“流空间”带来的“时空压缩”效应打破了传统的资源配置逻辑、重构区域关系并驱使区域一体化的网络化组织形成,区域发展更加强调“合作”“互惠”与“共栖”。都市圈是城市化的重要空间表现形态,都市圈一体化也是区域一体化的重要表现形式,在流空间与网络化的背景下,建构多学科交叉融合的都市圈一体化理论框架以探究其一体化的特征、效应和机理,是亟待研究的理论问题。本研究基于共生网络视角,初步建构了都市圈一体化共生网络系统理论模型,并讨论了都市圈一体化的研究重点。研究认为:(1)都市圈一体化共生网络系统包含经济空间、社会文化空间和生态空间等多领域的实体设施网络和虚拟关系网络,具备共生系统和复杂网络的双重属性,同时符合城市体系的组织特征和演化规律,反映都市圈一体化的组织作用机制、演化方向和规律。(2)共生网络形成机制、共生网络效益生成机制和共生网络系统演化机制是一体化共生网络系统基本的运行机制,体现都市圈一体化的内在必然联系。(3)对都市圈一体化的网络化特征的总结,正向、负向效应的全面梳理,不同阶段内生、外生和网络驱动机理的解析,以及跨界网络关系治理路径的探讨等都是都市圈一体化研究的重要内容。探索建构都市圈一...  相似文献

“行政区经济”作为行政区划框架下自身发展和区域竞争相互作用的经济运行现象,对区域协调发展影响深远。论文立足于区域经济一体化的视角,构建基于“行政区经济”函数和改进潜能模型的“行政区经济”测度模型,以成德绵地区为例,定量刻画其2005—2018年“行政区经济”约束强度的时空演化特征。研究表明:① 研究期内成德绵地区“行政区经济”约束强度历经“累积上升—快速下降—波动起伏”3个阶段,行政区划对经济一体化的刚性约束总体上呈下降趋势,区域一体化态势明显;② 2009年是其变化的拐点(峰值),各阶段“行政区经济”约束强度变化与政策以及行政区划调整耦合性较强,“行政区经济”测度模型具有较好适用性和合理性;③ 2005—2018年间研究区“行政区经济”类型结构具有阶段性稳步降低的特点,高强度型和60%的中强度型政区转为较低强度型政区,较低强度及以下类型政区占比由51.7%提升至91.4%,表明“行政区经济”的约束强度明显降低,区域一体化水平显著提升;④ 成德绵地区“行政区经济”空间格局经历了“中心极化—中部辐射递减—外围塌陷”的过程,研究区在区域协调发展方面采取了有效的措施且效果显著,推动“行政区经济”重心向南偏西3°方向位移10.08 km。未来还需通过改革行政组织结构和适时推进行政区划调整等途径优化体制机制,弱化行政区划约束,构建良好的一体化发展模式。  相似文献

如何正确处理新农村建设和城镇化的关系,是一个值得深入探讨的问题。中国城市化进程应是以区域一体化为中心的城市化道路,乡村发展也是城镇化的内容。从中国的实情出发,要重新认识“二元经济”理论,“二元经济”的模型是以粮食代表整个农业生产。城镇化和建设新农村在组织形式上存在差异区别,但不存在严重的资金竞争,并且在服务对象、功能、产业结构方面是互补的,城镇化和建设新农村是并行不悖的,城镇化与建设新农村可以在很长时间内共同发展。  相似文献

传统区位理论认为,国家边界降低了边境地区中心地的“中心性”,分割了中心地市场区,使边界两侧的经济活动交往的空间和时间距离加大。当前,随着经济全球化、区域经济一体化以及企业组织、企业行为变革和各边境地区区域和地方组织的积极参与等动力机制的作用,跨边界经济合作过程中,边境地区进行着边境区位的再创造。本文对传统区位理论有关边境区位的论述进行了评述,并分析和论述了经济全球化和区域经济一体化以及企业组织、企业行为变革和各区域、地方组织等动力机制对边境区位再创造的影响。  相似文献

贸工农一体化经营在经济发达国家已有半个世纪的发展历程,近几年来在我国开始兴起并迅速发展。本文尝试从一体化经营起步和发展的背景入手,从农业专业化区域、产业链的空间配置、农产品和农业经营要素流通三方面分析贸工农一体化经营的空间组织形式,进而对发达国家和我国的贸工农一体化经营的地域模式进行比较分析。最后提出讨论农业专业化区域、生产的社会化和内部化、农产品加工运销体系,贸工农一体化的组织形式和利益分配机制  相似文献

合作园区作为区域间资源优势互补、互利共赢的合作手段,对缩小地区差距,促进区域协调发展,增强区域整体竞争力,提升区域更高质量一体化水平发挥着重要作用。合作园区逐渐成为跨区域合作研究的重要内容,相关研究基于飞地经济理论、空间生产与空间重构理论、社会资本理论、增长联盟与跨界区域理论等,从园区合作主体、管理体制、空间治理、利益分享等角度,对合作园区的类型、合作动力、合作效应等进行了探讨与研究。研究主要结论为:1)合作园区类型多样,按照参与主体、合作治理形式、园区产业功能进行了划分,形成层次递进的分类体系;2)合作动力包括政府驱动、市场因素驱动、社会因素驱动、利益分享驱动等方面,各种驱动力相互作用,利益分享是合作园区发展的原动力,利益协调是影响合作园区可持续发展的关键;3)合作效应主要表现为促进区域经济增长、产业布局优化与转型升级、区域协调发展、城镇化进步及区域综合竞争力提升等。但相关研究存在对部分合作园区类型划分标准不统一、合作动力缺乏量化支撑与耦合关系研究、合作效应研究滞后且缺少科学客观的系统评价体系等问题。未来合作园区研究可开展集合作类型、合作动力与效应于一体的合作模式的系统综合研究;针对合作园区所映射的区域合作治理问题,可以创新探索跨区域合作治理驱动机制等深层次的相关理论研究;宏观层面区域一体化的政策评估,可依托合作园区案例进行深度的理论与实证研究。  相似文献

《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(RCEP)合作框架正催化全球经济版图格局发生剧烈演变,为应对“百年未有之大变局”,中国需要以“一带一路”倡议为契机,以环南海区域为战略基点,在深入研究区域发展特征的基础上,探讨建设“中国+东南亚”战略性一体化经济区的可能性并付诸实施。本文以环南海区域为重点,结合区域发展重点指标描述了其整体发展特征,利用产业结构相似度指数和贸易结构重合度指数,对环南海区域产业与对外贸易的结构性特征进行了剖析,并刻画了环南海区域核心增长区域的空间网络特征,最后讨论了环南海区域构建多元一体化经济区的前景并提出政策建议。结果表明:① 2000—2017年环南海区域主要发展指标增长态势强劲,发展速度和质量远超全球同期平均水平。② 在全球产业转移周期阶段与空间路径的双重驱动下,环南海区域形成了“澳新港—粤闽台文马—滇桂琼泰印菲越—缅老柬”四大梯级发展格局。③ 环南海区域11个国家间产业结构相似度指数和贸易结构重合度指数均处于较高水平,兼具“横向一体化”和“纵向梯级化”复合特征;产业结构与全球贸易商品结构呈现出“高端化”和“低端化”并举的态势。④ 环南海区域已经形成九大核心增长区域,增长极的极化与扩散效应使得不同区域之间的优势产业和出口商品类型呈现相似性和互补性。⑤ 展望未来,新一轮全球产业转移及其引致的全球价值链重组将构建起深度匹配地区资源禀赋特征的区域一体化生产—消费网络,而城市群、高速交通等空间实体所构建的“点—轴”空间网络和“内—外”开放合作政策平台也将更好保障一体化经济区的构建与发展。  相似文献

我国西部主要是山地。山区人一地关系协调机制、战略与可持续管理理论及技术的创新和重大突破等基于山地科学研究,迄今为止缺乏多学科交叉融合和综合性更强的成果。我国类似武陵山区一样的众多地缘经济区,因受到分属于若干行政经济区微观利益动机驱使的管制,出现地理空间连续与非市场决策不连续的“行政区经济”现象,派生出经济落后、区域经济行政分割现象突出,经济活动严重的冲突中重复建设、资源浪费、生态环境破坏,各种效益低下的“边缘效应”,即“行政区边缘经济”的区域经济运行方式。地缘经济区客观上要求解除原则政治的刚性约束,走区域市场一体化、区域协同发展、以利益政治为社会目标的科学发展道路。  相似文献

文章从区域经济一体化和经济全球化的角度出发,分析了区域经济整合发展的动力来源、基本过程及遵循的原则,并以实例阐述了区域经济整合的主要内容为:城镇体系、产业结构、市政和基础设施及区域经济运行环境等,归纳出了5种典型的整合类型,即领土主权变动、国家重大政策推动、行政归属调整、重大工程启动及城市扩展整合等,最后通过上海市南汇区的实例进行了相应的论证。  相似文献
