柴达木盆地西部大浪滩梁中矿区是一个以液体钾矿为主、固液并存的大型钾镁盐矿田。通过对梁中矿区大浪滩凹地钾镁盐矿点实地考察,以兴元钾肥厂开挖的固体钾盐(软钾镁矾、钾石盐和杂卤石等矿物)剖面为研究载体,采集73件固体盐样。通过XRD矿物组成分析,发现梁中凹地盐类呈石盐+泻利盐—石盐+泻利盐+软钾镁矾—石盐+泻利盐+钾石盐—石盐+钾石盐+光卤石—石盐+水氯镁石矿物组合变化。其中,在Ⅱ阶段(5.32.6 m)沉积了层状的固体钾盐矿物(包含软钾镁矾、钾石盐和光卤石)。地层中沉积的软钾镁矾,结晶良好。通过对比分析认为,软钾镁矾的形成条件:1)外来水体的混入,溶滤了地表盐滩中可溶性钾;2)(全新世)相对较高的温度条件,芒硝等矿物的溶解,会使湖表卤水中硫酸盐含量明显增加,卤水组成点易落在25℃介稳相图的白钠镁矾相区,有利于软钾镁矾结晶析出;3)干旱的气候条件。  相似文献

美国矿业局与大盐湖矿物和化学公司提出了一种从约含6%K_2O 的大盐湖蒸发盐中富集钾盐的泡沫浮选法。主要为岩盐(NaCl)并带有少量钾盐镁矾(KCl·MgSO_4·2.7H_2O)和软钾镁矾(K_2SO_4·MgSO_4·6H_2O)的粗蒸发盐在饱和卤水溶液中调和,以便将不可浮的钾盐镁矾转化成可浮的矿物软钾镁矾。所得的软钾镁矾用中等分子量的脂肪酸进行选择性地浮选。连续的小规模中间厂试验表明:80%的钾可以从粗蒸发盐中回收到约含13%K_2O 的浮选精矿中。  相似文献

西台吉乃尔盐湖位于柴达木盆地中部,矿区卤水中富含锂、钾、硼、镁等多种元素,极具开发价值。自2003年开始,矿区已开始进行大规模采卤,利用前人1959年和2001年两次勘查资料,从水化学角度分析和探讨了西台吉乃尔盐湖矿区未大规模采卤前卤水中各元素的分布规律和变化特征。研究表明,矿区西北部主要为氯化物型卤水,其余大部分地区基本为硫酸镁亚型卤水,我们推测地下卤水水化学类型的差异很可能与不同区域原始卤水的组成及补给水等因素有关。有益组分中,高含量的Li+、K+主要分布在矿区的西北部;B2O3的高含量区主要在矿区的中东部广大地区。赋存于孔隙卤水中K+、Ca2+、Mg2+、Li+、Cl-等元素的平均含量要高于晶间卤水;B2O3、Na+、SO42-等则低于晶间卤水;卤水矿化度、pH值和密度则相差不多。孔隙卤水在Na+、K+、Mg2+/Cl--H2O四元体系介稳相图中的投影点接近光卤石相区;湖表卤水和晶间卤水在Na+、K+、Mg2+/Cl-,SO42--H2O五元体系介稳相图中位于泻利盐、软钾镁矾和钾石盐的共结点附近,且分布比较集中;湖表卤水在演化阶段上存在较大差别;晶间潜卤水已普遍进入钾石盐析出阶段。研究还表明,西台吉乃尔湖湖水的水化学变化明显受季节变化的影响,而湖表卤水与地下卤水存在着一定程度的水力联系,这种联系的强弱和变化特征尚待进一步研究。  相似文献

世界各地发现的钾盐主要是海相成因,即在海水盆地干化后期形成的。但是海水蒸发的物理化学并不认为钾石盐(KCl 和 NaCl)可以在任何条件下直接结晶出来,并且还要形成大量较次要的矿物硫镁矾(MgSO_4·H_2O)。本文提出了一个新的理论来解释这种反常现象。这种理论认为太阳蒸发的、封闭的海水盆地,经受了广泛的湖沼层理作用。正常结晶出的钾盐(如介稳溶解度关系所要求的那样)软钾镁矾(K_2SO_4·MgSO_4·6 H_2O),钾镁矾(K_2SO_4·MgSO_4·4 H_2O)和钾盐镁矾(KCl·MgSO_4·2.7 H_2O),当通过或留存在浓的下层卤水中时,则会转变成光卤石(KCl·MgCl_2·6 H_2 O);而光卤石在钾盐阶段盆地的最后淹没时,又转变成钾盐(KCl)。泻利盐(MgSO_4·7 H_2O)则是在较浅的地带于较冷的夜晚或冬季从卤水中结晶除掉的,并与光卤石中氯化镁溶出的同时最后从沉积中再溶解和冲洗出。因为岩盐(NaCl)是连续结晶出的,它将与光卤石一起发现,而且在最后的混合物中形成了钾石盐。由于这种沉积顺序的简单变化还可能形成其他的钾盐矿物或混合物。  相似文献

宣达盐盆富钾富矿卤水产于四川盆地东北部黄金口背斜群南段付家山构造近高点,以深层卤水形式赋存于3260m左右的下三叠统嘉陵江组五段和中统雷口坡组一段(T1j5-T2L1)盐系的碳酸盐岩储层中。卤水与海水蒸发系列相比,K+含量异常高,达25 96g L,超过海水钾盐沉积阶段,也超过综合利用和单独开采品位,为国内外罕见的液态钾矿资源。且富含I-,B3+,Li+,Rb+,Sr2+等多种有用组分,品质优异,构成优质化工原料水,为一种综合性富钾富矿液态矿藏,经济价值极高。卤水为沉积变质水和固态钾盐溶滤水的复合成因。开发利用将可为农业提供优质钾肥,缓解我国钾盐资源不足,并可提供多种短缺的化工产品,对固态钾盐找矿具有重要现实意义。  相似文献

西藏扎北盐湖位于藏北高原腹地,其卤水类型属硫酸钠亚型,富含Li、K、B等元素。为综合利用该湖的液态矿产资源,于西藏当地对该盐湖富锂卤水进行自然蒸发实验。实验以Na+,Mg2+//Cl-,SO42--H2O四元体系15℃等温相图及K+,Mg2+//SO42--H2O三元体系15℃介稳相图为参考,绘制了扎北盐湖夏季卤水在秋季自然蒸发结晶路线图,研究了卤水在蒸发过程中液相的化学组成变化以及其蒸发析盐规律。结果表明,在蒸发过程早期(成卤率23.9%),锂浓度达1.2 g/L时,锂开始以Na3LiSO4.3H2O等复盐形式大量分散析出;硼在整个蒸发过程中以硼砂(Na2B4O7.10H2O)等形式分散析出难于富集;钾以钾镁矾(K2SO4.MgSO4.6H2O)和钾石盐(KCl)形式蒸发浓缩的后期大量析出。实验为扎北盐湖的盐田工程设计及制卤工艺操作提供了必要的基础数据,也可为我国西藏硫酸钠亚型盐湖卤水的综合利用提供一定参考。  相似文献

察尔汗盐湖赋存有硫酸镁亚型和氯化物型两种水化学类型,沉积了中国最大的液体钾镁盐矿床。为解释察尔汗盐湖卤水矿床成因,拟在别勒滩、达布逊、察尔汗和霍布逊区段选择4个剖面,剖面深度在0~7 m之间,属于全新统上含盐组的上部盐层,每隔10cm进行采样,运用XRD半定量方法分析矿物组合特征。结果表明,整个湖区矿物组合由石盐、石膏、水氯镁石和碳酸盐组成,其平均含量分别为70%、4.7%、3.4%和1%;显示其矿物组合特征简单,盐层主要沉积石盐而贫石膏和碳酸盐矿物。同时,研究发现各区段石膏(硫酸盐矿物)平均含量自西向东明显下降,含镁矿物平均含量自西南向东北明显下降。结合察尔汗盐湖区卤水化学组成和水化学类型的分带,基本符合盐湖北部和东北部卤水富Ca~(2+),贫Mg~(2+)和SO_4~(2-)的沉积事实,进一步说明盐湖北部和东北部卤水和盐类沉积受具有氯化物型盐泉水的补给影响,为察尔汗盐湖混合掺杂成因提供了一定的矿物学证据。  相似文献

卤水蒸发实验多集中在矿化度较高的后期阶段的盐湖,其矿物主要为氯化物及镁的硫酸盐。为了获得碳酸盐—硫酸盐—氯化物整个盐湖演化阶段的析盐及pH值变化规律,使用大苏干湖微咸水(矿化度为26.5 g/L)在28±2 ℃的恒温室内进行蒸发实验。结果表明,在整个蒸发过程矿物结晶析出顺序为单水方解石—石盐—三水碳酸镁—白钠镁矾—泻利盐—六水泻盐—碳酸钠矾,共有七组盐类析出序列,不同于其它硫酸钠亚型的盐湖蒸发沉积规律,大苏干湖微咸水蒸发沉积过程中未见芒硝析出,可能与其特殊的水化学组成有关;pH值由8.82持续降低到6.29。其pH值的变化主要受控于矿物相的析出,在碳酸盐析出过程中pH由8.79迅速降低到7.38,而后以白钠镁矾为主的硫酸盐析出阶段pH降低到6.65,之后在石盐析出阶段pH缓慢降低到6.29。通过微咸水湖的蒸发实验,对于盐湖演化过程中的结晶析盐规律及各析盐阶段的pH值变化规律有了更加全面的认识。  相似文献

研究了青海察尔汗盐湖不同K~+含量模拟卤水的理论蒸发过程,以25℃Na~+,K~+,Mg2+//Cl~--H_2O相图为依据,通过物料衡算,计算出各个析盐阶段和蒸发过程的析盐量、蒸发水量、成卤率。通过非线性拟合,获得单位含钾矿物和蒸发水量的关系式,为优化盐田工艺提供了理论基础,便于精控盐田。  相似文献
