资源型城市产业转型是学术界普遍关注的一个热点问题。基于2002年和2012年唐山市投入产出数据,采用增长态归因矩阵模型和Probit模型,研究了唐山市分行业总体的结构性增长和相关影响因素。结果表明:2002-2012年唐山市煤炭采选业和金属冶炼及压延业总体上都没有呈现结构性增长,基本摆脱了对煤炭和钢铁的高度依赖;具有一定技术含量的制造业如专用设备制造业、仪器仪表及文化办公用机械制造业、信息传输软件和信息技术服务业总体呈现结构性增长,呈现出产业转型的趋势;产业总体呈现结构性增长的影响因素中,影响力系数呈现负向影响,感应度系数、产业增加值占GDP比重和产业直接增加值率则呈现正向影响。因此,资源型城市产业转型需要提高直接增加值率,更加关注提升与下游产业的关联效应。  相似文献

基于现有城市内部地域结构模型及建设用地扩展模式,提出侧重各方向上建设用地扩展的"城市年轮"模型。构建的"城市年轮"模型由城市重心、扩展方向、年轮单元弧、年轮形态等构成。中国城市扩展过程受五年计划(规划)影响呈现明显的阶段性特征,以沈阳市为研究区,选取1985-2015年七期五年计划(规划)期末年份的Landsat遥感影像,运用"城市年轮"模型,结合城市重心坐标、扩展强度、紧凑度、分形维数对沈阳市建设用地扩展的时空特征、形态特征、扩展模式和机理进行分析。研究结果显示沈阳市建设用地扩展时空分异明显;城市重心整体上向西南方向迁移;城市扩展模式由圈层状转换为沿高速道路放射状、再转换为新城组团式扩展;研究期末城市紧凑度很低,分形维数值很高,表明城市空间形态复杂。自然因素、政策因素、经济因素及交通因素是导致沈阳城市扩展的主要因素。  相似文献

近年来"家庭式迁移"日益成为流动人口迁移的主要趋势,并对城市居住的独立性、权属和质量提出了现实需求。运用2009年环渤海、长三角、珠三角、成渝四区域12市的2394份抽样调查问卷,采用Logistic回归分析等计量方法,探究家庭式迁移的流动人口住房特征及影响因素。研究发现,"独住型""夫妻同住型""两代同住型"和"三代同住型"的流动家庭住房特征存在显著差异,其购房比例和住房质量依次提高。流动家庭的住房权属和质量受到家庭社会经济特征、家庭类型、地理因素以及流动家庭与老家联系和在流入地融入程度的影响。研究发现,如果纳入城市归属感、留城意愿及与老家的联系等变量,将会显著弱化户口对住房的作用。由于不同类型家庭所处的社会经济状况和应对策略不同,住房特征产生了家庭分异。因此,政府应当制定梯度化的住房管理政策,以此推动流动家庭逐步实现"固化"到城市。  相似文献

河南城市土地集约利用水平差异时空特征研究   总被引:7,自引:1,他引:6  
城市土地集约利用是城市发展的必然要求.以河南省为研究对象,探讨了该省在1996年和2006年城市土地集约利用的时空格局与演变规律.结果表明:(1)全省城市土地集约利用水平呈现明显的上升态势.(2)与1996年相比,2006年全省各城市之间土地集约利用水平的差异有所扩大.(3)在不同的研究年份,土地投入水平、土地产出水平、土地利用水平和土地生态环境质量等在城市土地集约利用水平中发挥的作用有较大差异.(4)在研究期间,城市土地集约利用水平及其4个影响因素各自变化幅度差异显著,且同一地区各自的变化幅度也不完全一致.  相似文献

基于城市间铁路客运车次数据,借助加权平均旅行时间、吸附指数和依附指数及社会网络分析方法,对中心城市的可达性及联动格局进行分析。结果表明:高铁建设显著提升各中心城市的可达性,然而当前建成运行的高铁网络,并未带来中心城市可达性的空间收敛,反而加大了中心城市间可达性的非均衡程度,呈现"马太效应";中心城市的吸附能力与可达性密切相关,高铁联网成为重塑城市体系格局的重要因素;中心城市间依附关系沿"四横四纵"高铁网络干线"强强联动",呈现为南强北弱、东强西弱,且南北联系明显强于东西联系的空间分布格局。研究显示地理区位仍然是影响可达性的重要因素,空间距离和市场因素共同作用,决定中心城市的联动关系以及空间体系格局演变,高铁联网下中心城市的腹地快速扩张,非均衡发展态势还将持续更长时间。  相似文献

采用了8个具有代表性城市的抽样调查数据,基于家庭视角对流动人口家庭城市定居意愿及其影响因素进行研究。通过从长期居住打算、社会保障、社会认同、家庭迁移、户口迁移等方面构建家庭城市定居意愿指数(FSI),研究发现:武汉、无锡、苏州、西安的流动人口家庭城市定居意愿较高,上海处于中间水平,而泉州、长沙和咸阳的流动人口的家庭城市定居意愿较低。采用回归分析发现:不同城市流动人口定居意愿的影响因素存在一定差异,但家庭因素的影响具有一致性,呈现所在城市越有利于对其家庭成员的照顾和发展,流动人口家庭城市定居意愿则越强烈的特征。最后,提出创建“家庭友好型”的城乡发展新秩序,实现流动人口家庭城市定居和发展,提升人口城市化质量。  相似文献

近年来共享住宿在我国城市迅速发展,是推动城旅融合的重要驱动力.该文以北京市为例,利用爱彼迎等开源平台共享住宿相关数据,应用ArcGIS技术、地理探测器方法与空间扩散理论,分析2018-2020年北京市共享住宿业空间分布的变化特征、影响因素及扩散模式.结果表明:1)北京市共享住宿业空间分布不均衡,呈现以中心城区为核心的"核心—边缘"结构特征,分布范围、集聚程度逐渐扩大,向心力增强,东北—西南分布方向性明显;2)共享住宿业空间分布的影响因素依次为餐饮、居民小区、科教文化、交通运输、体育休闲和景点,餐饮是主要影响因素;3)共享住宿业的空间扩散以等级扩散为主、传染扩散为辅,在次级城市功能区和景区扩散明显.研究结果可为未来共享住宿业的科学发展提供理论与现实指导.  相似文献

坦桑尼亚是东部非洲城市化发展最快的国家之一,长期与中国保持密切合作关系。坦桑尼亚城市体系及空间分布研究可为当地城市发展决策及中-坦在城市建设方面的合作提供科学依据。基于坦桑尼亚独立以来全国人口普查资料及自然环境数据,在界定城市地区的基础上,运用位序-规模法则、标准差椭圆、城市发展适宜度等分析方法,定量分析了坦桑尼亚独立以来的城市体系演变过程及现阶段空间分布特征。研究发现:(1)坦桑尼亚城市规模分布经历了"不均衡-均衡-不均衡"的发展过程,达累斯萨拉姆在城市体系中长期占有绝对主导地位,且在未来一定时期内仍将持续;(2)坦桑尼亚城市空间上呈现"西北-东南"的分布格局,中心位于中部偏东省份,城市扩张方向以西北、西部以及西南方向为主;(3)城市的空间分布受河流、植被、高程、地形起伏度、降雨量等自然环境因素影响,且高等级城市倾向于分布在水土环境条件较好的地区;(4)城市发展高适宜度区位于东非大裂谷东、西支之间的中央高原,以及东部沿海和东南部高原一带,城市发展低适宜度区位于东北部高地及其向西南延伸的南部高地,整体上自西北向东南呈现"高-低-高"的空间分布格局。  相似文献
