大沽河下游地区存在大面积咸水体,为了查明咸水体盐分的来源,揭示地下水咸化机理,于2017年4、8和10月在大沽河下游地区采集地下水样品,对其进行研究。现场原位监测地下水的水位、水温、电导率和总溶解性固体等,并采集水样进行主要水化学离子测定。用数理统计法、吉布斯图解法、主要水化学离子比值法以及卤族元素比值法对地下水样进行综合分析,分析地下水化学分布特征,识别出地下咸水的盐分来源;并结合古地理、地质和水文地质资料,研究其咸水形成机理。结果表明:(1)研究区由西北向东南方向,TDS和Cl浓度均逐渐升高,水质由淡水逐渐向盐水转化,地下水的优势阴离子类型沿着HCO_3型→HCO_3·Cl型→Cl·HCO_3型→Cl型变化,大部分地区的阳离子以Na^+占主导地位。(2)研究区内地下淡水受到岩石风化-溶滤和蒸发浓缩的共同影响,地下咸水的形成主要受到与海水的混合作用控制,还受到阳离子的交换吸附和矿物溶解作用的影响。(3)综合Br/Cl和I含量,证实了研究区存在着海相沉积地层的溶解作用,这是研究区东南部地下咸水的重要盐分来源。 相似文献

为比较厌氧氨氧化细菌16SrRNA基因的2对特异性引物(Amx368F/Amx820R、Brod541F/Amx820R)在其分子生态学研究方面的优点与不足,本研究采用高通量测序和qPCR技术对长江口及其邻近海域沉积物中厌氧氨氧化细菌细菌的群落组成、多样性和丰度进行比较分析,结果表明,引物Amx368F/Amx820R特异性较高,能够较为完整地反映沉积物中厌氧氨氧化细菌的多样性信息,且其覆盖的厌氧氨氧化细菌丰度与功能基因hzo丰度正相关(P<0.01);而引物Brod541F/Amx820R特异性较低,覆盖部分厌氧氨氧化细菌及其他多个门的细菌,其量化的厌氧氨氧化细菌与功能基因hzo丰度无明显相关关系(P>0.05)。因此,引物Amx368F/Amx820R能够更加真实地反映厌氧氨氧化细菌在海洋沉积物中的群落特征,在其分子生态学研究中更具优势。 相似文献

通过在西北太平洋黑潮亲潮混合区(E02和E10M)和副热带寡营养区(M1和M1B)开展的船基围隔培养实验,探究了不同海域表层海水中浮游植物对沙尘和灰霾添加的响应,以及浮游植物群落结构的变化。结果表明,黑潮亲潮混合区浮游植物可能受铁(Fe)限制,副热带寡营养区浮游植物主要受氮(N)限制。沙尘和灰霾添加均可以促进浮游植物生长,并可使浮游植物的粒级结构分布发生明显变化。在黑潮亲潮混合区,沙尘添加组使小型浮游植物对总叶绿素a的贡献率(CMicro)由～10%上升至～55%,超微型浮游植物对总叶绿素a的贡献率(CPico)由～70%下降至～20%,但在培养实验过程中,各粒级浮游植物对总叶绿素a贡献率的变化量与沙尘添加量无明显的相关关系,这种现象的原因可能是不同量的沙尘添加均可为浮游植物的生长提供较充足的Fe导致的。在副热带寡营养区,沙尘或灰霾添加组的CMicro由～10%上升至～35%,CPico由～70%下降至～55%～～35%,各粒级浮游植物对总叶绿素a贡献率的变化与沙尘或灰霾添加量呈线性相关关系,表明浮游植物的生长对沙尘或灰霾的N供给量具有较高的敏感性。 相似文献
