大陆架划界一直存在"等距离划界"与"公平划界"之争,"等距离划界"规定在《大陆架公约》中,"公平划界"是《联合国海洋法公约》中有关大陆架划界的适用原则。基于国际法上条约效力的相对性,中日东海大陆架划界只能以公平划界原则作为划界的法律依据。在划界过程中,要正确区分划界的法律原则与划界方法的性质,将大陆架划界中涉及的自然延伸、公平划界、等距离划界分别纳入定义、法律原则和技术方法三个层面予以定性考察,从而揭示日本意欲将"等距离划界"方法上升至国际法层面的真实目的。  相似文献

介绍了南海周边国家根据1982年《联合国海洋法公约》精神颁布的海洋法律,并叙述了这些国家的管辖区域主张以及与海洋划界有关的领海基线和基点等方面的问题。指出:南海周边国家之间若要划出专属经济区和大陆架边界线,包括我国在内的所有周边国家政府都应当修正不适宜的划界主张,并在划界原则、理论和方法上趋向一致,为早日划好边界,促进南海地区的经济发展和和平稳定而努力。  相似文献

利用随机扩增多态DNA(RAPD)技术分别分析了五岛西部日本鲐、东海西部日本鲐和澳洲鲐三群体的样本,共产生226个分子标记,其中143个为多态性标记,多态百分率达到63.3%,每条引物产生的平均标记数为7.29。五岛西部日本鲐、东海西部日本鲐和澳洲鲐群体内遗传相似度分别为0.949、0.877和0.936,而群体间遗传距离依次为:五岛西部日本鲐-东海西部日本鲐(0.2357)<东海西部日本鲐-澳洲鲐(0.3030)<五岛西部日本鲐-澳洲鲐(0.3528),五岛西部日本鲐与东海西部日本鲐个体在UPGMA系统树独立聚类为两个类群,初步支持东、黄海的日本鲐存在东海西部和五岛西部的两个种群的观点。Shannon多样性指数表明,其遗传多样性大小依次为东海西部日本鲐、澳洲鲐、五岛西部日本鲐。  相似文献

It is found that the mud distributions in the Huanghai Sea and East China Sea are extremely identical with the upwelling's in terms of locality and extent. The process of the mud formation is examined. It is concluded that vertical circulation i.e. upwelling plays a determinant role in the process and furthermore, it is inferred that wherever upwelling occurs on continental shelf, mud should be formed and, conversely, wherever downwelling takes place, mud should not exist, for which coarse sediment should substitute.  相似文献

将南海北部花斑蛇鲻分成南海北部大陆架和北部湾两个不同海域群体 ,计算花斑蛇鲻的生长与死亡参数。得到的VonBertalanffy生长方程的相关参数为 :南海北部大陆架L∞ =4 5.5cm ,K =0 .2 8,t0 =- 0 .4 6 0 ;北部湾L∞ =4 0 .0cm ,K =0 .30 ,t0 =- 0 .4 43。计算自然死亡系数得南海北部大陆架为 0 .6 3;北部湾为 0 .6 7;捕捞死亡系数南海北部大陆架为 0 .79,北部湾为 1.11。据等渔获量曲线建议南海北部大陆架花斑蛇鲻开捕体长由 13.3cm增加至 2 0 .0cm ,同时 ,捕捞死亡系数可由当前的 0 .79放宽至 1.0 ;北部湾花斑蛇鲻开捕体长由 13.5cm增加至 19.0cm的同时 ,捕捞死亡系数可由当前的 1.11放宽至 1.5。  相似文献

Circulation in China Seas has been investigated by Chinese oceanographers in some detail for many years. However, owing to data being sparse and scarce, studies were basically concerned in interseasonal (mainly summer and winter) fluctuations and almost none was in the interannual variability of the circulation in China Seas. It is pointed out that the routine (monthly or bimonthly) hydrographical section data on the continental shelf of China Seas accumulated since 1975, can be used to examine the interannual variability of the shelf circulation. An example is given to show there is interannual variability of shelf circulation in the East China Sea. And what is more, a hypothesis is proposed to describe where the interannual variability comes from and to explain why it is strongly correlated with El Niño events. It is strongly suggested that the interannual variability of the shelf circulation in China Seas be studied, as a strategy, with the routine hydrographical survey, which should be seriously continued, combined with cooperative study in the Philippine Sea and the western tropical Pacific Ocean.  相似文献

The Kuroshi'o front eddy's surface and sectional isothermal distribution characteristics were analyzed on the basis of observation data obtained in April 13-16 of 1989 in the East China Sea. It was found from the similarity between these isothermal distributions with those in January and beginning of June for the years 1986-1990 that the Kuroshio front eddy often occurred from March to the beginning of June. The Kuroshio front eddy movement in the East China Sea in spring was along two routes: the Okinawa Trough route, and the continental shelf slope route. The two moving routes both in the surface layer and in the section are described, their causes are discussed, and differences are compared.  相似文献

Cluster analysis of data on the species similarity index offish samples taken at various sampling stations of different depths by the R /V " Dongfang " of the East China Sea Fisheries Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Fisheries Science, during the deep sea demersal fish resources survey in May - November, 1981, showed deep sea demersal fish fauna of the western part of the East China Sea can be grouped into the following communities :1)The outer continental shelf community ,2)The continental slope community, and3)The western Okinawa Trough community .The authors found that not only the species diversity index, but also the species similarity index are important criteria to reflect the structure of biotic community.  相似文献

Bottom temperature variation (BTV) is a serious problem in determining the thermal gradient and heart flow of the sediments in shallow seas. The water depth of the East China Sea shelf is mostly below 150m, and the heat flow measurement is strongly affected by BTV. Following a statistical algorithm, we rechecked the temperature and thermal conductivity data of the cruises KX90-1 and KX91-1, carried out by a cooperation program of China and Japan, and calculate the heat flow in a site without long-term temperature record. The calculated heat flow in the site was 58.6±3.6 mW/m2, being just within the range of the drill heat flow value of East China Sea shelf. The inversed amplitude spectrum of BTV has a peak in frequency of 1/10 per year, and the annual component is also an important part. Comparison with two lakes of Lake Greifensee and Lac Leman (i.e. Lake Geneva), which are in different water depth, revealed that with increasing water depth, the peak of amplitude spectrum moved towards low frequency components. The heat flow values calculated in this paper and from petroleum bore hole in East China Sea shelf are much more close to that in southeast China than in Okinawa Trough. Study of 1986 and 1987 heavy metal distribution in surface water of the Kuroshio area in the East China Sea showed regional and slight seasonal variations in distribution and concentration . Heavy metal levels in Taiwan Strait, the sea area north of Taiwan and the continental shelf are higher than those in the main axis of the Kuroshio . Dissolved Cu in summer and winter decreases with the increase of salinity , but dissolved Cd has no obvious change with salinity .  相似文献
