甲醛溶液对发头裸腹溞及其体表聚缩虫影响的试验   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
不同浓度的甲醛溶液对枝角类发头裸腹溞Moinairrasa的致毒效应以及对其体表附着的聚缩虫Zoothamniumsp.的杀灭效果的试验结果表明,12h、24h两个作用时段中,甲醛浓度与发头探腹溞相对存活率之间以及甲醇浓度与发头裸腹溞表聚缩虫营养体脱落率之间存在一定的函数关系.在确立上述函数基础上,可得出控制聚缩虫感染的两种有效方法:①在保证溞存活率不低于66%的情况下,选用最低有效浓度(19.mg/kg)的甲醛溶液作用24h可杀灭100%聚缩虫;②在保持溞存活率较高(70%-90%)的情况下,选用相应浓度的甲醛液作用24h杀灭87%-29%聚缩虫,并辅以更换新水等措施,也可将聚缩虫感染的危害控制在一定的范围内.  相似文献

为了检验已记录的3种裸腹溞(发头裸腹溞(Moina irrasa)、短型裸腹溞(Moina brachiata)、微型裸腹溞(Moina micrura))的系统分类,用试剂盒法分别提取3种裸腹溞的基因组DNA.利用特异性引物,通过PCR扩增了3种裸腹溞的16S r DNA部分序列,并与来自Gen Bank中每个种类相似度较高的裸腹溞属序列进行分析.结果表明,3种裸腹溞的平均种间相似度为88.7%,碱基中A+T含量均明显高于G+C含量.本研究的发头裸腹溞的16S r DNA序列与Gen Bank所下载的多刺裸腹溞(Moina macrocopa)的16S r DNA序列相似度为99%,遗传距离(K2P双参考模型)为0.5%,属种内范围;两个地区的短型裸腹溞测得的16S r DNA序列与Gen Bank下载的欧洲短型裸腹溞的16S r DNA序列序列相似度相对较低(88%~90%),遗传距离较大(13.2%~13.5%左右),已达到属内种间分化水平.基于16S r DNA构建的NJ树和贝叶斯树也支持以上结论.结果表明,本研究的发头裸腹溞可能为多刺裸腹溞,本研究用的短型裸腹溞与Gen Bank下载的欧洲短型裸腹溞已经达到种间分化的标准.由于缺乏物种形态资料和其他分子标记的对比,3种裸腹溞的分类地位还需进行更深入的探讨.  相似文献

通过对惠州西湖五个子湖的浮游动物情况进行调查,共检出浮游动物55种,其中轮虫38种,枝角类10种,桡足类7种,主要优势种为广生多肢轮虫(Polyarthra trigla)、长三肢轮虫(Filinia longiseta)、裂足臂尾轮虫(Brachionus diversicorn&)、剪形臂尾轮虫(B.forficula)、角突臂尾轮虫(B.angularis)、萼花臂尾轮虫(B.calyciflorus)、前节晶囊轮虫(Asplanchna priodonta)、刺盖异尾轮虫(T.capucina)、微型裸腹潘(Moina micrura)、温中剑水蚤(Mesocyclops thermocyclopoides)等,多为富营养化指示种,各子湖浮游动物检出丰度处于147.3到726.1 ind/L之间,其中轮虫丰度占据优势,浮游动物趋向小型化,结合浮游动物丰度与水质指标进行相关分析结果表明,浮游动物的分布情况与水体水质特征关系密切。  相似文献

于25℃时,观察了多刺探腹溞MoinamacrocopaStraus在盐度为2‰、3‰、4‰、 6‰、8‰、10‰6个浓度梯度下的生殖与生存.试验表明,多刺裸腹溞的寿命随盐度升高而缩短,在 盐度2‰-4‰范围内,每溞的平均产仔量、产仔总量及种群的内禀增长率(r_m)无显著差异,其最 适盐度为2‰-4‰,6‰,为其生殖的盐度上限,经过短期的海水驯化,多刺裸腹溞的生殖和生存盐 度上限可达8‰.  相似文献

2001年9月和2002年8、9月对内蒙古锡林郭勒盟几个小型盐湖的浮游生物群落特征进行了研究调查.共检出浮游植物59种(属),优势种类为:线形粘杆藻、针晶蓝纤维藻、小席藻、微小平裂藻、舟形藻、绿裸藻、普通小球藻、盐生杜氏藻和衣藻等;浮游动物34种(属),优势种类为:膜袋虫、裸口虫、四膜虫、纤毛虫、褶皱臂尾轮虫、萼花臂尾轮虫、蒙古裸腹溞、卤虫、咸水北镖水蚤和新月北镖水蚤等.浮游植物生物量以达格尔淖最高,平均为166.56mg/L;其次是扎格斯台淖为106.77mg/L;再次是夏日淖和桑根达莱淖,分别为6.39mg/L和2.83mg/L,变动幅度较小.浮游动物生物量以桑根达莱淖最高,平均为24654mg/L,变动幅度较大;其次是扎格斯台淖为27.24mg/L,再次为夏日淖和达格尔淖,分别为12.01mg/L和2.76mg/L.文中讨论了内陆盐水浮游生物的种类组成、分布、生物量和盐度耐性与盐度、营养盐、碱度、pH及离子组成的关系等问题.  相似文献

测定了不同温度下发头裸腹溞(Moina irrasa)体眠卵的孵化时间及孵化率;取最先孵出和过半数孵出的两组数据依莱奥姆积温法则求得种群休眠卵最低临界温度为12.00℃,最低有效积温为441.61℃·h;最低亚致死高温点(即最适温度)为35.16℃,以及最低死亡高温点39.44℃。种群中过半数的临界温度为12.88℃,过半数有效积温为557.10℃·h,过半数的亚致死高温点为35.56℃以及过半数死亡高温点为39.49℃。讨论了这些参数在枝角类集约化培养中休眠卵的有效保存与启用所具有的实践意义。  相似文献

本文报道两品系蒙古裸腹溞(Moina mongolica Daday)(晋南、内蒙)在5种温度梯度下(15℃、18℃、25℃、28℃、32℃)的种群内禀增长率(rm)、总生殖量、寿命、产幼间隔期、生殖频率和产幼前发育期,以及在28℃条件下两品系生物学的研究结果.结果表明,温度对两品系蒙古裸腹涵的种群繁殖均具有显著的影响.在试验温度范围内,随着温度升高,两品系蒙古裸腹涵的产幼前发育期、产幼间隔期、寿命随之缩短;而内禀增长率、总生殖量、生殖频率随温度升高而先升后降.温度28℃是两品系蒙古裸腹涵种群增长的最适温度,28-32℃是其种群增长的最适温度范围.晋南品系10组个体重复试验的内禀增长率结果仍高于内蒙品系.经比较可知:在相同温度条件下,晋南品系在种群增长能力方面要明显强于内蒙品系,反映在前者的内禀增长率要大于后者.在相对较高或较低的温度条件下,内蒙品系则表现出更强的耐受能力.  相似文献

kif7 is a member of the kinesin superfamily members which are molecular motor proteins that move along microtubules in a highly regulated manner through ATP hydrolysis. In this paper, we report on the cloning of the Oryzias melastigma kif7 (omkif7) using primers designed according to the Japanese medaka (Oryzias latipes) database. The cloned omkif7 has an open reading frame of 3762bp and is deduced to encode a polypeptide of 1254 amino acids that possesses the putative ATP-binding and microtubule-binding motifs in its motor domain at the N-terminal region. We characterized the cloned omkif7 by comparison with the zebrafish kif7. Both omkif7 and zebrafish kif7 are shown to be expressed in all embryonic stages and adult tissues examined with higher expression level in the testis and ovary. Whole-mount in situ hybridization revealed that the expression of omkif7 is ubiquitous during the early stages of embryonic development, but became more restrictive and localized to the brain, fin bud and eye at later development. This study suggested that the brackish O.melastigma can serve as a good seawater model organism for developmental studies by utilizing the resources developed from its close relative of the Japanese medaka.  相似文献

由于严重的水体富营养化,太湖长期暴发蓝藻水华,这些蓝藻在代谢及消亡过程中大量释放包括腐植酸在内的有机物,不仅影响供水水质,并且进一步加重了水华程度.以太湖水华优势藻种——水华微囊藻(Microcystis flos-aquae T34)为研究对象,对藻株生长周期中的藻细胞、浮游细菌进行计数,并使用TOC仪与三维荧光光谱对培养液中提取的腐殖酸进行定量与定性分析,探究水华微囊藻在生长过程中藻细胞密度、浮游细菌密度与腐殖酸浓度的变化规律.结果表明,培养液中腐殖酸浓度的变化趋势与细菌数量变化趋势一致,但与细菌数量曲线拐点相比,腐殖酸浓度曲线拐点出现两周的延迟.腐殖酸产量在藻细胞对数期较低,当水华微囊藻进入稳定期与衰亡期后,腐殖酸大量产生,其浓度迅速增加,最高可达到28.6 mg/L.根据三维荧光光谱分析,水华微囊藻所产生的腐殖酸特征峰出现在(235~245 nm)/(380~425 nm),属于类富里酸荧光峰.本研究初步探究蓝藻与水体腐殖酸之间的关系,为水体腐殖酸来源的研究提供了新的思路.  相似文献

通过对5个湖泊的河川沙塘鳢种群的线粒体DNA细胞色素b基因进行PCR扩增、测序,获得1141 bp的序列全长.序列分析显示,cyt b基因序列中A+T含量(55.8%)略高于G+C含量(44.2%),共检测到806个多态位点,115个样本得到87个单倍型,平均单倍型多样性为0.969±0.012,核苷酸多样性为0.20081±0.00742,遗传多样性表现高度多样性.太湖种群与大纵湖种群间的遗传距离最近,为0.137,巢湖种群和大纵湖种群之间遗传距离最远,为0.424.分子方差分析表明,群体间遗传分化系数Fst为0.531,变异来自群体内及群体间.cyt b基因序列构建的UPGMA系统进化树显示,5个种群分化成不同的分支系谱,种群间存在的基因交流较少.  相似文献

近年来太湖局部区域水体富营养化仍有加剧趋势,这可能与底栖动物生物扰动促进沉积物营养盐释放有关.耐污种霍甫水丝蚓(Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri)与常被用于生态修复的河蚬(Corbicula fluminea)均为太湖底栖动物优势种类,本文设计了双因素4组处理(对照组、河蚬组、霍甫水丝蚓组和混合组(霍甫水丝蚓和河蚬))的室外受控实验,研究在太湖2种种群分布交错区,河蚬能否对霍甫水丝蚓的生物扰动产生抑制效应.结果表明:霍甫水丝蚓扰动能显著增加水体总氮、总磷浓度,同时促进浮游植物生长;河蚬通过滤食和生物沉降作用显著降低水体总氮、总磷和悬浮物浓度,抑制浮游植物生长,从而促进了底栖藻类的生长;河蚬对霍甫水丝蚓生物扰动效应有抑制作用.  相似文献

We try to give a quantitative and global discrimination function by studying m b/M S data using Fisher method that is a kind of pattern recognition methods. The reliability of the function is also analyzed. The results show that this criterion works well and has a global feature, which can be used as first-level filtering criterions in event identification. The present paper analyses predation patterns, of Percichthys trucha and salmonid fish upon Galaxias maculatus in five lakes of northern Patagonia with differing community and environmental characteristics. Tank experiments were performed to evaluate relative efficiency of native and exotic predators of G. maculatus under treatments with and without cover (aquatic vegetation). Important differences were found between predators with regards to distribution and consumption of G. maculatus. Salmonids are more efficient than P. trucha in consuming G. maculatus in deep environments with scarcely vegetation; in contrast to native species they frequently use the pelagic environment. Although pelagic habitat might have served in the past as a refuge from native predators in the past, G maculatus now experiences intense predation in the pelagic zone by exotic salmonids. It is suggested that the widespread distribution of G. maculatus in Patagonian lakes may have facilitated the success of salmonids throughout Patagonia.  相似文献

在室内模拟实验中,研究了光照(50μmol/(m2·s))和黑暗条件下苦草(Vallisneria natans)和穗花狐尾藻(Myrio-phyllum spicatum)对铵态氮(NH4+-N)的吸收速率与去除效果.结果表明,随着外源铵态氮浓度(0,0.01,0.1,1和10 mg/LNH4+-N)的增加,苦草和穗花狐尾藻对铵态氮的吸收速率都是先增加后又逐渐降低,在外源铵态氮浓度为1 mg/L时吸收速率达到最大.同种植物在光照条件下对铵态氮的吸收率不低于黑暗条件下的吸收率;相同光强条件下穗花狐尾藻对铵态氮的吸收率不低于苦草的吸收率.在黑暗条件下,在外源铵态氮浓度为1 mg/L时,穗花狐尾藻对铵的吸收速率是苦草的2.42倍;在光照条件下,在外源铵态氮浓度为1和10 mg/L时,穗花狐尾藻对铵态氮的吸收速率分别是苦草的2.47和1.79倍.因此,在富营养湖泊治理过程中,在沉水植物可耐受铵态氮浓度范围内,可以优先考虑把穗花狐尾藻作为植物修复的先锋物种.  相似文献

Sublimation was developed by Alley and Brown (2000) in order to isolate bacterial strains that were capable of degrading water insoluble compounds. In this study, sublimation was modified by the use of nutritional agar plates, instead of mineral salt agar, to isolate phenanthrene-degrading bacteria from a mixed culture that had been enriched under the selective pressure of high phenanthrene content. Five strains were obtained with different morphology and degradation ability. Based on the 16S rDNA sequence, two of them were classified as species of the genus Sphingomonas; the others as species of the genus Burkholderia. Denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) was introduced to detect dynamic changes in the bacterial community during enrichment batch culture, and to determine any correlation between the five isolates and the phenanthrene-degrading consortium. The DGGE profile indicated that these five isolates corresponded to four dominant bands of the consortium. Compared to traditional means of isolation, we concluded that modified sublimation is effective and more convenient.  相似文献

枝角类溞会由于捕食者的存在而发生形态、行为、生活史等的变化.通过为期10 d对太湖春、夏季优势种同形溞(Daphnia similis)在有幽蚊幼虫(CL)、无幽蚊幼虫(CK)及培养过幽蚊幼虫的过滤水(FL)3个环境水平的模拟实验,发现同形溞在有幽蚊幼虫和培养过幽蚊幼虫的过滤水处理下平均体长、累积产仔数及平均产仔数均显著大于无幽蚊幼虫组,表明幽蚊幼虫释放的信息素能改变同形溞的体长、产仔数等生活史参数,这种改变会降低同形溞被捕食的风险.说明在自然环境下,幽蚊幼虫等无脊椎捕食者能通过直接捕食和信息素的间接作用共同影响枝角类种群.  相似文献
