融合毫米波雷达与单目视觉的前车检测与跟踪   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1       下载免费PDF全文
对现有融合雷达与视觉的车辆检测方法进行改进,增加目标跟踪过程,进一步提升城市复杂环境下智能车前方车辆信息感知的准确性。首先,针对雷达数据处理,提出一种基于层次聚类的雷达杂波剔除方法;其次,针对视觉数据处理,提出一种基于目标景深的自适应车辆检测方法;最后,提出一种基于核相关滤波器(kernelized correlation filter,KCF)-扩展卡尔曼滤波(extended Kalman filter,EKF)组合滤波的目标跟踪方法,对车辆几何与运动信息进行了有效估计。通过在不同交通环境与天气状况下进行实车实验,结果证明,该方法具有更好的可靠性与鲁棒性。  相似文献

随着遥感卫星成像技术的快速发展,遥感视频卫星的出现为运动车辆目标信息获取提供了新手段。然而在遥感卫星视频中,运动车辆目标仅为几个或十几个像素并与背景的对比性较低,难以获取车辆的局部细节特征,使得传统监控视频的运动车辆检测方法直接应用到卫星视频图像会存在很多的问题。在分析遥感卫星视频运动车辆目标检测与传统监控视频运动车辆目标检测差异的基础上,本文提出了一种感兴趣区域自动约束的遥感卫星视频运动车辆快速检测方法:首先是快速自动获取运动车辆目标的感兴趣区域;其次在感兴趣区域约束下,基于改进的高斯背景差分方法实现感兴趣区域内运动车辆快速检测。应用Skybox-1卫星视频数据进行了运动车辆目标检测实验并进行了定性与定量分析。实验结果表明,本文方法可以有效自动减少动态背景变化导致的伪运动目标,具有较高的检测率、较高的检测质量、极低的虚警率以及较高的运行效率,可自动高效实现卫星视频图像中运动车辆目标的高精度检测。  相似文献

针对传统的车辆检测算法的性能易受低空移动平台影响造成相机自运动以及外界的干扰等问题,提出了一种基于改进的C_SURF彩色特征稳像和光流法向量相结合的方法来解决低空视频中的运动车辆检测问题。通过图像稳像消除了相机的自运动和外界干扰问题,提高了运动车辆的检测性能。实验结果显示,该方法不仅在检测车辆方面可以获得更好的检测性能,在复杂的背景环境下也能有效地检测运动车辆。  相似文献

提出了一种从高分辨率卫星影像中检测特定目标的方法。该方法首先用一种双边滤波的方法去除图像中的噪声,然后采用形态学处理的方法对图像进行分割和特征增强,并提取兴趣区域。在目标检测阶段,设计了一种基于双指数函数导数(DODE)模型的检测算子,该算子是面向具体目标设计的,能实现稳健的目标检测。对Google Earth中的影像分别进行了车辆检测实验和船舰检测实验,结果表明,此方法能够有效准确地检测高分辨率卫星影像中的特定目标。  相似文献

交通在人民生活和社会经济中有着举足轻重的作用。车辆速度检测是智能交通管理系统的重要组成部分。本文提出了一种基于无人机(UAV)多源影像数据进行车辆速度检测的方法,首先,搭建小型无人机多源数据采集平台,获取可见光影像与热红外影像。然后,针对采集的多源数据,采用深度学习框架YOLO(you only look once)进行车辆检测。最后,基于卡尔曼滤波进行车辆跟踪,并根据跟踪结果计算车辆速度。本文利用无人机平台增加监测车辆的灵活性,同时综合使用多源数据,不仅提高车辆检测精度,还可以不依赖光照条件跟踪车辆。试验结果表明,本文方法具有有效性和稳健性,为道路监控管理部门提供一种高效率、机动灵活的监测模式。  相似文献

在给出边缘检测性能判断标准和传统的模极大值点筛选的缺陷之后,基于边缘检测提出了改进的小波变换模局部极大值点算法。在这个基础之上,又针对交通系统的实时性,提出了一种改进的边缘信息的车辆检测算法,使得对运动车辆的边缘检测具有更加良好的效果。最后通过仿真实验,证明本论文提出方法的有效性,得到了多帧道路图像的边缘,较好地解决了传统边缘检测方法在边缘检测时会出现伪边缘和有意义边缘损失这两个问题,对将来车辆交通监控系统等方面的研究起到了一定的帮助作用。  相似文献

车辆等移动平台搭载全景相机、全球导航卫星系统接收机、惯性测量单元等传感器,可以采集360°的街景.在街景影像中检测行人车辆,一方面可以在数据发布时更好地保护隐私,另一方面可以为城市治理能力提升提供数据支撑.由于街景影像具有表达环境复杂、数据量庞大、目标距离变化大等特点,现有的行人车辆检测算法应用时均存在一定局限.为此,提出一种兼顾效率和精度的街景影像中行人车辆检测方法,利用球形投影原理和先验知识从街景的经纬映射图中划分出目标区域,接着使用你只观察一次(You Only Look Once,YOLO)v4模型从目标区域检测行人和车辆.实验证明,本文方法车辆检测的准确率高于91%,行人检测的准确率高于73%,每张平均耗时21 ms,具备准确率高、速度快的优势,满足实际项目的数据生产需求.  相似文献

高速公路承载着国家发展的重要使命,高速公路运输安全不但影响公路自身的效益和效率,而且危害社会的稳定和谐,车辆超限是高速公路发生交通事故的主要原因之一,本文提出了一种车辆几何尺寸超限检测的新方案,研究开发了超限检测系统。系统以激光测距为尺寸测量的核心技术,以激光雷达为主要测距设备,结合其他超载超限子系统的测量设备和数据,可完成对公路上汽车的车长、车宽及货物高度的动态检测。场外实验表明该技术方案可以快速准确的测量公路上载重汽车的几何尺寸,具有很高的应用价值。  相似文献

Road network extraction from high resolution satellite images is one of the most important aspects. In the present paper, research experimentation is carried out in order to extract the roads from the high resolution satellite image using image segmentation methods. The segmentation technique is implemented using adaptive global thresholding and morphological operations. Global thresholding segments the image to fix the boundaries. To compute the appropriate threshold values several problems are also analyzed, for instance, the illumination conditions, the different type of pavement material, the presence of objects such as vegetation, vehicles, buildings etc. Image segmentation is performed using morphological approach implemented through dilation of similar boundaries and erosion of dissimilar and irrelevant boundaries decided on the basis of pixel characteristics. The roads are clearly identifiable in the final processed image, which is obtained by superimposing the segmented image over the original enhanced image. The experimental results proved that proposed approach can be used in reliable way for automatic detection of roads from high resolution satellite image. The results can be used in automated map preparation, detection of network in trajectory planning for unmanned aerial vehicles. It also has wide applications in navigation, computer vision as a predictor-corrector algorithm for estimating the road position to simulate dynamic process of road extraction. Although an expert can label road pixels from a given satellite image but this operation is prone to errors. Therefore, an automated system is required to detect the road network in a high resolution satellite image in a robust manner.  相似文献

In this study, we have looked into the problem of vehicle detection in high-resolution satellite images. Based on the input from the local road authorities, we have focused not only on highways, but also on inner city roads, where more clutter is expected. The study site is the city of Oslo, Norway. To do vehicle detection in these areas, we propose an automatic approach, consisting of a segmentation step, followed by two stages of object classification. In the process, we utilize multispectral images, panchromatic images and a road network. The approach has been tested on Quickbird images, and the results that are obtained have been compared with manual counts and classifications.  相似文献

城市突发事件时人员会选择不同的交通方式(步行、驾车等)进行疏散,在交叉口处极易出现人车混行。提出了一种利用反向流和冲突消除策略的人车混行疏散路网优化方法,对主要疏散路径进行人、车流的反向以扩大通行能力,并在交叉口处禁止人、车的部分转向来进行人车分流以消减人车冲突。建立了以平均疏散时间和平均疏散路径长度最小为目标的优化模型,并利用遗传算法求解最优的人车分流方案。以武汉市2 km范围内的路网为例进行实验,并针对不同的人车混合比例进行模型敏感性分析。结果表明,所提方法能通过人车混行网络设计提高疏散效率,在行人比例较高的情况下,平均疏散时间及疏散路径长度的改善较明显。  相似文献

针对新兴的视频卫星数据在道路监控中应用研究较少的问题,该文提出了一种基于特征的视频卫星数据运动车辆提取优化算法。以SkySat-1卫星获取的Las Vegas地区的视频数据为实验数据,采用传统帧差法与阈值法进行运动车辆提取,验证了该方法对视频卫星数据处理的有效性,同时在此基础上根据空间特征信息界定出道路以内的感兴趣区域,进一步根据车辆的几何特征信息对感兴趣区域的疑似车辆目标进行筛选。实验结果表明:所提算法在提取精度和完整度上明显优于基于像素的帧差法与阈值法的提取结果。  相似文献

Manual extraction of road network by human operator is an expensive and time-consuming procedure. Alternatively, automation of the extraction process would be a great advancement. For this purpose, an automatic method is proposed to extract roads from high resolution satellite images. In this study, using few samples from road surface, a particle swarm optimization is applied to a fuzzy-based mean calculation system to obtain road mean values in each band of high resolution satellite colour images. Then, the images are segmented using the calculated mean values from the fuzzy system. Optimizing the fuzzy cost function by particle swarm optimization enables the fuzzy approach to be the best mean value of road with sub-grey level precision. Initially, this method was applied to simulated images where the calculated mean values are consistent with the hypothetic mean values. Application of the method to IKONOS satellite images has shown a prospective outcome for automatic road extraction. Mathematical morphology is subsequently used to extract an initial main road centreline from the segmented image. Then, small redundant segments are automatically removed. The quality of the extracted road centreline indicates the effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献

云和雪的检测是卫星遥感影像处理过程中的一部分,也是对其进行后续分析和解译等应用的关键步骤。本文提出了结合ResNet和DeepLabV3+的全卷积神经网络云雪检测方法。采用ResNet50骨干网络,根据云和雪在天绘一号遥感影像上的特点优化DeepLabV3+网络模型,并采用ELU激活函数、Adam梯度下降法以及Focal Loss损失函数来加快收敛速度、提高分割精度。通过天绘一号卫星云雪影像数据集对网络进行训练并测试,试验结果表明,本文方法与传统Otsu法相比,稳健性更强,在检测精度上优于FCN-8s与DeepLabV3+,速度上优于DeepLabV3+,能推广用于不同来源的遥感影像,具有较好的应用前景。  相似文献

Overshooting tops can cause a variety of severe weather conditions, such as cloud-to-ground lightning, strong winds, and heavy rainfall, which can affect flight and ground operations. Many previous studies have developed overshooting top (OT) detection models. However, rather than identifying individual pixels in satellite images as OTs or non-OTs, we typically find OTs through visual inspection of the contextual information of pixels (i.e., dome-like shape). Such an approach is more intuitive, accurate, and generalizable regardless of the OT characteristics that are used in the existing OT detection algorithms. In this paper, a new approach is proposed for OT detection using deep learning, more specifically a convolutional neural network (CNN), which can mimic the human process by convolution operation. Himawari-8 satellite images were used as input data, which were chopped into patches (i.e., grids) with a 31 × 31 window size and binary detection (OT or non-OT) for each patch was the output of the model. The validation results show that CNN can be successfully applied for the detection of OTs over the tropical regions, showing a mean probability of detection (POD) of 79.68% and a mean false alarm ratio (FAR) of 9.78%.  相似文献

利用高分辨率遥感影像实现道路车辆监测在交通管理系统中占有重要地位,然而受成像条件及车辆本身颜色多样性的影响,很难从遥感影像中直接提取道路车辆。为此,本文提出了一种结合遗传算法和数学形态学的遥感影像道路车辆提取方法。首先利用模糊聚类方法建立影像分割模型,并利用遗传算法对其进行求解,从而实现影像中道路、车辆及环境的精确分割;然后对分割结果中不同层进行赋值,实现分割结果的二值化;最后利用数学形态学操作从分割的道路-车辆的二值结果中剔除道路,从而实现道路车辆的提取。利用本文方法对航空影像进行了道路车辆提取试验。试验结果表明,本文方法不仅能够准确识别地面车辆位置,还能精确提取其轮廓线。  相似文献

Normally, to detect surface water changes, water features are extracted individually using multi-temporal satellite data, and then analyzed and compared to detect their changes. This study introduced a new approach for surface water change detection, which is based on integration of pixel level image fusion and image classification techniques. The proposed approach has the advantages of producing a pansharpened multispectral image, simultaneously highlighting the changed areas, as well as providing a high accuracy result. In doing so, various fusion techniques including Modified IHS, High Pass Filter, Gram Schmidt, and Wavelet-PC were investigated to merge the multi-temporal Landsat ETM+ 2000 and TM 2010 images to highlight the changes. The suitability of the resulting fused images for change detection was evaluated using edge detection, visual interpretation, and quantitative analysis methods. Subsequently, artificial neural network (ANN), support vector machine (SVM), and maximum likelihood (ML) classification techniques were applied to extract and map the highlighted changes. Furthermore, the applicability of the proposed approach for surface water change detection was evaluated in comparison with some common change detection methods including image differencing, principal components analysis, and post classification comparison. The results indicate that Lake Urmia lost about one third of its surface area in the period 2000–2010. The results illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach, especially Gram Schmidt-ANN and Gram Schmidt-SVM for surface water change detection.  相似文献

Multitemporal remote sensing provides a unique tool to track lake dynamics at the pan-Arctic scale but requires precise registration of thousands of satellite images. This is a challenging task owing to a dearth of stable features to be used as tie points [(TPs), i.e., control points] in the dynamic landscapes. This letter develops an automated method to precisely register images in the lake-rich Arctic. The core premise of the method is that the centers of lakes are generally stable even if their shorelines are not. The proposed procedures first extract lakes in multitemporal satellite images, derive lake centroids and match them between images, and then use the centroids of stable lakes as TPs for image registration. The results show that this approach can achieve subpixel registration accuracy, outcompeting the conventional manual methods in both efficiency and accuracy. The proposed method is fully automated and represents a feasible way to register images for lake change detection at the pan-Arctic scale.   相似文献
