由于人口的增长和经济的快速发展,发展中国家正经历着日益剧烈的土地利用变化,其变化的范围不仅发生在平原,甚至已经扩展到山区。作为山区基本的地理单元,沟域是山区经济活动的主要场所、因此,沟域土地利用的优化调控对山区绿色化发展至关重要。本文基于1995年和2012年北京山区的土地利用数据,系统分析了沟域的土地利用变化情况,同时根据典型沟域地形因子(如海拔和坡度)的土地利用变化评估结果,提出土地利用的优化调控路径。研究结果表明,沟域是评估山区土地利用变化趋势的有效地理单元,可以为未来山区的绿色化展提供科学依据。从1995年到2012年,北京山区沟域最显著的土地利用变化表现在草地面积的减少和建筑面积的增加(草地转换为建筑用地),而这些土地利用变化主要发生在海拔0-400米和坡度6-15°的区域范围内。考虑到近年来北京山区经济的快速发展,建筑用地和耕地的数量将会持续增加,但目前的结果显示地形较陡区域土地利用变化最为显著,意味着未来山区沟域土地利用优化调控应充分考虑地形因子的影响,在这些区域的土地利用政策中要着重考虑实施保障山区生态屏障和水土涵养的功能设施。 相似文献

北京作为全国的政治、经济、文化中心,具有强大的综合创新优势,必须在实现经济体系高效性与生态系统稳定性上做出表率,建设首都生态经济区是北京山区科学发展的必然趋势。首都生态经济区地域范围为北京的七山区县,其建设要以"两山、五河、七组团"为空间结构,以"一区、三基地、一平台"为框架性目标。作为探索北京山区环境、经济与社会协调发展的路径,建设首都生态经济区是优化山区生态环境建设的现实需要,符合山区发展转型的客观要求,具有重要的科学意义、实践基础和理论依据,应遵循打破行政界限、生态主导发展等原则,力争用10-15年的时间,建设生态产业经济带(走廊)、拓展生态经济区地域空间范围、打造中国北部生态经济增长极,以建设成北京绿色崛起先导区和全国生态经济示范区。 相似文献

都市成长区城镇的发展具有复杂与动态的双重特征,本文在总结国内外相关研究的基础上,将大都市成长区城镇的空间结构与功能组织过程划分成四个阶段,即各城镇独立发展阶段、成长区培育阶段、成长区发展与扩张阶段和成长区创新发展阶段.研究以杭州市余杭区为例,从规模与结构两个角度对其所处的大都市区域化背景和自身发展特征进行解析,并对成长区城镇的发展趋势与路径进行研究,提出了网络化大都市区副城模式、创新极核与反磁力组团模式、文化创意与物流组团模式以及生态廊道与旅游组团模式四种城镇组群空间组织模式.并比较了四种模式各自特点和适用情况,最后总结了大都市成长区城镇空间组织必须着重把握的五个关系:与核心都市区之间的分工关系、与大都市人口动态变化之间的关系、与大都市经济区内外部联系通道的网络结构关系、文脉特质保护与构建都市区地域文化的关系、生态空间组织与都市区生态格局的耦合关系. 相似文献

数字技术向乡村地域的延伸与渗透深刻影响着乡村经济、社会和政治的组织方式与结构,推动城乡发展网络化视域下乡村地域系统的转型与重组。本文在界定乡村数字化概念内涵的基础上,探讨了乡村数字化与乡村空间转型的耦合关系,深度剖析了乡村数字化与乡村空间转型的作用机制,并构建面向乡村数字化发展转型的研究内容体系。主要结论为:(1)乡村数字化是伴随数字技术广泛应用于广大乡村地域,重塑乡村物质环境、经济形态、社会网络及空间组织的过程,促使乡村经济社会形态和空间组织结构发生数字化转型,包括数字技术作用于乡村地域空间的过程、作用和效应等。(2)乡村数字化背景下乡村空间转型趋于综合复杂,物质、经济、社会和文化等多重空间叠合转型,并在数字信息连通下衍生出赛博空间及网络文化形态。(3)数字基础设施建设与乡村物质空间转型的逻辑、数字经济发展与乡村经济形态转变的机制、数字技术应用与乡村社会空间重组的关系、数字治理模式与乡村空间组织重构的作用共同构成乡村数字化与乡村空间转型的多维内嵌机制。(4)在城乡融合发展与乡村振兴的重大战略指向下,在强化学科贡献的基础上探寻数字化下乡村发展前沿领域与创新维度,聚焦智慧乡村应用场景、研... 相似文献

Valley economy is a new mode in mountainous area development that is defined by various characters of valley development, and is a distinguishing economical geographic pattern for mountainous area development. The special spatial coupling relations in the distribution of different mountainous elements in valleys are new subjects for the mountain development studies, and such studies are meaningful both for researches and practices. Based on the long term researches on mountainous area development and following a brief exploration into the connotations and the spatial organizing process of valley economy, the authors analyzed the present situations of the development of valley economy in Beijing’s mountainous areas, studied the characteristics and the impacts of the spatial structural changes of the valley economy in Beijing’s mountainous areas, and finally proposed a rational arrangement of the spatial structure of the valley economy in Beijing’s mountainous areas. It is considered in this study that valley economy plays an important role in the development and functional transformation in Beijing’s mountainous areas in the new epoch. Firstly, valley economy is not outlined by the administrative boundaries, and it connects most of the villages in the mountainous areas roughly along the major transportation lines. Therefore, valley economy can exert positive influence on the development in the mountainous areas, at least in the aspects such as the rearrangement of industrial structure in the mountainous areas and the coordinated development of rural and urban areas. In addition, it is found that the valley economy in Beijing’s mountainous areas is evolved in a spatial organizing stage of secondary concentration, which is characterized by resource-saving, ecological protection and industrial optimization. Therefore, the development of valley economy will be helpful to the coordination between ecological protection and economic development in the mountainous areas, and will promote the integrated development of the mountainous areas. The developing mode of the valley economy in Beijing’s mountainous areas will provide the basis for the decision-making in the transformation of the functional roles of Beijing’s mountainous areas, and on the other hand, will present experiences for the studies in the mountainous areas outside of Beijing. 相似文献

基于海洋经济转型的内涵,构建包括6个分维度在内的中国海洋经济转型成效测度指标体系,利用粗糙集和灰理论组合赋权综合评价法,对2001-2011年中国海洋经济转型成效进行测度研究,并利用核密度估计及GIS空间分析技术对结果进行时空格局演变分析,结论如下:① 从全国层面来看,2001-2010年中国海洋经济转型整体集中在中低值区域,2010年以来,各区域转型均取得明显成效,海洋经济转型差距逐渐缩小,但整体差距仍然存在。② 从6 个分维度层面来看,海洋经济发展度稳步提高,但空间格局没有显著变化;海洋经济转型度、发展条件支撑度、资源集约利用度、生态环境响应度在空间上呈正向变化趋势,转型成效较为明显;海洋产业就业度呈反向变化趋势,说明转型对海洋产业就业存在挤出效应,对海洋产业就业产生重要影响。③ 中国海洋经济转型的时空格局演变是多种因素综合作用的结果,主要包括资源禀赋、区位条件、产业基础及腹地经济差异等。未来影响各省份海洋经济转型的主要因素包括国家政策、科技水平、海洋管理体制等。 相似文献

利用综合评价法和耦合协调模型对长江经济带经济发展、生态保护、能源建设和教育质量及其协调发展的时空格局进行分析。研究表明:2003~2014年间长江经济带经济发展指数、生态保护指数、能源建设指数与教育质量指数持续上升,其中经济发展指数增长最为明显;4E综合发展水平、耦合度和协调度均呈现上升趋势,4E协调发展模式由中心聚集向均衡化发展转变。根据研究结论提出加快传统经济向绿色经济发展转型、提高资源环境的生态承载力、降低单位GDP的能源消耗量和提升科技成果的经济转化率的发展建议。 相似文献

Land use changes in mountainous regions were greatly enhanced as the rapid development of economy due to the expanded population in developing countries. Acting geographically as the basic unit of mountainous regions, valleys are the primary sites of economic activities. Therefore optimization of land use policy in valleys is of critical important to the sustainable development in mountainous regions. On the basis of land use data in 1995 and 2012, this study explored the changes of land use according to the assessment of varied topographic factors (i.e., altitude and slope) in typical valleys of the Beijing mountainous regions, China. Our results showed that the valley is an efficiently geographical unit to evaluate land use changes in mountainous regions. We also found that major land use changes in mountainous regions of Beijing from 1995 to 2012 were the dramatic losses of grassland to the cultivated and construction lands, while most of these changes took place at the altitude of 0-400m and the slope of 6-15°. Considering the ever increasing economic development in Beijing mountainous regions, the increases of the construction and cultivated lands are inevitable, however, the great changes at a steeper slope imply the need to tailor land use structure coming into line with topographic factors, and suggesting ecological barriers and water conservation must be exercised in the developments of these areas. 相似文献
