In this study, the Alaska pollock protein isolate(APPI) was hydrolyzed by Neutrase for 20, 40, 80, 120, 160, 200, and 240 min. Hydrolysates with different molecular weights were produced and they were named as H1–H7. Furthermore, the effects of hydrolysis on the average molecular weights, functional properties(solubility, oil-holding capacities, foaming activities, and emulsifying properties), and antioxidant activities(1, 1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl, superoxide, and hydroxyl free radical-scavenging activities) were determined. It was found that when the degree of hydrolysis(DH) increased, the average molecular weights of the hydrolysates decreased significantly. The functional properties of APPI were also significantly improved. The hydrolysates of APPI exhibited better solubility, emulsifying activities, and foaming activities. Hydrolysates with low molecular weights(1 kDa) had better solubility, oil-holding capacities, and emulsifying activities, while hydrolysates with higher molecular weights(1 kDa) had better foaming activities. In addition, the hydrolysates exhibited excellent antioxidant properties, while the inhibition values of 1, 1-diphenyl-2-picryl hydroxyl(DPPH), superoxide, and hydroxyl free radical-scavenging activities, were 85.22%, 53.56%, and 75.00% respectively, when the concentration of the hydrolysates was 5.0 mg mL~(-1). The lower the average molecular weight was, the higher was the antioxidant activity. These results indicated that hydrolysis with Neutrase is an effective method for improving the functional and antioxidant properties of APPI. The hydrolysates of APPI displayed great potentials to be used as natural antioxidants in protein-rich aqueous foods such as nutrient supplements and sports beverages.  相似文献

The protease inhibitor was purified from five different fish eggs. The molecular weights of Pacific herring, chum salmon, pond smelt, glassfish, and Alaska pollock egg protease inhibitors were 120, 89, 84.5, 17, and 16.8kDa, respectively. The specific inhibitory activity of glassfish egg protease inhibitor was the highest followed by those of Pacific herring and Alaska pollock in order. The specific inhibitory activity and purity of glassfish egg protease inhibitor were 19.70 U mg^- 1 protein and 164.70 folds of purification, respectively. Glassfish egg protease inhibitor was reasonably stable at 50 - 65℃ and pH 8, which was more stable at high temperature and pH than protease inhibitors from the other fish species. The solubility of meat protein of croaker and jack mackerel was significantly affected by pH shifting. The protein yield of alkali-aided processing is higher than those of conventional and acid-aided processing. The addition of sarcoplasmic protein increases the breaking force and deformation value. The breaking force of recovered protein gel from alkali-aided processing is decreased by the addition of NaCI. Sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) revealed that fish protein of alkali is similar to that at pH7.0. Alkali-aided processing for recovering fish protein is a valuable method for increasing the utilization of frozen and pelagic fishes and for making kamaboko products.  相似文献

分析了沙蚕、缢蛏、拖鱿鱼胴体、花蟹蟹肉以及斑节对虾亲虾肌肉和成熟卵巢基本营养成分、氨基酸组成。通过计算4种饵料与斑节对虾亲虾肌肉和成熟卵巢的必需氨基酸比率(A/E)的比值和必需氨基酸指数(EAAI),评价4种斑节对虾亲虾饵料蛋白质的营养价值。结果表明:沙蚕、缢蛏、拖鱿鱼胴体、花蟹蟹肉以及斑节对虾(Penaeusmonodon)亲虾肌肉和成熟卵巢中的粗蛋白质量分数分别为9.18%、8.14%、12.10%、17.00%、21.90%、18.60%;总氨基酸质量分数分别为7.30%、7.47%、11.70%、14.80%、19.40%、14.60%。以斑节对虾亲虾肌肉蛋白为参比,沙蚕、缢蛏、拖鱿鱼胴体以及花蟹蟹肉的必需氨基酸指数分别0.93、0.94、0.94、0.97;以斑节对虾亲虾成熟卵巢蛋白为参比,沙蚕、缢蛏、拖鱿鱼胴体以及花蟹蟹肉的必需氨基酸指数分别0.95、0.93、0.88、0.84。这说明4种亲虾饵料相对斑节对虾亲虾而言是一种优质蛋白质,能够满足亲虾蛋白需求。不过,精氨酸、组氨酸等必需氨基酸,不能完全满足亲虾需求。  相似文献

Fish skin collagen hydrolysates (FSCH) were prepared from walleye pollock (Theragra chalcogramma) using a mixture of enzymes, namely trypsin and flavourzyme. The degree of hydrolysis of the skin collagen was 27.3%. FSCH was mainly composed of low-molecular-weight peptides and the relative proportion of <1000Da fraction was 70.6%. Free radical and oxygen species scavenging activities of FSCH were investigated in four model systems, including diphenylpicrylhy-drazyl radical (DPPH), superox-ide anion radical, hydroxyl radical and hydrogen peroxide model, and compared with that of a native antioxidant, reduced glutathione (GSH). FSCH was also evaluated by water-absorbing and water-holding capacity. The results showed that FSCH was able to scav-enge free radical and oxygen species significantly and to enhance water-absorbing and water-holding capacity remarkably. Therefore, FSCH may have potential applications in the medicine and food industries.  相似文献

基于QuickBird高分辨率影像、LandsatTM影像及夜间灯光数据,设计了集成CART(Classification and Regression Tree,)算法和多源遥感数据估算亚像元级不透水地表盖度的技术方案,采取适用于典型温带半干旱地区的ISP(Impervious Surface Percentage )提取方法,提取2001年和2011年北京城区不透水地表盖度,并将不透水地表盖度分为3类,ISP为10%~60%的区域为低密度区,60%~80%的区域为中密度区,大于80%的区域为高密度区。同时采用单窗算法反演2001年和2011年地表温度,对2001-2011年北京六环以内城区不同环路区域ISP发展趋势,以及其与地表温度的相关性进行分析。结果表明:(1)北京城区的不透水地表盖度变化主要集中在低密度区域,与之相比,中密度区域和高密度区域不透水地表盖度变化不大。2001-2011年来北京五环以内区域由于城建区较多,整体不透水地表变化并不明显,主要变化区域集中在五环至六环以内区域,其中低密度区增长明显,中密度区和高密度区主要增长集中在东部,可以看出,近年来五环至六环以内区域发展迅速,城建区范围不断扩大。(2)相较于2001年,2011年北京市中心地表温度明显上升,高温区聚集程度更为明显。其中四环以内地表温度与周边区域地表温度相比,温差明显增大。(3)通过对比2001年和2011年各密度区平均地表温度发现,相较于2001年,2011年北京市六环以内城区各密度区之间的地表温度差异更大,城市热岛效应更为明显。(4)2001年和2011年北京城区各环路区域内不透水地表盖度与地表温度均呈正相关。四环至六环区域,地表温度随不透水地表盖度变化的趋势相近。ISP在10%~20%的区域,地表温度随不透水地表盖度增高而上升的速率明显高于其他区域,ISP大于20%的区域地表温度上升速率下降,且趋于一致。  相似文献

不透水面是衡量城市化程度的重要指标之一,对京津唐城市群的不透水面进行深入研究,可以量化城市群扩张过程及其影响,对该区域多城市协调发展及规划布局具有重要意义。本文结合高分辨遥感影像、生长季及落叶季的Landsat TM遥感影像和夜间灯光数据等,采用分类和回归树(Classification and rRegression Tree, CART)算法,构建了适于京津唐地区不透水面盖度提取的技术方案,获取了京津唐地区1995-2016年共5期地表不透水面盖度专题信息,并分析了地表不透水面的时空演变规律,结论为:① 适于京津唐地区不透水面盖度提取的CART算法的最佳输入变量组合为:生长季和落叶季的Landsat TM图像以及对应的夜间灯光数据;其次为生长季Landsat TM遥感图像和夜间灯光数据组合方案。利用该组合方案,ISP估算输出结果的交叉验证精度R值可以达到约0.85,可以满足地表不透水面纵向对比分析的需要。② 从地表不透水面总面积数量值来看,1995-2016年京津唐主体城市区域整体上呈增长趋势,其中2011-2016年地表不透水面积增加愈加明显;③ 从地表不透水面盖度值的高低来看,1995-2016年京津唐中、高盖度不透水面的占比都是在不断增长的,低盖度不透水面占比存在少量下降现象,且京、津、唐3城市的主体城区各阶段变化差异较大,反映出了各城市扩张具有各自不同的时空演变特征。  相似文献

Oyster peptides were produced from Crassostrea hongkongensis and used as a new protein source for the preparation of an oyster peptide-based enteral nutrition formula (OPENF). Reserpine-induced malabsorption mice and cyclophosphamide-induced immunosuppression mice were used in this study. OPENF powder is light yellow green and has a protein-fat-carbohydrate ratio of 16:9:75 with good solubility in water. A pilot study investigating immune functional impacts of the OPENF on mice show that the OPENF enhanced spleen lymphocyte proliferation and the activity of natural killer (NK) cells in BALB/c mice. Furthermore, OPENF can improve intestinal absorption, increase food utilization ratio, and maintain the normal physiological function of mice. These results suggest that oyster peptides could serve as a new protein source for use in enteral nutrition formula, but more importantly, also indicate that OPENF has an immunostimulating effect in mice.  相似文献

Trimethylamine N-oxide(TMAO) is one of the most important nutrients for bacteria in the deep-sea environment and is capable of improving pressure tolerance of certain bacterial strains.To assess the impact of TMAO on marine microorganisms,especially those dwelling in the deep-sea environment,we analyzed the bacterial community structure of deep-sea sediments after incubated under different conditions.Enrichments at 50 MPa and 0.1 MPa revealed that TMAO imposed a greater influence on bacterial diversity and community composition at atmospheric pressure condition than that under high hydrostatic pressure(HHP).We found that pressure was the primary factor that determines the bacterial community.Meanwhile,in total,238 bacterial strains were isolated from the enrichments,including 112 strains a ffiliated to 16 genera of 4 phyla from the Yap Trench and 126 strains a ffiliated to 11 genera of 2 phyla from the Mariana Trench.Treatment of HHP reduced both abundance and diversity of isolates,while the presence of TMAO mainly af fected the diversity of isolates obtained.In addition,certain genera were isolated only when TMAO was supplemented.Taken together,we demonstrated that pressure primarily defines the bacterial community and culturable bacterial isolates.Furthermore,we showed for the first time that TMAO had distinct influences on bacterial community depending on the pressure condition.The results enriched the understanding of the significance of TMAO in bacterial adaptation to the deep-sea environment.  相似文献

An experiment on the optimum dietary protein content for the black sea bream using semi-purified diets showed the optimum is 50.19% by weight as inferred from the growth rate and food consumption of the fish. Another experiment on the proper ratio of animal to plant protein in its diet using sandeel as the animal protein source and peanut cake meal as plant protein source showed that the ratio had great effect on its growth and should be 1.00: 0.89–0.96 as judged from the growth rate and food consumption of the fish. 不透水面是城市区域中一种典型的土地覆盖类型,是衡量城市环境质量和城市化水平的重要标志之一。与传统基于像元级的遥感研究方法相比,不透水面百分比(Impervious Surface Percent,ISP)的估算可以进入像元内部,获得更准确的城市信息。本文应用Cubist模型树,对Landsat TM的原始波段变量(除热红外波段),建立ISP估算的基础模型(Base Cubist-ISP)。通过基于模型树的集成学习优化算法和加入相邻时相影像的波段变量中值,以削弱噪声的影响。然后,优选热红外波段和各种衍生变量,并进行属性精简,继而应用集成学习算法得到的参数和精简后的变量建立ISP估算的优化模型(Optimal Cubist-ISP)。对广东省广州市海珠区的实验结果表明,Optimal Cubist-ISP模型估算不透水面的整体均方根误差(RMSE)为12.98%,决定系数(R2)为0.90,精度明显优于Base Cubist-ISP模型,RMSE降低约5.03%,ISP在透水面区域被高估和高密度不透水面区域被低估的现象得到改善。本文提出的基于Cubist模型树建立ISP遥感估算的模型及优化方法可以适用于城市区ISP的提取。  相似文献

基于遥感的城市热环境研究通常通过分析植被、不透水面和地表温度(Land Surface Temperature, LST )的关系来进行。虽然植被的降温作用和不透水面的增温作用已受到普遍认可,但缺少针对降温和增温效率的定量研究,本研究采用地表降温率(Land Surface Cooling Rate, LSCR)和地表增温率(Land Surface Warming Rate, LSWR)量化植被降温效率和不透水面增温效率并对2017年江苏省南京市城市热环境进行分析。以Landsat 8 OLI 4期遥感影像为数据源,利用线性光谱混合分析法(Linear Spectral Mixture Analysis,LSMA)获取亚像元植被覆盖度(Fractional Vegetation Coverage, FVC)、不透水面覆盖度(Impervious Surface Percentage, ISP)并利用高分Google影像进行精度验证。结合地表温度(Land Surface Temperature, LST)反演结果计算各季总体LSCR和LSWR,分析不同LST对总体LSCR和LSWR的影响。最后,将FVC和ISP分别按照阈值平均划分为4个区间,计算各区间的LSCR和LSWR,并在此基础上分析不同区间LSCR和LSWR的变化情况。研究结果表明: ① LST与整体LSCR、LSWR正相关,夏季植被降温效应和不透水面增温效应最强,LSCR和LSWR分别为5.6%和5.1%;② 夏季各区间LSCR与FVC正相关,FVC为75%~100%时LSCR达到最大值7.5%;各区间LSWR与ISP负相关,ISP为75%~100%时LSWR达到最小值2.4%;③ 当FVC为0~25%,ISP为75%~100%时,可以充分发挥植被的降温效应,抑制不透水面的增温效应,是最佳的植被和不透水面组合方案。本研究采用的LSCR和LSWR分析方法可以从抑制地表温度上升的角度选择最佳的FVC和ISP区间,未来可基于此横向对比不同城市,并结合纬度、地形、气候、树种等因素对LSCR和LSWR的影响,进一步探索LSCR和LSWR的影响因子和变化规律。  相似文献

The analysis of the protein and carbohydrate in P-POM (Plankton and Particulate Organic Matter) samples collected from the fishing ground in Minnan-Taiwan Bank in five voyages (April, June, July, August and November, 1988) shows that the protein and carbohydrate contents and amounts in samples from four stations (501, 401, 301, 201) along the coast and another four stations (404, 304, 403, 204) south and southeast of the shoal were higher than those in April and November, indicating that this phenomenon is related to the upwelling in the two regions in summer .  相似文献

A feeding trial was conducted in a recirculating water system to investigate the effects of dietary protein levels on growth, feed utilization, hepatosomatic index and liver lipid deposition of juvenile red snapper, Lutjanus argentimaculatus (average initial wet weight 8.0 ± 0.39 g and total length 3.14 ± 0.3 cm). In the experiment, six fishmeal-based diets were formulated to contain various protein levels (20% to 45% in 5% increments), with dietary energy ranging from 2210.7kJ lOOg to 2250.2kJlOOg dry matter. The protein to energy ratios of diets ranged from 8.58 mg protein kJ−1 to 20.03 mg protein kJ−1. Diets were fed for 90d to triplicate groups of fish stocked in 0.128m3 seawater tanks, 25 individuals each. The daily ration of 2% wet body weight was offered to the fish thrice a day. The fish at the end of the study had more than ten-fold (77.0g) increase in weight compared to the initial (8.0g). Fish fed diets of 40% and 45% protein produced significantly (P<0.05) higher weight gain of 77.2g and 76.5g, and specific growth rate (SGR) of 2.65% and 2.62% than those of 67.0 g and 68.3g, and 2.49% and 2.51% of the other diets. The broken-line regression of SGR against dietary protein level yielded an optimum dietary protein requirement of 42.6% (Y=−1.6295 + 0.1114 X 2,P<0.05). Survival remained 100% among groups. Feed conversion ratio decreased from 0.45 for fish fed 20% dietary protein to 0.35 for fish fed 45% dietary protein. Nitrogen intake increased with an increase in dietary protein, which in turn resulted in an increase in nitrogen gain of fish whole body. Fish fed 40% and 45% protein diets showed higher (P<0.05) nitrogen gain (0.27g and 0.26g) than those (0.23g and 025g) fed all other diets. Gross energy intake (GEI) in fish fed 45% protein was lower (600.67kJ) than that (607.97 kJ) of 40% protein diet, though the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05); GEI ranging from 677.31 kJ to 663.20 kJ at remaining four diets (20% to 35% protein) did not appear to differ significantly (P>0.05). The highest energy gain of 518.33 kJ was obtained with fish fed 40% protein, resulting in the highest energy retention efficiency of 85.26%. The hepatosomatic index of fish fed diets of 20%, 25%, 30% and 35% protein were significantly (P<0.05) higher (2.09% to 2.57%) than those (1.44% and 1.41%) of fish fed diets containing 40% and 45% protein. Liver lipid contents decreased from 8.72% to 7.0% in fish fed dietary protein of 20% to 45% in 5% increments. Results suggest that the diet containing 40% to 42.6% protein with a P/E ratio of 17.6 mg protein kJ−1 is required for good growth of L. argentimaculatus weighing between 8.0 g and 85.2 g under the culture conditions of the present study.  相似文献
