织金煤矿肥田二号井田位于黔西弧形构造体系之东翼,根据井田综合勘探地质成果分析,井田构造属华夏系构造体系,井田内褶曲轴和断层走向具有NE和NNE向发育特征,正断层主要分布于浅部和深部、逆断层主要分布于中深部。通过研究井田内褶曲轴和断层的生成机理,认为区内构造形迹属顺序生成和依次诱导派生,具有成生联系。初次应力作用形成主褶曲(珠藏向斜)、二次应力作用形成走向主断裂(F21、F42、F68)和次级褶曲(普戛小背、向斜)、第三次应力作用形成倾向断裂。井田地质构造研究为矿井设计、建设和生产提供了可靠的地质资料。  相似文献

根据冯记沟矿区主要构造的走向、形成期次、平面展布规律,分析了该区应力状态及构造演化,总结了矿区构造特征、地质应力作用与构造赋存规律的关系。认为矿区经受过多期地质构造运动的破坏,整体表现为一系列走向近南北向褶皱群以及与之相伴的断层构造。由于受较强烈的近东西向挤压,总体为一西翼窄、东翼宽缓的不对称背斜构造(尖儿庄背斜),北端翘起、向南倾伏,被断层切割呈“簸箕状”。断裂多表现为高角度逆冲断层。从各种构造的切割关系分析,在东西向主压应力作用下.发育了一系列的近南北向的逆冲断层以及褶皱(矿区北部的尖儿庄背斜、马家滩向斜、冯记沟背斜等),同时还派生了与主压应力相互垂直的右行平移正断层(DF2)及北东向的斜交逆断层(DF3)。  相似文献

The Borrowdale Volcanic rocks of Kentmere have been reinvestigated. A previous structural interpretation (Mitchell 1929) involving Caledonian isoclines superimposed upon pre-Caradocian NNE trending folds is shown to be incorrect; neither set of structures exist. The geometry of the major structural elements in the area, the Nan Bield Anticline and the Caledonoid cleavage, is described. Evidence is adduced which suggests that the anticline was formed in pre-Caradocian time as a large open fold trending approximately E-W. Its present geometry and that of the Wren Gill Monocline result from the superimposition of the regional end-Silurian cleavage obliquely and inhomogeneously across this pre-existing fold. The volcanic succession is divided into four compositionally and petrographically defined formations. In upward sequence these are the Nan Bield and Wren Gill formations (andesitic lavas and tuffs), Kentmere Formation (mainly dacitic pryoclastic rocks) and the Garbourn Formation (andesites and dacites), totalling over 2800 m. It is thought that much of this succession was deposited subaqueously.  相似文献

In this paper we present a mechanical model that intends to captures the kinematical aspects of thrust fault related folds induced by regional-scale far-field contraction. Fold shapes may be the only surface evidence of the geometry of underlying faults, so complex fault interactions are assessed in terms of how they influence fold geometry. We use the finite element method to model the fold and finite deformation frictional contact to model the activation and evolution of slip throughout preexisting faults. From several simulated 2D fault patterns we infer how one may form an anticline similar to that observed at Sheep Mountain Anticline, Wyoming.  相似文献

五指山背斜位于扬子陆块西南缘,为一侏罗山式褶皱,是黔西北铅锌成矿带的一个组成部份,该背斜与区域化探异常套合较好。笔者通过区域成矿地质背景分析,结合近几年工作成果及认识,以及该地区铅锌矿的成矿地质条件,认为矿集区具有良好的找矿前景,相信通过进一步工作,该矿集区有望发现大型铅锌矿床。  相似文献

A new structural evolution consisting of both extensional and contractional events has been defined for the St Ives Goldfield in the south-central Kalgoorlie Terrane of the eastern Yilgarn Craton in Western Australia. These events shaped the development of the fault architecture, which controlled the location of the regional anticlines, the magmatic centres, and the deposition of the Archaean greenstone successions. The fundamental grain of the St Ives Goldfield is north-northwest-trending. This trend is marked by faults which developed during D1 extension, which was oriented east-northeast–west-southwest. Across these faults we map major stratigraphic changes in the thickness and composition of units, especially of the previously undivided Black Flag Group volcaniclastic rocks. The centre of the St Ives Goldfield is dominated by the Kambalda Anticline. This north-northwest-trending regional fold was likely established early during the D1 extensional history, and was fully established during subsequent east-northeast-oriented D2 contraction. The regional anticline is an important architectural element because (1) magmatism and gold mineralising fluids were focussed into this domed region, and (2) deformation was partitioned across the limbs and crest of this structure. The D3 event involved regional uplift and extension, resulting in the formation of late basins (Merougil Conglomerate locally) and the emplacement of granitoids sourced from a metasomatised mantle wedge (Mafic-type porphyries). The most significant gold event in terms of endowment occurred during D4b sinistral strike-slip shearing and associated thrusting (e.g., Tramways and Republican thrusts). These thrusts were previously interpreted as the first contractional structures to deform the area (‘D1’), but are here reinterpreted as relatively late (D4b). In this D4b event, the north-northwest-trending faults underwent sinistral strike-slip shearing and were linked across the Kambalda Anticline by accommodation structures represented by generally east- to east-northeast-trending thrusts. Reactivation of D1 transfer structures may have influenced the location of these later accommodation structures. Late-stage mineralisation during D5 was the result of dextral strike-slip brittle shearing.  相似文献

通过对三叠系不同组段顶面构造图分析和主干地震剖面解释,认为川西坳陷孝泉—丰谷构造带具有走向分带、垂向分层变形特征。该构造带走向上可划分为孝泉、新场、合兴场、丰谷等4排北东东向雁列式滑脱褶皱带,与合兴场—石泉场近南北向背斜构造带近直交;垂向上以雷口坡组内膏盐层为界分上、下两个构造层,上部构造层发育滑脱断层及其相关的褶皱构造,下部构造层产状平缓,断层、褶皱构造不发育。多组平面、剖面模拟实验结果表明:孝泉—丰谷北东东向滑脱褶皱带可能是在龙门山褶皱隆升产生的北西向挤压应力和秦巴山系褶皱隆升产生的近南北向挤压应力联合作用下形成的;合兴场—石泉场近南北向构造带可能是在北西方向的应力单独挤压作用下形成的;雷口坡组内膏盐层在空间上不均衡分布是产生走向分带、垂向分层变形的主控物质因素。  相似文献

塔里木盆地巴楚隆起为第四系不整合覆盖的古隆起,在其西北缘发育NW走向的阿恰断裂、萨拉姆布拉克背斜、向斜和隐伏的乔来麦提断裂。地震剖面和钻井资料显示,阿恰断裂为倾向南的基底卷入逆冲断裂,向北逆冲,错断层位从前寒武系基底一直到中寒武统膏岩,从西向东逆冲断距减少。乔来麦提断裂则以中寒武统膏岩为滑动面,向南逆冲,并在断层端部发育萨拉姆布拉克断层扩展褶皱。这两种类型构造样式的断裂(基底卷入断裂和盖层滑脱断裂),在剖面上组成典型的楔形构造几何形态,平面上形成三角形构造。遥感影像解译指出阿恰断裂和萨拉姆布拉克向斜向北西方向延伸进入柯坪逆冲带,并在该带有相应方向的地表构造显现,与北东走向的柯坪逆冲带组成叠加构造。生长地层分析确定基底卷入构造形成于始新世—中新世,而柯坪逆冲带形成于第四纪,明显晚于巴楚隆起形成时代。  相似文献

根据宜洛煤田深部勘探区的地层、煤层及总体构造特征,分析了断层、褶皱等构造因素对主要可采煤层二1煤层赋存和分布的控制作用。研究认为煤层的分布规律受聚煤环境及后期构造活动的改造等综合作用的控制,李沟向斜及沙坡背斜控制煤层埋深,北西西向断层使南部煤层抬升遭受剥蚀,形成大面积无煤区,近南北向断层使煤层的连续性遭到破坏。构造控煤因素的研究为矿井建设开发布局、安全生产提供了地质依据。  相似文献

吉林省大横路钴铜矿床赋存于辽吉旱元古宙裂谷中段,老岭背斜的南翼,具体层位为老岭群大栗子组的中部岩性段。属于一套浅变质岩系。该岩系由于受构造作用影响产生了明显的断裂和褶皱。特别是褶皱核部及转折端,是矿体聚集的重要空间,矿体形态产状与褶皱形态基本一致。  相似文献

维马克背斜构造带位于孔雀河斜坡的东部,该背斜构造带西段发育北西走向断裂,东段发育北东东走向断裂,是孔雀河斜坡两大断裂系统的构造转换地带,解析该背斜构造带的构造特征对于认识孔雀河斜坡成因演化和塔里木盆地东北缘早古生代以来的地球动力学背景都具有重要的意义。本文利用断层相关褶皱理论,通过对过孔雀河斜坡维马克背斜构造带地震剖面的精细解释,分析了该背斜构造的构造特征并讨论了其形成演化。维马克背斜构造带西段受北西走向的断裂组Fw1 和Fw2 控制,维马克1号背斜呈北西-南东向展布,东段受北东东走向的断裂组Fw3 和Fw4 控制,维马克2号背斜呈北东-南西向展布,维马克背斜卷入变形的地层为中-上奥陶统、志留系、侏罗系和白垩系,控制背斜形态的断裂系统具有挤压扭动的动力学特征,维马克背斜构造带及其南北两侧盆山系统构造演化大致经历了5期构造运动,维马克背斜构造带至库鲁克塔格山前带地壳缩短37.4 km,南段英吉苏凹陷南缘斜坡带缩短4.31 km,缩短率为25.32%。研究认为,维马克背斜断裂系统是北西向和北东东向两大断裂系统相互影响下的特定构造样式,来自南北不同方向的构造应力在维马克背斜构造带产生走滑效应,使得维马克背斜构造断裂系统具有挤压扭动的特征。  相似文献

早中生代(晚印支-早燕山期)岳阳-赤壁断褶带位于江南造山带与中扬子前陆盆地交界地带.作者对该构造带进行了地表地质调查,以此为基础探讨了构造剖面结构及构造变形动力机制.岳阳-赤壁断褶带自南而北可分为岳阳-临湘基底滑脱-逆冲带,桃花泉-肖家湾盖层滑脱褶皱带,以及赤壁-嘉鱼前陆盆地断-褶-盆构造带.岳阳-临湘基底滑脱-逆冲带自南而北依次有郭镇向斜、官山背斜、临湘倒转向斜和聂市背斜,组成隔槽式褶皱组合.褶皱轴面多向南倾,褶皱变形面为南华系盖层与冷家溪群褶皱基底间的角度不整合面和顺界面的滑脱断裂面.桃花泉-肖家湾盖层滑脱褶皱带主要发育轴面南倾倒转褶皱,褶皱波长较小,卷入地层为南华系-志留系以及上石炭统-中三叠统沉积盖层.赤壁-嘉鱼前陆盆地断-褶-盆构造带以南倾蒲圻断裂(江南断裂)为南部边界,发育T3-J2前陆盆地沉积,带内褶皱与断裂卷入地层包括沉积盖层以及T3-J2地层:南部断裂与褶皱轴面南倾.北部轴面近直立.自南西至北东,研究区内构造线走向由EW向渐变为NEE-NE向.上述构造分带及变形特征反映出自南向北的运动指向,表明岳阳-赤壁断褶带具前陆冲断带构造性质.从断裂相关褶皱理论出发,以地表构造特征为依据,厘定了岳阳-赤壁地质剖面结构并进行了变形动力机制分析,认识如下:①自南而北、自下而上的多个滑脱层及其间的南倾逆断裂或断坡(主要为江南断裂)组成近似台阶状的逆冲断裂系统,从总体上控制了构造块体的滑移、逆冲以及相应的构造格架或变形分区.②郭镇向斜为基底滑脱褶皱,官山背斜具滑脱褶皱和断裂传播褶皱双重成因,聂市背斜为断裂转折褶皱;临湘向斜为受两侧背斜控制的被动向斜,由于弯滑褶皱作用在其两翼沿不整合界面形成滑脱断裂.③岳阳-临湘基底滑脱-逆冲带隔槽式褶皱的形成主要受控于褶皱基底的滑脱和基底整体的水平压缩,其形成机制类似于肿缩式褶皱.最后讨论认为湘东北-鄂东南地区不存在大规模、长距离的逆冲推覆构造.  相似文献

We examine the development of the Yanjinggou anticline, a fault-propagation-fold in the southern Longmen Shan, through an integrated study of structural geometry, strain, and paleomagnetism. The 3-D structural and strain restoration models generated in our analysis reveal that the NE-trending Yanjinggou fold has a curved map trace that is convex to the southeast. The fold has three distinct regions characterized by different strain patterns: contraction in the core of the fold, extension in the outer arc, and a forelimb with distributed shear. To further understand the kinematics of the Yanjinggou anticline, we performed paleomagnetic analysis on 184 oriented samples collected across the structure. Anisotropy of magnetic susceptibility (AMS) measurements and stepwise thermal demagnetization were conducted. A strike test was applied to the high temperature component (HTC) in order to identify rotation around the arc. The result indicates that the Yanjinggou anticline is a progressive arc, with a minor initial curvature and a dominant secondary curvature related to vertical-axis rotation synchronous with thrusting. The primary curvature and initial development of the structure correlates with the growth of the southern Longmen Shan in Late Miocene. The secondary curvature correlates with displacement extending since Late Pleistocene toward the southeast into the central basin along the detachments that underlie the structure. Lateral gradients in displacement along this underlying detachment provide a mechanism for producing the vertical rotation of the anticline. AMS results and historical earthquake analysis imply that the fault-propagation fold, along with other NE trending structures in the southern Sichuan basin, are tectonically active and accommodate east-west crustal shortening in the basin. By integrating 3-D structural and strain restoration modeling with systematic AMS and paleomagnetic methods using statistical analysis, we closely constrain how the Yanjinggou anticline developed, and provide insights into the formation of fault-related folds with curved shapes in map view, which are common in other fold-and-thrust belts around the world.  相似文献

Detailed structural analysis of the Sierra de Lújar in the western Alpujarras region (Betic Cordilleras, S Spain), a very representative area of the terrain known as the Alborán Domain, has revealed the existence of a very large N-vergent recumbent syncline which involves the whole mountain massif and neighbouring areas. The Lújar syncline and, probably, the associated recumbent anticline which crops out southeast of Sierra de Lújar show a great variation in the orientation of the hinge line. Although having a curved shape, the hinge line is contained in a plane whose attitude coincides with the main attitude of the axial-plane crenulation foliation (Sc), suggesting that it is a sheath fold.The strongly deformed overturned limb of the syncline is cut by two low-angle normal faults displacing towards the north. Similarity in the kinematics between the faults and the fold, and the association between the faults and the high-strain zone in the overturned limb of the fold, suggest that they are related. Regional constraints on the age of the crenulation cleavage and the low-angle normal faults indicate that they formed during the early Miocene late-orogenic extensional event in the Alborán Domain.We propose an alternate explanation for the structure of the Alpujarras region in which the Lújar syncline forms part of a recumbent syncline–anticline pair that extends along much of the Alpujarride outcrop in the southern Betic Cordillera. In several places, the fold is disrupted by low-angle normal faults, and it is overlain by an upper Alpujárride extensional sheet mainly composed of medium- to high-grade metamorphic rocks. We suggest that all these structures arose from the extensional deformation under decreasing temperature conditions of a previously thickened and metamorphosed orogenic crust.  相似文献

Mesozoic oil in Saudi Arabia exists in north/south-oriented anticlines. Such anticlines are usually studied using subsurface data. The present study introduces, for the first time in Saudi Arabia, a surface analog for these anticlines. The study covers two northerly oriented anticlines located in the Jinadriyah area at 15 km to the northeast of the Riyadh city. They are named herein the North and South Jinadriyah anticlines. The outcrops in both anticlines belong to the Lower Cretaceous Yamama Formation which consists of limestone in its lower part and limestone with shale in its upper part. The study included initially detailed interpretation of Google Earth and Landsat TM images to map the structural pattern of the anticlines. Detailed field mapping confirmed the satellite image interpretation and helped describe the geometry of the two anticlines in detail. The 3.5-km-long South Jinadriyah anticline is an open doubly plunging asymmetric anticline. The western flank is dissected by 13 minor reverse faults of north–south orientation. The North Jinadriyah anticline is about 5.5 km long and is relatively more complex than the South Jinadriyah anticline. It consists of northern, central, and southern segments that differ from each others in orientation and style. The anticline is dissected by 18 minor faults of different orientations and sense of displacement. Two perpendicular fracture sets with one being parallel to the anticline axes were recorded in the two anticlines. Both anticlines are interpreted as fault-propagation folds that were formed during the Late Cretaceous first Alpine orogeny. The mid-Late Tertiary second Alpine orogeny and Late Tertiary eastward tilting of the Arabian Plate increased the degree of folding and faulting.  相似文献

柴达木盆地西部地区新生界断裂划分为同生逆断裂、后生同生逆断裂和后生断裂 ,背斜发育有同生断展背斜、后生断展背斜及生长背斜 ,昆北断阶区褶皱发育演化序列为同生断展背斜之上叠加了生长背斜 ,一里坪坳陷、茫崖坳陷褶皱发育演化序列是后生断展背斜上叠加了同生断展背斜 ,同生断展背斜之上又叠加了生长背斜。新生代生长构造格架由三期生长构造组成 ,古近纪—早上新世逆同生构造、中—晚上新世逆同生构造和中—下更新世生长背斜组成 ,不同构造单元构造格架组成略有不同。三期生长构造是由E—N12 盆地基底扭压整体拗陷作用、N22 —N3 2 盆地基底扭压差异拗陷作用和Q盆地基底扭压缓慢拗陷作用而形成的。构造圈闭主要有同生断展背斜、后生断展背斜、生长背斜、断鼻等 ,且具有明显的层次性 ,主要分布在昆北断阶、茫崖坳陷。同生逆断裂的长期活动有利于油气的运移、聚集 ,位于油源区附近的同生和后生断展背斜有利于油气聚集成藏。  相似文献

The Balkassar oil field is situated in the eastern Potwar sub-basin, lies on the southern flank of Soan syncline in Himalayan collisional regime. The area represents Indo-Pak and Eurasian blocks of Precambrian to recent time. Thrusting and folding of Himalayan, Indo-Pak plate movement and Salt Range uplift form the structural trap in Balkassar sub-surface (Balkassar anticline). On the basis of information from eleven seismic 2D lines and wells data six reflectors well data, four faults were identified and marked. The structural trend is northeast southwest. Interpretation of seismic 2D data reveals that the study area has undergone intense deformation as a consequence of development of thrusts and backthrusts.The Balkassar anticline is bounded by two thrust faults one from southeast and the other from northwest. Time and depth contour models shows that anticline limbs at north-western side are steep as compared to south-eastern limbs. Seismic interpretation indicates the presence of well-developed anticline bounded by three faults in the cover sequence and one fault in basement and thus the structure may act as a trap for hydrocarbons. The petrophysical analysis of Balkassar-OXY-1 well shows about 83.1% hydrocarbons saturation in the reservoir rocks, hence this study suggest that Balkassar Oilfield has potential to produce hydrocarbons.  相似文献

The origin and development of the Cenozoic Kleszczów Graben were strongly influenced by a pre-existing fault pattern within the Permian–Mesozoic bedrock. Dike-filled fractures penetrating Neogene/Quaternary deposits, analysed in the opencast Bełchatów browncoal mine, follow extensional structural patterns parallel to the axes of the local anticlinal forms established (or rejuvenated) in the Quaternary. These structures are particularly well developed along the fold crests. The spacing and structural features of the fractures and normal faults are explained in terms of the tensile stress operating in beds subjected to folding. The main localities of the Quaternary folds precisely align with segments of two deep-seated reverse faults: the Kleszczów–Kodrąb Fault and the Gomunice–Piaski Fault. Both are NW–SE orientated dislocations along a hinge zone of the Laramide Łękińsko Anticline, subcropping the Cenozoic graben infill in the open mine. The origin of the Quaternary folds as fault-overlying folds is attributed to a young block uplift on the Łękińsko Anticline area, which is well recorded by a strong reduction in thickness of the Cenozoic sediments; the Quaternary succession is reduced in thickness twice as much as the Neogene. The successive stages of Quaternary reactivation of the Łękińsko Anticline (during the Cromerian through the Late Saalian), with diminishing intensity, are believed to be correlatable with the sequence of glacial rebound events coupled with mobility of the deep-rooted fault zone.  相似文献

本文通过遥感影像解译和地表调查,利用二维地震剖面,结合钻、测井数据,分析秋里塔格中段构造结的构造特征,利用轴面分析和多余面积方法计算构造缩短量。研究表明,秋里塔格中段构造结的构造变形受3个滑脱面,即中新统吉迪克组(N1j)膏盐岩、古?始新统库姆格列木组(E1?2km)膏盐岩和侏罗系(J)煤层控制。构造结东部发育两个滑脱面,分别位于中新统吉迪克组膏盐岩和侏罗系煤层,形成浅层的滑脱褶皱和深层的断层转折褶皱,构成复合型背斜; 西部发育一个滑脱面即库姆格列木组膏盐岩,膏盐岩聚集形成南秋里塔格滑脱褶皱。库车塔吾背斜向西倾伏,背斜下伏沿吉迪克组膏盐岩和侏罗系煤层发育的断层(F1和F 3)的滑移量向西减小,如东部A?A′剖面上断层F3的滑移量为7.7 km,西部C?C′剖面上为3.8 km; 南秋里塔格背斜向东倾伏,背斜下伏沿库姆格列木组膏盐岩发育的断层的滑移量向西增大,东部的A?A′剖面断层不发育,西部的D?D′剖面构造缩短量达5.1 km。构造结地区3个滑脱面交汇: ①东、西段卷入变形的断层和褶皱在此发生了叠加干涉, ②断层的滑移量在此汇合转换, ③库车塔吾背斜、南秋里塔格背斜和托克拉克坦背斜在此交汇,交汇处发育多个高角度的逆冲剪切断层和表皮褶皱,形成了秋里塔格中段复杂构造结,构造结地区未发育大规模走滑断层。根据上述认识,我们提出了秋里塔格中段构造结的三维构造模型。  相似文献

鄂尔多斯盆地西缘北区横山堡地区是重要的油气接替区域。本文利用构造解析、地震勘探等技术方法,对研究区构造特征与油气勘探目标进行了研究。结果表明,晚侏罗纪末期,研究区为银川复背斜东翼,喜山期构造调整后转为前缘反冲带,由一系列西冲东倾逆冲断层与断背斜组成;该区可分为西部逆冲断褶带、中部逆冲断阶带和东部过渡构造带3个构造单元。断层可分为4级;以燕山期近南北—北北东向逆断层为主,其次为喜山期近东西向走滑断层,并错断了燕山期逆断层。构造样式为一系列东倾单向叠瓦状冲断组合,由近南北向逆断层及加持于其中的断块组成,断块往往为一些小型断背斜,其轴迹走向以近南北—北北东向为主。地质结构为深层滑脱型单向东倾冲断构造。根据上述研究,在沙亥庙断裂上盘断背斜构造高部位优选出一个钻探目标。  相似文献
