a占主导地位,浮游植物在440nm和675nm的吸收系数与叶绿素a含量均存在较好的指数函数关系;6月浮游植物比吸收系数在440nm和750nm的均值分别为0.0483m2/mg和0.0263m2/mg,而9月份的均值分别为0.0337m2/mg和0.01 87m2/mg.  相似文献

The Basque coastal waters (South Bay of Biscay) are directly influenced by the Adour River freshwater plume. The Adour outflow leads to important variations of suspended matter concentrations and turbidity, which in turn may affect biological productivity and water quality. This study aims at both developing specific algorithms and testing the efficiency of atmospherically corrected MODIS-Aqua 250-m surface reflectance product (MYD09) to map total suspended matter concentrations and turbidity within the Adour coastal region. First, regional empirical algorithms based on in-situ data were tested to retrieve the concentration of total suspended matter and turbidity from the remote sensing reflectance. Then, the respective sensitivity of MODIS surface reflectance bands 1 and 2 for water quality application was investigated as well as the quality of atmospheric corrections. Finally, selected algorithms were applied to the MYD09 product. The resulting 250-m resolution maps were then compared to 1000-m maps produced by IFREMER and comparisons between satellite measurements and in-situ sampling points were performed. Results show that MODIS-Aqua band 1 (620–670 nm) is appropriate for predicting turbidity and total suspended matter concentrations using polynomial regression models, whilst band 2 is unadapted. Comparison between total suspended matter concentration 250-m resolution maps and mineral suspended matter 1000-m maps (generated by IFREMER) produced consistent results. A high correlation was obtained between turbidity measured in-situ and turbidity retrieved from MODIS-Aqua satellite data.  相似文献

兴凯湖春季水体悬浮颗粒物和CDOM吸收特性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了分析兴凯湖水体光学活性物质的吸收特性、来源和空间分布以及对400~700 nm范围内总吸收的贡献,于2013年5月对该水体进行野外实验,对水体中浮游藻类、非藻类颗粒物和有色可溶性有机物的吸收特性和水质参数进行测定.结果表明:总悬浮颗粒物的吸收光谱与非藻类颗粒物相似,色素颗粒物含量较少且单一,非藻类颗粒物在总悬浮颗粒物吸收中占主导地位,其贡献率始终在50%以上.CDOM吸收曲线的拟合函数斜率值Sg均高于其它水体.440 nm处总悬浮颗粒物和非藻类颗粒物的吸收系数ap(440)、ad(440)与总悬浮颗粒物、无机悬浮颗粒物和有机悬浮颗粒物浓度相关性均较好,与叶绿素a(Chl.a)浓度的相关性较差.兴凯湖与其它Ⅱ类水体的差异性表现在440 nm处CDOM吸收系数ag(440)与Chl.a浓度、溶解性有机碳(DOC)浓度均无显著相关性,说明DOC以无色部分为主.总体上,大兴凯湖各吸收系数和水质参数均值均低于小兴凯湖,后者水质受农耕区退水及周围渔业、旅游业的影响较大.  相似文献

The Western Harbor of Alexandria, the largest harbor of Egypt on the Mediterranean Sea, receives different internal and external untreated pollutants affecting dramatically its water, sediments and biota. Surface and bottom water samples were collected bimonthly from this harbor for studying vertical, regional and monthly distributions of total suspended matter (TSM), total dissolved lead (TDPb) and total particulate lead (TPPb). The high surface TSM values coincided with air-borne dust, organic aggregates, plankton productivity and discharged wastes. The high TSM averages in winter resulted mainly from turbulence of the water column by wind action. The highest averages of TDPb in the petroleum and coal basins in the Western Harbor reflect their effects on the water column, while the lowest averages of TDPb and TPPb were found at a location far away from pollution sources. For the water column, the maximum and minimum monthly averages of TPPb and TDPb respectively in June reflect the increase in the rate of lead uptake by phytoplankton abundant in summer, favored by temperature elevation. The annual mean concentration of TPPb was nearly double that of TDPb, indicating that lead was transported to the Western Harbor mainly in particulate form. This reflects the high TSM content in the harbor water onto which a considerable part of lead was adsorbed.  相似文献

Light attenuation is considered as a sentinel for environmental change in lakes and has a profound influence on aquatic ecosystems. However, the spatial distribution of ultraviolet radiation (UVR) and photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) attenuation, and the underlying mechanisms are still not fully understood. We carried out a field investigation with 60 sampling sites covering the entire Lake Qiandaohu from November 29 to December 1, 2013, during the weak stratification period to elucidate the spatial pattern and driving mechanisms. The diffuse attenuation coefficient of UVB (Kd(313)), UVA (Kd(340)) and PAR (Kd(PAR)) varied from 1.48 to 4.63 m−1, 1.09 to 3.43 m−1, and 0.26 to 0.94 m−1, respectively. The corresponding ranges for the 1% attenuation depths were from 0.10 to 3.11 m, 1.34–4.21 m and 4.87–17.58 m, respectively. Total suspended matter (TSM) concentration was highly significantly correlated with Kd(313), Kd(340) and Kd(PAR) indicating that TSM was the main driver of UVR and PAR attenuation in Lake Qiandaohu in the late autumn and early winter. TSM concentration, Kd(313), Kd(340) and Kd(PAR) had obvious horizontal spatial heterogeneity presenting a decreasing trend from the estuary area to the center area in the lake. These results suggested that the spatial distribution of TSM from the inflow drived the spatial distribution of UVR and PAR attenuation. Significantly positive correlations were also observed between the chromophoric dissolved organic matter (CDOM) absorption coefficient and Kd(313). TSM and CDOM absorption spectra showed that in the UVR waveband (350–400 nm), the mean relative contribution rates of CDOM (ag(λ)), non-algal particles (anap(λ)), phytoplankton (aph(λ)) and pure water (aw(λ)) to the total absorption were 67.5 %, 24.0 %, 5.0 % and 3.5 %, respectively. In the PAR waveband, the mean relative contribution rates of ag(λ), anap(λ), aph(λ) and aw(λ) to the total absorption were 25.4 %, 18.6 %, 9.4 % and 46.6 %, respectively. Our findings could provide support for ecological environment protection in Lake Qiandaohu considering the importance of UVR and PAR attenuation in aquatic ecosystems.  相似文献

青藏高原地区分布的湖泊数量众多、面积较大、分布范围广泛.受制于恶劣的自然条件,对该地区湖泊的光学吸收特性以及光合有效辐射衰减系数(Kd(PAR))的研究鲜有成果.本文依据2014和2015年间采集的13个典型高海拔、湖泊面积较大的湖库的现场实测数据和实验室测定数据,分析了采样湖库各个采样点的Kd(PAR)特征以及有色可溶性有机物(CDOM)、藻类颗粒物吸收及非色素颗粒物吸收特性,计算并分析了Kd(PAR)与透明度以及光学活性物质的关系.研究结果表明:青藏高原地区各湖库平均各项颗粒物吸收系数均较低,总颗粒物吸收系数在400~700 nm波段内不超过0.14 m~(-1)、CDOM吸收系数在355 nm波长处最高,为1.23 m~(-1)、最低接近于0、藻类颗粒物吸收特性不明显;实验数据完整的巴木错、格仁错和班公错的主导吸收组分各异,其中巴木错为CDOM吸收主导,格仁错与班公错为非色素颗粒物吸收主导;青藏高原采样湖泊总体Kd(PAR)平均值较小,仅为0.26 m~(-1),样点最大值出现在可鲁克湖(1.17 m~(-1)),最小值出现在普莫雍错(0.10 m~(-1));在采样湖泊中Kd(PAR)与透明度呈显著相关;Kd(PAR)与CDOM的相关性最强,叶绿素a浓度次之,与总悬浮颗粒物浓度的相关性最不显著.  相似文献

In situ measurements of total suspended matter (TSM) over the period 2003–2006, collected with two autonomous platforms from the Centre for Environment, Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences (Cefas) measuring the optical backscatter (OBS) in the southern North Sea, are used to assess the accuracy of TSM time series extracted from satellite data. Since there are gaps in the remote sensing (RS) data, due mainly to cloud cover, the Data Interpolating Empirical Orthogonal Functions (DINEOF) is used to fill in the TSM time series and build a continuous daily “recoloured” dataset. The RS datasets consist of TSM maps derived from MODIS imagery using the bio-optical model of Nechad et al. (Rem Sens Environ 114: 854–866, 2010). In this study, the DINEOF time series are compared to the in situ OBS measured in moderately to very turbid waters respectively in West Gabbard and Warp Anchorage, in the southern North Sea. The discrepancies between instantaneous RS, DINEOF-filled RS data and Cefas data are analysed in terms of TSM algorithm uncertainties, space–time variability and DINEOF reconstruction uncertainty.  相似文献

对两种水体悬浮颗粒物吸收系数测定方法及相关计算进行对比研究.通过长江中下游湖泊典型藻类的实验室培养,利用T方法和T-R方法分别对藻类颗粒物、藻类泥沙混合悬浊液进行吸收系数测定.通过颗粒物光谱吸收系数与叶绿素a之间的相关性关系,对比了两种方法的测量稳定性.通过对不同比例的藻类和无机悬浮颗粒物(ISS)的混合悬浊液进行分析,获得了不同浊度水体悬浮物吸收光谱的变化情况.结果表明,在纯藻或者泥沙含量较少的水体进行颗粒物吸收系数光谱测定时,T方法和T-R方法均可以采用,并且均具有较高的测定精度.然而,在泥沙含量相对较高的浑浊水体,应尽量选取T-R方法进行颗粒物吸收光谱的测定,以提高测定精度.长江中下游浅水湖泊由于底泥易受风浪影响发生再悬浮,因此在颗粒物吸收系数光谱测定中,当水体中ISS含量超过30 mg/L时,应选择T-R方法.  相似文献

To investigate the sources of particulate organic matter (POM) and the impact of Three Gorges Dam (TGD), two large lakes and erosion processes on determining the composition and flux of POM in low water discharge periods along the middle and lower Changjiang, suspended particulate samples were collected along the middle and lower reaches of the Changjiang (Yangtze River) in January 2008. Organic geochemistry of bulk sediment (particulate organic carbon, organic carbon to nitrogen molar ratio (C/N), stable carbon isotope (δ13C) and grain size) and biomarker of bulk sediment (lignin phenols) were measured to trace the sources of POM. The range of C/N ratios (6.4–8.9), δ13C (?24.3‰ – ?26.2‰) and lignin phenols concentration Λ8 (0.45 mg/100 mg OC‐2.00 mg/100 mg OC) of POM suggested that POM originated from the mixture of soil, plant tissue and autochthonous organic matter (OM) during the dry season. POM from lakes contained a higher portion of terrestrial OM than the mainstream, which was related to sand mining and hydropower erosion processes. A three end‐member model based on δ13C and Λ8 was performed. The results indicated that soil contributed approximately 50% of OM to the POM, which is the dominant OM source in most stations. POM composition was affected by total suspended matter (TSM) and grain size composition, and the direct OM input from two lakes and channel erosion induced OM. The lower TSM concentration in January 2008 was mainly caused by seasonal variations; the impact from the TGD in the dry season was relatively small. A box model indicated that more than 90% of the terrestrial OM transported by the Changjiang in January 2008 was from the middle and lower drainage basins. 以漓江流域为研究区域,以2016-2020年Landsat 8 OLI、GF-1、Sentinel-2A及Sentinel-1A逐月影像为数据源,选用归一化水指数(NDWI)、改进型归一化水指数(MNDWI)、增强型水体指数(EWI)、归一化差值池指数(NDPI)、后向散射系数(S)与主被动遥感加权指数(JQ)提取漓江水体信息,采用二类水体区域性近岸海域水色算法(C2RCC)、最大叶绿素指数(MCI)、双波段比值法(Double R)及叶绿素反射峰强度(ρchl)4种方式,反演漓江水体叶绿素a(Chl.a)与总悬浮物质(TSM)浓度.将漓江划分为278个基本评价单元,利用水面变化区域差异值(WDr)、河岸线发育系数(SDI)与水体信息变化动态度(K)等指标定量分析漓江上、中、下游枯水期和汛期的水文和水质信息的年内时空动态变化,得出以下结论:(1)主被动遥感加权指数JQ与NDPI指数的提取效果优于NDWI、MNDWI、EWI指数与后向散射系数,但与JQ指数相比,NDPI指数提取精度更高、可信度更强.(2)基于C2RCC算法反演的Chl.a浓度的均方根误差(RMSE)处于0.18~7.88 mg/m3之间,TSM浓度的RMSE为0.17~12.55 g/m3,可较好地反映漓江水质参数变化情况.(3)基本评价单元的划分可清楚地分析出上、中、下游地区水域水面宽度、水域面积、Chl.a与TSM浓度的连续变化情况,实测数据则依靠站点监测,所得结果较分散,无法进行连续性分析.(4)漓江5-10月降水较多、水体流动性强,大部分地区平均水面宽度在100~250 m范围内,水体富营养化程度低,水质较好,但2月水质最差,水体富营养化程度较高地区主要集中于上、中游的兴安县、灵川县等城镇居民区以及下游旅游开发区较多的兴坪镇.  相似文献

水下光照分布是影响水生态系统的重要因素,研究光合有效辐射衰减特征对于沉水植物恢复具有一定的指导意义.根据沉水植物生物量资料,将东太湖划分为沉水植物茂盛区、沉水植物稀疏区和无植物区3种区域.基于2019年夏季原位水下光场资料,探讨了东太湖光衰减特性和光照衰减因子的空间差异以及不同区域内的主导衰减因子,分析了东太湖的稳态阶段和富营养化水平,并阐述了真光层深度与透明度的关系,以期为东太湖沉水植物恢复和保护提供相关资料.结果表明:东太湖不同区域光衰减特性差异显著,光合有效辐射衰减系数(k d(PAR))在0.73~11.80 m^-1之间变化,真光层深度范围为0.39~6.31 m.不同区域的无机悬浮物和有机悬浮物浓度存在显著性差异,稀疏区叶绿素a浓度显著高于茂盛区,而与无植物区没有显著差异,有色可溶性有机物(CDOM)吸收系数在3种区域无显著性差异.k d(PAR)与无机、有机悬浮物的线性拟合效果较好,而与叶绿素a、CDOM拟合较差.水体吸收和散射作用是茂盛区光衰减的主要原因,无植物区域主导衰减因子仅有无机悬浮物,稀疏区由叶绿素a和无机悬浮物共同主导,是生态修复需要重点关注的区域,有机悬浮物和CDOM对东太湖光照衰减没有太大影响.东太湖目前正处于从草型稳态向藻型稳态过渡的阶段,整个湖泊属于富营养水平,真光层深度大约为透明度的2.7倍.  相似文献

Properties of suspended particulate matter play a vital role in transport processes, but information from boreal lowland river systems with high organic loads is limited. This study analysed data from 2 years of sampling at 30 locations in Finland (204 samples in total) using suspended particulate matter samplers to determine effective and absolute particle size and organic fractions. Mean d50 value was 22 and 49 µm for absolute and effective particle size, respectively. The organic fraction content ranged from 2.1% to 36% (mean 9.6%), highlighting the importance of particle organic matter for suspended particulate matter flux in the region. The results indicated that the suspended particulate matter particle size distribution and load in the study region is dominated by composite particles. There were considerable spatial and temporal variations in transport of organic fractions, effective particle size and degree of aggregation (range 1.5–93%). Headwaters and, in particular, late summer and spring flood conditions with flow peaks produced the largest composite particles, whereas agriculture‐dominated sites produced smaller but more tightly compacted particles. Organic plant fibres appeared to play a vital role in floc formation in peat‐covered catchments, whereas in agriculture‐dominated catchments, land use‐derived aggregates dominated the composition.
