随着新能源电动汽车的发展,磷酸铁锂(LiFePO4,LFP)电池的报废量逐年剧增,由于其有价金属锂含量低,回收经济性差,近年来废旧LFP的低成本回收成为研究热点。基于同构诱导置换浸出,以FeCl3为浸出剂,在固-液反应体系中探究了FeCl3对LFP中的锂浸出的影响因素,利用未反应核收缩模型探究了两个浸出阶段的宏观动力学。结果表明,增大FeCl3/LFP摩尔比、减小固液比和升高反应温度可以显著促进锂的浸出;在浸出前4 min内,锂浸出速率主要受固态产物层内扩散过程控制,表观活化能为6.68 kJ/mol; 4 min后锂浸出速率受流体膜外扩散、产物层内扩散和化学反应混合机制的控制。 相似文献

采用恒界面池法研究了钠皂二-(2-乙基己基)磷酸(P204)萃取锂的动力学,考察了搅拌强度、界面面积、反应温度和反应物浓度等因素对锂萃取速率影响。通过搅拌强度、界面积和温度对萃取速率影响规律判别该萃取过程为扩散和界面化学反应共同控制,萃取过程表观活化能为19.95 kJ·mol-1。基于反应物浓度对萃取速率影响,确定初始萃取速率方程为[RLi, init= (0.0048±0.0007)?nLi+?nNaA],Li+与A-(P204阴离子)在界面处生成LiA的反应为萃取锂过程的决速步骤。 相似文献

采用三电极体系,以Ag/AgCl为参比电极,Ti片为辅助电极,用伏安法和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)研究了酸性溶液中Mn2+在玻碳电极表面的氧化机理,讨论了扫描速度、温度、酸度等对Mn2+氧化电位及电流的影响。结果表明,常温下控制Mn2+和H2SO4浓度,阳极反应为Mn2+→Mn OOH。当温度升高时,由于阳极大量释放O2,进而发生4Mn OOH+O2→4Mn O2+2H2O反应。因此,通常Mn2+在H2SO4溶液中升温电解的主要阳极反应为,Mn2+→Mn4+→Mn(OH)4,当温度升高至70℃以上时有Mn3+生成,但Mn3+不稳定发生歧化反应生成Mn2+和Mn O2。 相似文献

通过对4-叔丁基-2-(α-甲苄基)苯酚(t-BAMBP)萃取微量铷的性能的研究,详细考察了稀释剂、碱度和温度对萃取的影响。实验结果表明,在260#溶剂油体系中,铷的分配比较之在环己烷体系和四氯化碳体系高;强碱性环境和低温条件有利于铷的萃取。同时通过斜率法和饱和法确定了萃合物组成为RORb·ROH,并研究了萃取过程的热焓、吉布斯自由能及熵变等基础热力学性质,结果表明该萃取反应为放热反应,萃取过程熵减。 相似文献

采用基于扩展UNIQUAC模型的AQSOL027软件针对水盐体系Li-Na-K-Mg-Cl-SO_4-H_2O的六个五元子体系进行相平衡理论计算,首次报道了多个五元子体系在多个温度条件下的相图,将计算相图与已有实验相图以及基于其它热力学模型的计算相图进行了比较。结果表明:AQSOL027在相图计算中具有较好的准确性和可靠性。AQSOL027是一款基于Excel、用于计算复杂多温水—盐体系Li-Na-K-Mg-Ca-H-Cl-(HSO_4/SO_4)-(CO_2/HCO_3/CO_3)-(H_3BO_3/B_4O_7/BO_2)-OH-H_2O的计算机软件,集成了扩展UNIQUAC模型和相平衡算法,该软件可结合SysCAD和Aspen过程模拟器,实现盐田工艺过程的计算机辅助设计。 相似文献

The aim of this study is to analyze hydrothermal gold–silver mineral deposits potential in the Taebaeksan mineralized district,
Korea, using an artificial neural network (ANN) and a geographic information system (GIS) environment. A spatial database
considering 46 Au and Ag deposits, geophysical, geological, and geochemical data was constructed for the study area using
the GIS. The geospatial factors were used with the ANN to analyze mineral potential. The Au and Ag mineral deposits were randomly
divided into a training set (70%) to analyze mineral potential using ANN and a test set (30%) to validate predicted potential
map. Four different training datasets determined from likelihood ratio and weight of evidence models were applied to analyze
and validate the effect of training. Then, the mineral potential index (MPI) was calculated using the trained back-propagation
weights, and mineral potential maps (MPMs) were constructed from GIS data for the four training cases. The MPMs were then
validated by comparison with the test mineral occurrences. The validation results gave respective accuracies of 73.06, 73.52,
70.11, and 73.10% for the training cases. The comparison results of some training cases showed less sensitive to training
data from likelihood ratio than weight of evidence. Overall, the training cases selected from 10% area with low and high index
value of MPML and MPMW gave higher accuracy (73.52 and 73.10%) for MPMs than those (73.06 and 70.11%, respectively) from known deposits and 10%

一定的泥岩地球化学特征对应于特定的源区和构造环境,利用主量元素图解可以进行盆地物源分析。通过对思茅盆地江城勐野井矿区含盐系勐野井组(K2me)及其下伏扒沙河组(K1p)泥、砂岩的主量元素地球化学特征分析,并结合岩石薄片观察结果,表明物源区母岩类型主要为长英质岩石;通过SiO2-K2O/Na2O及K2O/Na2O-SiO2/Al2O3判别图分析,认为源区的构造背景具有类似于被动大陆边缘的特征;成分变异指数ICV、化学蚀变指数CIA表明研究区砂、泥岩物源区经受了较强的化学风化作用。 相似文献

使用盐湖提锂镁渣和矿物掺合料,如粉煤灰、硅灰和矿渣等,与磷酸二氢钾反应,制作磷酸钾镁水泥(Magnesium Potassium Phosphate Cement,MKPC)。研究了MgO/KH2PO4摩尔配比(M/K)和矿物掺合料对MKPC凝结时间、抗压强度和水化放热速率的影响,并使用X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)和低真空扫描电子显微镜(Scanning Electron Microscopy,SEM)分析MKPC的水化产物。研究表明,M/K对MKPC抗压强度影响显著,最佳M/K为4~6。M/K为5时,MKPC在各龄期的抗压强度值均较高,28d抗压强度高达98MPa。掺加矿物掺合料会降低MKPC的抗压强度,当粉煤灰、硅灰和矿渣的掺量分别为水泥质量的20%,10%和20%时,28d抗压强度可以分别达到45.9MPa、33.3MPa和36.7MPa。凝结时间超过20min,能够满足快速修复的要求。在不考虑Mg3B2O6的影响下,掺加矿物掺合料会延缓MKPC凝结时间和降低放热速率。 相似文献

察尔汗盐湖赋存有硫酸镁亚型和氯化物型两种水化学类型,沉积了中国最大的液体钾镁盐矿床。为解释察尔汗盐湖卤水矿床成因,拟在别勒滩、达布逊、察尔汗和霍布逊区段选择4个剖面,剖面深度在0~7 m之间,属于全新统上含盐组的上部盐层,每隔10cm进行采样,运用XRD半定量方法分析矿物组合特征。结果表明,整个湖区矿物组合由石盐、石膏、水氯镁石和碳酸盐组成,其平均含量分别为70%、4.7%、3.4%和1%;显示其矿物组合特征简单,盐层主要沉积石盐而贫石膏和碳酸盐矿物。同时,研究发现各区段石膏(硫酸盐矿物)平均含量自西向东明显下降,含镁矿物平均含量自西南向东北明显下降。结合察尔汗盐湖区卤水化学组成和水化学类型的分带,基本符合盐湖北部和东北部卤水富Ca~(2+),贫Mg~(2+)和SO_4~(2-)的沉积事实,进一步说明盐湖北部和东北部卤水和盐类沉积受具有氯化物型盐泉水的补给影响,为察尔汗盐湖混合掺杂成因提供了一定的矿物学证据。 相似文献

Mineral prospectivity mapping is an important preliminary step for mineral resource exploration. It has been widely applied to distinguish areas of high potential to host mineral deposits and to minimize the financial risks associated with decision making in mineral industry. In the present study, a maximum entropy (MaxEnt) model was applied to investigate its potential for mineral prospectivity analysis. A case study from the Nanling tungsten polymetallic metallogenic belt, South China, was used to evaluate its performance. In order to deal with model over-fitting, varying levels of β j -regularization were set to determine suitable β value based on response curves and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves, as well as via visual inspections of prospectivity maps. The area under the ROC curve (AUC = 0.863) suggests good performance of the MaxEnt model under the condition of balancing model complexity and generality. The relative importance of ore-controlling factors and their relationships with known deposits were examined by jackknife analysis and response curves. Prediction–area (P–A) curves were used to determine threshold values for demarcating high probability of tungsten polymetallic deposit occurrence within small exploration area. The final predictive map showed that high favorability zones occupy 14.5% of the study area and contain 85.5% of the known tungsten polymetallic deposits. Our study suggests that the MaxEnt model can be efficiently used to integrate multisource geo-spatial information for mineral prospectivity analysis. 相似文献

采用等温溶解平衡法测定了含锂、硼硼酸盐水溶液体系在35℃时的溶解度、密度和折光率,根据实验数据,绘制了相应的溶解度图、密度图、折光率图和pH值图。该体系溶解度相图包含一个共饱点,两个单盐结晶区,分别为结晶相区较大的(L+ Mg2B6O11·15H2O)和结晶相区较小的(L + K2B4O7·4H2O),溶液体系中没有固溶体和复盐产生。溶液的密度、折光率和pH值随着硼酸钾溶液的浓度增大而呈现与规律的变化,并采用半经验公式对溶液的密度和折光率进行计算,计算值和实验值吻合较好。 相似文献

The replenishment source of Xidatan drinking mineral springs in island permafrost area on north slope of the Kunlun Mountains are mainly the melting water from the modern glaciers bottom, snow and ice melting water, atmospheric precipitation, and surface water in Yuzhu Peak area on the Kunlun Mountains. This scenario is based on the survey of hydrogeology, water-conducting and water-controlling faults, and water chemistry, and on the EH-4 high-frequency electronic deep exploration. The original water recharges the deep groundwater at fracture zone of active normal faults F3 and F4 , then groundwater enriches at normal faults F2 and F2-1,2 , and then run northward. A water-rich triangle area is formed when groundwater reach the active reverse fault F1 . Groundwater then discharges through fracture zone of F1 , which is the major cause of the Xidatan mineral springs formation. 相似文献

研究了氯化镁原矿与二次水的溶解实验,采用ICP和XRD对滤液及滤渣组成进行了分析。结果表明:100 mL二次水溶解350 g氯化镁原矿,经过滤后滤液中NaCl、KCl和CaSO_4含量达到最低值。滤液经一段和二段蒸发水量分别为16.25 g和45.34 g,二段蒸发结晶产品的杂质NaCl、KCl和CaSO_4含量(%)达到最低值,分别为0.46、0.12和0.042。通过溶解实验,在最大程度上增大了溶液中氯化镁的质量分数,减少了溶液中杂质含量,为一段蒸发析晶除杂及二段蒸发结晶降低了能耗、节约了生产成本。 相似文献
