将信息论中的熵值理论与层次分析法相结合,兼顾决策者主观偏好与方案的客观属性,采用多种目标函数建立优化模型,将熵权与主观权重结合以确定综合权重,给出了多种交互式多目标决策模型。以某港新建工程的多种设计方案的排序优选为例,比较分析了新模型与层次分析法的计算结果,说明新模型在港口规划方案优选时更易反映多种主观与客观因素对方案决策的影响,结果更加合理。  相似文献

针对不同评价指标对决策结果影响权重多样性的问题,建立多属性决策模型对平台主尺度方案进行优化决策。基于自升式平台主体设计参数数据库,采用BP人工神经网络建立平台主尺寸关键参数多变量预测模型,在此基础上开展主尺度方案正交优化设计。将桩腿屈服强度、屈曲稳性、整体抗倾稳性作为平台安全适用性评估准则,进一步运用多属性决策理论,建立基于信息熵的自升式平台主尺度方案决策方法。研究结果表明,BP人工神经网络预测模型具有较高的预测精度;多属性决策模型可以将平台结构安全适用性定量评估引入方案决策过程中,而且综合考虑了不同评价指标对平台主尺度设计方案的影响程度及敏感性;最终,对SD-400自升式平台主尺度进行优化决策,验证了该方法的工程适用性。  相似文献

海底电缆预选路由方案的比选需要参考多种指标,这些指标包含定量和定性两种,但各指标间的不可公度性,给路由方案的选择提出挑战。文章提出了一种基于离差思想和模糊向量投影的多属性决策法。首先引入三角模糊数,将定性指标合理量化,构建决策矩阵,规范化后运用离差思想求解各指标权重,然后计算各方案在正理想方案和负理想方案上的投影,最后求出相对贴近度,依据其大小比选出最佳方案。  相似文献

针对目前水资源紧缺程度量化评价方法的缺乏以及主客观权重的缺陷,选取区域干旱指数、人均水资源占有量、水资源开发强度、地下水开采模数、水资源利用率、产水模数、灌溉率、万元工业产值耗水量和农田灌溉亩均用水量等9个指标,通过引入模糊二元对比分析法权重与熵权的组合权重,提出了一种新的兼顾主观与客观统一的水资源紧缺程度量化评价模糊模型.模型同时考虑了决策者意图和方案本身属性,因而可使方案排序结果更为合理适用,最后将其应用于辽宁海岸城市水资源紧缺程度评价中.结果表明.辽宁中部海岸城市水资源短缺程度最高,应采取有效的风险管理措施.  相似文献

将非线性神经元及多层感知机分类行为分析建筑在模糊集理论基础上,提出模糊线性判别函数、模糊判别面、模糊模式分类等概念,并引导出将多层感知机的隐层权重值均匀地分布在权重空间超球面上的网络初始化方法。以一系列实验验证此方法能明显提高多层感知机收敛性能,且与所用的学习算法、神经元的激励函数形式无关。  相似文献

以厦门同安湾为例,利用1995~2005年的监测数据,分别采取污染物浓度超标加权法、主成分分析法和对比排序法三种权重识别方法对近岸海域水质时间序列上的演变规律进行模糊评价的比较。结果表明,三种权重识别方法的评价结果一致,均可作为同安湾水质模糊评价的权重确定方法;同时,还分析了三种权重确定方法在应用过程中的优缺点,并进行了比较,为海湾水质模糊评价中的权重确定提供参考。  相似文献

为了更有效地减小海洋平台动力响应,采用基于模糊控制算法的磁流变阻尼器对海洋平台的振动进行控制.以海洋平台位移响应误差和误差变化为输入变量,以最优控制力为输出变量,优化设计出模糊控制器.考虑实际磁流变阻尼器输出控制力上限存在限制,采用半主动控制算法计算接近于最优控制力的半主动控制力.以一固定式海洋平台为算例研究磁流变阻尼器的振动控制效果及其模糊性,仿真结果表明模糊磁流变控制器对于平台的振动可以实现非常有效的控制,且控制效果对结构阻尼和环境的不确定性具有较好的模糊性.  相似文献

This paper develops a fuzzy pattern recognition model for group decision making to solve the problem of lectotype optimization of offshore platforms. The lack of data and the inexact or incomplete information for criteria are the main cause of uncertainty in the evaluation process, therefore it is necessary to integrate the judgments from different decision makers with different experience, knowledge and preference. This paper first uses a complementary principle-based pairwise comparison method to obtain the subjective weight of the criteria from each decision maker. A fuzzy pattern recognition model is then developed to integrate the judgments from all the decision makers and the information from the criteria, under the supervision of the subjective weights. Finally a case study is given to show the efficiency and robustness of the proposed model.  相似文献

This paper proposes an optimum design medel for the offshore jacket platform considering multi-design criteria,multi-design constraints and the structure-pile-soil interaction,and gives an optimum designprocedure in which the proposed optimum design model is used together with structural analysis softwareSAP91 and optimum algorithm software OPBI.The Chengbei ~#11 offshore platform,which lies in theShengli oil field,is designed by use of the above optimum design model.The results show that the optimumdesign model is stable,and it depends on neither the optimization algorithm nor initial values of design vari-ables.All values of the objective function converge to the same minimum value,and the speed of conver-gence is high,showing that the proposed optimum design model is reasonable.  相似文献

A Three-Scale Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (T-FAHP) is proposed by introducing the Three-Scale Analytical Hierarchy Process (T-AHP) and the trapezoid fuzzy number. A multi-objective optimization model based on the T-FAHP is presented subsequently, in which many factors influencing the lectotype of offshore platform are taken into account synthetically, such as the original investment, the maintenance cost, the ability of resisting fatigue and corrosion, the construction period, the threat to the environment, and so on. With this method, the experts can give the relatively precise ranking weight of each index and at the same time the requirement of consistence checking can be met. The result of a calculation example shows that the T-FAHP is practical.  相似文献

Lectotype optimization of offshore platforms is of particular importance in the concept design process. Lectotype optimization involves multiple objectives with uncertainty and so is a problem of multiple attribute decision making. To date, there have been few published works on this topic in the context of offshore engineering. This paper develops a framework and methodology for evaluation of offshore platform alternatives, where a fuzzy optimum model is proposed to integrate the influence of each objective in the criteria set, and a new weight-assessing method is developed to mimic the decision maker’s experience and preference based on complementary pairwise comparisons. A case study shows that the new framework and methodology is scientific, reasonable and easy to use in practice.  相似文献

首先建立了多设计准则、多约束条件的面向结构-桩-土相互作用的导管架海洋平台优化设计模型,然后给出了此模型与结构分析软件及优化算法软件相结合进行优化设计的方法,并以胜利油田埕北11#井单井采油平台为例进行优化设计.结果显示所建模型既不依赖于优化算法,也不依赖于初始设计值,目标函数值均收敛于同一极小值且收敛速度较快、减小幅度可观,从而说明了此模型的合理性.  相似文献

In the process of concept design of offshore platforms, it is necessary to select the best from feasible alternatives through comparison and filter. The criterion set, used to evaluate and select the satisfying alternative, consists of many qualitative and quantitative factors. Therefore, the selection is a problem of multicriteria and semi- structural decision- making. Different from traditional methods in semi- structural decision- making, a new framework and methodology is presented in this paper for evaluation of offshore platform alternatives. First, the criterion set is established for the evaluation of alternatives. Next, the approach is studied to construct the relative membership degree matrix, in which both qualitative and quantitative factors are consistent with the uniform calculating standard. And then a new weight-assessing method is developed for calculation of the weights based on the relative membership degree matrix. 简易平台是边际油田开发的主要结构形式,由于平台结构形式简单,受到动力荷载作用响应比较大。采用动态设计可以合理优化平台结构形式,达到降低平台动力响应的效果。文中以JZ20-2NW简易平台为原型,运用ANSYS有限元分析软件对其进行冰激振动下的动态优化设计。结果表明,动态设计减振效果明显,可供设计人员参考。  相似文献
