基于MAPGIS与Oracle数据库平台的土地利用规划管理系统开发 总被引：2，自引：0，他引：2
针对当前土地利用规划管理工作中的问题,以MAPGIS地理信息系统与Oracle数据库管理系统为平台,提出了建设土地利用规划管理信息系统的总体思路和建设目标,探讨了实现规划管理工作自动化与信息化的技术路线方法,并对系统软件结构、数据库及功能模块等进行了设计开发.研究表明,利用土地利用规划管理信息系统实现了规划指标动态管理、规划调整及规划管理审批等工作的规范化、信息化管理,为规划的实时管理和动态实施提供更有效手段,规划管理工作效率大大提高. 相似文献

利用多智能体和元胞自动机对城市土地资源的可持续利用进行了规划。根据环境经济学资源分配原理和可持续发展理论,提出结合多智能体及元胞自动机的微观规划模型,在时间和空间上合理分配及规划城市土地资源的利用,以避免浪费不可再生的土地资源。该模型由相互作用的多智能体层、元胞自动机层和环境因素层组成,可方便地探索不同土地利用政策下城市土地利用发展情景,能够为城市规划提供有用的决策依据。以广州市海珠区为实验区,在可持续发展为前提的规划下,模拟了1995-2010年的城市扩展的动态变化,并讨论了在不同规划情景下城市土地资源的利用效率及合理性。 相似文献

在一定空间分辨率的栅格上用二值型变量表征土地利用格局,是一种常见的土地利用格局表征形式。解释基于这一表征形式的土地利用格局与自然环境条件、社会经济因素之间的关系多需引入非线性模型。本文基于非线性统计方法构建了基于栅格数据的土地利用格局解释模型,不仅刻画了土地利用格局与影响因子之间的非线性统计关系,解决了分类变量引入统计模型的难题,还消除了土地利用格局解释模型中概率估计值常常超过概率值域的问题。太仆寺旗的应用研究表明,栅格尺度土地利用格局解释模型能准确表达土地利用分布格局与自然环境条件、社会经济因素间的定量关系,所得结论为太仆寺旗土地利用规划、土地资源优化利用提供了决策参考信息。 相似文献

在具体分析济南市土地利用特点的基础之上，建立了土地可持续利用模型。此模型充分考虑了影响土地可持续利用的几类主要因素，体现了公平性与合理性，且具有较强的可操作性。针对济南市土地利用的状况进行了案例研究，取得了良好的效果，进一步对比分析规划期内新增城区和全部城区的可持续利用模式之后，提出了较为合理的土地可持续利用分配方案，为政府规划部门提供决策依据。 相似文献

土地利用总体规划是为贯彻落实国家土地利用政策而制定的土地利用分配和调整的规划,是国家对土地利用实行控制,协调,组织,监督的基本措施。这是现阶段土地管理的核心任务之一,合理利用区域土地资源,确保区域社会经济发展、促进农业生产发展具有重要的作用。首先,对研究区土地利用现状进行了实地查看并采集了相关数据;其次,对研究区的土地利用状况进行了具体分析,分析的基础上提出了研究区土地利用中存在的问题;最后,《规划》的编制还与研究区交通发展"十一五"规划、生态功能区划、矿产资源总体规划、地质灾害防治规划、水利发展"十一五"规划、环境保护和生态建设规划、农牧林业发展规划等各部门相关规划及其研究成果进行了协调。在此基础上对兴和县大库联乡做了土地利用总体规划研究,构建了土地利用总体规划目标体系。本规划可以有效地处理研究区土地利用中的重大问题,可以通过规划的引导、调控,实现土地资源集约合理利用,并保障社会经济的可持续发展。 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
