电感耦合等离子体光谱/质谱法测定环境样品中的硼   总被引:7,自引:3,他引:7  
采用HF-HNO3-H3PO4-HClO4密封溶样处理样品,电感耦合等离子体光谱/质谱法(ICP-AES/MS)测定农作物、膳食和粪便中的硼。所拟定的方法在测硼的同时,还可测定Cr、Cu、Li、V、Co、Zn、Sr、Cd、Ba、K、Na、Fe、Mn、Zn元素,可以为农作物和饮食中痕量元素研究提供参考。ICP-AES测定硼的方法检出限(3σ)为0.0063μg/mL,测定限(10σ,DF=100)为2.10μg/g;ICP-MS测定硼方法检出限(3σ)为0.0228ng/mL,测定限(10σ,DF=1000)为0.092μg/g。方法经植物国家一级标准物质GBW07602~07605验证,测定值与标准值接近,样品10次测定的RSD<10%。  相似文献

基于0.02mol/L的稀H2SO4介质中,痕量亚硝酸根对高碘酸钾氧化靛红的褪色反应有明显的催化作用,建立了痕量亚硝酸根的动力学光度测定法,方法检出限为0.072μg/L,线性范围为0~4.0μg/L。用于测定环境水样中的痕量亚硝酸根,结果与Griess法相符,6次测定结果的RSD<2.9%。  相似文献

8-羟基喹啉-5磺酸(HQS)螯合形成纤维制备容易,可用于痕量元素的分离富集。与相应的离子交换树脂相比,该纤维具有交换速率快、易洗脱等特点。经研究和改进,本文提出采用HQS整合形成纤维分离富集—火焰原子吸收光谱测定天然水中痕量Cu、Pb、Ni、Cd和Mn等元素的分析方法。方法的精密度和准确度较好。  相似文献

利用高效液相色谱-质谱/质谱法,同时测定饮用水中灭草松和2,4-D,水样经0.45μm微孔滤膜过滤后直接上机,经高效液相色谱分离后,采用质谱/质谱法测定。结果表明,灭草松和2,4-D分别在0.25~8.00μg/L和1.00~30.0μg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数分别为0.9987和0.9980,检出限为0.002μg/L和0.004μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为7.5%~8.0%和2.9%~4.8%,加标回收率分别在73.6%~90.4%和90.3%~103.0%之间。完全满足饮用水中灭草松和2,4-D的测定。  相似文献

建立了利用分离-抑制型电导检测离子色谱法测定30%二次精盐水中痕量铵的方法。以高容量IonPac CS16阳离子交换分离柱分离,甲烷磺酸淋洗液一步梯度洗脱,抑制型电导检测。对铵离子检测方法的线性范围为5~100μg/L,相关系数为0.9995,铵的检出限(S/N=3)为1.9μg/L。方法成功用于二次精盐水中痕量铵的检测。对样品进行加标回收试验,回收率为88%~107%。样品只需简单稀释、过滤后即可直接进样分析。方法操作简单、选择性好、灵敏度高。  相似文献

利用自行研制的高灵敏度手持式光度计对环境水样中的痕量铀进行了分析测定,讨论了波长、pH值、显色剂等主要因素对分析结果的影响,建立了应用手持式光度计进行环境水样中痕量铀测定的新方法。实验结果表明,与普通分光光度计相比,本方法具有仪器简单小巧,功耗低,灵敏度高,精密度好等特点。方法的检出限为0.05μg/L,线性范围为0.05~100μg/L,应用于自来水、湖水、河水、矿泉水和尾矿坝水样中痕量铀的测定,相对标准偏差为RSD=1.04%~2.78%(n=3),加标回收率为95.7%~100.4%。  相似文献

水作为人体摄入碘元素的主要来源,准确测定其中的碘化物含量具有现实意义。目前常用于水样中碘化物分析的方法主要有离子色谱法、气相色谱法、比色法、分光光度法等,不同方法的测定结果会受到实际样品基质以及实验条件等因素的影响。本项目组织了38家实验室采用离子色谱法、淀粉分光光度法、催化还原分光光度法、电感耦合等离子体质谱法4种方法对天然水样中的碘化物含量进行测定,不同方法的测定值之间存在明显差异,数据间离散度较大,浓度在51.40~124.00mg/L范围内变化。基于此,本文采用HPLC-ICP-MS法对样品中的碘化物进行了定量分析,并通过考察该方法的精密度和正确度,在保证结果准确性的前提下,将碘化物测定结果与各家实验室结果进行比对。对比结果表明,对于碘离子,离子色谱法的测定值(83.38μg/L)与HPLC-ICP-MS的测定值基本一致(78.32μg/L),高浓度碘化物比色法的测定值(92.95μg/L)、硫酸铈催化分光光度法的测定值(101.84μg/L)和ICP-MS法的测定值(103.13μg/L)均高于HPLC-ICP-MS法的测定值。针对该结果,本文从各方法的原理和实验条件出发,探...  相似文献

荧光分光光度法测定痕量铌已有报导,其中文献曾报导过少数铌钽精矿样品中铌的测定,但未见广泛应用于各类地质样品中痕量铌的测定。我们在文献的基础上,进一步研究了铌在桑色素(morin)-十六烷三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)胶束体系的荧光特性,共存元素的干扰及其用阳离子树脂交换分离的条件。实验测得本法检出限为0.27ng/ml,测定限为0.54ng/ml,比文献提高1.9倍;0.5μgNb经11次测定标准偏差为0.0125,变动系数为2.49%;标准加入回收率为:96.00—110.00%。实验结果表明:本法具有简单、灵敏、准确等特点,适合于岩石、土壤、水系沉积物等成分复杂的地质样品中痕量铌的测定。  相似文献

银是高纯铟的常检痕量元素,由于银含量低,一般的分析方法难以达到期望的检出限。本研究样品用硝酸溶解,强酸性阳离子交换树脂分离,试液蒸发浓缩后用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定高纯铟中痕量银。通过溶样方法、离子交换分离条件和仪器测定条件实验,结果表明,以0.7 mol/L硝酸作为淋洗液进行分离,样品中痕量砷、铝、铁、锡及大量的铟可被分离除去;铜、镉、镁、镍、锌、铅、硅和铊不能与银分离,但对测定无影响。方法线性范围为0~50 pg,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=8)小于10%,银的检出限为0.3 pg,测定下限为0.8ng/g,比文献方法的0.02~1μg/g中最低者低2个数量级,加标回收率为93.3%~110.0%。本方法由于分离了基体铟,避免了铟对银测定的影响,兼之将试液浓缩,有效地降低了检出限,且测定时无需使用基体改进剂,成本低,灵敏度较高,适合于高纯铟中痕量银的分析。  相似文献

Pant-y-ffynnon Quarry in South Wales yielded a rich cache of fossils in the early 1950s, including articulated specimens of new species (the small sauropodomorph dinosaur Pantydraco caducus and the crocodylomorph Terrestrisuchus gracilis), but no substantial study of the wider fauna of the Pant-y-ffynnon fissure systems has been published. Here, our overview of existing specimens, a few described but mostly undescribed, as well as freshly processed material, provides a comprehensive picture of the Pant-y-ffynnon palaeo-island of the Late Triassic. This was an island with a relatively impoverished fauna dominated by small clevosaurs (rhynchocephalians), including a new species, Clevosaurus cambrica, described here from a partially articulated specimen and isolated bones. The new species has a dental morphology that is intermediate between the Late Triassic Clevosaurus hudsoni, from Cromhall Quarry to the east, and the younger C. convallis from Pant Quarry to the west, suggesting adaptive radiation of clevosaurs in the palaeo-archipelago. The larger reptiles on the palaeo-island do not exceed 1.5?m in length, including a small carnivorous crocodylomorph, Terrestrisuchus, and a possible example of insular dwarfism in the basal dinosaur Pantydraco.  相似文献

Lithostratigraphy, physicochemical stratigraphy, biostratigraphy, and geochronology of the 77–70 Ma old series bracketing the Campanian–Maastrichtian boundary have been investigated by 70 experts. For the first time, direct relationships between macro- and microfossils have been established, as well as direct and indirect relationships between chemo-physical and biostratigraphical tools. A combination of criteria for selecting the boundary level, duration estimates, uncertainties on durations and on the location of biohorizons have been considered; new chronostratigraphic units are proposed. The geological site at Tercis is accepted by the Commission on Stratigraphy as the international reference for the stratigraphy of the studied interval. To cite this article: G.S. Odin, C. R. The solubilities of columbite, tantalite, wolframite, rutile, zircon and hafnon were determined as a function of the water contents in peralkaline and subaluminous granite melts. All experiments were conducted at 1035 °C and 2 kbar and the water contents of the melts ranged from nominally dry to approximately 6 wt.% H2O. Accessory phase solubilities are not affected by the water content of the peralkaline melt. By contrast, solubilities are affected by the water content of the subaluminous melt, where the solubilities of all the accessory phases examined increase with the water content of the melt, up to 2 wt.% H2O. At higher water contents, solubilities are nearly constant. It can be concluded that water is not an important control of accessory phase solubility, although the water content will affect diffusivities of components in the melt, thus whether or not accessory phases will be present as restite material. The solubility behaviour in the subaluminous and peralkaline melts supports previous spectroscopic studies, which have observed differences in the coordination of high field strength elements in dry vs. wet subaluminous granitic glasses, but not for peralkaline granitic glasses. Lastly, the fact that wolframite solubility increases with increasing water content in the subaluminous melt suggests that tungsten dissolved as a hexavalent species.  相似文献

Calcite samples were extracted both from the rock matrix and the superficial coating of a karstified fault plane of an underground quarry, located in the eastern border of the Paris basin. The karstification is dated as Quaternary. Analysis of mechanical calcite twinning reveals that only the calcite matrix has also undergone a compression trending WNW that can be attributed to the Mio-Pliocene alpine collision. Both coating and matrix have undergone a strike-slip regime with σ1 roughly trending north–south, that could correspond to the regional present-day state of stress, a strike-slip compression rather trending NNW, modified by local phenomena.
