宁夏产业结构演进与经济增长系统研究 总被引：6，自引：5，他引：6
产业结构的演进与升级一定程度上反映了区域经济的发展阶段与发展能力。以1978-2003年的统计数据为基础,系统研究了宁夏产业结构变迁与区域经济发展的关系。研究结果表明:(1)宁夏产业结构的变化符合产业结构变迁的一般规律,但产业结构高度化水平依然低下;(2)宁夏产业结构变迁的空间集聚效应明显;(3)宁夏产业结构演进对经济增长的影响形成产业结构偏离为正,竞争力偏离份额为负型、产业结构偏离为正,竞争力偏离份额为正型和产业结构偏离为负,竞争力偏离份额为正型三种类型;(4)产业结构变迁对各地区经济增长的影响差异较大。研究指出,在西部大开发和区域经济一体化进程中,以及在国家和地区产业政策调整的背景下,建立产业协调与分工合作机制,发展特色优势产业,推进重点地带布局开发,形成区域性“群落型”经济优势,成为新时期宁夏产业结构调整的战略选择。 相似文献

选取1995-2004年数据，对福建省各地区经济增长情况进行偏离-份额分析，以此为依据对福建省9个地级市进行聚类分析，将其产业结构的特点分成产业结构贡献率与竞争力贡献率都大于零、产业结构贡献率小于零而竞争力贡献率大于零、产业结构贡献率和竞争力贡献率都小于零三类，说明福建省产业结构地区差异明显，并对不同地区产业结构对经济增长的贡献情况进行分析，以期为福建省各地区产业结构调整和优化提供一定的参考价值。 相似文献

以1978-2006年统计数据为基础,采用产业经济学、计量经济学和统计学的相关方法,对甘肃省改革开放以来的产业结构演进进行了定量分析,对其与同期全国产业结构演进进行了比较。研究结果表明,1978年以来,甘肃与全国产业结构演进存在差异,主要表现为:甘肃第二产业比重明显偏低,第三产业比重偏高;甘肃产业产值比重与就业比重不均衡度明显高于全国,近年有扩大趋势;甘肃的产业结构转换速度缓慢,且主要依赖第三产业的推动,转换方向不尽合理;甘肃经济增长结构效应在减弱,增长结构中夕阳产业比重高,比较优势产业竞争力有所提高。 相似文献

优化、高效的区域产业结构是区域社会经济发展的必备条件.本研究基于传统偏离-份额分析法(SSM)以及动态偏离-份额分析法对区域产业结构进行横向对比与纵向测度,从福建省的视角进行实证分析,旨在为区域产业结构优化升级、经济发展方式转变提供科学指导.研究表明:1)中国沿海地区的产业结构份额和产业竞争份额大部分大于全国平均水平,说明沿海地区相对于其他地区具有产业结构的优势;2)福建的经济增长主要是依靠全国经济增长的作用,而不是靠产业结构和产业竞争力的优势;3)相对于其他沿海地区,福建省的发展速度相对落后;4)福建省应利用区位优势,承接台湾地区的产业转移,促进福建省的产业结构优化升级. 相似文献

产业结构趋同是影响我国经济健康发展的重要问题之一。四川和重庆地缘相近,产业结构对两地区域经济协作和竞争有重要影响。川渝两地三次产业层面存在严重的产业结构趋同现象;工业行业结构相似性较三次产业结构相似性低,但也逐年走向收敛;但两地优势产业同构不显著。这与两地的自然基础、发展历史以及区域发展政策等有重要关系,也是两地产业结构协调发展的基础。 相似文献

运用产业结构演进评价指标和分析模型,定量研究了1978年以来吉林省产业结构演进的特征。研究表明:1978年以来,吉林省与全国的产业结构趋同严重,相似指数均在0.97以上;吉林省产值结构与就业结构不对称,就业结构与产业结构的总差距在缓慢增大;产业结构转换速度经历了先降后升的过程,近30年发展趋势表明吉林省的产业结构正处在向高级化演进的过程中,产业结构转换方向合理。2000年以来吉林省相对于全国的经济增长率有所提高,竞争力有所提升,但经济增长主要依靠第二产业的带动,产业结构仍需进一步调整优化。 相似文献

基于Shift-Share的辽宁老工业基地区域经济弹性特征分析 总被引：1，自引：0，他引：1
研究老工业基地经济弹性特征对于增强其应对国内外扰动,促进落后的老工业基地全面振兴具有重要意义。本文采用区域经济弹性概念,在对1990—2015年辽宁老工业基地经济周期划分的基础上,测度各城市不同周期中经济抵抗力和恢复力表征区域经济弹性,借助shift-share分析法将区域经济弹性分解为产业结构分量和区域竞争力分量,揭示区域经济弹性的作用机制,结果发现：在不同时段内的区域经济弹性具有动态差异性特征,辽宁省对冲击扰动的抵抗力较低,容易遭受冲击影响;城市产业结构和区域竞争力均对区域经济弹性产生重要作用,且区域竞争力起主导作用,当前辽宁区域经济弹性受产业结构素质低和竞争力弱双重约束;服务业受老工业基地“路径依赖”影响,长期存在结构水平低和竞争力弱问题,第二产业结构素质和竞争力不匹配问题严重,路径依赖下的制度锁定现象仍旧存在,这都限制了辽宁的区域经济弹性水平。针对区域经济弹性特征和内部机制,提出了促进辽宁老工业基地经济振兴的对策建议。 相似文献

综合应用产业结构超前系数、Lilien指数、More值以及结构偏离度等指标,以2004-2014年的相关统计数据为基础,对甘肃省产业转型升级方向、速度及产业结构高级化进行测度的基础上,运用shift-share模型将产业结构变化从要素生产率中分解出来,衡量了产业转型升级的经济增长效应。结果表明:(1)甘肃省第一产业比重不断下降,第二、三产业比重不断上升,产业结构已稳步实现以第二产业为主导的"二、三、一"产业演变格局。(2)2004-2014年,三次产业结构超前系数分别为-1.379、1.115和1.901,第一产业发展滞后,二、三产业发展较快,且不同时段发展速度各不相同。(3)甘肃省产业整体以0.087 1的Lilien值和4.364 6的向量夹角升级,转型升级的速度较快但趋缓态势显著。2010年以来产业结构呈现出明显的"服务经济化"趋势。(4)产业转型升级的经济效应主要源于产业内技术进步,结构效应较低,但对经济增长的贡献不可小觑。尤其是第三产业,其总结构效应为9.021 3%,第三产业转型升级对经济增长具有显著的正向贡献;第二产业结构变迁效应为负,主要在于就业结构与产业结构的不匹配。劳动力要素的优化配置对生产率的增长还有很大的提升空间,产业结构调整的空间依旧巨大。 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
