建立了毛细管柱气相色谱测定土壤中吸附态轻烃(酸解烃、顶空气轻烃)的方法,采用适于批量处理的酸解烃样品制备和通过振荡、加热达到解吸平衡的顶空气样品制备的前处理方法,在优化的仪器条件下,对天然气水合物区土壤中吸附态轻烃进行检测。顶空气轻烃的方法检出限为0.018×10^-6(以甲烷计算),精密度为6.6%(甲烷)-16%(异丁烷);酸解烃的方法检出限为0.016μL/kg(以甲烷计算),精密度为2.2%(甲烷)~19%(正戊烷)。该方法应用于大批量实际样品分析中,效果良好。  相似文献

作为油气化探重要指标酸解烃的赋存机理为化学吸附轻烃。由于目前酸解烃分析方法所能解吸的主要为与样品中碳酸盐相吸附的轻烃,在南方碳酸盐岩出露地区,水动力条件弱的沼泽地区有利于碳酸盐的淤积,故沼泽地区对土壤酸解烃的影响主要表现为碳酸盐含量的干扰。  相似文献

气相色谱法测定油气化探样品中酸解烃的研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
本文通过改进传统制备酸解烃样品的单套脱气装置,采用多套酸解烃脱气装置,建立了自动进样-毛细管柱气相色谱法测定油气化探样品中酸解烃的分析方法,并对主要仪器分析条件及质量监控方法进行了讨论。结果表明,样品在真空40℃水浴条件下酸解反应10 min,酸解烃脱出气储存于密封瓶中供气相色谱检测,方法检出限为0.007~0.057μL/kg,精密度(RSD,n=12)为0.8%~1.1%。对105件样品2次独立测试结果的相对偏差为0.01%~19.66%,平均值为7.81%(以甲烷计算)。该方法能够满足油气化探酸解烃样品分析的质量要求,并在天然气水合物勘查中取得了较好的应用效果。  相似文献

对陕西渭南12.6m黄土剖面做了235个样品有机碳(TOC)、有机硫(TOS)及岩石有机质快速评价仪(Rock-eval)热解分析。TOC的含量在黄土层(L1和L2的顶部)为0.04%-0.45%,古土壤层(S0和S1)为0.05%-0.64%,它随深度呈周期性变化,在古土壤层中含量较高,特别是在古土壤层向黄土层转变的界面上明显增高。黄土中的干酪根最高热解峰温度(Tmax)主要分布在525℃、古土壤的主要在475℃。引入大气物理学中测量湿度的比湿概念,根据模拟实验结果,将干酪根不同湿度的热解烃。划分为与下降水有关的以低等生物为主的热解烃(pHC2-1)、以高等生物为主的热解烃(pHC2-2)和与蒸发作用有关的次生碳酸盐包裹烃(pHC2-1),提出计算黄土地区第四纪古湿度公式Q9=(pHC2-1 pHC2-2)/pHC2-1 pHC2-2 pHC2-3)。经计算该剖面由下而上湿度分别为L2<60%,S1为55%-75%,L1为45%-63%,S0为55%-72%,以及现今尚处于较湿周期的总趋势。  相似文献

对准噶尔盆地东北缘研究区的采集样品进行酸解烃、X射线衍射测试分析,发现甲烷气体与碳酸盐的相关系数最高,分析了二者的相互关系及影响,并采用回归分析法对土壤碳酸盐的影响进行排除与抑制,对酸解烃含量测试结果进行校正。进一步确定甲烷含量校正数据的异常门限值,采用烃类特征比值法,结合前人的经验与分析,认为研究区高于异常门限值的样品以石油伴生气居多。研究区南北两个区域酸解烃气体含量与干燥系数具有较强的差异,认为干燥系数结合酸解烃异常在研究区北部轻烃微渗漏具有一定的指示意义。  相似文献

建立了HF—HN03密封酸溶以及Na2O2熔融处理样品,乙醇增强灵敏度,电感耦合等离子体质谱直接测定地质样品中微量和超痕量碲的方法。样品溶液中加入乙醇(φ=4%),在0.85L/min的载气流速下,碲信号可增强2.5倍以上。碲的方法检出限(100,DF=1000)为0.02μg/g。用土壤和水系沉积物国家一级标准物质验证了方法的准确度,标准物质的绝大多数分析结果与标准值的误差在允许范围内。分析了大洋多金属结核样品及深海沉积物样品中的微量碲,结果与其他方法相符,精密度试验RSD(n=3)<10%。  相似文献

样品用硝酸-高氯酸混合酸消解,考察了氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定面粉中微量砷的实验条件,包括混合酸和还原剂硼氢化钾的用量。方法测定砷的线性范围为0.0—30.0μg/L,仪器的检出限为0.26μg/L,加标回收率为94.0%-104.0%,方法的精密度(RSD,n=11)为1.16%。方法操作简便、快速、灵敏度高。  相似文献

Pant-y-ffynnon Quarry in South Wales yielded a rich cache of fossils in the early 1950s, including articulated specimens of new species (the small sauropodomorph dinosaur Pantydraco caducus and the crocodylomorph Terrestrisuchus gracilis), but no substantial study of the wider fauna of the Pant-y-ffynnon fissure systems has been published. Here, our overview of existing specimens, a few described but mostly undescribed, as well as freshly processed material, provides a comprehensive picture of the Pant-y-ffynnon palaeo-island of the Late Triassic. This was an island with a relatively impoverished fauna dominated by small clevosaurs (rhynchocephalians), including a new species, Clevosaurus cambrica, described here from a partially articulated specimen and isolated bones. The new species has a dental morphology that is intermediate between the Late Triassic Clevosaurus hudsoni, from Cromhall Quarry to the east, and the younger C. convallis from Pant Quarry to the west, suggesting adaptive radiation of clevosaurs in the palaeo-archipelago. The larger reptiles on the palaeo-island do not exceed 1.5?m in length, including a small carnivorous crocodylomorph, Terrestrisuchus, and a possible example of insular dwarfism in the basal dinosaur Pantydraco.  相似文献

Lithostratigraphy, physicochemical stratigraphy, biostratigraphy, and geochronology of the 77–70 Ma old series bracketing the Campanian–Maastrichtian boundary have been investigated by 70 experts. For the first time, direct relationships between macro- and microfossils have been established, as well as direct and indirect relationships between chemo-physical and biostratigraphical tools. A combination of criteria for selecting the boundary level, duration estimates, uncertainties on durations and on the location of biohorizons have been considered; new chronostratigraphic units are proposed. The geological site at Tercis is accepted by the Commission on Stratigraphy as the international reference for the stratigraphy of the studied interval. To cite this article: G.S. Odin, C. R. The solubilities of columbite, tantalite, wolframite, rutile, zircon and hafnon were determined as a function of the water contents in peralkaline and subaluminous granite melts. All experiments were conducted at 1035 °C and 2 kbar and the water contents of the melts ranged from nominally dry to approximately 6 wt.% H2O. Accessory phase solubilities are not affected by the water content of the peralkaline melt. By contrast, solubilities are affected by the water content of the subaluminous melt, where the solubilities of all the accessory phases examined increase with the water content of the melt, up to 2 wt.% H2O. At higher water contents, solubilities are nearly constant. It can be concluded that water is not an important control of accessory phase solubility, although the water content will affect diffusivities of components in the melt, thus whether or not accessory phases will be present as restite material. The solubility behaviour in the subaluminous and peralkaline melts supports previous spectroscopic studies, which have observed differences in the coordination of high field strength elements in dry vs. wet subaluminous granitic glasses, but not for peralkaline granitic glasses. Lastly, the fact that wolframite solubility increases with increasing water content in the subaluminous melt suggests that tungsten dissolved as a hexavalent species.  相似文献

Calcite samples were extracted both from the rock matrix and the superficial coating of a karstified fault plane of an underground quarry, located in the eastern border of the Paris basin. The karstification is dated as Quaternary. Analysis of mechanical calcite twinning reveals that only the calcite matrix has also undergone a compression trending WNW that can be attributed to the Mio-Pliocene alpine collision. Both coating and matrix have undergone a strike-slip regime with σ1 roughly trending north–south, that could correspond to the regional present-day state of stress, a strike-slip compression rather trending NNW, modified by local phenomena.
