介绍了采用小型X射线管激发源、电制冷Si-PIN探测器及笔记本微机能谱分析等最新技术的高灵敏度野外X射线荧光分析系统。使用该系统在四川某金矿进行初步勘探应用研究。利用成矿组分中高品位元素As与Au的密切相关关系,采用X射线荧光测量在现场快速划定金矿靶区的范围,同时可以指导野外地质采样。 相似文献

便携式X射线荧光光谱仪应用于野外现场样品的检测[1-2],具有成本低、检测速度快的优点.但由于地质样品的复杂性,测定时存在严重的干扰,有时会导致数据严重失实,使便携式X射线荧光光谱仪的野外应用受到挑战.如使用XL3t-500型便携式X射线荧光光谱仪测试重晶石矿物的过程中,大部分元素的测试数据与实验室内检测数据符合较好,但发现钒被大量检出,而实际上该类样品的钒含量相对较低,可能是样品中存在的其他高含量元素使钒的结果受到了干扰.本文应用便携式X射线荧光光谱仪现场快速测定高含量钡(>0.x%)地质样品中的钒,讨论了样品中钡对钒测定的影响,并提出数学校正模型,经校正后的测试数据可作为半定量甚至是定量结果,大大减少送回实验室的样品数量,节约了大量成本及时间. 相似文献

X射线荧光仪使用于野外现场测试,在国内外已相当普遍。大量资料表明,X射线荧光仪对找金、锡及多金属矿,以至扩大已知矿区(田)远景寻找隐伏矿体均有较好地质找矿效果。今后.大量的化探异常查证,除靠化探、地质及工程揭露外,X射线荧光仪测试对查明异常原因、追索矿层(体)应是一重要手段。随着我省化探事业的迅猛发展,要使化探异常查证走向快速、准确,X射线荧光仪野外现场测试必将得到广泛的应用。因此,笔者将在研究区域化探异常查证方法_中积累的点滴资料成文,拟意抛砖引玉。 相似文献

手持式X射线荧光光谱仪在富钴结壳资源勘查中的应用 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
便携式X射线荧光光谱仪具有快速、无损分析的特点,本文重点研究了手持式X射线荧光光谱仪在富钴结壳碎块和浅钻岩心野外现场原位分析中的应用能力。采用压片法制样,以富钴结壳国家标准物质(GBW 07337~GBW 07339)和多金属结核国家标准物质(GBW 07249、GBW 07295和GBW 07296)作为校准样品,建立了手持式X射线荧光光谱仪测定富钴结壳样品的校准曲线。方法经国家标准物质GBW 07339验证,元素Mn、Fe、Co、Ni和Cu的精密度(RSD)在0.3%~3.0%之间,满足富钴结壳样品现场分析的要求。在海上资源勘查现场,应用手持式X射线荧光光谱仪对富钴结壳碎块和浅钻岩心原样进行了现场原位分析。富钴结壳碎块原样烘干后直接测试分析数据与实验室压片制样XRF分析数据对比表明,Mn、Fe、Co、Ni和Cu元素的测定值一致性良好;浅钻岩心的原位分析数据与实验室人工分层分析数据对比表明,各层位Mn、Fe、Co、Ni和Cu元素直接测试数据与实验室压片制样XRF分析数据分布趋势基本一致。实际应用研究表明,手持式X射线荧光光谱仪适合于现场原位分析,满足野外富钴结壳资源快速评价的要求,同时原位分析能更真实地反映原始富钴结壳岩心不同层位中各元素的变化特征,为进一步研究富钴结壳成矿机制提供更丰富的数据资料。 相似文献

This review for the year 2003 deals with three relatively well-established, mature, analytical techniques (neutron activation analysis, atomic absorption spectrometry and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry) that nevertheless remain very important for the characterisation of geological and environmental samples. Developments in neutron activation analysis included modification to the technique in relation to the determination of platinum-group elements, as well as consideration of sample size in ore grade estimation. A considerable body of literature was published on the application of atomic absorption spectrometry in the analysis of environmental samples. Many of these proposed technical and methodological improvements, notably in extraction procedures. X-ray fluorescence spectrometry saw developments in in situ analysis, synchrotron micro-XRF (μ-SRXRF) and a confocal X-ray set-up for 3D elemental imaging. XRF technologies were used in the analysis of geological samples, reference materials, glasses, solutes and environmental materials. 相似文献

This paper examines the limitations arising from sample mineralogy when a portable X-ray fluorescence instrument is applied to the direct in situ analysis of silicate rocks. Estimates were made of the size of the excited volume from which the X-ray fluorescence signal originates by calculating the critical penetration depth for selected X-ray lines. Measurements were made of the variations in detected intensities over the area of the P-XRF analyser window and showed that, using radioisotope sources incorporated in the instrument used in this study (Spectrace TN9000), excitation intensities were six to ten times greater at the centre compared to the edge of the analyser window. These data indicated that the region of the sample at the centre of the window will make an enhanced contribution to detected spectra. Replicate measurements on slabs of rock selected to represent fine-to coarse-grain size textures indicated the magnitude of the sampling precision that can be achieved in the direct analysis of silicate rocks. Typical values were better than 5% relative standard deviation of the mean from an average of five determinations on fine- to medium-grained rocks and better than 10 % relative standard deviation in a single determination on these samples. 相似文献

Monitoring and control of a flotation circuit is mainly based on the information gained by assaying the process slurry lines. In flotation plants, usually an X-ray fluorescence analyzer is used to obtain the on-line assays. This article introduces the visual and near-infrared reflectance spectroscopic analysis of the process slurries as a supplementary method which complements the on-line assay information available from an X-ray fluorescence analyzer. It is shown that the spectral information can be used to accurately predict the element contents in the slurry in between successive XRF analyses. Since the spectral measurements can be taken with high frequency as opposed to the sparse X-ray fluorescence analysis, a practically continuous on-line estimate of the slurry contents is reached. These estimates can be used in the plant control to improve the overall performance of the circuits and to yield also economical savings. Additionally, the frequent monitoring of the grades can provide means to eliminate rapid disturbances in the circuits, thus improving the stability of the process. 相似文献

介绍了微区X射线衍射仪发展的现状,给出了微区X射线衍射仪鉴定物相的研究实例,并讨论了微区X射线衍射法的优、缺点。通过配置有封闭3kWX射线光管、单毛细管透镜、Pixcel探测器和普通CCD视频的Panalytical X’Pert PRO MPDX射线衍射仪,对光片上的铍矿物进行了微区X射线衍射鉴定,结果确定该铍矿物为羟硅铍石。微区X射线衍射法具有微区、微量、原位和无损等优点,能够进行直径在100~300μm范围内的两种或两种以上矿物集合体的物相鉴定。与电子探针等微区手段相互结合、互相补充,鉴定结果更加可靠。 相似文献
