当代非洲城市化的动因与困境 总被引：1，自引：0，他引：1
非洲的城市人口已经正在以年均超过4%的增长率增长,居世界首位,其中个别城市甚至还要高。对文献的回顾显示,贫困、非正规经济或类似经济的增长与发展已经成为撒哈拉以南非洲国家城市化的一个不可分割的部分。结论是快速城市化是非洲政府所面临的最紧迫的管理挑战。并且,要在致力于解决当前问题的同时,创造使城市成为经济增长和发展的更有效中心的政策环境。城市必须是可控制的、适于居住的、以及经济上可望成功的。 相似文献

目前对中国城市化的研究多集中在城市化与经济增长之间的分析，对于城市化和不同因素之间的研究不多。中国城市化进入快速发展时期后，不同地区的城市化存在很大差异。选取综合经济（人均GDP）、工业化、市场化、国际化、信息化5个因子作为反映中国城市化省际差异的指标，利用灰色关联分析，分析1984～1994年和1995-2004年两个时段（分别以1994年和2004年为代表）中国城市化水平差异的主要影响因素。结果表明，中国省际城市化水平总体上与地区经济综合发展水平是一致的，两个时段中人均GDP都是相关性较高的因素；20世纪90年代中期以来市场化和国际化的关联度在增加，影响中国城市化进程的因素在增加；而信息化的影响程度变化不大，表明中国的信息化进程任重而道远。 相似文献

20 世纪美国城市体系的演变及其对中国的启示 总被引：3，自引：1，他引：2
在快速城市化过程中,在规模不等的城市中城市人口将如何分布？这是制订中国社会经济发展战略必须考虑的一个重大基础问题。美国是世界上最大的发达经济体,城市体系成熟,100 年前的城市化水平和中国现在相当。研究20 世纪美国城市体系的演化特征,对中国会有所启发。采用美国人口普查数据,运用位序-规模法则等方法,分析了美国城市系统的演变过程。结果显示：在20 世纪前70 年美国城市化处于加速发展的中期阶段,大城市的人口增长明显快于中小城市,城市体系向非均衡化方向发展;20 世纪后30 年,美国城市化进入了稳定发展的后期阶段。与美国不同的是,处于城市化加速发展中期阶段的中国(1985-2000 年),小城市人口增长较快,城市体系趋于均衡。研究认为：未来我国大城市的人口集聚有较大潜力。 相似文献

城市化是21世纪中国发展面临的一大难题。目前，中国有660多个城市，城市化比例已经达到41％左右。据预测，如果中国每年的城市化比例以1．5％的速度增长，每年约有1000万人口进入城市，那么到2020年将达到1500个城市。中国的城市化将对中国自身乃至世界的发展产生巨大的影响。 相似文献

随着工业和经济的大发展，中国城市化的发展取得了很大的成就，特别是20世纪90年代是中国城市化大发展的10年，城市数量、规模都发生巨变。而城市化的大发展也带来了一系列环境问题，20世纪的最后10年，中国洪水灾害发生频繁，中国城市化的发展对洪水灾害的发生和破坏程度有着很大的关联。城市化的发展不仅使城市周围的生态、河湖环境恶化，同时城市化的本身发展改变了城市地表结构和产生大量的城市生活垃圾对洪水灾害的破坏程度加大。合理有效的加强城市供给水设施和城市防洪设施是城市化发展中有待加强的。城市生态建设和垃圾的合理堆放和处置是减少洪水灾害破坏的有效途径。 相似文献

以经济规模、空间规模、经济外向度、经济增长力、财税回馈5方面的指标构造指标体系，1992年、2000年、2004年为时间断面，利用主成分分析方法来测度昆明市经济技术开发区、昆明市高新技术产业开发区二者对昆明城市发展贡献度。结果显示：国家级开发区建设对昆明城市空间规模发展的贡献度最大；其次是昆明城市经济规模；而开发区对城市财税回馈贡献度最低。这主要是因为开发区建设正值昆明城市化水平的加速时期，城市工业和人口的聚集使得城市用地规模、人口总量快速扩，加速了城市空间规模发展。但是由于人住开发区的企业的结构和开发区财税管理体制，使得开发区对昆明城市经济增长力、经济外向度、财税回馈三方面的贡献度要远低于对城市空间规模的影响度。 相似文献

我国许多城市通过开发区建设,在短时间内完成了产业和人口的集聚,实现了城市地域空间和人口规模的跳跃性增长和产业结构的转型。由于在这种城市空间增长过程中,开发区建设起了决定作用,因此,这种以开发区带动整个地区城市化的方式可称为"开发区模式"。开发区驱动城市化的机制表现在开发区自身区域的城市化和开发区带动周围农村地区城市化两个层面,并具有快速跳跃性、外驱性和不稳定性、人为性、经济增长模式的单一性和基础设施建设的高标准性等特征。针对开发区建设中出现的问题,提出了促进其健康发展的建议。 相似文献

城市化是解决经济与社会发展诸多矛盾的关键。云南省极低的城市化水平已成为经济发展的瓶颈。要提高云南省的城市化水平必须认清云南省城市发展的现状和存在的主要问题,在此基础上综合考虑云南省各个区域的自然条件、历史基础和省情再来选择城市化的发展路径,才能走城镇可持续发展之路。同时,要快速、协调、卓有成效地推进云南省城市化进程,须区分经济城市化与政治城市化,要注重从提高城市的竞争力入手,通过城市与周边县域经济的互补发展,充分发挥云南省城市经济对全省经济的辐射作用。 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
