在南极中山站特殊环境下,膳食营养对人体的保护尤显重要。通过在中山站对第22和24次中国南极越冬队分别开展三次连续动态膳食调查,获取越冬队员的主要膳食模式,有针对性地提出改善膳食模式的建议,以保障越冬队员的健康。分别在2006年、2008年采用连续3—4天/次称重法对第22、24次中山站越冬队员进行三次膳食调查,计算平均每人每日能量及各种营养素摄入量,与《中国居民膳食营养素参考摄入量(Chinese DRIs)》进行对比分析、评价队员膳食营养状况。越冬队员平均能量摄入充足,符合中至重等体力劳动所需摄入量(2 700—3 200 kcal)。获得的17种营养素中,钙、维生素A、维生素C、微量元素硒的摄入量低于中国DRIs标准,钠摄入偏高,其余基本符合标准。烹调用油、食盐的摄入量超过中国营养学会建议的摄入量。脂肪、蛋白质提供的能量比(三大营养物质所提供的能量各占百分比)分别高于中国营养学会推荐的20%—30%、12%—14%,碳水化合物低于推荐的55%—65%。中山站越冬队员呈现高脂肪、高蛋白、低碳水化合物,烹调用油、食盐的摄入量过高,钠摄入偏高,以及维生素A、C和钙、硒摄入量过低的膳食结构。应调整脂肪、蛋白质、碳水化合物的摄入比例,调整烹调用油、钠盐的摄入量,补充维生素A、C和钙、硒。  相似文献

In the present study, growth and water relation parameters were analysed in drought-stressed Coriaria nepalensis Wall. seedlings. C. nepalensis seedlings were subjected to four drought cycles of 7, 14, 21, and 28-days, and to one control level (watered on alternate days) in a glasshouse. The seedlings failed to survive a 28-days drought during summer. Osmotic adjustment (defined as the decrease in osmotic potential at zero or full turgor in response to water deficit) was measured as the difference between the osmotic potential of seedlings watered on alternate days (control) and those subjected to 21-days drought cycle. Seedlings subjected to 21-days drought had a predawn water potential of −2.60 MPa, and showed an osmotic adjustment of −1.95 MPa at full turgor and −2.17 MPa at zero turgor. The growth of seedlings was positively related to moisture and with water potential. With decline in soil moisture the root:shoot ratio increased while leaf weight ratio decreased. Leaf characteristics, such as leaf number, leaf area, leaf area ratio, specific leaf area and leaf drop, were also affected by moisture stress. This study has indicated that osmotic adjustment is a major adaptive mechanism of C. nepalensis that aids successful regeneration of seedlings in degraded sites with inhospitable soil conditions.  相似文献

红酵母是海洋酵母中的常见种类,在水产养殖中常作为微生态制剂。本实验以第22次南极考察从海冰中分离的红酵母AN5为研究对象,对酵母菌的发酵生长条件进行了优化,结果表明,红酵母培养的最佳碳源和氮源分别为2%的糖蜜和0.5%的酵母粉,最适装液量为50 m L/250 mL,摇瓶转速为140 r·min~(–1),培养基初始pH=3.0,20℃下可获得最佳培养,此时酵母发酵密度可达5.81×10~7 cells·mL~(–1)。发酵后测得酵母中水分含量为69.15%,干酵母蛋白质含量为42.00%,多糖含量为32.08%,脂肪含量为0.39%。在幼参养殖过程中以0.3 g(湿重)·m~(–3)水体的用量投喂极地红酵母,养殖2个月后,与对照相比,幼参体内水分和脂肪含量基本没有变化,而蛋白质和多糖含量明显升高。因此,极地红酵母可大量发酵生产,作为微生态制剂应用于海参的养殖中。  相似文献

Dry conditions limit microbial decomposition of plant litter in deserts, which leaves a primary role to detritivorous macroarthropods. In the sandy arid strip along the west coast of South Africa, such detritivores include the large scarabaeid dung beetle Pachysoma glentoni. Highly unusual among dung beetles, this species collects surface litter and drags it into an underground storage and feeding chamber which is abandoned after 6–7 days. Fresh stores for single beetles and for breeding pairs (mean depths: 30 and 39 cm) contained about 1.1 and 2.9 g organic matter, respectively. Using ergosterol as a biomarker for fungal biomass, we tested the hypotheses that (1) the dry detritus takes up water underground; (2) this promotes fungal growth on the detritus, and (3) fungi are the main food of the beetles. These hypotheses were disproved, but the stored litter, including floral remains, was shown to have relatively high quality (mean atomic C:N ratio: 35) and the beetles assimilated about 60% of it. Estimated weekly water gain per beetle, supplied entirely by the food, was about 0.6 g. Our results highlight unique nutritional adaptations to survival in deserts without the usual dung beetle food: wet dung of large herbivores.  相似文献

根据本研究小组多年来对我国南部近20个省、市(区)的调查,结合前人的文献资料,编制了蜈蚣草在中国的分布图,总结了蜈蚣草对日照、水分、热量和土壤等因素的生态适宜性。研究发现,蜈蚣草在中国主要分布在秦岭以南的热带、亚热带地区。蜈蚣草生长需要的水热条件为:年均温高于10℃、1月均温大于0℃、7月均温大于20℃、≥10℃积温超过3800℃、无霜期不短于200天和年降水量大于500 mm。冬季的低温(1月均温和无霜期)可能是蜈蚣草进一步向高纬度分布的主要限制性因素。蜈蚣草对土壤pH的适应范围较宽。本研究结果为蜈蚣草的引种及其在植物修复中的潜在应用价值的确定提供了科学依据。  相似文献

中国中东部秋季PM10时空变化及其与日气温的关系   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用2000-2010年秋季中国中东部83个重点城市的PM10浓度数据以及其中63个城市的逐日气象资料,分析了PM10浓度的时空变化以及晴空条件下PM10浓度与日气温之间的关系,讨论了不同云量条件下二者关系的稳定性以及辐射的相应变化.结果表明:(1)近11年来,秋季PM10浓度呈现下降趋势,全部天气条件下和晴空条件下的线性趋势值分别为-2.87 μg·m-3/年、-4.92 μg·m-3/年;空间分布上,中国中东部重点城市的秋季PM10浓度普遍下降,其中华北地区的下降最快最显著.(2)秋季PM10浓度与日气温的波动之间存在显著相关,定量统计表明:当PM10浓度偏高10 μg·m-3时,日最高气温、日最低气温和日平均气温分别偏低0.15℃、0.14℃和0.16℃,同时气温日较差减小0.01 ℃.(3)秋季日气温的上述变化可能主要与气溶胶的直接效应有关.PM10增多会造成地面总辐射和地表净辐射的显著减少,进而造成日最高气温、日平均气温的显著下降;同时,PM10增多对近地面的影响总体上是致冷效果.  相似文献

The water status of Terminalia brownii seedlings was assessed in relation to incident microclimate and initial irrigation treatments, during establishment at Olorgesailie in the Rift Valley of Kenya. Experimental treatments involved incorporation of a water-absorbing polymer with the root systems of the plants during establishment, and repeated irrigation, in a factorial design. The maximum photosynthetically active radiation of over 2500 μmol/m2/s recorded during the first 9 days after outplanting was associated with air temperatures of up to 47·4°C, and leaf-to-air vapour pressure deficits (VPDs) of up to 8·04 kPa. Water potentials declined to a minimum of -3·7 MPa, 9 days after outplanting, indicating severe water deficits. Stomatal conductances were generally below 0·2 cm/s, reflecting a high degree of stomatal closure. However, conductances of over 1·3 cm/s were observed on the 6th day after outplanting, associated with VPDs below 1·5 kPa. These relatively high conductances were restricted to plants which had received irrigation; overall, irrigation was found to significantly increase stomatal conductance on three of the four measurement days. Although the application of synthetic polymers increased stomatal conductances on two of the measurement days, the effects were very slight (treated means 0·02-0·03 cm/s higher than controls). These results indicate the severity of the transplant shock in semi-arid sites for seedling water status, and imply that initial irrigation treatments are more likely to increase establishment rates of tree seedlings than application of synthetic polymers.  相似文献

本文报道南极海洋冷水环境中的低分子挥发性脂肪酸的一种测定方法 ,阐述高压液相色谱法对海洋环境中 C1- C5年低分子挥发性脂肪酸的含量测定具有较好的适用性 ,说明该方法具有正确、灵敏、操作简单、快速及需要样品量少等特点。本方法的最低检测限在 0 .1 μg/ml以下 ,个别酸如丙烯酸可达 0 .0 0 1μg/ml以下。南极戴维斯站附近沿海 ,1 989年 1月 3日 6 0 m水柱体样品测定结果丙烯酸为 0 .0 0 4 - 0 .0 4 2 μg/ml,其他酸是 0 .1 - 1 .0 μg/ml,说明了该方法完全可满足实际海水样品的分析。  相似文献

运用Dynamax茎流测量系统、涡度相关系统、气象-土壤环境观测系统进行连续观测,利用基径横截面积对单枝茎干液流进行尺度扩展,得到科尔沁沙地小叶锦鸡儿(Caragana microphylla)群落蒸腾量(T),并与涡度相关系统观测的蒸散发量(ET)进行对比,详细分析了小叶锦鸡儿群落T与ET的变化特征以及群落水分收支状况。结果表明:(1)小叶锦鸡儿群落T、ET日变化趋势基本一致,均值分别为1.61 mm·d-1、2.43 mm·d-1;(2)T、ET日内变化曲线分别呈宽幅单峰型、钟型分布,日累积量均呈"S"型增长趋势;(3)不同天气条件下T、ET日变化峰型各异,峰值及总量变化水平晴天高于阴雨天;(4)不同降水事件中,降雨时间不同导致T启动时间推迟或结束时间提前,ET发生时间降水前后无显著差异;降雨量P≤10 mm或P>20 mm时,雨后T有所降低,10 mm相似文献

The pattern of carbon (C) allocation among the different pools is an important ecosystem structural feature, which can be modified as a result of changes in environmental conditions that can occur gradually (e.g., climatic change) or abruptly (e.g., management practices). This study quantified the C pools of plant biomass, litter and soil in an arid shrubland in Chile, comparing the natural condition (moderately disturbed by grazing) vs. the afforested condition (two-year-old plantation with Acacia saligna (Labill.) H.L. Wendl.), each represented by a 60 ha plot. To estimate plant biomass, allometric functions were constructed for the four dominant woody species, based on the volume according to their shape, which showed high correlation (R2 > 0.73). The soil was the largest C pool in both natural and afforested conditions (89% and 94%, respectively) and was significantly lower in the afforested than natural condition at all five soil depths. The natural condition had in total 36.5 ton (t) C ha−1 compared to 21.1 t C ha−1 in the afforested condition, mainly due to C loss during soil preparation, prior to plantation of A. saligna. These measurements serve as an important baseline to assess long-term effects of afforestation on ecosystem C pools.  相似文献

Over the last 10 years a great interest in spineless cactus pear was shown in the drier areas in terms of both fresh fruit and fodder production. However, there is a lack of knowledge on quantitative data on root dynamics of these plants needed to fully understand its potential under water limiting conditions. This study aimed at quantifying the effects of water stress on the growth of tap roots, side roots and rain roots of the species Opuntia ficus-indica (L.) Miller (cultivar Morado—green cladode) and O. robusta Wendl. (cultivar Monterey—blue cladode). One-year-old cladodes were planted in root boxes and pots (2002/2003 season) that were kept in the greenhouse at day/night temperatures of 25–30 °C/15–18 °C. Placing the cladodes flat on the soil, more areoles came in contact with the soil and therefore more roots developed in both species with an average of only 3.4% areole complexes not rooting. Each areole complex formed on average 3 roots. The highest daily tap root growth was 42 and 36 mm for O. ficus-indica and O. robusta, respectively. Tap root growth increased in the morning with water stress for both species but decreased in the afternoon. Side root growth increased with water stress, with that of O. robusta more per tap root than O. ficus-indica. O. robusta showed a finer root system than O. ficus-indica. The side roots grew as much as 8 and 5 mm per day for O. ficus-indica and O. robusta, respectively. Whitish rain roots developed on the established roots within the first hour after rewetting the soil and grew for only 3 days. Rain roots grew up to 7 and 5 mm within a day for O. ficus-indica and O. robusta, respectively. Considering all studied aspects of their roots systems, O. robusta appears to be better adapted to drought (less sensitive to water stress) than O. ficus-indica.  相似文献

Drought is a major production constraint for major fruits and vegetable crops in the tropics.This study was conducted to investigate the effect of limited water supply at three growth stages (vegetative,flowering and fruiting) on the accumulation of proline and soluble sugars in three pepper species.Seeds of the three pepper species,Capsicum chinense Jacq.,C.annuum L.and C.frutescens L.were raised in a nursery and the seedlings were transplanted into seventy two plastic pots arranged in a randomized complete block design with three replicates,25 days after planting.Four water treatments,200 mL of water supplied twice daily (W1),once in every three days (W2),once in every five days (W3),and zero water supplied throughout growing period (W0) were imposed at three vegetative,flowering,and fruiting growth stages.Data were collected on relative water content,free proline and total soluble sugar.Data collected were subjected to analysis of variance and means were separated using Duncan''s multiple range test.Results show that the concentration of proline and soluble sugar in leaves of the three pepper species were found to be remarkable at the different stages of growth in the stressed plants.  相似文献

本文根据中国科学院禹城综合试验站1986年-1996年蒸渗仪农田水分模拟试验资料统计;冬小麦全生育期耗水量可达482.5mm,缺水率可达69.3%;冬小麦全生育不分耗散过程有两个明显的需水峰区和3个关键需水期,为实施节水灌溉提供了实验依据;冬小麦耗水量与环境因子有明显的相关关系,其统计规律可供地下水浅埋区区域灌溉预测参照应用。  相似文献

The germination response of Denmoza rhodacantha (Salm-Dyck) Britton & Rose to seed scarification and different calcium concentrations was analysed. Both scarified and unscarified seeds were treated with two different calcium concentrations (1.74 or 6.36 meq l−1 calcium sulfate in distilled water). All treatments were conducted under a constant temperature (30 °C), and a photoperiodic regime of 12 h light and 12 h dark. Germination was initiated significantly sooner (3.6 days), and the rate of final germination was significantly higher (90.8%), for scarified seeds treated with a solution of 6.36 meq l−1 Ca compared with all other treatments (9.0–11.4 days and 3.6–6.8%, respectively). There were no significant differences among the treatments for the time in which 50% of final germination occurred (6.9–13.6 days). The results suggest that both factors, scarification and calcium concentration, favor germination of Denmoza seeds.  相似文献

Grass growth has been encouraged in arid communities globally to improve grazing. Often exotic species are planted, subsequently spreading beyond their plantings to drastically alter cover and negatively impact native species. We evaluated the effects of the invasive, perennial grass Cenchrus ciliaris on the native woody species Cercidium microphyllum over two growing seasons: 2002 and 2003. To determine if C. ciliaris alters seasonal responses of C. microphyllum, we measured predawn water potential, photosynthesis, and branch sacrifice on C. microphyllum growing with either native cover or C. ciliaris. In 2003 a removal treatment of C. ciliaris was applied to assess responses in C. microphyllum during the summer. In both years, C. microphyllum water potentials closely tracked seasonal rainfall, suggesting dependence on shallow soil water. In 2002, we observed few negative impacts when C. microphyllum grew with C. ciliaris. However, the trees growing with C. ciliaris exhibited greater branch sacrifice, a typical response to drought, which likely complicated interpretation of the treatment effects. Removal of C. ciliaris resulted in increased water potentials and photosynthesis. This study suggests that exotic grasses, such as C. ciliaris, can reduce both water potential and photosynthetic rates in mature woody shrubs, like C. microphyllum, in aridland systems.  相似文献

Plant species in the Edwards Plateau region of central Texas often face drought conditions. Some of these species reduce water stress by rooting into moist bedrock crevices. A dominant woody plant (Juniperus ashei) and co-occurring xeric sedge (Carex planostachys) were greenhouse-grown in growth tubes with or without water-blocking partial barriers in tubes with water added below the barrier (~70 cm). Soil moisture at various depths was related to growth response (above- and below-ground biomass, root length, and number of root tips) per species. Barrier treatment yielded significantly drier soil than non-barrier. Juniperus plants were significantly smaller with barrier treatment, while Carex showed no significant differences between treatments. The results suggest the sedge is more able than the shrub to increase root production in the upper layers of the soil when faced with access restriction to lower layers. The sedge may resist drought by exploring sub-superficial soil layers. When access to sub-superficial water sources is restricted, the shrub is more affected than the sedge. The plants’ growth in water-restricted surface soil for several months suggests these species may not need deep water to survive. In fact seedling growth may differ in mature plants.  相似文献

Water resources in the arid land of Northwest China mainly derive from snow and glacier melt water in mountainous areas. So the study on onset, cessation, length, tempera-ture and precipitation of snowmelt period is of great significance for allocating limited water resources reasonably and taking scientific water resources management measures. Using daily mean temperature and precipitation from 8 mountainous weather stations over the pe-riod 1960?2010 in the arid land of Northwest China, this paper analyzes climate change of snowmelt period and its spatial variations and explores the sensitivity of runoff to length, temperature and precipitation of snowmelt period. The results show that mean onset of snowmelt period has shifted 15.33 days earlier while mean ending date has moved 9.19 days later. Onset of snowmelt period in southern Tianshan Mountains moved 20.01 days earlier while that in northern Qilian Mountains moved only 10.16 days earlier. Mean precipitation and air temperature increased by 47.3 mm and 0.857℃ in the mountainous areas of Northwest China, respectively. The precipitation of snowmelt period increased the fastest, which is ob-served in southern Tianshan Mountains, up to 65 mm, and the precipitation and temperature in northern Kunlun Mountains increased the slowest, an increase of 25 mm and 0.617℃, respectively, while the temperature in northern Qilian Mountains increased the fastest, in-creasing by 1.05℃. The annual runoff is also sensitive to the variations of precipitation and temperature of snowmelt period, because variation of precipitation induces annual runoff change by 7.69% while change of snowmelt period temperature results in annual runoff change by 14.15%.  相似文献

The North Tibet plateau is the world highest plateau with a unique alpine grassland and water environment. To obtain a better understanding of the correct supply of Molybdenum (Mo) to livestock in north Tibet, we investigated the content and geographical variation of Mo in different families of pasture plants (n=1017) and water (n=40), then discuss the Cuprum (Cu):Mo ratio in different plant families, and calculate the total Mo intake of the yak in north Tibet. The average Mo concentration in five families preferred for grazing are: Compositae (2.71 μg g-1), Leguminosae (2.70 μg g-1), Gramineae (2.48 μg g-1), Cyperaceae (1.63 μg g-1), and Rosaceae (1.51 μg g-1). There was a strong geographical variation in Mo concentration (p < 0.001). The mean value of Mo in north Tibet surface water from 15 sites is 0.89 µg L-1. The Mo ingestion by yak through these plants and water in north Tibet is about 9586 µg day-1 which means the toxicity of Mo does not exist in the average daily diet. However, the large geographical variation found may cause some toxicity of Mo in the average daily intake of north Tibet pasture plants in some areas. The Cu:Mo ratio of 2:60 is considered the limit for risk of Mo hyperactivity, while extremely high Cu:Mo ratios may lead to chronic copper poisoning. Our survey of plant samples found 43.29% below and 29.3% above the limiting Cu:Mo ratio of 60 indicating some risk to north Tibet livestock.  相似文献

 根据大量野外实测资料,研究位于科尔沁沙地南缘的不同利用方式下4个样地(受破坏的沙质草场D1、紧牧的优势沙生草甸子地C3、紧牧半流动沙地A3、紧牧固定沙地F3)在植被生长期内(5—9月)的裸地土壤凝结水变化规律。结果表明:①主凝结现象均发生在日落至次日日出期间,而日出至日落期间均发生主蒸发现象;②连通的MLS测出的凝结量均大于不连通的MLS测出的凝结量;③A3和F3的旬平均凝结量均大于C3和D1的旬平均凝结量,即沙地的凝结量大于草地的凝结量;④研究区4个样地5—9月的月平均凝结量分别为:1.04 mm、0.84 mm、0.63 mm,0.61 mm、0.59 mm,凝结量总体呈下降趋势。研究成果对沙地的生态保护具有一定的指导作用。  相似文献

A next-generation drilling system, equipped with a thermal drilling device, is proposed for glacier ice. The system is designed to penetrate glacier ice via melting of the ice and continuously analyze melt-water in a contamination-free sonde. This new type of drilling system is expected to provide analysis data in less time and at less cost than existing systems. Because of the limited number of parameters that can be measured, the proposed system will not take the place of conventional drilling systems that are used to obtain ice cores; however, it will provide a useful method for quickly and simply investigating glacier ice.An electro-thermal drilling device is one of the most important elements needed to develop the proposed system. To estimate the thermal supply required to reach a target depth in a reasonable time, laboratory experiments were conducted using ice blocks and a small sonde equipped solely with heaters. Thermal calculations were then performed under a limited range of conditions. The experiments were undertaken to investigate the effects of the shape and material of the drill head and heater temperature on the rate of penetration into the ice. Additional thermal calculations were then performed based on the experimental results.According to the simple thermal calculations, if the thermal loss that occurs while heat is transferred from the heater to ice (in melting the ice) is assumed to be 50%, the total thermal supply required for heaters in the sonde and cable is as follows: (i) 4.8 kW (sonde) plus 0 W (cable) to penetrate to 300 m depth over 10 days into temperate glacier ice for which the temperature is 0 °C at all depths and to maintain a water layer along 300 m of cable; (ii) 10 kW (sonde) plus 19–32 kW (cable) to penetrate to 1000 m depth over 1 month into cold glacier ice for which the temperature is −25 °C at the surface and 0 °C at 1000 m depth and to maintain a water layer along 1000 m of cable; and (iii) 19 kW (sonde) plus 140–235 kW (cable) to penetrate to 3000 m depth over 2 months into an ice sheet for which the temperature is −55 °C at the surface and 0 °C at 3000 m depth and to maintain a water layer along 3000 m of cable. The thermal supply required for the cable is strongly affected by the thickness of the water layer, cable diameter, and the horizontal distance from the ice wall at which the ice temperature was maintained at its initial temperature. A large thermal supply is required to heat 3000 m of cable in an ice sheet (scenario (iii) above), but penetration into glacier ice (scenarios (i) and (ii) above) could be realistic with the use of a currently employed generator.  相似文献
