This paper demonstrates experimentally and numerically that a significant modification of spontaneous emission rate can be achieved near the surface of a three-dimensional photonic crystal. In experiments, semiconductor core-shell quantum dots are intentionally confined in a thin polymer film on which a three-dimensional colloidal photonic crystal is fabricated. The spontaneous emission rate of quantum dots is characterised by conventional and time-resolved photoluminescence (PL) measurements. The modification of the spontaneous emission rate, which is reflected in the change of spectral shape and PL lifetime, is clearly observed. While an obvious increase in the PL lifetime is found at most wavelengths in the band gap, a significant reduction in the PL lifetime by one order of magnitude is observed at the short-wavelength band edge. Numerical simulation reveals a periodic modulation of spontaneous emission rate with decreasing modulation strength when an emitter is moved away from the surface of the photonic crystal. It is supported by the fact that the modification of spontaneous emission rate is not pronounced for quantum dots distributed in a thick polymer film where both enhancement and suppression are present simultaneously. This finding provides a simple and effective way for improving the performance of light emitting devices.  相似文献

We propose a scheme for the deterministic generation of qutrit entanglement for two atoms trapped in an optical cavity. Taking advantage of the adiabatic passage, the operation is immune to atomic spontaneous emission as the atomic excited states are never populated; under certain conditions, the probability that the cavity is excited is negligible. We also study the influences of the dissipation due to the atomic spontaneous emission and cavity decay.  相似文献

准Λ型4能级系统具有电磁诱导吸收(EIA)和电磁诱导透明(EIT)两种特性.准Λ型4能级系统包括两个基态精细结构能级和两个激发态精细结构能级,除光学耦合场和探测场外,附加了一个射频场作用于两个激发态精细结构能级之间.若对此系统进行拓展,在两个基态精细结构能级之间引入一个驱动场,则构成4场作用下的闭合Λ型4能级系统.本文对新引进的驱动场的作用规律进行了重点研究.研究结果表明,当驱动场和射频场的Rabi频率满足不同关系时,系统呈现EIA或EIT两种不同特性,探测吸收曲线的整体轮廓也随之改变.  相似文献

研究了随机波浪载荷作用下调谐质量阻尼器(TMD)对桩基钢结构海洋平台的减振效果,采用谱分析法对TMD参数进行优化,优化TMD 使平台的位移响应标准偏差比无TMD下降12.4% 。并研究了TMD参数在优化域内的失调对响应的影响,TMD刚度失调比阻尼失调要敏感,欠阻尼失调比过阻尼失调要敏感。从振害累积概念出发,对谐激励下SDOF- TMD的Randall参数优化方法提出了改进。  相似文献

应用 Von Neumann熵 和 Schmidt number K两种纠缠度量讨论了各向异性光子晶体中二能级原子和自发辐射场间纠缠度的演化性质. 研究发现,原子-光场纠缠度的演化与原子上能级和光子晶体能带带边的相对位置有关,当原子上能级处于光子晶体禁带内,原子-光场纠缠度将保持稳定,当原子上能级处于光子晶体能带中,原子-光场纠缠度先增大后衰减到零. 纠缠度的大小还与原子的初态有关. 可以通过控制原子的初态和原子上能级与带边的相对位置来控制原子-光场纠缠度的演化特性.  相似文献

海洋交通运输业是海洋经济发展的支柱型产业,也是消耗能源最多的海洋产业之一,节能减排对推进海洋交通运输业的绿色高质量发展具有重要意义。为研究海洋交通运输业能源消耗的驱动因素,文章构建模型计算2001-2017年中国沿海地区海洋交通运输业的运输周转量、能源消耗量和产业增加值;建立LMDI分解模型,分析能源强度效应、运输效率效应和产业规模效应对海洋交通运输业能源消耗的影响。研究结果表明:能源强度对能源消耗的影响较小,运输效率是能源消耗降低的主要驱动因素,产业规模是能源消耗增长的主要驱动因素;在时间差异上,能源强度效应呈波动状态,运输效率对能源消耗降低的驱动作用以及产业规模对能源消耗增长的驱动作用均逐渐增强;在空间差异上,总体上由北向南,能源强度对能源消耗增长的抵消作用逐渐增强,运输效率对能源消耗降低的驱动作用逐渐减弱,产业规模对能源消耗增长的驱动作用逐渐增强。  相似文献

本文基于三维波流耦合FVCOM-SWAVE数值模式,采用Jelesnianski参数化风场与再分析数据集ECMWF风场数据叠加而成的合成风场作为外力驱动力,模拟了1818号"温比亚"台风引起北黄海及渤海海域风暴潮增减水及波浪的生长与消减过程,进而分析该海域在"温比亚"台风作用下波浪对流速垂向分布的影响。研究结果表明:合成风场得到的风速最大值及出现时刻与实测数据符合较好,合成风场较为合理,能够为模拟波流耦合机制下海域水动力变化提供准确的风场条件;几个测站的风暴潮增水模拟结果与实测数据较为吻合,FVCOM-SWAVE耦合系统合理地再现了"温比亚"台风在黄渤海引发的风暴潮增水以及台风浪过程。此外,计算结果显示"温比亚"期间黄渤海海域最大有效波高分布于台风中心外围,且位于台风前进方向上,波浪最大有效波高值与台风强度有关;在台风过境期间,波流相互作用对近岸海域流速的垂向分布具有一定影响,考虑波流相互作用可有效提高台风风暴潮数值模拟精度。研究结果对台风灾害预报、防灾减灾及港口建筑选址具有一定的参考意义。  相似文献

For morphological studies in coastal areas the wave-driven currents are often of primary importance. As the computation of the wave-driven current field requires the computation of the driving forces from a wave propagation model, the quality of these forces is basic to the success of the morphological study. It is shown in the paper that, under the common conditions of slowly varying wave fields, the driving force per unit mass is closely proportional to the wave energy dissipation per unit area and that diffraction-related terms give insignificant contributions. This result holds good for wave fields without current refraction. Examples show that formulation of the driving forces in terms of the wave dissipation yields more trustworthy results than those obtained by numerical differentiation of the radiation stress tensor.  相似文献

Abstract

In this article, the drivability of stepped and tapered offshore piles with the same length and volume has been investigated under hammer blows. To justify the obtained results from field testing and numerical methods, this pile driving procedure has been analyzed and discussed with wave propagation mechanism. It will be shown that tapered pile can be confidently idealized as a number of prismatic segments connected rigidly to each other. This is an interesting finding that fully tapered or stepped piles have a better performance in pile driving and enable users to apply simple one dimensional numerical analysis for simulating pile drivability.  相似文献

风场和吞吐流是浅水湖泊运动的主要驱动力,影响着湖区污染物的迁移转化。基于二维非结构网格,构建了乌梁素海水动力模型。通过对比定常风作用下湖流的方向、环流的分布及形式与无风条件下的区别,模拟不同算例吞吐流作用下湖区流速及环流结构的差异,探究了定常风和吞吐流对乌梁素海流场的影响。结果表明:乌梁素海在无风条件下出现大面积的滞流区;风场会增加湖流的流速,影响区域主要在西大滩区、东大滩区及湖区南部明水区,产生明显环流,风场是乌梁素海主要的驱动力; SSW与ENE向风场作用下,典型区域产生的环流位置、形态结构相近,方向相反;吞吐流量的增加会增大湖区整体流速,对湖区流场形态、结构影响较小;定常风条件下,吞吐流量的增加(一定范围)会导致环流强度减弱。研究结果为乌梁素海营养盐、污染物质输移规律研究奠定基础。  相似文献

基于第3代海浪模式WW3(WAVEWATCH-III),以具有高精度和较高分辨率的CCMP(Cross-Calibrated, Multi-Platform)风场为驱动场,对2011年12月发生在孟加拉湾的热带气旋“Thane”所致的大浪进行数值模拟。结果表明:(1)以CCMP风场驱动WW3海浪模式,可以较好地模拟热带气旋“Thane”在孟加拉湾造成的大浪,模拟的海浪数据具有较高精度。当有效波高(SWH)在2 m以内和大于5 m时,模拟值略小于观测值;当SWH在2~5 m之间时,模拟值略大于观测值。(2)热带气旋“Thane”所形成的大风和大浪的分布特征具有一定差异:大风区在气旋四周分布较为均匀;在大洋中部时,大浪区主要分布于右半圆,在近海时,大浪区主要分布于气旋行进方向的前方。(3)热带气旋“Thane”的风向和波向整体上保持了较好的一致性,仅在第2象限有一定的差异,该区域的风向主要为西北向,而波向则主要为偏北向。  相似文献

Formulae for bedload transport of sediments in conditions characteristic of coastal waters are developed from principles of physics. They cover driving forces of: current alone, current plus symmetrical waves, current plus asymmetrical waves, asymmetrical waves alone, and integrated longshore transport. In each case the transport is given as one or more analytical functions of the basic input variables. The formulae are tested against laboratory and field data, and give predictions that lie within a factor of 2 of the measured values for between 47% and 91% of the data, depending on the driving force. The formulae are suited to practical application in coastal waters, especially for transport of coarse materials such as shingle, and also for the bedload component of transport of sand.  相似文献

现有的风场资料存在台风中心附近风速偏低的问题。为改进台风期间风场数据, 使用Holland经验台风模型结合多平台交叉校准数据(cross-calibrated multi-platform, CCMP)及欧洲中期天气预报中心的再分析数据(European Centre for Medium-range Weather Forecasts Reanalysis data, ERA5)风场资料, 研究了不同台风最大风速半径(maximum wind radius of the typhoon, RMW)、Holland B参数对模拟效果的影响, 确定了最优模拟参数, 并以改进后的风场驱动三重嵌套海浪模型对台风“威马逊”发生期间的台风浪进行模拟。模拟结果与实测数据对比表明, (1)改进的风场资料与实测结果更为接近, 作为海浪模式驱动项可更好地模拟台风期间波浪状况; (2)三重嵌套海浪模型的波浪模拟效果优于单独的海浪模型。  相似文献

High-resolution multi-beam/single-beam bathymetric data and seismic profiling data from the latest surveys are used to map and interpret the detailed seafloor geomorphology of the western region of the North Yellow Sea (NYS), China. The mapping area covers 156 410 km2, and incorporates a flat shelf plain, subaqueous accumulation shoals, tidal scouring troughs, and tidal sand ridge groups. Offshore areas with water depths less than 50 m in the western region of the NYS are mainly covered by thick, loose sediments, forming wide spread accumulation geomorphological features; these include the Liaodong Peninsula subaqueous accumulation system containing shoals and rugged scouring troughs, and the large mud wedge of the Shandong Peninsula. In the central part of the NYS, there is a relatively flat residual shelf plain with coarser sediment deposits. This flat shelf plain has a water depth larger than 50 m and a thin layer of sediment, on which there is a large pockmark field caused by seafloor seepage. These geomorphological structures indicate that modern sedimentary processes are the main driving force controlling the sculpture of the current seafloor surface landform. Extensive strong tidal current systems and abundant sediment sources provide the critical external forces and essential conditions for the formation of seafloor geomorphology. The tectonic basement controls the macroscopic morphological shape of the NYS, but is reflected very little in the seafloor geomorphic elements. Our results provide a detailed seafloor geomorphological map of the western region of the NYS, an area that has not previously mapped and also provide a scientific framework for further research into offshore seafloor geomorphology, shelf sedimentary processes, and submarine engineering construction in this region.  相似文献

Vortex simulation and the computation of fields of dynamic parameters of vortex structures (velocity, rotor velocity, and helicity) are carried out with the use of exact hydrodynamic equations in a cylindrical coordinate system. Components of centripetal and Coriolis accelerations are taken into account in the initial equations. Internal and external solutions are defined. Internal solutions ignore the disturbances of the pressure field, but they are considered in external solutions. The simulation is carried out so that the effect of accounting for spatial coordinates on the structure of the above fields is pronounced. It is shown that the initial kinetic energy of rotating motion transforms into the kinetic energy of radial and vertical velocity components in models with centripetal acceleration. In models with Coriolis acceleration, the Rossby effect is clearly pronounced. The method of an “inverse problem” is used for finding external solutions, i.e., reconstruction of the pressure field at specified velocity components. Computations have shown that tangential components mainly contribute to the velocity and helicity vortex moduli at the initial stage.  相似文献

The concurrence evolution of two qubits coupled with one-mode cavity separately is investigated exactly without adopting the rotating-wave approximation. The results show that for the resonant case, the concurrence evolution behaviour of the system is similar to that of the Markovian case when the coupling strength is weak, while the concurrence vanishes in a finite time and might revive fractional initial entanglement before it permanently vanishes when the coupling strength is strong. And for the detuning case, the entanglement could periodically recover after complete disentanglement. These results are quite different from those of system subjected to Jaynes--Cummings model.  相似文献

A theoretical model for predicting boat drift for search and rescue missions is presented in this work. The drift model is based on the law of physics which govern the motion of a floating body in a given wind and surface current field. In terms of the empirical aerodynamics force coefficients of the boat or any other drifting object, external wind field, and current field, the drift velocity of the boat being searched for can be obtained. The uncertainty of the characteristics of the boat’s drift is evaluated by interval analysis of the uncertainties of the characteristics of the drifting boat and external forcing fields. The search area expansion and the source of uncertainty are systematically evaluated. The current statistical model-based operational definitions of leeway drift, leeway rate, leeway angle, divergence angle, leeway divergence, downwind component of leeway, and crosswind component of leeway are clarified in light of the presented theoretical model. The divergence angle and leeway divergence are evaluated through the interval analysis of the uncertainty of the parameters involved.  相似文献

在合成孔径雷达(Synthetic Aperture Radar,SAR)海面风场反演中,基于风条纹影像纹理特征的海面风向反演方法精度高,但是依赖于图像风条纹的存在,而外部风向信息与SAR资料时空分辨率不易匹配、精度较低,从而影响大面积、高分辨率海面风场反演的精度。针对此问题,提出一种将SAR图像风条纹线性纹理特征与外部风向信息相结合的星载SAR海面风向获取方法,在SAR影像线性纹理特征明显的区域采用二维连续小波变换得到高精度的海面风向,其余区域采用与之时空相匹配的数值预报模式风向填充;并利用地球物理模型函数进一步得到海面风速,进而实现高精度、大范围海面风场的反演。为验证本文方法的有效性,利用ENVISAT/ASAR数据进行风场反演试验,并将反演结果与浮标实测数据进行比对。结果表明:在线性纹理特征明显的区域,小波方法的反演精度优于快速傅里叶变换(FFT)法和数值预报模式风向;外部风向精度略低,但与SAR观测资料时空匹配性较好,弥补了风条纹风向的不足。二者的结合为星载SAR海面风场反演的业务化应用提供了支持。  相似文献
