破碎波浪砰击于导管架等海洋工程结构,产生瞬态强载荷及长时振动。高刚度金属结构可抵抗瞬时强载,但金属固有阻尼极低而难以有效抑制振动,从而加剧结构损伤乃至失效。为使单一结构同时具有高刚度和高阻尼,设计一种多稳态夹芯金属压杆,有限元模拟表明该类压杆稳态随循环载荷依序转换,对应刚度变化使力—位移间产生滞后关系,使高刚度金属压杆具有高效耗散能力;采用夹芯结构弹性理论和发展变边界结构稳定理论,给出了该类压杆的稳态转换阈值和刚度变化过程,与有限元模拟一致;以有限元模拟方法获得了承载和阻尼特性的几何参数相关性;以该类压杆替换导管架斜撑,用有限元方法模拟瞬态强载下结构振动,计算结果表明多稳态夹芯金属压杆保证导管架高刚度同时显著增强了阻尼。  相似文献

In this paper, reliability analysis for the offshore jacket platform with the interaction of structure- pile- soil under extreme environmental loads is carried out. The inherent uncertainties of the environmental load, foundation soil, platform itself, and calculating models are evaluated. The action of extreme loads on the offshore platform is modeled as a function of extreme wave height. The system capacity of the whole platform is determined by nonlinear pushover analysis, and the relevant probability property is obtained by the simulation method. The reliability model for the whole jacket platform is described as the relationship between the load and resistance based on the offshore design codes. The reliability of whole platform is calculated by the analytical method and the importance sampling method on the basis of a case study for a tripod jacket platform.  相似文献

在寒区海域,冰荷载是影响海洋平台安全运行的主要环境荷载之一,由其引起的冰激振动给平台结构及其上部设备带来了严重危害。为分析不同冰况下平台的振动响应,本文建立了导管架海洋平台冰激振动的离散元(DEM)-有限元(FEM)耦合模型。采用具有黏接-破碎性能的等粒径球体离散单元对海冰的破碎特性进行模拟,通过由梁单元构建的海洋平台有限元模型获得结构的振动响应。在离散元与有限元的接触区域中实现了两个模型间计算参数的传递。为提高该耦合模型的计算效率和规模,发展了基于动力子结构方法的DEM-FEM耦合模型。为验证该耦合模型的有效性和可行性,将不同冰况下得到的冰荷载与ISO19906和JTS 144-1-2010标准进行了对比。结果表明,计算得到的冰荷载与标准相近,且冰厚与冰荷载呈二次非线性关系。同时,从冰速和冰厚两方面对比了渤海四桩腿JZ20-2 MUQ锥体导管架平台冰激振动加速度的数值结果和现场实测数据,发现冰速与振动加速度呈线性关系,冰厚与振动加速度呈二次非线性关系,并且振动加速度与冰速和冰厚平方的乘积呈线性关系。  相似文献

A template offshore platform, located in the Bohai Bay of China, has exhibited excessive, unexpected vibration un-der mildly hostile sea conditions, which has affected the normal operation of the platform. Since the structure was de-signed to sustain more severe wave climate, the cause of the excessive vibration has been suspected to originate from other sources. The main objectives of this study are to investigate the causes of the excessive vibration, and to explore possible remedies to solve the problem, In this paper, the vibration behavior of the offshore platform is analyzed by means of finite element (FE) modeling, field measurements and laboratory test. Results of analysis suggest that relative movement and impact between the piles and the jacket legs exist, i. e. the piles and the jacket are not perfectly connected. The discon-nection of the piles and jacket weakens the overall stiffness of the platform, and therefore produces unexpected excessive vibration. In this study, measures for reducing  相似文献

Economy and ice-resistance are two factors that must be considered in the design of offshore oil platforms in the Bohai Gulf. This paper focuses on the optimal design of ice-resistant offshore jacket platforms in the Bohai Gulf in consideration of fatigue life of tubular joints, with the minimum initial weight and satisfying dynamic properties. An efficient fatigue analysis procedure based on spectral analysis is proposed, in which a hybrid finite element model is adopted to simulate the jacket platform and the tubular joints, and the pseudo-excitation method is used to calculate the power spectral density of the hot spot stress. Finally, a practical jacket platform with an ice-breaking cone in the Bohai Gulf is optimized, and the results demonstrate that the fatigue life of tubular joints could be improved and the weight of jackets decreased simultaneously.  相似文献

针对在役老龄导管架平台进行倒塌计算分析,确定极限承载力进而评估老龄导管架的安全裕度。采用非线性有限元方法,考虑平台的波流载荷及桩-土的非线性相互作用,利用SACS软件建立导管架整体三维有限元计算分析模型,并用逐步加载的方式,对南海某导管架平台进行了全过程非线性倒塌分析。计算分析表明,该导管架平台极限强度很高,具有较大的安全裕度;导管架倒塌过程呈逐步破坏形式,先是撑杆屈服,造成局部结构破坏,然后是钢桩发生屈服,降低结构承载力,最后节点逐步失效,造成结构倒塌。揭示了导管架平台结构失效倒塌的机理,给出了倒塌分析的可行方法和步骤。  相似文献

桩基础是海洋导管架平台结构中的重要组成部分,其贯入深度对海洋平台的造价和运营期间的安全性能起着重要的影响。本文在考虑桩-土之间相互作用非线性特性的基础上,采用非线性等效弹筑模拟海底土层对桩基的作用,对桩基进行有限元分析。由于影响海洋导管架平台桩基础贯入深度的因素很多,而且有些因素带有很大的模糊性,本文采用两级模糊模式优选模型对影响因素进行综合评判,最后得出了适合给定荷载和海底地条件下最为合理的桩基贯入深度方案,具有一定的工程应用价值。  相似文献

现有服役海洋平台正逐步走向老龄化,海洋平台拆除成为海洋工程新的经济增长点。针对达到服役年限的导管架平台,基于数值分析方法模拟拆除过程,开展平台在不同拆除阶段和环境载荷等参数下的稳定性及影响规律研究。基于钢结构整体稳定性理论,以导管架平台拆除过程中顶点位移为参考,定义导管架平台拆除作业稳定性指标,提出拆除作业阶段划分方法,通过分析导管架平台在不同影响因素作用下拆除过程稳定性响应,给出拆除作业建议。选取我国南海某4裙12腿进行实例分析,结果表明:主桩腿对导管架平台起决定性承载作用,拆除部分主桩腿后需要引入外部支撑力,以保证拆除作业安全进行;拆除构件越多,来浪方向和环境载荷大小对平台影响越加显著。研究结果可为导管架平台拆除作业提供参考。  相似文献

With the introduction of the design variables of nodal coordinates,which reflect the em-bedded depth of the pile and the jacket bed height,a shape optimum design model for offshore jacket plat-forms is established.A sequential two-level optimum algorithm is developed based on the design variablegradation.On the basis of the finite element method,the sensitivity of the objective function and nodal dis-placement is analyzed.As an example,the BZ281 oil storage offshore platform,which lies in the Bohai oilfield,is designed with the shape optimum model.The results are compared with the cross-section optimumdesign.The tendency of design variables and its reasons in the two methods are analyzed.In the shapeoptimum design,the value of objective function is obviously smaller than that of the initial design and thecross-section optimum design.Therefore,the advantage of structure shape optimum design for jacket plat-forms is remarkable.  相似文献

采用非线性倒塌分析方法,考虑桩-土-结构的非线性相互作用,研究了导管架平台在极端荷载作用下承载能力的计算模型,分析了平台结构体系在极端荷载作用下的全倒塌全过程,在此基础上,结合蒙特卡洛法,提出了海洋导管架平台结构的体系可靠度计算方法。最后对工程实例-涠11-4C海洋平台的结构进行了体系可靠性分析,并对比分析了不同的荷载效应计算公式对计算经的影响,研究表明计算经满足工程设计要求,便于工程应用。  相似文献

为了快速并有效地计算海洋平台等薄壁箱型梁结构的约束扭转极限承载能力,进行了薄壁梁约束扭转极限承载能力简化计算方法研究.基于塑性极限状态分析理论,提出了薄壁梁约束扭转极限状态应力分布假设,将薄壁梁视作为一系列由主要支撑构件和扶强材支撑的板格,推导了薄壁梁约束扭转极限承载能力上限的计算公式.应用非线性有限元方法验证了所提假设和计算公式的精度,将所提方法应用于箱型梁模型和半潜平台的约束扭转极限承载能力的计算分析,并与非线性有限元结果进行了比对,结果表明,本方法具有较高的精度,可用于海洋平台等薄壁梁的扭转极限承载力上限的估算.  相似文献

The offshore jacket platform is a complex and time-varying nonlinear system,which can be excited of harmful vibration by external loads.It is difficult to obtain an ideal control performance for passive control methods or traditional active control methods based on accurate mathematic model.In this paper,an adaptive inverse control method is proposed on the basis of novel rough neural networks (RNN) to control the harmful vibration of the offshore jacket platform,and the offshore jacket platform model is established by dynamic stiffness matrix (DSM) method.Benefited from the nonlinear processing ability of the neural networks and data interpretation ability of the rough set theory,RNN is utilized to identify the predictive inverse model of the offshore jacket platform system.Then the identified model is used as the adaptive predictive inverse controller to control the harmful vibration caused by wave and wind loads,and to deal with the delay problem caused by signal transmission in the control process.The numerical results show that the constructed novel RNN has advantages such as clear structure,fast training speed and strong error-tolerance ability,and the proposed method based on RNN can effectively control the harmfid vibration of the offshore jacket platform.  相似文献

In this paper,the analysis method of stochastic response of piled offshore platform excited bystationary filtered white noise is presented.With this method,the strong ground motion is considered asthree direction stationary filtered white noise process,the theoretic solutions of three special integrationequations are derived with the residue theorem,and the expression of response nodal displacements andmember forces of offshore platform excited by the stationary filtered white noise is put forward.Thestochastic response of a piled offshore platform excited by the stationary filtered white noise,which is lo-cated 114.3m in water depth,is computed.The results are compared with those obtained with the re-sponse spectrum analysis method and the stationary white noise model analysis method,and the corre-sponding conclusion is drawn.  相似文献

传统的卡箍设计方法是通过建立海洋平台有限元模型并在强度分析基础上提取受损单元处完好时的最大载荷,将此载荷作为卡箍设计的初始条件。而卡箍实际承担的是平台安装上卡箍之后载荷重新分担下相应受损处承受的载荷,一般会比初始设计载荷大。着重研究载荷重新分担对膨胀式自应力灌浆卡箍防滑设计和防撬设计的影响,针对渤海湾中主要承受冰载荷作用的一个典型平台结构,提出了在线单元平台有限元模型上近似模拟卡箍的方法,提取载荷重新分担下的卡箍设计载荷进行了分析。结果表明载荷重新分担对卡箍防滑设计影响较小,但对防撬设计有着显著影响,并对此提出了在螺栓设计时增加螺栓预紧力安全系数的应对措施。  相似文献

Based on the consideration of operation environment and structural property, an optimnm design model of offshore jacket platform is developed in this paper, namely, the reliability-based full-life cycle optimum design model. In this model, the time-dependent reliability assessment method for structural members is established by combination of the decrease, of sectional size and performance deterioration of material. The initial investment, maintenance cost and failure loss cost are assembled into the model. The total cost of the platform structure system in its full service period is chosen as the objective function, and the initial reliabilities of the layer elements partitioned in advance are taken as the design variables. Different models are obtained, depending on whether the system reliability eonstraint is considered or not. This optimum design model can result in the lowest full-life cost and the optimal initial layer reliability of an offshore jacket platform in the design of marine structures. The feasibility of this model is illustrated with an actual jacket platform in the Liaodong Gulf as an example.  相似文献
