水分胁迫条件下棉花生理变化及其高光谱响应分析   总被引:19,自引:4,他引:15  
利用ASD地物光谱仪,测定水分胁迫条件下棉花不同生育时期内叶片的光谱反射率,应用微分技术处理棉花的反射光谱,并结合棉花叶面积指数(LAI)、叶绿素(a b)含量(Chlt)、叶片全氮(TN)含量等生物参数进行分析,研究棉花水分胁迫情况下的高光谱特征,结果表明,一阶微分光谱720nm波段的数值与LAI的正相关(R=0.7656);750nm处一阶微分值与叶绿素含量呈显著正相关关系(R=0.7774);微分光谱690nm~740nm数值积分面积与TN含量呈正相关(R=0.7669),采用比值反射率对反射光谱1300nm~1500nm波段范围内最小值与棉花叶片的含水量作相关分析,达到极显著水平(R^2=0.8298),验证了一阶微分光谱数据与棉花的生理参数有很好的相关性,可见光和近红外波段光谱反射率能够反映出棉花生长发育的动态特征;证明了棉花的花铃期是高光谱遥感对棉花长势和生理参数定量诊断的最佳时期。本研究通过建立一系列线性光谱模型对棉花生理参数进行估测,为基于高光谱数据的棉花生长模型和棉花长势的遥感监测提供了理论依据。  相似文献

大面积棉花的生长状况监测比较复杂,目前还没有比较成熟的方法。以往遥感监测应用较多的是NOAA—AVHRR数据,监测精度和监测效果不高。本文利用新一代传感器MODIS数据,结合实测的地面农作物生长发育农学参数,系统地分析了石河子地区棉花播种到收获整个田间遥感归一化指数(NDVI)及其对应的叶而积指数(LAI)的变化规律,证明MODIS叶面积指数和实测LAI有很高的一致性,MODISIAI的变化状况与棉花长势变化基本一致,实现了较为精确的石河子地区大面积棉花长势的遥感动态监测。  相似文献

以洪河国家级自然保护区为研究区,2009年8月中旬,在研究区野外实测沼泽植物冠层的光谱反射率和叶面积指数(LAI),将地面实测的植物高光谱反射率以Landsat-5 TM波段范围为基准进行波谱重采样,以重采样后的光谱反射率计算多光谱植被指数,用几种常见的高光谱和多光谱植被指数建立估算沼泽植被叶面积指数的统计回归模型,对比这些模型的精度,选出最优模型.研究结果表明,用各植被指数建立的估算沼泽植被叶面积指数的回归模型分别为二次函数、对数函数或指数函数;各模型对沼泽植被叶面积指数的反演精度差别较大;在全波段高光谱植被指数中,用全波段归一化植被指数H-FNDVI(R930,R515)构建的估算沼泽植被叶面积指数的模型最佳;在常规高光谱植被指数中,用修正简单比率H-MSR构建的估算沼泽植被叶面积指数的模型最佳;在多光谱植被指数中,用多光谱归一化植被指数M-NDVI构建的估算沼泽植被叶面积指数的模型最佳.对比发现,由多光谱数据提取的植被指数构建的模型对研究区LAI的估算效果不太理想,而从实测高光谱数据提取的窄波段特有植被指数构建的估算沼泽植被叶面积指数模型表现出较明显的优势,表明窄波段植被指数更适合用来监测沼泽植被叶面积指数.  相似文献

基于SAIL模型的多角度多光谱遥感叶面积指数反演   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
随着多角度传感器的陆续出现及植被遥感传输机理研究的深入,多角度遥感逐渐成为地表信息反演的热点问题.以SAIL冠层反射率模型为基础,通过联合多角度和多光谱数据,可以从物理机理角度进行植被叶面积指数(LAI)反演的应用研究.首先通过计算得到多角度多光谱遥感影像的角度信息,并经6S模型纠正后得到多光谱多角度植被冠层反射率数据.然后将PROSPECT模型模拟出的植被叶片反射率和透过率,以及多角度观测数据、LAI和其它实测数据输入SAIL模型,模拟得到了多角度多光谱冠层反射率,进而建立多角度多光谱冠层反射率与LAI的查找表.最后,将影像的多角度多光谱冠层反射率与查找表进行匹配,实现植被LAI的反演.最后对反演结果进行了验证和分析,结果表明反演精度较高,误差均在合理范围之内.  相似文献

应用Landsat7 ETM+遥感数据与同期野外实测叶面积指数(LAI)数据,基于多季相遥感影像,用面向对象的分类方法,提取双台河口国家级自然保护区芦苇分布数据,建立芦苇LAI最优估算模型,并进行其遥感反演及空间格局分析。研究结果表明,2012年,双台河口国家级自然保护区内芦苇总面积为38 200 hm2,占保护区总面积的29.5%,其中,缓冲区的芦苇面积为16 200 hm2,实验区的芦苇面积为11 900 hm2,核心区芦苇面积为10 100 hm2;以遥感影像缨帽变换(TC)后的绿度(GREEN)分量、ETM+第5波段(B5)和第3波段(B3)为自变量的多元线性模型为芦苇LAI反演的最优估算模型(p0.01,R2=0.741)。双台河口国家级自然保护区芦苇LAI介于0.12~5.85之间,呈现东高、西低和北高、南低的分布格局;保护区核心区的芦苇LAI最均一,实验区的芦苇LAI空间变化最明显。  相似文献

实际蒸散发(ET)是水文循环的关键环节,分布式量化ET是区域水量平衡计算的重要内容。本文基于Budyko水热耦合方程推算单作物系数,在单作物系数和基于遥感方法的叶面积指数(LAI)之间进行统计回归,建立计算LAI的模式,实现Budyko方程进行区域ET估算的空间分辨率提升。洮河流域的范例研究证实了两种方法耦合在复杂地理-生态区间应用的合理性。本文为区域ET的分布式量化研究提供了一种新的思路。  相似文献

棉花叶面积指数(LAI)是描述其长势的重要指标,准确获取冠层结构参数是叶面积指数反演的必要条件。以ScoutB-100油动单旋翼无人机为飞行平台,搭载RIEGL VUX-1激光雷达,精确获取棉花高密度点云数据,得到研究区棉田数字表面模型(DSM)和数字高程模型(DEM),通过差值运算获得其冠层高度模型(CHM),进而提取有效的冠层结构参数。利用相关性分析法选取相关系数大于0.2的激光穿透力指数(LPI)、回波点云密度(D)、孔隙率(fgap)、归一化高程值(VnDSM)构建棉花LAI反演模型,并与实测叶面积指数进行精度验证与评价。实验结果表明:模型估算的LAI与实测LAI之间的决定系数为0.824,均方根误差为0.072,验证了模型的可靠性。  相似文献

土壤水分、盐分时空变异强,是影响土壤光谱特征的两个重要因素。土壤水分与盐分之间的关系以及土壤水分、盐分与土壤光谱特征间的关系直接关系到利用遥感光谱信息监测土壤盐渍化的精度。该文运用多元统计学及可见光-近红外反射光谱分析方法对2010年10月渭干河-库车河三角洲绿洲盐渍土水分、盐分数据和盐渍土野外光谱数据进行分析,探讨该绿洲盐渍土表层(0~10cm)水盐信息与野外光谱特征间的关系。结果表明:1)土壤水分和土壤电导率可用Cubic曲线拟合,相关系数R=0.8503,土壤盐分和土壤电导率也可用Cubic曲线拟合,相关系数R=0.842,但土壤水分与盐分之间的显著性较弱,相关系数R=0.74。2)与原始野外光谱相比,包络线消除后光谱波段与土壤水分和土壤电导率之间的Pearson相关性都有不同程度的提高,利用包络线消除法后的波段分别建立盐渍土土壤水分、土壤电导率后向回归预测方程,为动态水盐条件下的盐渍土遥感监测提供了理论依据。  相似文献

水分胁迫下棉花冠层叶片氮素状况的高光谱估测研究   总被引:4,自引:3,他引:4  
在不同灌水量条件下,对棉花单叶叶绿素含量和单叶全氮含量做相关分析,并采用地物光谱仪。获取北疆棉花冠层关键生育时期的高光谱数据。应用一阶微分光谱,衍生出基于光谱位置变量的分析方法。以红边积分面积(SDr)为白变量,冠层全氮(TN)含量为因变量,做相关分析。结果表明:叶绿素含量与TN含量呈显著的正相关(R=0.8723^**。n=39),叶绿素含量能有效的估计棉花单叶TN含量;红边积分面积变量与冠层TN含量呈显著的相关性,相关系数是0.7394^**(n=40),利用构建的相关模型可以较为精确地估测新陆早6号、8号冠层叶片的全氮含量,RMSE分别为0.3859和0.4272。研究认为红边积分面积变量具有预测棉花冠层全氮含量的应用潜力。  相似文献

以富营养化主控因子总氮为研究对象,通过不同氮浓度梯度培养芦苇的试验,测定芦苇的生理生化参数和叶片光谱,分析不同氮浓度处理下的芦苇理化特征和光谱特征差异,并利用线性和非线性回归方法建立光谱指数与水体总氮浓度的关系模型。研究结果表明:随水体总氮浓度的增加,芦苇高度、鲜生物量、叶片氮含量及叶绿素含量呈现增加趋势,而绿光反射峰值和红光吸收谷值呈现下降趋势,并出现明显"红移"现象;不同氮浓度处理的芦苇叶片反射光谱在绿光至红光的530~639nm和696~717nm差异显著;基于非线性拟合的PRI(Photochemical Reflectance Index)和CI(Chlorophyll Index)指数能够较好指示水体总氮浓度,拟合精度分别达0.82和0.91。该研究可以弥补现有水体富营养化遥感探测的不足,并为湿地管理与保护提供科学依据。  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
