在硫酸介质中,痕量钒(Ⅴ)能明显催化过氧化氢氧化亮绿SF褪色,通过研究该反应的最佳实验条件和动力学参数,建立了测定痕量钒的新催化动力学光度法。该方法选择性强、操作简便、快速,其线性范围为0.0~40ng/mL,检出限为5.2ng/L。方法用于水样及茶叶中痕量钒(Ⅴ)的测定,结果满意。  相似文献

本文建立一个灵敏的测定钒的催化动力学分光光度法。它基于在热的稀H_2SO_4溶液中,有抗坏血酸存在时,依文思蓝与KBrO_3反应受钒的催化且吸光度降低与钒量相关。方法的检出限为2.23×10~(-13)g/ml(lg(A_0/A)=0.001,b=1cm时),测定范围为0—6ng V/25ml。方法已用于多类样品中痕量钒的分析,相对标准偏差在3.71—5.09%范围。  相似文献

本研究了硫酸介质中用邻菲罗啉作为活化剂,铜(Ⅱ)催化过氧化氢氧化酸性溶液蓝K的褪色反应,建立测定发痕量铜(Ⅱ)的新型动力学光度法,检出限为1.5×10^-8gCu(Ⅱ)/Ml,测定范围为0~3.0μgCu(Ⅱ)/25ml(Ⅱ)。用于测定岩石样品中的铜(Ⅱ)。结果满意。  相似文献

Calcite samples were extracted both from the rock matrix and the superficial coating of a karstified fault plane of an underground quarry, located in the eastern border of the Paris basin. The karstification is dated as Quaternary. Analysis of mechanical calcite twinning reveals that only the calcite matrix has also undergone a compression trending WNW that can be attributed to the Mio-Pliocene alpine collision. Both coating and matrix have undergone a strike-slip regime with σ1 roughly trending north–south, that could correspond to the regional present-day state of stress, a strike-slip compression rather trending NNW, modified by local phenomena.
