干旱山地生态系统植物群落不同取样尺度下物种数的变化特征 总被引：1，自引：0，他引：1
对典型干旱山地生态系统不同生境(土质山坡,石质山坡)的植物群落在不同取样尺度下所测定的植物物种数的变化情况进行分析。采用了曲线拟合和分形维数相结合的分析方法进行探讨。从物种数随取样尺度的变化曲线(对数曲线)看(p<0.01),土质山坡植物群落(草本植物群落)曲线比较平滑,石质山坡(草本和灌丛混合群落)曲线较粗糙。两个样地植物群落物种数在不同取样尺度下变化的趋势不同。分形维数变化趋势表明,两个样地植物物种数随取样尺度(r)变化趋势的差别较大,土质山坡植物群落物种数空间变化异质性不大,可以找到合适的取样面积;石质山坡物种数变化的空间异质性大,物种分布空间格局较复杂,在整个山坡范围内没有合适的取样面积。因此,建议在干旱山地石质山坡上进行植物群落研究时采用设置典型样方方法,同时尽量增加样方数量,使取样尽量代表整个山坡植被。 相似文献

山地森林群落物种多样性垂直格局研究是揭示植被地带性分布式样的重要手段,其研究内容主要包括山地森林群落物种多样性的垂直变化模式、山地森林群落物种多样性垂直带谱和山地森林群落物种多样性及其环境解释等。目前对于山地森林群落物种多样性沿海拔梯度的格局变化模式尚无统一认识,但大致可概括为5类变化模式。垂直带谱研究从最初的单因子单目标已逐步过渡到单因子多目标,最后到多因子多目标。研究深度也从根据样地资料的简单描述和分析,发展为山地森林群落物种多样性机理假说的提出与证实,尚未见有关山地森林群落物种多样性垂直格局机理的报道。山地森林群落物种多样性垂直格局研究方法可分为取样方法和测度方法两大类。常用的取样方法有梯度格局法（或连续样带取样法）和典型群落随机取样法,其中最小取样面积的确定尤为关键。就山地森林群落物种多样性垂直格局测度和分析而言,物种多样性指数的测度和单元统计分析（回归、假设检验、方差分析、相关分析等）较为常见,随着分析手段的不断创新,植被数量分类和排序等多元统计学分析方法得到了日益广泛的应用。 相似文献

应用分形理论中的计盒维数,分别研究了准噶尔盆地南缘天然生长的柽柳属植物种群及群落的分布格局.结果表明,准噶尔盆地南缘不同类型柽柳种群与所有柽柳属植物种群构成的群落的分布格局,均具有明显的分形特征.以该研究区植物群落主要优势种多枝柽柳、刚毛柽柳、长穗柽柳和所有柽柳属植物群落为研究对象,分析了其计盒维数,它们的计盒维数分别为1.196、0.850、0.953和1.821;其值域为0多枝柽柳种群(1.196)>长穗柽柳种群(0.953)>刚毛柽柳种群(0.850). 相似文献

基于幂函数法则对放牧梯度上种群空间异质性的定量分析 总被引：3，自引：1，他引：2
在呼伦贝尔草原的克氏针茅群落选择轻牧、中牧、重牧3个不同的放牧梯度,沿着50 m样线设置100个50 cm×50 cm的L型样方,每个L型样方内划分4个25 cm×25 cm的S型样方,以物种出现的频度（p）作为植被空间分布的观测指标,采用幂函数法则对放牧梯度上草原植物群落物种的空间异质性进行了定量研究。结果表明,在不同放牧强度下,种类结构发生明显改变,轻度放牧区羊草和星状刺骨藜、中度放牧区藜和糙隐子草、重度放牧区猪毛菜和多根葱具有高的出现频度,群落物种数随着放牧压力的增大而减小。整体来看,放牧梯度上物种的空间分布呈现明显的聚集分布,物种空间异质性（δi）随着放牧强度的增大而增加,拟合于幂函数规律曲线;群落的空间异质性（δc）随着轻牧-中牧-重牧放牧演替的进展呈现降低趋势,种群个体分布呈现片断化特征。在群落内部各个种群具有不同的异质化分布特点,物种结构主要表现出密集型种群和疏散型种群两大类型。这些趋势与种群的繁殖策略、生活史对策、群落的再生产策略等生理与生态特性密切相关。 相似文献

放牧干扰对草原的植物物种组成以及群落结构的影响过程是群落生态学的重要内容.在内蒙古呼伦贝尔草原轻牧、中牧、重牧3个样地上,设置100个0.25 m2的小样方,通过调查种类组成,比较小尺度区分面积上的物种多样性及物种数目的空间分异性;采用Bray - Curtis相似性指数法研究了不同放牧梯度上物种组成结构异质性的变化趋势.结果表明:样地群落物种数表现为轻牧＞中牧＞重牧,而小尺度样方内物种数与物种多样性均呈现中牧＞轻牧＞重牧趋势;在轻牧条件下,整体来看,小样方内物种数目的分布围绕平均值具有较小波动;在重度放牧区,不存在维持多个物种数的样方;而在中度放牧区,物种数的空间分布呈现“凹型”格局,相比于轻牧、重牧阶段,物种数在样方中的平均分布程度降低,即物种数目很多或很少的样方大量存在.从物种结构的空间异质性来看,轻牧区样方之间种类组成的相似性不明显,群落物种形成均匀分布;中度和重度放牧区,具有随机分布的群落物种结构.牧压影响小尺度区间面积上的物种数、种类构成及其空间异质性,物种数目的频度分布及种类成分相似性的蒙特卡罗模似统计运算,能够较好地拟合不同放牧梯度上物种分布的空间格局,反映群落演替动态. 相似文献

植物群落与土壤性状相互作用研究对于认识生态系统结构与功能有着重要的意义。通过对敦煌绿洲边缘典型植物群落21个样地（20m×20m）的植被和土壤系统取样调查,在分析植物群落及其土壤养分特征的基础上,采用CCA典范对应分析法研究了土壤养分对植物群落物种分布的影响。结果表明：调查区域植被群落共出现植物27种,隶属于15科,26属,以藜科（Chenopodiaceae）植物居多,占总物种数的29.6%。柽柳（Tamarix chinensis）群落的物种丰富度最大,胡杨（Populus euphratica）群落的物种丰富度最小。植被0~80 cm土壤有机质、全氮、速效磷、速效钾含量排序为柽柳>黑果枸杞（Lycium ruthenicum） > 梭梭（Haloxylon ammodendron） > 沙拐枣（Calligonum mongolicum）,全磷、全盐、速效氮含量排序为柽柳 > 黑果枸杞 > 沙拐枣 > 梭梭,全钾含量排序为黑果枸杞 > 柽柳 > 梭梭 > 沙拐枣,pH值排序为梭梭 > 沙拐枣 > 黑果枸杞 > 柽柳。不同植被覆盖各养分指标之间差异显著。随土层深度的增加,柽柳和黑果枸杞群落土壤全氮、有机质、全盐、速效氮、速效钾含量逐渐降低,表聚效应明显,土壤全磷、全钾、速效磷含量逐渐增大后减小,梭梭与沙拐枣养分层次特征不明显。4种植被群落土壤pH值随土层深度的增大呈波动的趋势。CCA排序结果表明植被群落物种分布的土壤环境调控因子重要性排序为全氮 > pH > 全钾,土壤全氮是植物群落物种分布的最重要调控因子。 相似文献

格局和过程与异质性有关。以呼伦贝尔克氏针茅草原不同放牧强度下的演替群落为对象,开展群落植被空间分布格局及土壤有机质空间异质性研究。结果显示,不同放牧强度样地群落结构和群落种类组成存在明显差异。轻度放牧样地样方内有8种植物,群落优势种为克氏针茅（Stipa krylovii）;中度放牧样地样方内有12种植物,群落优势种为糙隐子草（Cleistogenes squyarrosa）;而重度放牧样地样方内只有7种植物,群落优势种为多根葱（Allium polyrhizum）。随放牧强度的增强,植被地上生物量及其变异系数逐渐降低;土壤有机质含量表现为轻度放牧>中度放牧>重度放牧,而其变异系数表现为中度放牧>轻度放牧>重度放牧。从植被地上生物量和土壤有机质含量变异函数分析来看,随放牧压力的增大,植被地上生物量空间自相关性增强,空间异质性变大;土壤有机质含量空间分布自相关性先增强,然后减弱,空间变异性先变大,然后变小。在10 cm×10 cm的微尺度上,重牧群落植被地上生物量和土壤有机质含量之间表现出明显的相关性（P<0.05）。 相似文献

统计分析了干旱沙漠地区植被恢复过程中土壤颗粒分形特征及其与土壤沙粒(>0.05mm)、粉粒(0.05~0.002mm)和粘粒(<0.002mm)含量和土壤养分状况间的关系。结果表明:土壤颗粒分形维数随恢复时间延长有增大的趋势,土壤颗粒分形维数大小与土壤质地的细粒化有一致的变化趋势。0.05mm粒径成为土壤各粒径的分界值--即土壤分形维数的临界粒径,大于这一粒径颗粒含量越高,土壤分形维数越小;而小于这一粒径的颗粒含量越高,分形维数越大。土壤各养分状况均与土壤颗粒分形维数有极显著的线性正相关关系(p<0.0001),表明了土壤颗粒分形维数能客观地反映土壤肥力特征。在干旱沙漠地区,伴随着植被恢复和流沙固定,土壤颗粒分形维数可作为一个评价土壤演变程度的综合定量指标。 相似文献

为探讨水分干扰对胡杨群落物种多样性的影响,以塔里木河(简称塔河)中下游胡杨林群落物种的实测数据为基础,选用群落物种多样性指数和相似性指数,对塔河中下游输水干扰后的样地和对照样地进行分析、研究。结果表明:(1)研究区内胡杨群落共包括14科、27属、27种,其中对照样地内植物物种数为11种,生态输水干扰的样地内植物物种数增长15种,总共26种;(2)对照样地和输水干扰样地Patrick丰富度指数、Simpson多样性指数、Pielou均匀度指数变化趋势不同,Pielou均匀度指数与Simpson多样性指数、Patrick丰富度指数相反,自中游到下游,物种多样性指数表现出差异,表明胡杨林物种在输水干扰后发生变化;(3)群落相似性比较表明,对照样地内胡杨群落相似性为中、下游临界点下游中游,对照样地与输水干扰样地相比,群落相似性结果相反。综上分析,认为水分干扰是影响塔河中下游胡杨群落物种多样性驱动因素。 相似文献

基于375个样方和150条样线的调查,对甘肃敦煌西湖荒漠-湿地生态系统植物群落物种多样性进行了研究。结果表明:①区内共记录植物26种,分属16科24属,芦苇（Phragmites australis）、多枝柽柳（Tamarix ramosissima）和胡杨（Populus euphratica）为绝对优势种,苏枸杞（Lycium ruthenicum）、疏叶骆驼刺（Alhagi sparsifolia）和胀果甘草（Glycyrrhiza inflata）为主要伴生种,其平均重要值依次为0.4728、0.4563、0.4342、0.2908、0.2594和0.2455。植物群落分多枝柽柳群落、胡杨群落、胀果甘草群落、疏叶骆驼刺群落、多枝柽柳沙包群落、苏枸杞群落、芦苇沼泽群落和芦苇群落8个类型。②植物群落物种多样性指数偏低（0.784～1.379）,多枝柽柳群落、胡杨群落和芦苇群落物种多样性指数最大（1.379、1.266和1.194）,群落之间差异显著（P＜0.05）;疏叶骆驼刺群落和苏枸杞群落次之（1.154、1.077）,胀果甘草群落、芦苇沼泽和多枝柽柳沙包群落最低（0.919、0.881、0.784）,各群落之间不存在显著差异。③灌（乔）木层是敦煌西湖植被主要层次,灌（乔）木层物种多样性指数（0.549～1.077）大于草本层（0.052～1.038）。④物种多样性指标H′、D、J和Ma随海拔梯度增加基本均显下降趋势,而指数C变化趋势则相反,表现为上升,均匀度指数变化幅度不显著。⑤物种多样性指标H′、D、J和Ma随经纬度升高变化趋势基本一致,均表现为先下降,后上升,再下降,而优势度指数C变化趋势则相反。 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
