阳极溶出伏安法同时测定痕量锡和镉   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:4  
在HCl-NH_4Cl底液中,电解时间60s、电镀时间5s、除氧30s的条件下,Sn和Cd有稳定的溶出峰。Sn和Cd的检出限分别为6.5μg/L和3.0μg/L,测定范围分别为10~200μg/L和5~180μg/L。对含Sn和Cd为20μg/L的试液测定10份,RSD分别为5.61%和4.83%。方法用于实际样品测定,结果与文献方法相符。  相似文献

在非离子表面活性剂吐温-80存在的H3PO4介质中,Mn2+对V(V)氧化二安替比林苯乙烯甲烷(DAVPM)成红色化合物的反应具有较强的催化作用,基于此采用流动注射-催化光度法测定了痕量Mn2+,该方法的检测波长为555nm,检出限为0.02μg/LMn,线性范围为0.02~6μg/LMn,进样频率为60次/h对5μg/LMn进行10次测定的相对标准偏差为1.8%。经环境标准样品分析验证方法可行并已用于水样中痕量Mn2+的测定。  相似文献

痕量锡在0.04mol/LH3PO4介质中对NaH2PO2还原罗丹明B褪色反应有催化作用,催化程度与Sn量、温度和加热时间线性相关。基于此,建立了痕量锡的动力学光度分析方法。方法检出限为0.034μg/L,线性范围为0~20μg/L,结合磷酸三丁酯色谱分离,实现了地质样品中痕量Sn的测定。方法经国家地质标准物质分析验证,结果与标准值相符。对于w(Sn)为10-6水平的试样其RSD(n=6)<6.5%。  相似文献

设计的在线液液萃取分相器及相应流路系统与电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱联用具有良好的分析性能。用于测定地质样品中的Mo和W,检出限(3σ)分别为36μg/L和28μg/L,两元素在0~2.0mg/L有良好的线性。对于1mg/L的Mo和W的测定,RSD(n=7)分别为40%和27%,测定速率为25~30/h。  相似文献

采用注动注射在线离子交换分离富集技术使通过装填有410哌啶树脂的微型柱而被吸附,随后用硫脲梯度洗脱,再用原子吸收法进行测定。每次消耗样品溶液6.6ml,进样频率为28次/h时浓集倍率22。方法检出限0.3μg/L对于含Ag30μg/L试样进行12次测定,其平均值为29.0μg/l0,精度为2.9%,方法经地质标样分析验证可靠。  相似文献

讨论了题示方法中的干扰,指出在一般岩石中多数共存元素不干扰Se和Te的测定;Cu的干扰可在含Fe ̄3+、HClO_4的介质中加入邻菲罗啉沉淀预先消除;Pb的干扰可在H_2SO_4分解试样时形成PbSO_4消除;试液保存在塑料容器中可免除残留F ̄-的影响。所拟方法每次采样1mL,每小时测定90次。对Se和Te的检出限均为0.2μg/L,测定浓度为10μg/L的Se和Te,其RSD(n=12)分别为3.7%和4.3%。经标样分析验证,方法可行。  相似文献

Calcite samples were extracted both from the rock matrix and the superficial coating of a karstified fault plane of an underground quarry, located in the eastern border of the Paris basin. The karstification is dated as Quaternary. Analysis of mechanical calcite twinning reveals that only the calcite matrix has also undergone a compression trending WNW that can be attributed to the Mio-Pliocene alpine collision. Both coating and matrix have undergone a strike-slip regime with σ1 roughly trending north–south, that could correspond to the regional present-day state of stress, a strike-slip compression rather trending NNW, modified by local phenomena.
