研究了茜素红和铝的显色反应,在pH4.5的HAc-NaAc缓冲介质中,茜素红和铝(Ⅲ)反应生成红色络合物,λmax=500 nm,铝的含量在0~50 μg/25 mL内符合比耳定律.建立了邻苯二酚螯合树脂分离/富集-茜素红分光光度法测定天然水样中铝的新方法,对茶水样中铝形态进行测定,结果满意.  相似文献

本文研究了亚硝酸根的一个新指示反应。它基于在稀磷酸溶液中,依来铬青R与溴酸钾的反应受亚硝酸根催化而使吸光度降低。方法sandell灵敏度为1.11×10~(-4)μgN/cm~2。有较高选择性。表观活化能为84.52KJ/mol。用于水样中痕量亚硝酸根的测定,对含NO_2~-3.03μg/L和39.8μg/L的水样变异系数(n=9)分别为2.40%和2.42%。精密度亦佳。  相似文献

在pH6.0的缓冲介质中,铝(Ⅲ)和邻氯苯基萤光酮及溴化十六烷基三甲基铵形成三元配合物。配合物最大吸收波长为570nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε_(570)=1.08×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。铝在0~11μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律。本法用于直接测定石英岩、氧化镁及水样中的微量铝,结果满意。  相似文献

报道了茜素红S-微分吸附计时电位法分别在酸性和碱性条件下直接检测土壤浸提液中的无机单核铝[Ali]和总单核铝[Ala]浓度,并用该法测定了酸消化浸提液中的总铝[AlT],由[Ala]-[Ali]间接得到有机单核铝[Alo],[AlT]-[Ala]得到酸溶态铝[Alr],从而实现了土壤浸提液中5种铝形态的电化学测定。应用此方法测定了多个实际土壤样品,与标准Driscoll法进行了对照.结果基本一致。  相似文献

研究了2-(2-喹啉偶氮)-1,3-二羟基苯(QADHB)与铀的显色反应,在TritonX-100和F-存在下,pH7.8的三乙醇胺-HCl缓冲介质中,QADHB与U(Ⅵ)、F-反应生成1∶1∶1紫色三元稳定配合物,配合物的λmax=560nm,ε=7.41×104L·mol-1·cm-1。铀含量在0~2000μg/L内符合比尔定律。环境水样中的铀经磷酸三丁脂萃淋树脂固相萃取柱分离和富集后测定。方法已用于实际样品的测定,分析结果与国标(5-Br-PADAP)法一致,相对标准偏差(n=5)为2.4%~4.7%,回收率为96%~105%。  相似文献

海拉尔盆地乌尔逊凹陷南屯组与松辽盆地孤店CO2气田泉头组发育大量含片钠铝石砂岩。通过偏光显微镜、扫描电镜、茜素红-S染色、X射线衍射、电子探针与INCA能谱分析等,对含片钠铝石砂岩的骨架碎屑组分、胶结物与自生矿物、成岩共生序列等岩石学特征进行了系统研究。研究表明,含片钠铝石砂岩的岩石类型为长石砂岩和岩屑长石砂岩,粒度以细粒、细-中粒为主,分选差-中等。砂岩中胶结物主要为次生加大石英、自生石英、片钠铝石、铁白云石和粘土矿物。其中,片钠铝石最高可达砂岩总体积的22%在砂岩中或以放射状、束状、菊花状、杂乱毛发状、毛球状、板状等集合体充填孔隙,或呈束状和板状交代长石和岩屑。电子探针与INCA能谱综合分析表明,片钠铝石主要由Na、Al、O、C等组成。在含片钠铝石砂岩中,成岩共生序列依次为粘土矿物包壳-次生加大石英、自生石英、自生高岭石-油气充注-CO2充注-片钠铝石-铁白云石。其中,CO2注入前形成的自生矿物组合主要为次生加大石英、自生石英和自生高岭石,CO2注入后形成的自生矿物组合主要为片钠铝石和铁白云石。  相似文献

介绍了新水溶性显色剂 2 - ( 2 ,3,5 -三氮唑偶氮 ) - 1 ,8-二羟基 - 3,6-萘二磺酸与钴的显色反应及应用 ,建立了测定钴的新方法。在 pH 9.9的Na2 B4O7 NaOH缓冲液中该试剂与钴形成 1∶1蓝色稳定络合物 ,λmax为 5 88.8nm ,Co的质量浓度在 0~ 1 .0mg/L内符合比尔定律 ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 3.46× 1 0 4 L·mol- 1 ·cm- 1 。所拟方法用于环境水样及维生素B1 2 注射液中的微量钴测定 ,结果与原子吸收法相符 ,5次测定的RSD <1 %。  相似文献

本文重点讨论运用新试剂一变色酸2C(AHmpa3oxpoM)测定铝的可能性。该试剂与铝构成的络合物,其颜色无需加热,就能很快地增至最强。变色酸2C与铝可组成红紫色络合物,试剂的最大吸收位于530毫微米处,反应在PH4.8-4.9的弱酸性介质中进行。克分子消光系数为2.9×10~4。在室温下,经3分钟即可发色完全。新试剂的这种特性,与其它已知的用于铝的测定试剂,有明显的区别,例如在实践中广泛应用的铝试剂,在络合的过程中往往需要经过4小时,颜色方能达到完全。如上指出的,在反应的选择性方面,新  相似文献

本文研究了在用Na_2HPO_4-NaOH控制pH为11.4的溶液中,Cu(Ⅱ)催化H_2O_2氧化百里酚蓝的褪色反应,据此建立了催化动力学光度法测定Cu(Ⅱ)的新方法。方法的线性范围为0.2—8ngCu(Ⅱ)/ml,检测限为0.2ng/ml。用于铁矿、铝合金、环境水样中Cu的测定,得到满意的结果。  相似文献

在酒石酸介质中,BPR螯合树脂可选择性地吸附Zr、Hf、Nb、Ta而与岩石中常见的伴生元素如Fe、Al、Ca、Mg、Cu、Pb、Cd、Co等以及U、Th、Sc等微量元素分离。Zr、Hf、Nb、Ta均可被2-4mol/LHCI溶液洗脱。在此基础上提出了一个测定岩石中微量Zr(Hf)的新方法。  相似文献

Pant-y-ffynnon Quarry in South Wales yielded a rich cache of fossils in the early 1950s, including articulated specimens of new species (the small sauropodomorph dinosaur Pantydraco caducus and the crocodylomorph Terrestrisuchus gracilis), but no substantial study of the wider fauna of the Pant-y-ffynnon fissure systems has been published. Here, our overview of existing specimens, a few described but mostly undescribed, as well as freshly processed material, provides a comprehensive picture of the Pant-y-ffynnon palaeo-island of the Late Triassic. This was an island with a relatively impoverished fauna dominated by small clevosaurs (rhynchocephalians), including a new species, Clevosaurus cambrica, described here from a partially articulated specimen and isolated bones. The new species has a dental morphology that is intermediate between the Late Triassic Clevosaurus hudsoni, from Cromhall Quarry to the east, and the younger C. convallis from Pant Quarry to the west, suggesting adaptive radiation of clevosaurs in the palaeo-archipelago. The larger reptiles on the palaeo-island do not exceed 1.5?m in length, including a small carnivorous crocodylomorph, Terrestrisuchus, and a possible example of insular dwarfism in the basal dinosaur Pantydraco.  相似文献

Lithostratigraphy, physicochemical stratigraphy, biostratigraphy, and geochronology of the 77–70 Ma old series bracketing the Campanian–Maastrichtian boundary have been investigated by 70 experts. For the first time, direct relationships between macro- and microfossils have been established, as well as direct and indirect relationships between chemo-physical and biostratigraphical tools. A combination of criteria for selecting the boundary level, duration estimates, uncertainties on durations and on the location of biohorizons have been considered; new chronostratigraphic units are proposed. The solubilities of columbite, tantalite, wolframite, rutile, zircon and hafnon were determined as a function of the water contents in peralkaline and subaluminous granite melts. All experiments were conducted at 1035 °C and 2 kbar and the water contents of the melts ranged from nominally dry to approximately 6 wt.% H2O. Accessory phase solubilities are not affected by the water content of the peralkaline melt. By contrast, solubilities are affected by the water content of the subaluminous melt, where the solubilities of all the accessory phases examined increase with the water content of the melt, up to 2 wt.% H2O. At higher water contents, solubilities are nearly constant. It can be concluded that water is not an important control of accessory phase solubility, although the water content will affect diffusivities of components in the melt, thus whether or not accessory phases will be present as restite material. The solubility behaviour in the subaluminous and peralkaline melts supports previous spectroscopic studies, which have observed differences in the coordination of high field strength elements in dry vs. wet subaluminous granitic glasses, but not for peralkaline granitic glasses. Lastly, the fact that wolframite solubility increases with increasing water content in the subaluminous melt suggests that tungsten dissolved as a hexavalent species.  相似文献

Some olistolites reworked in a Tertiary flysch of Mount Parnon (Peloponnesus, Greece) exhibit a Late Permian assemblage, dominated by Paradunbarula (Shindella) shindensis, Hemigordiopsis cf. luquensis and Colaniella aff. minima. This association corresponds to the Late Wuchiapingian (=Late Dzhulfian), a substage whose algae and foraminifera are generally little known. Contemporaneous limestones crop out in the middle part of the Episkopi Formation in Hydra, but they are rather commonly reworked in Mesozoic and Cainozoic sequences. The palaeobiogeographical affinities shared by the foraminiferal markers of Greece, southeastern Pamir, and southern China, are very strong (up to the specific level), and are congruent with the Pangea B reconstructions.
