地质标准物质是保障地质样品分析结果准确性的重要基准。目前,一级地质标准物质数量居十三大类首位,形成了具有国际影响力的地质标准物质体系。本文依据基体类型和定值特性,将一级地质标准物质划分为基础、矿石、海洋、环境、能源和特殊用途等六类,总结了各类标准物质的研制数量、特点、定值指标、应用范围及意义。针对现阶段数量众多的地质标准物质在应用中还存在研制数量少、系列化不足、基体类型单一、定值指标少等问题,本文分析了不同类型存在的具体问题及产生的原因,探究研制技术成熟的地质标准物质中仍有多种成分难定值以及定值方法单一的可能原因,重点讨论了标准物质研制技术中影响定值水平的细节问题:(1)阐述了均匀性检验测量方法的优缺点,XRF法以其高精密度的优势应用于均匀性检验值得关注和研究;(2)提出了考虑元素性质、含量级次兼顾测试技术评定均匀性未检元素的不确定度评定方法;(3)分析了稳定性不确定度在总不确定度构成中成为主要贡献量的原因是当前的计算方法造成的,有待于进一步研究合理的评定方法;(4)建议针对不同类型标准物质,制定相对扩展不确定度控制限以获得准确可靠的标准值。结合当前地质标准物质存在的不足和工作需求,本...  相似文献

地质标准物质是地质材料分析的计量标准,在分析质量监控、仪器校准和分析方法评价中发挥着重要作用。地质标准物质大多为粉体材料,而粒度是粉体材料的一项重要特性指标。长期以来,地质标准物质的粒度一直采用过筛法检测;近年来在超细标准物质研制中引入了以激光粒度仪为代表的现代粒度分析方法,并以直观的粒度分布图和简洁的特征粒度来表达分析结果,大大提升了粉体地质标准物质粒度特性的测量及表征水平。在此工作基础上,测量了正在广泛使用的典型地质标准物质的粒度分布,获得了前所未知的粒度分布信息,为这些标准物质的正确使用和取样不确定度评价提供了有益的资料。简单地介绍了检测粉体材料颗粒特性的现代方法,讨论了地质分析与粒度分析在概念上的差异,并就今后地质标准物质乃至地质分析样品的粒度检测与表征方法提出了建议。  相似文献

地质填图是一项旨在查明国家基本地质情况的超前性、公益性、战略性、多用途的基础性地质工作,为资源勘查、环境保护、工程建设、城市规划、国土开发利用、地球科学发展等提供重要支撑。完善的技术标准是区域地质调查的重要技术保障。中国的地质填图技术标准经历半个多世纪的发展,形成了基本完善的技术标准体系。随着经济与科技的发展,当前地质填图技术标准未能与实际工作同步跟进,出现技术标准难以满足当前地质填图工作需求、地质填图标准不统一、标准体系不完善等问题。在新形势下,根据中国半个多世纪以来地质填图技术标准体系的发展经验,学习国外发达国家先进的地质填图理念、方法和标准,结合中国地质填图工作实际状况与需求,在分析梳理地质填图标准的基础上,提出地质填图标准体系框架和推进地质填图标准更新与完善的建议,以满足现代地质填图需求。  相似文献

本文以敞开式四酸溶样,电感耦合等离子体质谱测定了新疆、青海区调样品中的Co、Mo、W、Pb等元素,并把ICP-MS、ICP-AES和XRF三个大型仪器对新疆卡克-色帕巴衣地区样品的测定结果进行了比较,确定了区调样品元素分析方法的配套方案,并对溶样过程进行了一系列的优化,其方法检出限和精密度均符合DZ0130.4-2006及补充说明中1﹕5万化探样品标准要求。经国家标准物质验证,结果与标准值相符。优化的分析方法快速灵敏度高,能用于地球化学填图计划中分析测试任务, 同时也用于日常大规模多元素分析。  相似文献

The Council for Geoscience (CGS, South Africa) has a statutory mandate to carry out regional geochemical mapping in South Africa that needs to be rapidly and accurately analysed. Both simultaneous X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (S-XRF) and a newly developed method using inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) were employed. Various trace elements that could not previously be analysed by S-XRF can now be analysed by ICP-MS for the regional geochemical mapping programme, e.g., Cd, Mo, Te and Li. Using both techniques, the CGS aims to report element distributions for some fifty elements. To ensure that element concentration levels correlate over map boundaries, quality control measures in the sampling, sample preparation and analyses were of critical importance. This paper aims to discuss the sample preparation and quality control measures as applied to the ∼5500 samples of the Giyani and Tzaneen 1:100000 scale map sheets sampled at a density of one soil sample per km2. ICP-MS batch- and instrumental drift-correction procedures will be discussed. As a final step, geochemical data were overlain over simplified geological maps using geographical information system software. These maps complement existing geological information of South Africa, help in the identification of exploration targets, test exploration models and initiate further geological research.  相似文献

A simultaneous multi-element method is described for the determination of six elements of importance in geochemical investigations of mineralization processes in granites. After a mixed acid sample digestion, the elements Be, Li, Nb, W, Mo and Sn are determined by inductively coupled plasma spectrometry. Possible sources of bias due to incomplete sample dissolution and from spectral interferences were investigated. Analysis of 16 geological reference standard samples and a number of enriched samples demonstrates the accuracy and precision of the method for the study of mineralized granites and for several other geochemical sample types as well.  相似文献

用电感耦合等离子体质谱法和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定高钙碳酸盐样品中的铜和镍。通过试验分析了高钙碳酸盐样品中钙对铜、镍测定的影响,并确定其影响因子,提出两套检测高钙碳酸盐样品中铜、镍的方案。方法经国家标准物质验证,测定值与标准值相符;相对标准偏差(RSD,n=10)两元素均小于2%。  相似文献

This review describes recent developments in trace element analysis using inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) and inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). It aims to focus on the application of ICP techniques to geological and environmental samples. Therefore, fundamental studies in ICP-MS and ICP-AES instrumentation have largely been ignored. Whereas the majority of literature reviewed related to ICP-MS, indicating that ICP-MS is now the preferred technique for all geological analysis, there is still a steady development of ICP-AES to environmental applications. It is clear that true flexibility in elemental analysis can only be achieved by combining the advantages of both ICP-AES and ICP-MS. Two particular groups of elements (long-lived radionuclide and the platinum-group elements) stood out as warranting dedicated sections describing analytical developments these areas.  相似文献

Results are presented for 26 to 30 trace elements determined in four rock reference materials of geochemical interest: USGS Basalt BHVO-1, Rhyolite Obsidian NIST 278, Basalt NIST688, and Phosphate Rock NIST694. Determinations were made by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Good agreement was obtained among solution standard comparison and standard addition analytical techniques, and among samples prepared with different dissolution methods. Generally good agreement was obtained between determined trace element values and values reported in the literature.  相似文献

Experimental data for eleven rare-earth elements (REE) obtained by inductively coupled plasma spectrometry (ICP) in five French geochemical reference standards (BE-N, BR, DR-N, GS-N and FK-N)are presented. The method is based on acid digestion of the sample and cation-exchange separation from matrix elements.
Together with these new determinations an updated compilation of these reference materials are presented. Good agreement between the present results and previously preferred and published values obtained by various analytical techniques is observed. The values obtained in the present work corroborate the validity of the outlined method.  相似文献

This review describes significant developments in trace element determination using inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) and inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) that were reported in 2004 and 2005. It focuses on the application of ICP techniques to geological and environmental samples; fundamental studies in ICP-MS and ICP-AES instrumentation are not included. The literature reviewed indicated that the majority of new publications concerned advances in ICP-MS analysis rather than ICP-AES. However, ICP-AES developments are still being published, particularly in the areas of sample preconcentration and sample introduction. The trend in increasing publication of developments in hyphenated speciation techniques looks set to persist as knowledge of elemental speciation becomes critical for many environmental studies. Collision or reactions cells were the most reported technique for spectral interference removal in ICP-MS, probably reflecting the growing adoption of cell instruments in laboratories during the last few years.  相似文献

Data on three Japanese geochemical reference samples (JR-1, JA-1, and JB-2) are presented. Ten major and thirty-five trace element concentrations were determined using x-ray fluorescence, instrumental thermal neutron activation, thermal neutron capture prompt gamma-ray spectrometry, delayed neutron assay, automated thermal neutron activation analysis, inductively coupled plasma emission, atomic absorption, and ion selective electrode. Good agreement between the various methods and with recent literature values were obtained using error weighted mean concentrations for the samples.  相似文献

This review describes developments in trace element determination using inductively coupled plasma‐atomic emission spectrometry (ICP‐AES) and inductively coupled plasma‐mass spectrometry (ICP‐MS) that were reported in 2006 and 2007. It focuses on the application of ICP techniques to geological and environmental samples; fundamental studies in ICP‐MS and ICP‐AES instrumentation have largely been ignored. New advances in ICP‐MS and ICP‐AES were incremental over this period, partly because both techniques are now well‐established. A continuing shift towards the hyphenation of low‐flow separation techniques has sparked activity in the development of appropriate low‐flow interfaces, and papers discussing interference removal also contribute significantly to the volume of research for both ICP‐AES and ICP‐MS. Whereas the majority of new ICP publications concerned advances in ICP‐MS analysis rather than ICP‐AES, development for ICP‐AES still occurs in almost all areas, particularly in sample introduction and hyphenated techniques.  相似文献
