高地应力软岩隧道围岩流变效应明显,形变压力导致的仰拱和边墙连接处的应力集中是导致隧道底鼓破坏的重要原因,合理的隧道断面形态有利于减小应力集中,保证隧道长期安全运营。在考虑软岩流变效应的情况下,以有限元软件ABAQUS为平台,通过Python编程实现隧道断面参数化设计和有限元计算,基于结合罚函数的Nelder-Mead函数建立隧道断面优化算法,并以隧道开挖面积,隧道最大仰拱隆起,围岩蠕变损伤区面积,衬砌最大轴力和衬砌最大弯矩为优化目标,对宜-巴(宜昌至巴东)高速峡口隧道断面形态进行优化,为高地应力软岩隧道断面设计提供科学指导。  相似文献

隧道开挖扰动会使影响范围内的围岩发生松弛,同时还产生一定的荷载作用于隧道结构。而在隧道开挖面推进时,作用于隧道结构上的荷载在应力调整过程中不断释放,最终在隧道结构及围岩达到稳定状态后荷载释放过程同时结束。通过数值分析及模型试验,对超大断面铁路隧道施时的隧道断面整体荷载释放过程进行了相关研究。研究了台阶法开挖过程中隧道洞壁不同特征点的荷载变化规律,并定义了能够表征隧道施工过程断面整体荷载释放状态的断面综合荷载释放率和荷载释放差异系数的概念,通过两者对隧道开挖断面整体荷载释放状态进行分析总结。在随后进行的隧道施工过程地质力学模型试验中,通过对开挖面推进洞壁不同位置围岩径向压力的变化规律进行监测,证明了数值模拟得到的结论,并进一步说明在隧道开挖的荷载释放过程研究中,应将整个断面作为研究对象,分析断面整体荷载释放状态,才能对隧道施工中的荷载释放过程有一个更加全面的认识。  相似文献

在高水头富水区,抗水压衬砌设计的关键在于外水压力的计算。深埋隧道排水时,沿轴线方向上流入隧道的水量来自于隧道掌子面的前方,当隧道施工足够长度后,可以认为已施工断面的地下水只从隧道两侧向断面内运动,此时可将三维问题处理为二维。对于深埋隧道,当其断面远小于水头时,可处理为一个点井;隧道全断面排水时,隧道断面线可处理为定流量边界。首先建立隧道排水的水文地质概念模型,采和经验解析法预测隧道的涌水量,然后将涌水量代入隧道围岩渗流的剖面二维模型,模拟隧道排水时围岩渗流场的分布,再采用作用系数的方法计算出隧道衬砌的外水压力。  相似文献

针对北京地区地质条件,提出了在区间盾构隧道之间采用矿山法构筑渡线隧道的方案,即先在最大开挖断面处拆除管片,沿横向扩挖出一条施工通道;然后在施工横通道侧壁开口,从大断面向小断面进行渡线隧道的断面渐变段、双联拱段和分离单洞的施工,从而在两条区间盾构隧道之间采用矿山法完成渡线隧道的施工;最后,应用FLAC数值计算软件,探讨了管片拆除及隧道断面扩挖引起的地表沉降和塑性区分布范围。研究结果表明,针对北京地区的地质条件,提出的在区间盾构隧道之间采用矿山法构筑渡线隧道的方案具有工程适用性。  相似文献

拟建的大理—瑞丽铁路穿越横断山区南段的滇西南地区,地形、地貌和地质条件都极为复杂,其中高黎贡山深埋超长隧道的工程稳定性问题一直是困扰铁路选线、设计和施工的重大工程难点。针对不同形态隧道断面可能对高黎贡山超长隧道工程稳定性产生的影响问题,在充分综合该区野外地质调查、地应力测量、岩石力学实验等成果与资料的基础上,利用ANSYS有限元应力分析软件对不同形态隧道断面的应力分布进行了有限元计算,给出了应力分布图像,分析了断面应力分布的特点和断面形状对应力分布的影响。同时,计算了围岩的应力与强度比,对2种不同断面的围岩稳定性进行了分析对比,最后根据分析结果对不同隧道断面形态下的隧道稳定性进行了综合评价,并据此提出了铁路隧道断面设计与施工中应重点关注的问题。  相似文献

平行小净距盾构与CRD法黄土地铁隧道施工力学研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
西安轨道交通工程是目前首例在我国黄土地区修建的地铁隧道,一号线枣园北路站至汉城路站K12+792.744~K12+889.899区间隧道为同时满足双线正常行车和右线停车线扩大断面的功能需要,选取了左线小断面隧道为盾构法与右线大断面隧道为CRD法相结合的施工方案。针对该地铁隧道的施工过程,进行了三维动态数值模拟和施工力学分析,通过分析施工引起的地表变形、中间土体应力和围岩塑性区的特征和规律,从而研究得出CRD法与盾构法隧道先后施工相互影响的规律性成果:先行大断面隧道采取CRD法施工对后行小断面盾构隧道上方地表沉降的影响较后者对前者的影响大;后行隧道的贯通使得先行隧道开挖形成的地表变形轴线向后行隧道侧偏移了约0.5倍净距,并且地表变形的横向影响范围和地表沉降量均有增大,主要表现在靠后行隧道一侧;先行大断面隧道的开挖较后者对中间土体应力影响大,对相邻洞土体的影响在同掌子面处最为显著。结合西安地铁隧道工程实践开展的数值模拟分析研究,可为今后在黄土地区修建地铁隧道提供具有指导意义的研究成果和宝贵的工程实践经验。  相似文献

隧道的超欠挖对衬砌结构稳定性有较大影响,研究超欠挖规律,对于了解围岩受力、保证施工安全具有重要意义.根据隧道断面轮廓超欠挖序列的统计自相似性,结合小波分析的多分辨率功能,采用小波分析计算分形维数的方法,对白鹤隧道47个断面轮廓进行分维数计算.断面轮廓分维数与岩体RMR和Q呈线性关系,随着RMR和lnQ的提高,断面轮廓分形维数将降低.断面轮廓分形维和隧道的围岩分类以及超挖百分比存在复线性相关关系.  相似文献

为定量评价隧道围岩的稳定性并指导支护设计,提出了隧道临界稳定断面的概念及基于临界稳定断面的隧道围岩稳定性分析方法,主要包括以下内容:(1)隧道临界稳定断面就是与设计开挖断面中心埋深相同、几何形状相似在无支护状态下围岩能够自稳的最大断面;(2)当设计开挖断面小于临界稳定断面时,临界稳定断面与设计开挖断面之间的围岩可以作为支护结构利用,且当其安全系数满足设计要求时,认为围岩能够长期自稳,除进行局部防护外,不需要系统支护,否则需要补充工程支护措施;(3)当设计开挖断面大于临界稳定断面时,需要进行工程支护;(4)提出了设计支护力的计算方法,即认为破坏区范围内的围岩为松散体,设计支护力 应能维持该松散体的稳定且具有一定的安全系数。通过该方法,对两种典型断面形式的铁路隧道的临界稳定断面进行了研究,并计算了不同围岩级别、不同埋深条件下围岩的自承载安全系数与所需的工程支护力。研究成果可以为隧道围岩稳定性的量化分析、支护设计等提供一种新的思路。  相似文献

结合传统收敛测量和全站仪测量两种测量方法的优势,提出了一种新的收敛测量方法。传统收敛测量方法存在着操作要求高,施工干扰多,不易长期监测等缺点;全站仪测量方法由于采用间接测量策略,测点间的距离需要进行解算,施测精度较低。新方法延用了全站仪测量方法所采用的激光测距技术,同时也延用了传统收敛测量方法采用的直接测量距离策略。借助于目前市场上成熟的激光测距产品,研制和加工了新方法所需的测量装置。它由5个部分组成,依次为激光测距仪、测距仪底座、测量基点连杆、连接套筒、测量基座。按照一定的实施步骤,在程潮铁矿采空区的地面隧道进行了测量精度在现场工程环境下的试验评估。试验结果表明,新方法的成本低廉、操作简捷、稳定性好,施测精度可达到0.7 mm,有利于收敛监测在地下工程建设过程中的普及应用。  相似文献

A mathematical model is constructed for the motion of an electromagnetic pulse used in laser ranging of the OZIRIS spacecraft. A formula is derived for the calculation of corrections to the distance of the spacecraft associated with the non-inertial motion of the laser station and the influence of the gravitational field of the Earth on the laser pulses. It is shown that these corrections must be taken into account when carrying out precision laser ranging of the spacecraft with the goal of distance determination to within 20 cm or better.  相似文献

A relatively low-cost system for determining both the vertical and horizontal coordinates of several dozen points per year with an accuracy of about 2 cm appears feasible. One approach considered is to use a subnanosecond pulse length laser with a few millijoules per pulse output energy and to employ single photoelectron detection of the returned signal. The single photoelectron approach has been thoroughly tested in the Lunar Laser Ranging Experiment. With a laser average power of about 50 mW, a 30-cm diameter transmit-receive aperture, 10 arc sec pointing accuracy and a beam divergence of 20 arc sec, the expected returned signal level is about 70 pulses in a 3-min interval. If the differences between the observed ranges and those calculated from a reasonably good LAGEOS ephemeris over a 3-min interval are considered, the expected standard deviation of the mean is < 0.7 cm.The calibration procedure used in lunar ranging appears capable of reducing any bias due to the photomultiplier or timing system to 0.5 cm. The other main error source we have considered for the measured optical transit time is a possible difference in arrival time in different parts of the far field pattern because of laser mode structure. This effect needs to be checked experimentally, but we expect it to be 0.5 cm or less for a laser pulse length of about 200 psec. Based on these error estimates, simulations for one week of observations from the high-mobility station have been carried out for us at the National Geodetic Survey. When a refraction model error of 0.15% was used, the uncertainty of the high-mobility station position with respect to a reference station 500 km away was found to be 2.4 cm or less in each coordinate. After the gravity-field uncertainties have been reduced, the station location accuracy will be improved further and the limitation of measuring with respect to a regional reference station can be relaxed.  相似文献

This paper is focused on analysis of comprehensive experimental research data on the infragravitational range of periods (from 20 s to 10–12 min) obtained by synchronous measurements of fluctuations in deformations of the Earth’s crust and atmospheric and hydrospheric pressure variations. It is established that the identified variations in the period range of 1–4 min are rarely observed in records of a laser nanobarograph and laser instrument for measuring hydrospheric pressure variations (laser hydrophone), while they are frequently observed in records of laser strainmeters at a variation period of 3–4 min. Oscillation excitation in the period ranges of 7–13 min, especially in the period ranges of 8–12 min, is largely related to atmospheric processes in the corresponding periods.  相似文献

降温速率对硫酸盐渍土的盐胀率有显著影响。随降温速率的减小,各种含盐量、密实度的硫酸渍土的盐胀率以幂函数增长,其通式为y=AVT^-B,但其增长规律彼此又有显著差别,主要表现在A、B参数的变化上,在试验范围内,A、B值随含盐量的增加而增加,随密度的增大而减小。  相似文献

The spaceborne laser ranging (or lasering) system provides a method of precise positioning of a large number of points on the earth's surface in a short period of time. That is, a measure of the relative location of geodetic markers from a space platform can maintain horizontal and vertical control to 2–5 cm. At this level of control, small earth surface crustal motions should be detectable. Development of a model for the strain field can be constructed. Furthermore, the spaceborne lasering system can survey an area in a very short period of time (1–2 weeks) and resurvey the area as required.System design parameters are now being established by NASA for a possible test flight aboard the Shuttle in 1982. These include design specifications of economical corner cubes for ground retroreflectors, coupled with the evolution of engineering model to flight model development. If the experiment of the Shuttle proves successful, it is hoped to put the laser in a free flight satellite. This paper presents the results of a simulated analysis for this contingency.The system is conceived as an orbiting ranging device with a ground base grid of reflectors or transponders (spacing 1.0–30 km), which are projected to be of low cost (maintenance-free and unattended) and which will permit the saturation of a local area to obtain data useful in monitoring crustal movements. The test network includes 75 stations with roughly half of them situated on either side of the San Andreas fault. Critical study comparatively evaluates various observational schemes and statistically analyzes crustal motion recovery.The study considers laser radar as the main ranging system, pending final selection from many possible candidates. The satellite orbit is inclined at 110° and slightly eccentric (e = 0.04) with orbital altitudes varying from 370 to 930 km.  相似文献

Olivine is used as an additive in Luossavaara–Kiirunavaara AB (LKAB) blast furnace pellets. The LKAB iron ore is magnetite which oxidizes to hematite during the sintering process. Olivine retards the oxidation of magnetite pellets if the threshold temperature of magnesioferrite formation is exceeded.In this study, we have developed a thermogravimetric measuring method to study the relationship between the olivine reactivity in green pellets and the olivine fineness. A less reactive olivine makes the pelletizing process more tolerant of excessively high temperatures in the green pellets during oxidation.The reactivity of olivine decreases when the amount of fine tail in olivine is decreased. The top size is limited by balling. Grinding tests in pilot scale show that if the olivine additive is ground in closed circuit with a ball mill keeping good control over the top size, the olivine fineness can be appreciably decreased without disturbing balling. The olivine reactivity can be decreased by 40% compared to the reference olivine in the production plant. Also, savings can be made on both the grinding energy and grinding media consumption. The results in both pilot scale and full production scale show that better oxidation in the grate due to a coarser olivine additive improves the low temperature reduction strength (LTD, ISO 13930) in pellets.The measuring method developed for the olivine reactivity enabled evaluation of different particle-sizing methods for olivine characterisation. The screening size fraction %−45 μm showed a good correlation to olivine reactivity in green pellets within a very large measuring range. The correlation of laser diffraction analysis to the olivine reactivity showed, however, that the laser diffraction measuring method is affected too much by variations in the large particles.  相似文献

在使用常规的前处理方法对细粒黄土(粘黄土)样品进行粒度测量时,发现结果不稳定。为了调查原因,分别选取黄土高原东南缘河南卢氏、秦岭地区陕西洛南和陕西洛川三个地点的黄土、古土壤样品,进行对比实验,分析前处理方法对细颗粒黄土样品粒度测量结果的影响。结果发现,在进行细粒黄土的粒度测量过程中,激光粒度仪上的超声波振荡分散时间对测量结果影响很大,一般应控制在2min以上。作者用河南卢氏乔家窑黄土—古土壤剖面 的连续粒度测量结果对改进后的前处理方法进行可行性验证,结果表明,采用改进后的前处理方法所得的结果,与野外地层划分及磁化率值的变化有较好的相关性,表明改进后的前处理方法更适用于细颗粒黄土样品的粒度测量。  相似文献
