用组织学和组织化学方法对菲律宾蛤仔的消化系统进行了研究.消化腺腺上皮由消化细胞和嗜碱性细胞组成.消化细胞呈现蛋白酶、非特异性酯酶、脂酶、酸性磷酸酶和碱性磷酸酶活性,表明能进行细胞内消化.嗜碱性细胞含丰富的RNA和蛋白质.消化道粘膜上皮由纤毛柱状细胞和少量的粘液细胞组成.晶杆囊基部与肠相连.肠纤毛柱状细胞呈现蛋白酶、非特异性酯酶、酸性磷酸酶和碱性磷酸酶活性.  相似文献

利用样带与样方结合法进行野外调查,测定土壤主要理化指标,基于SPSS 24. 0进行皮尔逊(Pearson)相关性分析、单因素方差(One-way ANOVA)分析和最小显著差数法(LSD)多重比较,对小钦岛土壤理化性质的统计学特征及其影响因子进行研究.小钦岛土壤砾石比和含水量平均值分别为20. 04%、7. 35%;铵态氮、速效钾、速效磷、有机质含量平均值分别为23. 67、212. 77、16. 15mg/kg、28. 34 g/kg,分别属于五级、一级、三级和三级水平,大部分属于三级土壤;有机质与含水量、铵态氮、速效磷均呈显著正相关.土壤理化性质主要受植被和坡向影响.通过丰富、加深对庙岛群岛的研究,旨在为海岛的生态保护及开发提供参考.  相似文献

分子鉴定方法研究大亚湾水体弧菌种类变化   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
借助分子鉴定方法监测大亚湾水体中弧菌Vibrio种类季节性动态的变化规律.通过增菌培养、菌株分离,在224份海水中共分离出弧菌368株,并用分子生物学辅助生化鉴定方法鉴定弧菌菌株.结果表明,在大亚湾海域水体中鉴定的弧菌种类有溶藻弧菌Vibrio alginolyticus、副溶血弧菌V.parahaemolyticus、哈氏弧菌V.harveyi和创伤弧菌V.vuinificus,没有检测到霍乱弧菌V.cholerae、拟态弧菌V.mimicus、河流弧菌V.fluvialis和霍利斯弧菌V.hollisae.溶藻弧菌和副溶血弧菌为优势菌群,分别占弧菌总数的27.99%和21.74%.  相似文献

利用切向超滤技术对九龙江口天然水体中胶体相(1 kDa~0. 45μm)、真溶解相(1 kDa)和"溶解相"(0. 45μm)的溶解有机碳和无机氮进行了分离与提取,初步探讨了水环境因子对其理化特性的影响机制,进而探讨了它们的来源和转化.结果表明,切向超滤过程的膜空白和质量平衡符合技术要求;溶解有机碳、亚硝酸盐氮、氨氮、硝酸盐氮和无机氮存在形式以真溶液相(1 kDa)为主,其在胶体相中的质量浓度分别为0. 207~0. 810 mg/dm3、0. 001~1. 870μg/dm3、ND~2. 08μg/dm3、0. 62~79. 30μg/dm3和1. 07~81. 10μg/dm3;胶体态溶解有机碳(COC)含量主要受陆源输入控制.  相似文献

节旋藻和螺旋藻对7种抗生素敏感性的比较研究   总被引:6,自引:1,他引:6  
对两种丝状蓝藻(钝顶节旋藻和盐泽螺旋藻)在基因工程中常用作选择试剂的7种抗生素——氯霉素、氨苄青霉素、红霉素、链霉素、卡那霉素、庆大霉素和新霉素的敏感性作比较实验.结果表明,两种蓝藻对抗生素的敏感性既有共同的特点,也有明显的差异.它们对红霉素、氯霉素和链霉素最敏感,致死浓度分别为0.1,0.5和5μg/cm3.两种蓝藻对氨苄青霉素比较敏感,1μg/cm3的氨苄青霉素即可抑制Arthrospira.341和Spirulina.351的生长,但6d后生长恢复.Arthrospira.341和Spirulina.351对卡那霉素、庆大霉素和新霉素均有抗性,而且存在很大差异:300μg/cm3的卡那霉素对Arthrospira.341的生长仍然没有影响,但对于Spirulina.351,50μg/cm3的卡那霉素即对其生长有明显抑制作用;200μg/cm3的卡那霉素即可将其全部致死.200μg/cm3的庆大霉素和300μg/cm3的新霉素不能抑制Arthrospira.341和Spirulina.351的生长,但在这两种抗生素环境中两种藻的生长状态有很大差异.并验证了氯霉素、红霉素和链霉素是节旋藻和螺旋藻基因转化过程中的有效的抗性选择剂,也从对抗生素敏感性方面表明节旋藻和螺旋藻两个属的遗传差异.  相似文献

对人工饲料饲养的凡纳滨对虾Litopenaeus vannamei成虾肠道菌群组成及其水体细菌区系组成进行了研究.分离纯化后的革兰氏阴性菌鉴定到种的水平.对虾肠道菌群主要由弧菌Vibrio spp.、希瓦氏菌属Shewnella spp.、嗜氢菌属Hydrogenophaga spp.、伯克霍尔德氏菌Burkholderia spp.、气单胞菌Aeromonas spp.、食酸菌Acidovorax spp.和芽孢杆菌Bacillus spp.组成.水体细菌区系主要包括弧菌Vibrio spp.、希瓦氏菌属Shewnella spp.、艾肯菌Empedobacter spp.、无色杆菌Achromobacter spp.和芽孢杆菌Bacillus spp..肠道菌群和水体细菌区系的优势菌是副溶血弧菌Vibrio parahaemolyticus和芽孢杆菌Bacillus spp..利用Shannon-Wiener指数进行多样性分析,发现虾肠道多样性指数(H)和均匀度(J)高于水体细菌区系,而丰度(D)较低.  相似文献

海洋酵母是一种重要的水产生物饵料.实验对3株海洋酵母菌德巴利酵母Debaryomyces sp.、克鲁维酵母Kluyveromyces sp. 和虫道酵母Ambrosiozyma sp.的基础营养成分进行了研究和分析.3株海洋酵母菌的粗蛋白含量分别为56.87%、46.75%、51.80%;脂肪分别为4.67%、6.35%、6.35%;碳水化合物分别为31.28%、41.55%、35.96%;灰分分别为7.18%、5.35%、6.37%.3株海洋酵母菌具有较高的蛋白含量水平以及优良的氨基酸和脂肪酸组成,表明该3株海洋酵母菌具有用作水产饵料生物的营养价值.但是,3株海洋酵母菌均缺乏多不饱和脂肪酸EPA和DHA,用其作为水产饲料源料,需要在配合饲料中添加多不饱和脂肪酸或与富含多不饱和脂肪酸的藻类一起使用.  相似文献

秘鲁紫扇贝(Argopecten purpuratus)于2008年被引进我国,与海湾扇贝(Argopecten irradians irradians)成功杂交。为探讨紫扇贝在海湾扇贝属中的分类地位及与相似种海湾扇贝的进化关系,随机选取紫扇贝和海湾扇贝各10个个体,利用通用引物进行16S rDNA基因片段扩增并双向测序。序列分析结果表明,紫扇贝和海湾扇贝扩增获得基因片段长度均为542bp,碱基组成A+T所占比例分别为紫扇贝54.2%和海湾扇贝55.1%。紫扇贝和海湾扇贝种内分别有6和10个变异位点,种间有41个变异位点,且种内和种间变异均为转换或者颠换,无插入/缺失类型。结合Gen Bank同源序列信息,对海湾扇贝属物种进行遗传距离分析及分子系统树的构建。结果表明:海湾扇贝属7种扇贝[紫扇贝(A.purpuratus)、A.irradians、墨西哥湾扇贝(A.i.concentricus)、A.i.irradians、A.nucleus、A.gibbus和A.ventricosus]在系统树上聚为2支,与紫扇贝亲缘关系最近的是A.ventricosus,且该两种扇贝单独聚为一支。其余5种扇贝中,A.irradians、A.i.concentricus和A.i.irradians最先聚为一支,支持A.i.concentricus和A.i.irradians为A.irradians两个亚种的结论;另外,A.nucleus与以上三者也有很近的亲缘关系。该研究结果为海湾扇贝属物种进化、迁移及其遗传育种研究提供了理论基础。  相似文献

用活性灰色谱法和凝胶过滤法分离了胶州湾表层和底层海水中游离单糖、寡糖和多糖,并测定了其含量比例和分子量.3种糖在表、底层水中的含量差异不大.表层海水中多糖分子量大于5000占24%,氯仿萃取碳水化合物中分子量大于10000占99%.表、底层海水中的游离单糖、寡糖和颗粒物中单糖组分均由8种单糖组成.其中,甘露糖、葡萄糖等占优势,并且表层海水中的含量高于底层.还探讨了颗粒有机物分解过程的动力学.  相似文献

对波纹龙虾Panulirus homaru消化系统进行了光镜和扫描电镜的观察.结果表明,波纹龙虾的消化系统由消化道和消化腺组成.消化道的组织结构由粘膜层、结缔组织层,肌层和外膜层构成;粘膜层由大量单层柱状上皮细胞和基膜构成.除中肠以外,其余各部分管壁均有几丁质.食道、中肠和后肠壁结缔组织中分布有腺体.胃和食道等的肌层为横纹肌.消化腺主要是肝胰腺,由无数的肝小管组成,肝小管均由位于基膜上的一层细胞构成.这些细胞有分泌细胞、储存细胞、吸收细胞和胚细胞四种类型.在扫描电镜下,消化道各段黏膜上皮表面均形成大小不一、具有形态各异的多级皱褶,以肠道中的纵褶及其上的横褶最为明显.除中肠和肠球外整个消化道均有较发达的纤毛丛.中肠和肠球中的微绒毛主要作用是增加吸收面积.  相似文献

This paper presents a neural-network-based system to detect small man-made objects in sequences of sector-scan sonar images created using signals of various pulse lengths. The detection of such objects is considered out to ranges of 150 m by using an experimental sector-scan sonar system mounted on a vessel. The sonar system considered in this investigation has three modes of operation to create images over ranges of 200, 400, and 800 m from the vessel using acoustic pulses of a different duration for each mode. After an initial cleaning operation performed by compensating for the motion of the vessel, the imagery is segmented to extract objects for analysis. A set of 31 features extracted from each object is examined. These features consist of basic object size and contrast features, shape moment-based features, moment invariants, and features extracted from the second-order histogram of each object. Optimal sets of 15 features are then selected for each mode and over all modes using sequential forward selection (SFS) and sequential backward selection (SBS). These features are then used to train neural networks to detect man-made objects in each sonar mode. By the addition of a feature describing the sonar's mode of operation, a neural network is trained to detect man-made objects in any of the three sonar modes. The multimode detector is shown to perform very well when compared with detectors trained specifically for each sonar mode setting. The proposed detector is also shown to perform well when compared to a number of statistical detectors based on the same set of features. The proposed detector achieves a 92.4% probability of detection at a mean false-alarm rate of 10 per image, averaged over all sonar mode settings.  相似文献

目前,利用互联网发布和获取航海通告已经成为一种常态化模式,而海图生产部门和用户主要延用了手工选择、摘录、检查和入库等操作来处理和应用通告信息,这种方式制约了海图改正和更新工作的效率。以海图人工地物要素为主要研究对象,基于ArcMap软件、ArcGIS Add-In组件和ArcPython编程语言等开发环境,设计了互联网在线式人工地物信息处理解决方案,研究并解决了有关人工地物通告数据的爬取及清洗、提取与修编、检索和筛选,以及图层创建和输出等关键技术问题。实验结果表明:嵌入式软件成果能够极大提高海图人工地物信息的获取与处理效率,为海图改正和更新工作提供多种数据服务支持。  相似文献

This paper introduces the main points of design and operation features of a curved combinative breakwater wall which can not only resist storm surge but also roll wave back and which has the functions of seawall, tide protection, anti-wave, land development, traffic and tourism. In many cases, capsized ships remain floating upside-down due to buoyancy of intact hull compartments and air cushions. Uprighting of such a ship is usually a complex salvage operation, which needs proper planning based on predictions of ship stability. This paper considers aspects affecting selection of the uprighting method, presents features of ship stability in the inverted mode and a procedure for calculating the required forces. Approximate formulae are derived for estimating the maximum lifting capacity necessary for uprighting a capsized vessel supported by buoyancy of the double bottom and double side compartments. The formulae are intended for quick estimations at the initial stage when no detail information may be available on the casualty. A practical salvage work is briefly described.  相似文献

Abstract

Geoid heights and vertical deflections derived from satellite radar altimetry contain characteristic signals that may be reproduced and explained by simple models for seamount gravitation acting on the sea surface. Computer algorithms capable of automatic operation and able to detect, approximately locate, and estimate parameters constraining the shape of actual sea‐mounts were written and tested. The computer program which utilized a digital high‐pass filter combined with a roughness sensor was effective in separating the seamount produced geoid undulation/vertical deflection pattern from the remaining data track features, simultaneously detecting and locating along the track such signals. Tests of the algorithm on several SEASAT passes over known bathymetry produced mixed results. Meaningful shape constraints were obtained by matching the geoid anomaly calculated from the seamount model to the actual mean sea level pattern for some seamounts. Results for other seamounts were poor and possible reasons for the failure are discussed. It is concluded that a computerized seamount detection program for radar altimetry data is feasible, but it will have to be more complex than the present one for fully successful operation.  相似文献

PETREL,a winged hybrid-driven underwater glider is a novel and practical marine survey platform which combines the features of legacy underwater glider and conventional AUV (autonomous underwater vehicle).It can be treated as a multi-rigid-body system with a floating base and a particular hydrodynamic profile.In this paper,theorems on linear and angular momentum are used to establish the dynamic equations of motion of each rigid body and the effect of translational and rotational motion of internal masses on the attitude control are taken into consideration.In addition,due to the unique external shape with fixed wings and deflectable rudders and the dual-drive operation in thrust and glide modes,the approaches of building dynamic model of conventional AUV and hydrodynamic model of submarine are introduced,and the tailored dynamic equations of the hybrid glider are formulated.Moreover,the behaviors of motion in glide and thrust operation are analyzed based on the simulation and the feasibility of the dynamic model is validated by data from lake field trials.  相似文献
