The advent of very high-resolution satellite programs and digital airborne cameras with ultra high resolution offers new possibilities for very accurate mapping of the environment. With these sensors of improved spatial resolution, however, the user community faces a new problem in the analysis of this type of image data. Standard classification techniques have to be augmented with appropriate analysis procedures because the required homogeneity of landuse/landcover classes can no longer be achieved by the integration effect of large pixel sizes (e.g., 20–80 m). New intelligent techniques will have to be developed that make use of multisensor approaches, geographic information system (GIS) integration and context-based interpretation schemes.The ideal goal should be that GIS ‘intelligence’ (e.g., object and analysis models) should be used to automate the classification process. In return, GIS objects can be extracted from a remote sensing image to update the GIS database. This paper presents the development of an automated procedure for biotope type mapping from ultra high-resolution airborne scanner data (HRSC-A). The hierarchical procedure incorporates a priori GIS information, a digital surface model (DSM) and multispectral image data. The results of this study will serve as a basis for a continuous environmental monitoring process in the tidally influenced region of the Elbe River, Germany.  相似文献

Most of the present navigation sensor integration techniques are based on Kalman-filtering estimation procedures. Although Kalman filtering represents one of the best solutions for multisensor integration, it still has some drawbacks in terms of stability, computation load, immunity to noise effects and observability. Furthermore, Kalman filters perform adequately only under certain predefined dynamic models. Neuron computing, a technology of artificial neural network (ANN), is a powerful tool for solving nonlinear problems that involve mapping input data to output data without having any prior knowledge about the mathematical process involved. This article suggests a multisensor integration approach for fusing data from an inertial navigation system (INS) and differential global positioning system (DGPS) hardware utilizing multilayer feed-forward neural networks with a back propagation learning algorithm. Integrating a GIS has been a common way to combine the functionality of two or more systems for some time. A three-dimensional model of integration is described which shows the range of linkages that can be achieved. Extremely flexible and dynamic linkages between systems can now be created through the recent advances of client/server and object-oriented technology. An expert system shell is coupled with a GIS to create a generic spatial rule-based toolbox called SES (spatial expert shell). An expert system developer using this toolbox can transparently access spatial data and relationships from a GIS by linking application objects to spatial classes. These spatial classes include methods that format and send requests to the GIS server. Thus the linkage is determined at run-time allowing a flexible interwoven interaction between the expert system and the GIS.  相似文献

遥感技术可以为应急救灾提供及时、准确和直观的信息。但由于存在多源数据库的数据异构和语义冲突等问题,导致大量的数据难以被有效地利用,严重影响了遥感技术在减灾救灾中的应用效果。本文利用元数据对多源异构遥感数据进行管理,提出了一种基于本体的异构数据集成共享方法,并在此基础上开发了一套针对灾害库应急的多源遥感数据库集成系统。实验表明,该方法能较好解决异构数据语义冲突问题,在一定程度上实现了在语义层次上的信息集成与共享。  相似文献

This paper discusses the introduction of pseudolites (ground-based GPS-like signal transmitters) into existing integrated GPS/INS systems in order to provide higher availability, integrity, and accuracy in a local area. Even though integrated GPS/INS systems can overcome inherent drawbacks of each component system (line-of-sight requirement for GPS, and INS errors that grow with time), performance is nevertheless degraded under adverse operational circumstances. Some typical examples are when the duration of satellite signal blockage exceeds an INS bridging level, resulting in large accumulated INS errors that cannot be calibrated by GPS. Such a scenario, unfortunately, is a common occurrence for certain kinematic applications. To address such shortcomings, both pseudolite/INS and GPS/pseudolite/INS integration schemes are proposed here. Typically, the former is applicable for indoor positioning where the GPS signal is unavailable for use. The latter would be appropriate for system augmentation when the number and geometry of visible satellites is not sufficient for accurate positioning or attitude determination. In this paper, some technical issues concerned with implementing these two integration schemes are described, including the measurement model, and the appropriate integration filter for INS error estimation and correction through GPS and pseudolite (PL) carrier phase measurements. In addition, the results from the processing of simulated measurements, as well as field experiments, are presented in order to characterize the system performance. As a result, it has been established that the GPS/PL/INS and PL/INS integration schemes would make it possible to ensure centimeter-level positioning accuracy even if the number of GPS signals is insufficient, or completely unavailable. 随着5G的普及和基站建设,对基站间时间同步精度提出了更高的要求.目前,精确时间同步协议(PTP)只能达到几十纳秒,且频率分布效果差,将其结合同步以太网(SyncE)技术后可以实现网络上所有时钟的频率与时钟源同步.WR(White Rabbit)技术在PTP+SyncE的基础上加入了全数字双混频鉴相器(DDMTD),对节点间相位差进行调整补偿,消除由相位噪声长时间累积引起的不同步,动态实现了整个网络节点的时钟同步.本文分别介绍了将SyncE与PTP结合的同步方法和WR同步方法的原理及实现过程,最后构建实验平台验证同步过程,测试证明可以分别达到百皮秒和几十皮秒的抖动,同步精度分别能达到纳秒和亚纳秒级别.   相似文献

Knowledge of spatio-spectral heterogeneity within multisensor remote sensing images across visible, near-infrared and short wave infrared spectra is important. Till now, little comparative research on spatio-spectral heterogeneity has been conducted on real multisensor images, especially on both multispectral and hyperspectral airborne images. In this study, four airborne images, Airborne Thematic Mapper, Compact Airborne Spectrographic Imager, Specim AISA Eagle and AISI Hawk hyperspectral airborne images of woodland and heath landscapes at Harwood, UK, were applied to quantify and evaluate the differences in spatial heterogeneity through semivariogram modelling. Results revealed that spatial heterogeneity of multisensor airborne images has a close relationship with spatial and spectral resolution and wavelength. Within the visible, near-infrared spectra and short wave infrared spectra, greater spatial heterogeneity is generally observed from the relatively longer wavelength in short wave infrared spectra. There are dramatic changes across the red and red edge spectra, and the peak value is generally examined in the red middle or red edge wavelength across the visible and near-infrared spectra for vegetation or non-vegetation landscape respectively. In all, for real multisensor airborne images, the change in spatial heterogeneity with spatial resolution will accord with the change of support theory depending on whether dramatic change exists across the corresponding wavelength. Besides, if with close spatial resolution, the spatial heterogeneity of multispectral images might be far from the overall integration of these bands from the hyperspectral images involved. A comparative assessment of spatio-spectral heterogeneity using real hyperspectral and multispectral airborne images provides practical guidance for designing the placement and width of a spectral band for different applications and also makes a contribution to the understanding of how to reconcile spatial patterns generated by multisensors.  相似文献

随着广电行业的飞速发展,以串行数字接口(SDI)基带信号为基础技术架构的传统电视信号已经很难满足未来技术发展和业务扩展的需求.得益于现代通信技术的迅速发展以及即将到来的万物互联的5G时代,广电行业也将采用IP化技术来构建新的网络系统.处在向IP化发展的过渡期,广电IP化目前还存在一些亟待解决的问题.为了解决广电系统网络中需要更高精度的同步信号来完成时间同步的问题,本文利用精确时间协议(PTP)时间同步技术在专用以太网中完成时间同步组网,搭建了测试环境并对测试数据进行了分析.测试结果表明,相较于传统的网络时间协议(NTP)时间同步技术,输出PTP信号的准确度能够达到亚微秒量级,完全满足广电行业IP化数字电视系统时间同步信号的高精度需求.   相似文献

Today, there is a huge amount of data gathered about the Earth, not only from new spatial information systems, but also from new and more sophisticated data collection technologies. This scenario leads to a number of interesting research challenges, such as how to integrate geographic information of different kinds. The basic motivation of this paper is to introduce a GIS architecture that can enable geographic information integration in a seamless and flexible way based on its semantic value and regardless of its representation. The proposed solution is an ontology-driven geographic information system that acts as a system integrator. In this system, an ontology is a component, such as the database, cooperating to fulfill the system's objectives. By browsing through ontologies the users can be provided with information about the embedded knowledge of the system. Special emphasis is given to the case of remote sensing systems and geographic information systems. The levels of ontologies can be used to guide processes for the extraction of more general or more detailed information. The use of multiple ontologies allows the extraction of information in different stages of classification. The semantic integration of aerial images and GIS is a crucial step towards better geospatial modeling.  相似文献

全球卫星导航系统(global navigation satellite system,GNSS)星载原子钟性能的优劣直接影响GNSS观测信号质量、测距精度、钟差预报与卫星自主导航能力,从而间接影响整个导航系统的服务性能。结合北斗三号系统独特的星间链路(inter-satellite link, ISL)和星地时间双向比对(two-way time transfer,TWTT)体制以及常用的精密轨道与钟差确定(orbit determination and time synchronization,ODTS)体制所估计的精密钟差数据,分析评估了北斗三号在轨原子钟服务性能。结果表明,3种钟差确定体制评估的频率准确度和漂移率结果基本一致,所有卫星频率准确度在(-4~2)×10-11范围以内,氢钟频率准确度优于铷钟,ISL钟差评估的频率漂移率精度略优于ODTS。在评估原子钟稳定度方面,3种钟差确定体制各有优势,短期稳定度方面,ODTS钟差评估优于ISL钟差,基于ODTS评估的3 000 s稳定度可达3×10-14,且氢钟的短期稳定性优于铷钟;中长期...  相似文献

针对当前大量优秀导航算法停留在理论仿真研究阶段,无法用极小的代价完成实际工程验证的不足,提出了一种面向工程应用的导航算法性能测试系统实现方案,通过对用户可任意配置时钟、多导航传感器数据接收与同步支持、全球导航卫星系统(GNSS)和捷联式惯性导航系统(SINS)软件模块设计,实现了全开放软硬件平台的低成本、多功能导航算法性能测试系统。实际测试与论证表明:该系统既可用于新的GNSS、SINS算法性能测试,也可满足多种不同组合模式下的数据融合算法验证需求,具有重要的理论指导意义和工程应用价值。  相似文献

Digital photogrammetric systems have been introduced to solve various measurement problems in industrial applications for many years, ever since high resolution CCD cameras and powerful computer technologies have been available. For a successful implementation of a digital photogrammetric system into the production line, not only does the actual measurement task have to be solved but also a complete integration of the system into the production process usually has to be supplied by the system manufacturer.
