于2015年6月18日(养殖初期)、8月20日(养殖中期)和10月10日(养殖后期),在九龙江河口区3个陆基对虾(Penaeus vannamei)养虾塘,采集不同深度的水样,在实验室中,对水样进行测试分析,探讨九龙江河口区养虾塘水体中的可溶性无机氮、磷酸盐和叶绿素a(chlorophyll a)含量变化特征及其主要影响因素。研究结果表明,养虾塘水体中的可溶性无机氮、磷酸盐和叶绿素a的质量浓度分别为0.67~1.25 mg/L、0.019~0.148 mg/L和24.71~110.23μg/L,三者都是在养殖中期最大,在养殖初期最小;在不同养殖阶段,养虾塘水体中的营养盐含量随水深的变化略有差异,在每个养殖阶段,从水体表层到底层,水体叶绿素a含量都在逐渐减小。养虾塘水体中的营养盐含量受不同养殖阶段水质参数(水温、p H、溶解氧含量和盐度)、饵料投喂强度和虾生命代谢活动等因素影响,水体叶绿素a含量主要受到水温、盐度、营养盐含量和虾生物量的影响。  相似文献

通过对艾比湖天然水体化学成分的分析,确定了水化学类型及平面分布特征,湖水属高矿化度,pH偏碱,溶解氧含量低。水化学类型为氯化盐钠组Ⅱ型,水体矿化度达202.2 g/L。还采用水质综合特征模式、综合营养指数法对湖水质及营养状况进行评价,得出艾比湖以劣五类水体为主,中度富营养化的评价结论,为艾比湖水资源保护和合理利用提供科学依据。  相似文献

西藏地区天然水的水化学性质和元素特征   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
为了调查西藏的水质和水资源特色,2013 年在西藏拉萨、那曲地区、阿里地区、日喀则地区36 个县乡镇采集了60 个水样(地下水35 个,地表水22 个,温泉水3 个),对其水化学性质与元素含量进行分析测定,并与周边的青海西南部、新疆南部、四川西部与西藏东部等地水的水化学类型进行了对比,讨论了不同地区内水化学类型的差异。总体上看西藏大部地区水质较好,能够满足国家生活饮用水卫生标准。水样pH 处于6.75~8.21 范围内;总溶解性固体(TDS) 均值为225.54 mg/L;阿里地区水中砷元素含量超标(超过10 μg/L),双湖地区水中氟含量超标(超过1 mg/L);水化学类型主要为Ca-HCO3型;由南向北水中阳离子由以Ca2+ 为主逐渐过渡到以Na+ 为主,阴离子HCO3- 逐渐减少,Cl- 与SO42- 逐渐增多;河流水与冰川融水的成因类型主要为岩石风化型,地下水成因受多种因素控制;构造分区控制水中主要元素进而影响水化学类型。  相似文献

1998年 1 2月 1 1日至 1 999年 1月 1 3日在中山站近岸海域进行了一次较为全面的生态环境监测 ,监测内容包括∶ p H、T、盐度 (电导率 )、浊度、DO、COD、营养盐 (NO3 - N、NO2 - N、NH4 -N和 PO4 - P)和叶绿素 ,部分监测站位海水样品分层采集 ;其间还进行两次中山站区排污口生活污水连续 2 4小时监测。结果表明 ,冰缝间以及海冰底层下 1 m内的海水为各种环境理化因子的急剧变化层 ,大于冰底 1 m深的海水中的各要素变化梯度趋于平稳 ,营养盐垂直分布具有一定规律。p H和 DO为一类海水水质 ,无机氮属一、二类水质 ,无机磷属超三类水质 ,表层海水中叶绿素 a的平均值为 0 .6 71 mg/m3。中山站排放的生活污水中 COD、p H和悬浮物均符合我国的废污水排放标准 ,仅无机磷超一级排放标准。文中还探讨了在中山站近岸海域开展生态环境监测的监测方法  相似文献

天然水体水化学组成及其成因分析既有助于重塑和预测区域水文地质环境及水文地球化学发展历史,也是水资源评价的基础。本文基于鄂尔多斯沙区天然水体水化学数据和前人在该地区的研究成果,利用多种水化学分析方法,对该地区天然水体的水化学组成及其成因进行分析。结果表明:鄂尔多斯沙区毛乌素沙地和库布齐沙漠虽然具有不同的沙漠景观,但其相同类型的天然水体具有相似的水化学性质和成因,该现象的出现可能和两者具有相似的蒸发量有关。鄂尔多斯沙区受蒸发影响较小的深层地下水水化学类型以Ca2+-HCO3-型为主,其水化学组成主要受控于岩石风化;湖水蒸发较强烈,水化学类型为Na+-Cl-型,其水化学组成主要受控于蒸发—结晶过程的影响;浅层地下水和河水的水化学类型及其成因均处于两者之间,具有过渡特征。离子比例关系显示,蒸发岩风化、碳酸盐岩风化和硅酸盐岩风化在不同程度上影响着深层地下水、浅层地下水和河水的水化学组成。鄂尔多斯沙区地下水和河水虽然能满足灌溉水要求,但由于蒸发强烈,长期使用可能会引起盐碱化。本研究结果可为区域水资源可持续开发利用提供科学依据。  相似文献

1990~2003年洪湖水体环境质量演变分析   总被引:16,自引:0,他引:16  
以详细的水质监测资料为基础,采用标准指数法并结合实地调查,分析了1990~2003年洪湖水质的变化状况。结果表明,14 a间,洪湖水质类别以Ⅲ类和Ⅳ类为主。水质恶化的驱动因子是氮、磷及其它有机污染物。1991年到1994年期间,水体中氨氮(NH4 -N)占溶解无机氮(D IN)的比例逐年增高;1995~2003年,以氨氮和硝酸盐(NO3--N)同时作为水体中溶解无机氮的主要存在形式,与1990~1994年的水质状况相比,亚硝酸盐(NO2--N)所占的比例呈增加之势。氨氮、硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐的年际变化表明,洪湖水体自净能力在逐渐降低。以总磷(TP)、总氮(TN)和溶解无机氮(D IN)作为评价指标,洪湖水体已属中富营养型湖泊。洪湖水质演变与该区域人类活动(围湖造田、围网养殖等)以及江湖连通的变化对水环境的作用相耦合。  相似文献

尕斯库勒湖流域所属行政区茫崖市自建市以来尚未建设较大规模的集中供水水源,在以水定产、以水定城的城市发展构架下,评价流域地下水资源及开采潜力对城市发展至关重要。文章基于资料收集、动态长观、钻孔抽水试验等手段,采用断面径流量法结合流域尺度的数值模拟,评价了区内地下水天然资源量和允许开采量,并对地下水开采后对水文环境的影响进行了评估。结果表明:尕斯库勒湖流域地下水天然资源量为 98.82×104m3/d,允许开采量为 23.5×104m3/d,地下水资源开采系数 <0.4,开采程度低;开采稳定后下游泉水减少 10.89×104m3/d,蒸发量减少 12.88×104m3/d,开采量和泉水及蒸发量减少之和相等,开采地下水间接袭夺了无效蒸发和部分泉水;下游湿地区降深≤0.5 m,湿地面积不产生退化;尕斯库勒湖入湖量减少 2.53×104m3/d,能维持湖泊及湿地周围生态环境的良性循环。  相似文献

研究了在酸性条件下,邻-菲啉分光光度法测定岩盐中微量Fe2+、Fe3+。实验结果表明,铁的质量浓度在0~5μg/mL范围内测得吸光度值与质量浓度之间的关系遵守朗伯—比耳定律,摩尔吸光系数ε=1.1×104L.moL-1.cm-1。Fe2+、Fe3+平均回收率分别为102.47%、100.93%,相对标准偏差分别为2.82%、2.68%(RSD,N=6)。该方法操作简单、灵敏度高、稳定性好、选择性好,用于岩盐中微量Fe2+、Fe3+的测定,结果令人满意。  相似文献

由于硼(B)在自然界中分布较集中,平均丰度低,而且11B和10B之间质量差大,分馏效应显著,故元素硼及其同位素组成可以作为判定硼来源的指相标志和沉积环境。老挝龙湖钾盐矿区是呵叻高原钾盐矿在老挝境内最主要的矿区之一,ZK309钻孔在龙湖矿区具有代表性,通过对该钻孔盐岩上覆碎屑层的硼元素及其同位素的分析,B含量(56×10-6~103×10-6, wt.%),平均值为73×10-6;?11B的范围为+7.44‰到+11.62‰,平均+8.96‰,介于海水的?11B值(+39.5‰)及陆相地下水的δ11B值(-3±5‰)之间,B的含量认为中盐段岩盐层沉积后期曾明显有水流体的活动,这种水流体表现出偏向于淡水、咸水混合水特征,而B同位素研究认为粘土矿物的吸附作用是?11B降低的主要因素。  相似文献

为了研究天津七里海湿地水体及其周边水体的水化学和同位素特征,2015年8月10~12日和12月5~7日采集了湿地内的沼泽水、潮白新河水、永定新河水和周边地下水水样,分析水样的稳定氢、氧同位素和水化学组成。结果表明,无论是在8月采样日还是在12月采样日,沼泽水的电导率都比附近的河水高;河水和沼泽水的水化学类型为Na-Cl,地下水的水化学类型为Na-HCO_3。天津七里海湿地的沼泽水和河水的水化学组成主要受控于蒸发结晶作用和人类活动,而地下水中的离子含量与岩石风化有关。8月采样日和12月采样日,沼泽水和河水的同位素组成富集,存在明显的变化;地下水的同位素组成贫化,年内变化小。潮白新河附近的沼泽水同位素组成与河水接近。沼泽水在8月采样日受到强烈的蒸发作用,其过量氘值小于12月采样日。潮白新河上的水闸对河水的同位素和水化学有直接影响,进而影响湿地水质。此外,在高含盐量的土壤环境下,七里海湿地的沼泽水中Na~+和Cl~-含量增加,可能导致水体盐分积累。  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.  相似文献
