通过对郑州市黄河大堤一线土体的沉降,压密固结,饱水砂土的地震液化研究,认为黄河大堤附近浅层地下水开采后所诱发的地面沉降,固结过程,不会对大堤造成危害,而饱水砂土的水位降低,还会减轻或消除地震时液化砂土现象,对大堤的稳定性有利。  相似文献

液化型路堤边坡动力稳定性问题涉及岩土工程与工程地震两个学科领域,是边坡工程与砂土液化的交叉课题。采用天然地震记录为输入条件,应用Finn本构关系模型,运用有限差分法,对填土+砂土+卵砾土地层组合的路堤边坡进行了全时程动力分析,探讨了地震作用下路堤边坡的液化初步规律和稳定性。数值模拟结果表明:地震作用引起了路基饱和砂土有效应力急剧减小,并导致路基砂土液化,引起路堤变形破坏。孔隙水压力的积累与消散不仅与地震记录序列存在对应关系,也与砂土所处的位置和深度有密切关系。地表变形破坏主要表现为路堤顶面发生震陷和拉裂破坏,坡底面产生挤压隆起变形。地面以下的变形破坏主要包括土体剪切破坏和深部砂土液化引起的侧向流动破坏。  相似文献

This paper aims to investigate the mechanical behaviour of a hybrid reinforced earth embankment built in limited width adjacent to a slope. This embankment system incorporates reinforced earth embankments with soil nails, installed in the existing ground. Soil nails work to provide additional resisting forces to stabilize the embankment which may be unstable due to insufficient reinforcement length. Nail forces developed in the hybrid reinforced earth embankment with various geometric conditions in the fill space are analyzed. The FE method is used to simulate the construction of the hybrid reinforced earth embankment. Influence of reinforcement length, reinforcement stiffness, and slope gradient on the nail forces developed following the construction is analyzed and discussed. Additionally, design concerns for the hybrid reinforced earth embankment system are also studied. Simple charts for estimating the maximum nail force mobilized at back of the hybrid reinforced earth embankment are established in this research and can be helpful in the design of the soil nails in the system.  相似文献

北京平原区快速发展的地面沉降对高速铁路的发展构成了威胁,地面沉降与过量开采地下水造成的水位下降关系密切,为此有针对性地开展基于高速铁路的地下水动态与地面沉降相关关系研究对于高铁安全运行意义重大,特别是对于制定高铁沿线地下水开采方案、地面沉降减缓措施和工程措施至关重要。基于其对高速铁路的影响模式,本文将地面沉降分为区域沉降和局部沉降两种类型。针对区域沉降,利用Logistic方程,使用天竺、望京及王四营分层地面沉降和地下水位数据,构建了不同层位地下水水位变化与地面沉降之间的相关关系模型,通过ABAQUS计算局部地区,对于6m高路堤和15m CFG桩处理深度的地基而言,当渗透系数k=2m/d,距离线路边缘25m处浅层地下水下降10m将产生约61—85mm的沉降。  相似文献

浙江台州高速公路为主要由淤泥、淤泥质粘土、淤泥质亚粘土组成的软土地基,经过预压法、轻质路堤法、土工合成材料加筋垫层等方法的综合处理,效果明显。在填筑过程中,使路堤保持稳定;在预压阶段,加速了地基的沉降,缩短了预压期;在路堤与桥头衔接部位,减少了两者之间的差异沉降;在高速公路建设的全过程中,增强了路堤的整体性能,提高了软土地基的力学强度,保证了全路段投入运营后的稳定和安全。   相似文献

Excessive extraction of groundwater has caused severe land subsidence and earth fissures in the Southern Yangtse Delta, China. Based on field data, the temporal and spatial distribution of land subsidence is investigated and the causes for earth fissures are analyzed. The areal distribution of the land subsidence is closely related to the cones of depression in the main exploited aquifers. The compaction of a hydrostratigraphic unit depends on its mechanical behavior, thickness, compressibility, and the piezometric level changing. The primary subsidence layers in Shanghai have been the first aquitard before 1990 and the third confined aquifer since then. But the second aquitard unit was the primary subsidence layer in Changzhou. Earth fissures, trending in several directions, occurred in the Husu tectonic zone. They were mainly caused by differential subsidence and horizontal displacement that resulted from tensile stress and shear stress in units. The majority of fissures in the study area are tensile.  相似文献

如何正确计算沉井的下沉阻力一直是沉井结构设计的难点,为了更加深入地研究沉井下沉阻力及其分布规律,通过离心机模型试验分别对4组不同埋深工况下的沉井进行了下沉模拟,对沉井侧壁土压力、刃脚斜面土压力、刃脚踏面土压力、沉井内外土面沉降进行了分析。研究结果表明:侧壁土压力随入土深度的增加呈先增大后减小的趋势,可采用分段函数形式对其大小及分布形式进行简化计算;刃脚斜面土压力呈三次多项式分布形式;随着刃脚入土深度的增加,刃脚斜面与踏面土阻力均显著增大,而单位投影宽度刃脚斜面与踏面土阻力比基本保持不变;沉井下沉会导致井外土面沉降,井内紧靠沉井内壁的土面沉降,离沉井内壁有一定距离的土面隆起。上述试验与分析成果可为理论研究与工程设计提供参考。  相似文献

淳安县某村于2005年2月初发生民房墙体开裂、地面裂缝、砼路面层与路基脱开、施工缝拉裂等地质灾害现象。从破坏特征看,该灾害应属于地面沉降,但却不具备发育通常概念“地面沉降”的地质环境条件。文章根据灾害区附近灰岩溶洞较发育、表部松散层厚度较大等条件,认为灾害由地下水潜蚀作用引起,并试图恢复其作用机制。指出如不加以治理,可能造成灾难。  相似文献

安康市滨江大道堤防工程位于安康市城区汉江北岸,防洪标准为50年一遇洪水,设计洪峰流量264000 m3/s,道路等级为次干道II级,江北城区防洪堤防工程为2级。堤防存在渗透破坏、沉降稳定、岸坡稳定等地质问题,通过对其场区工程地质条件的分析及评价,为设计部门提供了相关的物理力学参数,解决了影响工程建设的地质问题。  相似文献

Understanding the age and construction quality of embankments used for road and rail infrastructure is critical in the effective management and maintenance of our transport networks, worth £billions to the UK economy. This paper presents for the first time results from full-scale, carefully controlled experiments on a unique model embankment conducted over the 4-year period between 2008 and 2011. It combines point location and spatially distributed measurements of pore water pressures and water content with outputs from hydrological modelling to draw conclusions of significance to both ongoing research in this field and to the asset management practices of infrastructure owners. For researchers, the paper highlights the crucial importance of transient permeability and soil water retention behaviour of fill materials in controlling the magnitude and distribution of pore water pressure in response to climate and weather events. For practitioners, the work demonstrates that there are significant differences in pore water pressure behaviour across the embankment, which is influenced by construction-related issues such as compaction level, aspect and presence of a granular capping material. Permeability was also observed to vary across the embankment both spatially and with depth, being dependent on degree of saturation and macroscale effects, particularly within a ‘near surface zone’. It is proposed that this ‘near surface zone’ has a critical effect on embankment stability and should be the focus of both ongoing scientific research and inspection and monitoring as encompassed by asset management regimes.  相似文献

轻量土可以分为发泡聚苯乙烯(EPS)块、发泡颗粒混合轻量土、气泡混合轻量土(FCB)和次生材料混合轻量土4种类型.根据其湿密度的不同,又可以将轻量土分为超轻量土、轻量土和准轻量土3个大类.由于轻量土具有轻量性、自立性、流动性、隔热性、耐水性、耐久性等特性,可以大幅度减小上部荷载和土压力.因此,在软土地基、山区陡峻斜坡的路基、桥涵等工程中得到了广泛的应用.在目前的实际设计和施工中,轻量土的设计可以参照国外的有关规程或手册.  相似文献

The Central Valley in California (USA) covers about 52,000 km2 and is one of the most productive agricultural regions in the world. This agriculture relies heavily on surface-water diversions and groundwater pumpage to meet irrigation water demand. Because the valley is semi-arid and surface-water availability varies substantially, agriculture relies heavily on local groundwater. In the southern two thirds of the valley, the San Joaquin Valley, historic and recent groundwater pumpage has caused significant and extensive drawdowns, aquifer-system compaction and subsidence. During recent drought periods (2007–2009 and 2012-present), groundwater pumping has increased owing to a combination of decreased surface-water availability and land-use changes. Declining groundwater levels, approaching or surpassing historical low levels, have caused accelerated and renewed compaction and subsidence that likely is mostly permanent. The subsidence has caused operational, maintenance, and construction-design problems for water-delivery and flood-control canals in the San Joaquin Valley. Planning for the effects of continued subsidence in the area is important for water agencies. As land use, managed aquifer recharge, and surface-water availability continue to vary, long-term groundwater-level and subsidence monitoring and modelling are critical to understanding the dynamics of historical and continued groundwater use resulting in additional water-level and groundwater storage declines, and associated subsidence. Modeling tools such as the Central Valley Hydrologic Model, can be used in the evaluation of management strategies to mitigate adverse impacts due to subsidence while also optimizing water availability. This knowledge will be critical for successful implementation of recent legislation aimed toward sustainable groundwater use.  相似文献

高路堤侧向滑动、桥台破坏已成为高速公路主要工程病害。荆沙公铁立交桥路段路面与路堤变形严重,对4个变形监测断面、32个地表位移监测点、8个地下水平位移监测孔的数千个观测数据的统计分析表明,该路段在观测期内产生了明显的沉降和水平位移,并具如下规律:路肩以内的填土体自身固结基本完成,由于固结而产生的沉降很小;水平位移较大的监测点处由于水平位移所诱发的沉降较大,并由此产生纵向裂缝;最大变形深度为5m,除局部边坡失稳外,绝大部分路堤趾部基本稳定,路堤的变形仅限于其内部;边坡上各监测点的变形远远大于路肩、趾部,边坡下部又较上部显著,说明路堤变形主要危险在于边坡的侧向变形,而边坡则通过滑塌调整其稳定性。  相似文献

隔堤填筑路堤或沿原河堤加宽是高等级公路经常采用的改扩建方式,路堤填筑后对原河堤的稳定性将产生怎样的影响,路堤自身的稳定性及变形破坏具有何特征,是目前沿河公路扩建工程中亟需解决的问题。结合依托工程的现场勘察和室内外试验结果,建立有限元模型,对路堤填筑前后及不同水位渗流条件下原河堤及路堤的稳定性进行了模拟计算和分析。计算结果表明:路堤填筑有利于提高原河堤的稳定性,稳定安全系数可提高约26%;隔堤填筑的路堤受多因素共同作用,容易产生较大的差异沉降,且工后固结时间长、沉降量大,工后沉降达总沉降的35%左右;隔堤填筑的路堤一般仅在远离原河堤一侧边坡发生剪切失稳破坏,渗流对路堤稳定性的影响较小,且不会改变路堤的破坏模式。数值模拟计算可以在工程实施前揭示隔堤填筑路堤的稳定性及变形破坏模式,从而为后一步的工程对策设计提供依据和参考。  相似文献

The seismic design method for earth structures considers only the safety factor, subsidence and sliding displacement. However, the estimation of the size of slope failures is necessary to judge the remaining function of an embankment after an earthquake event. The size of slope failures due to an earthquake is investigated by considering the heterogeneity of the ground strength and was based on slope stability analysis of two case histories: the 2001 Geiyo Earthquake (Mj6.7) and 2009 Suruga Bay Earthquake (Mj6.5). As a result, we propose a method for slope failure size estimation based on the maximum slip surface. The proposed method enables a rational assessment of the functional loss of an embankment in terms of the slope failure size.  相似文献

The ability to model and predict the formation of desiccation cracks is potentially beneficial in many applications such as clay liner design, earth dam construction, and crop science, etc. However, most studies have focused on statistical analysis of crack patterns and qualitative study of contributing factors to crack development rather than prediction. Because it is exceedingly difficult to capture the nonlinear processes during desiccation in analytical modelling, most such models handle crack formation without considering variation of material properties with time, and are unattractive to use in realistic modelling. The data obtained from laboratory experiments on clay soil desiccating in moulds were used as a basis to develop a more refined model of desiccation cracking. In this study, the properties, such as matric suction, stiffness and tensile strength of soil, and base adhesion, could be expressed approximately as functions of moisture content. The initial conditions and the development of suction due to desiccation and the varying material properties were inputted to UDEC, a distinct element code, using its internal programming language FISH. The model was able to capture some essential physical aspects of crack evolution in soil contained in moulds with varying lengths, heights, and materials of construction. Extension of this methodology is potentially beneficial not only for modelling desiccation cracking in clay, but also in other systems with evolving material properties such as concrete structures and road pavements. 本文用数值模拟的分析方法, 评价了三山岛金矿地下开采引起的开采效应及地表下沉盆地的变形特征。结果表明, 矿山地表是稳定的, 上部一期工程开采引起的地表最大下沉量不超过700mm, 深部开挖时不超过995mm左右;在采场充填的情况下, 地表下沉值将降低55%左右;由于矿山地表变形较小, 加之覆盖层第四纪中存在着两层总厚度8~12m的隔水粘水层, 因此不致沟通地表水与井下的直接联系而危及矿山的安全。  相似文献

伴随着地面沉降灾害的发生,地裂缝作为一种新的地质灾害出现在苏锡常平原上,已有十多年历史,给地区发展造成严重危害。作者在较详细地阐述区域地质背景基础上,着重分析了地下水位和地面沉降在地裂缝形成中的作用。确定了“起伏的基底外加地下水位和地面沉降作用”这一地裂缝成灾模式。研究认为地裂缝的发生与地下水及地面沉降之间不存在简单的线性关系。而是二者共同作用的结果,同时需要有量的配合。初步确定了水位埋深50m,地面沉降量达500mm这样一个苏锡常地区地裂缝的易发环境。通过文章的研究,使得苏锡常地区地裂缝的产生机制更加清晰。文中一些定性和半定量的分析结论将对该地区地裂缝防治区划产生指导作用。  相似文献

Homogeneous earth dams that are waterproofed with geomembranes are a suitable option for storing water and other sorts of liquids, like leachates from landfills. Such dams do not require complicated engineering technical calculations, their cost is usually low and they are not difficult to construct. To ensure the geotechnical safety of the dam, the slopes of the embankment must be correctly designed and constructed. This paper provides a set of nomograms which allow the user to get the safety factor of the slopes immediately. In some cases, it is only necessary to know previously the material classification according to the Unified Soil Classifications System. From this information it can be determined whether the material is appropriate or not. If the material classification is not available, geotechnical data of the material used in the construction of the embankment are needed. Examples of the application of nomograms are presented. Secondly, the paper includes a set of equations to calculate quickly the safety factor of a slope of earth upper than 7.5 m height.  相似文献
