滇池沉水植物生长过程对间隙水氮、磷时空变化的影响   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
2015年6-10月通过原位采集滇池沉水植物分布区和无植物对照区柱状沉积物间隙水,分析其溶解性总氮(DTN)和溶解性总磷(DTP)、溶解性无机氮(DIN)和溶解性无机磷(DIP)及溶解性有机氮(DON)和溶解性有机磷(DOP)浓度的时空变化,探讨沉水植物分布对间隙水氮、磷浓度、形态贡献及氮磷比的影响.结果表明:滇池沉水植物生长过程显著影响间隙水氮、磷浓度.与无植物对照区相比,沉水植物生长过程对间隙水氮浓度的削减主要发生在6、8月,而对间隙水磷浓度的削减主要发生在7月,反映了沉水植物对氮、磷两种元素的生物地球化学循环作用机制不同;间隙水氮形态贡献受季节性影响较大,6-7月以DON贡献为主,沉水植物分布区和无植物对照区分别达到61%和84%;而8-10月以DIN贡献为主,沉水植物分布区和无植物对照区分别为76%和75%;沉水植物分布区磷形态贡献随季节波动变化,沉水植物分布区以DOP贡献为主(63%),无植物对照区以DIP贡献为主(62%);沉水植物生长对沉积物间隙水各形态氮磷比影响显著.沉水植物生长显著增加间隙水DTN/DTP比,尤其是DIN/DIP比,相反降低DON/DOP比.沉水植物对间隙水氮、磷吸收及转化过程改变了沉积物氮、磷释放机制,从而影响上覆水氮、磷组成及氮磷比,很可能会影响到浮游植物生长及藻类水华过程,这对于湖泊水质管理具有重要意义.  相似文献

长江中下游湖泊沉积物中磷的形态及藻类可利用量   总被引:13,自引:1,他引:13  
调研了长江中下游地区25个浅水湖泊的35个样点表层沉积物中磷的地球化学形态特征,以及太湖沉积物中藻类可利用磷(AAP)的空间分布,垂向分布特征及其蓄积量,探讨了浅水湖泊表层沉积物中磷的赋存量,地球化学形态及其与水草,湖水磷浓度,叶绿素(Chl-a)浓度之间的关系.结果表明,长江中下游地区浅水湖泊的表层沉积物中可交换态磷(Ex-P)含量与水体总磷(TP),溶解性总磷(DTP)及溶解性反应活性磷(SRP)浓度关系密切,有水草湖区的沉积物中生物易利用磷(Bio-P)含量显著低于无水草湖区及藻型湖区.太湖梅梁湾沉积物泥芯中,表层3 cm沉积物中Ex-P含量显著增高,而夏季还原条件下容易转变为溶解态磷的铁磷(Fe-P)含量峰值则出现在4~10cm深度.太湖表层沉积物的Bio-P含量与夏季叶绿素浓度密切相关,说明表层沉积物的Bio-P及AAP可以作为沉积物内源释放风险的指示参数.太湖表层1 cm底泥中所含有的AAP量估计多达268.6吨,风浪扰动能将大量的AAP带入水体,对太湖蓝藻水华暴发起着不可忽视的作用.  相似文献

为探讨水丝蚓(Tubificid worms)扰动对磷在湖泊沉积物-水界面间迁移的影响,选取太湖梅梁湾与大浦口两富营养化湖区为研究对象,通过室内培养实验,利用Rhizon间隙水采样器等技术,研究了水丝蚓扰动对太湖沉积物-水界面理化性质及溶解活性磷(SRP)在界面通量的影响.结果表明水丝蚓扰动能够增大表层沉积物含水率、氧化还原电位,减小间隙水中Fe2+浓度.水丝蚓没有显著改变梅梁湾间隙水中SRP浓度,同时促进了梅梁湾沉积物中SRP向上覆水的释放;但水丝蚓显著减小了大浦口间隙水中SRP浓度,并抑制了大浦口沉积物中SRP向上覆水的释放.水丝蚓扰动对磷在沉积物-水界面间迁移的不同影响可能是由沉积物中Fe2+含量差异较大造成的.  相似文献

香溪河是三峡库区最大的入库支流,目前关于香溪河沉积物微生物群落结构特征及其主要影响因素尚不明确。本研究监测香溪河上、中、下游上覆水及沉积物的主要理化指标,通过16S rDNA高通量测序研究香溪河表层沉积物中微生物群落结构特征,使用统计学软件分析细菌与理化指标间的关系。结果表明,上覆水中氨氮(NH3-N)、叶绿素a(Chl.a)浓度自下游向上游逐渐升高,其中NH3-N浓度从下游的2.04 mg/L升高到上游的3.14 mg/L。不同点位上覆水中磷酸盐(PO34-)浓度在0.14~0.18 mg/L之间波动;同一点位间隙水中NH3-N、PO43-浓度明显高于上覆水,10~15cm沉积物间隙水中NH3-N与PO43-浓度分别是0~5 cm沉积物间隙水的3.4倍和1.7倍。沉积物中Fe(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅲ)、酸可挥发性硫化物和铬还原性硫化物含量均表现为上游点位...  相似文献

描述了2005年6月月溯4个采样点沉积物不同形态氮含量、净硝化速率、净氮矿化速率与硝酸还原酶活性的垂直分布.亚表层(5·10cm)交换态No3-N含量最高,而有效态氮与交换态NH4 .N含量最低,故具临界意义.有效态氮多以交换态NH4 -N的形式贮存于表层(O-5com)与底层(>10cm),且底层含量较高,这种分布与缺氧状态有关.表层沉积物总氮和有机态氮含量、净硝化速率、净氮矿化速率与硝酸还原酶活性均高,间隙水中NH4 -N浓度亦取峰值,而溶解态NO3-N浓度最低,据此提出氮循环的基本过程:有机态氮经矿化与硝化产生NH4 -N与N3--N,同时导致有利于NH4 -N生成的缺氧状态,并促使部分No3--N异化还原为NH4 -N,二者共同构成表层间隙水中丰富的NH4 -N源.总之,富营养化湖泊表层沉积物富含有机态氨.故为氮生物地球化学循环的最为活跃的层面,而NH4 -N则为最具有效性且含量最高的形态.  相似文献

以淮南后湖非稳沉采煤沉陷区沉积物-水体界面为研究对象,分析该湖未开发区(A区)、水产养殖区(B区)和水生蔬菜种植区(C区)3个功能区上覆水-间隙水-沉积物体系中氮、磷分布及其迁移特征.结果表明,氮、磷在不同水体界面的分布差异较大.其中上覆水中氮、磷浓度表现为A区B区C区;间隙水中氮、磷分布差异不显著,然而各功能区间隙水的氮、磷浓度明显高于上覆水,氮、磷主要由间隙水向上覆水中移动;沉积物中氮、磷含量以C区最高.后湖采煤沉陷区水体表现出氮污染、磷限制的现象.  相似文献

采集未破坏沉积物结构的柱状沉积物样品,通过室内41 d的培养实验,研究了沉水植物生长过程对间隙水中NH_4~ -N和PO_4~(3-)-P的浓度的动态影响,分析了沉水植物生物量与沉积物中氮磷释放通量的对应关系.结果表明:随沉水植物生长和生物量增加,上部0-5 cm沉积物垂向各层间隙水中NH_4~ -N含量呈逐步降低,表现出沉积物-水界面氮的释放通量与沉水植物生物量存在负相关性;而间隙水PO_4~(3 )-P含量则随沉水植物生长呈单峰型变化,磷释放通量与生物量相关性不明显.初步反映沉水植物在沉积物的生长过程中对氮磷吸收的生物地球化学机制是不同的.  相似文献

对太湖主要湖区柱状样底泥的总氮、总磷含量及其间隙水铵态氮(NH^+4-N)、磷酸根磷(PO^3-4-P)和二价铁Fe(II)含量进行了分析,并对底泥和间隙水中相应物质含量进行了比较,结果表明:太湖近表层10cm内底泥TN、TP赋存含量较之下层高12%-20%左右,间隙水中PO^3+4-P和NH^+4-N含量随浓度增加而大致呈上升趋势,表层未见高浓度层存在,各湖区底泥间隙水中PO^3+4-P和NH^  相似文献

于太湖草源性"湖泛"暴发期,采集柱状沉积物并应用peeper被动采样装置获得"湖泛"区原位沉积物间隙水.泥水样品分析表明:"湖泛"发生水域表层(0~7 cm)沉积物的含水率、孔隙度和有机质含量均明显高于对照区,其中有机质含量更是对照区样品的4倍左右,沉水植物残体促使表层沉积物物化性质改变的作用明显;"湖泛"发生水域表层沉积物间隙水中铵态氮(NH+4-N)、溶解性反应磷(SRP)及Fe2+含量远高于未发生区,植物残体降解对沉积物厌氧环境的营造显著.运用分子扩散模型对沉积物释放通量估算:"湖泛"发生区沉积物NH+4-N、SRP和Fe2+的释放速率分别是对照区的49.8、15.3和123.1倍.研究认为,草源性"湖泛"水体氮、磷等营养物含量升高的主要原因是沉积物的释放,而"湖泛"所营造的厌氧环境是氮、磷释放急剧增加的主要驱动因素.  相似文献

湖泊水底Fe~(2+)和ΣS~(2-)浓度的快速增加是湖泛暴发最早发生于沉积物-水界面的主要前提,缺氧环境下水底扩散层附近Fe~(2+)和ΣS~(2-)的迁移是其在沉积物-水界面处稳定积累的重要原因.以蓝藻聚积水体沉积物-水界面为研究对象,应用湖泊过程模拟装置及间隙水被动采样等技术,重点研究了间隙水和底层上覆水中Fe~(2+)和ΣS~(2-)的垂向分布特征,并定量估算了二者的扩散通量及迁移方向.结果表明:湖泛样品水体沉积物-水界面处于典型的还原性环境,表层沉积物间隙水中Fe~(2+)和ΣS~(2-)浓度显著高于对照样品,二者在表层沉积物中积累趋势明显.湖泛水体沉积物-水界面处Fe~(2+)释放通量较高,表现出较强烈的自沉积物向上覆水方向的释放能力;而湖泛样品ΣS~(2-)在沉积物-水界面处释放通量为负,迁移方向为自上覆水向沉积物扩散.Fe~(2+)和ΣS~(2-)在湖泛水体沉积物-水界面处不同的迁移特征证明:缺氧/厌氧条件下,湖泊水体表层沉积物间隙水中高浓度Fe~(2+)向上覆水的扩散为湖泛致黑物质的形成提供了重要的物质基础;底层上覆水及界面水中SO~(2-)4在表层沉积物中被还原,为终端还原产物ΣS~(2-)为湖泛致黑物质的形成提供了另一重要物质来源.  相似文献

采用扩散模型法与实验培养法对鄱阳湖沉积物和水界面间可溶性总磷和可溶性磷酸盐的界面交换过程进行研究,并探讨了其影响因素.结果表明,利用2种方法得到鄱阳湖各站点可溶性总磷和可溶性磷酸盐在沉积物与水界面间的交换方向不完全相同,大部分站点沉积物是磷的源,其中,利用扩散模型法估算的可溶性总磷和可溶性磷酸盐平均扩散通量分别为0.052和0.047 mg/(m~2·d),而实验培养法测得可溶性总磷和可溶性磷酸盐的平均交换通量则分别为0.25和0.24 mg/(m~2·d),且各站点利用扩散模型法测得磷的交换通量均小于实验培养法的计算结果.此外,上覆水溶解氧浓度及水体温度对可溶性总磷和可溶性磷酸盐的交换过程均具有一定的影响,表现为温度越高,溶解氧浓度越小,可溶性总磷和可溶性磷酸盐的交换越强烈.  相似文献

利用分级提取法对鄱阳湖沉积物进行了磷形态的分级提取和测定,系统研究了沉积物中磷的赋存形态及分布特征.结果表明,鄱阳湖表层沉积物中磷的赋存形态主要包括铁磷(Fe-P)、钙磷(Ca-P)、铝磷(Al-P)、可溶性磷(DP)等无机磷(IP)及有机磷(OP),各形态磷的空间分布基本具有从河口地区监测点向湖区监测点方向升高的趋势,垂向分布上总磷及各形态磷含量随深度增加而降低.表层沉积物(0-2cm)中总磷含量为578.36-813.55mg/kg,主要由无机磷组成,无机磷中以Fe-P含量最高,最大值达350.24mg/kg,占总磷的40%以上,Ca-P、Al-P含量相当,约占总磷含量的20%左右,而以DP的含量最低,含量在5%以下.有机磷含量约占总磷含量的15%左右.另外,沉积物中TP含量与Fe-P、Al-P、Ca-P及OP均具有较好的相关性,且OP含量与Fe-P、Al-P也具有较好的正相关关系,而与Ca-P的相关性较弱.  相似文献

Influence of wave on sediment resuspension and nutrients release from sediments, collected from Lake Taihu and Lake Chaohu, was studied in flume experiments. Under strong-wave conditions, concentrations of suspended solids (SS), total phosphorus (TP) and dissolved total phosphorus (DTP) in overlying water were increased significantly following the sediments re-suspension. During the experiments on sediments of Lake Taihu and Lake Chaohu, TP concentrations increased 6 times and 3 times, and DTP concentration increased 100% and 70% more than it in presuspension, respectively. Concentration of soluble reactive phosphorus (SRP) of experiment on sediment of Lake Taihu increased 25%. During the massive sediment suspension, the dissolved phosphorus in pore water and much of the phosphorus adsorbed by the sediment particles were released into overlying water. The phenomena in this wave flume experiment are quite similar to the situation observed in situ of Lake Taihu. The critical wave stresses of sediment re-suspension are nearly equal. The change of concentrations of SS, TP, and SRP was the same as that in situ situation. This study showed that concentrations of TP and SRP in lake water could be increased significantly by wave disturbance. Phosphorus release was significantly enhanced by wave disturbance at the beginning of massive sediment re-suspension, but decreased later.  相似文献

为探究太湖梅梁湾水体及沉积物中微囊藻毒素(MC-LR、MC-RR、MC-YR)含量的垂向分布特征,于2018年5月采集梅梁湾6个点位表层水、上覆水、混合水、间隙水以及柱状沉积物样品,并采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法分析样品中微囊藻毒素的含量.分析结果表明:水体中(表层水、上覆水、混合水以及间隙水)MC-LR、MC-RR、MC-YR的浓度范围分别为11.80~1297.14、2.50~818.40、1.80~176.00 ng/L,表层水、上覆水以及混合水中MC-LR的浓度高于MC-RR和MC-YR,MC-RR和MC-YR之间差别较小,而间隙水中MCs三种异构体浓度大小顺序为:MC-LR > MC-RR > MC-YR;垂向分布上,间隙水中MCs异构体(MC-LR、MC-RR、MC-YR)浓度均远高于表层水、上覆水以及混合水,表层水MCs异构体浓度略高于上覆水,混合水MCs异构体浓度介于表层水和上覆水之间.对沉积物的研究发现,1~10 cm表层沉积物中MC-LR、MC-RR、MC-YR含量范围分别为0.60~26.95、0~0.90、0~8.10 ng/g,且1~10 cm层中MCs三种异构体平均含量大小顺序为:MC-LR > MC-YR > MC-RR,其中MC-LR、MC-RR、MC-YR的检出率分别为100%、70%、92%;垂向分布上,MC-RR含量较低且变化不大,而MC-YR和MC-LR含量均随沉积物深度的增加先升高后降低.相关性分析结果表明,表层水和混合水中MCs与总磷浓度呈显著正相关,而与总氮浓度无显著相关性;上覆水、间隙水以及沉积物中MCs与总氮、总磷浓度均呈显著正相关.  相似文献

Forms of phosphorus in sediments from 25 lakes in the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River were analyzed by the sequential extraction procedure. Contents and spatial distrubution of algal available phosphorus (AAP) in sediments of Lake Taihu, the third largest freshwater lake of China, were also studied. Relationships between phosphorus forms in sediment and macrophytes coverage in sample sites, as well as phosphorus forms in sediments and chlorophyal contents in lake water were discussed. Exchangeable form of phosphorus (Ex-P) in surface sediments was significantly positive correlative to total phosphorus (IP), dissolved total phosphorus (DTP) and soluble reactive phosphorus (SRP) contents in the lake water. Bioavailable phosphorus (Bio-P) contents in sediments from macrophytes dominant sites were significantly lower than that in no macrophyte sites. In Lake Taihu, Ex-P content in top 3 cm sediment was highest. However, content of ferric fraction phosphorus (Fe-P) was highest in 4 - 10 cm. Bioavalilble phosphorus (Bio-P) contents in surface sediments positively correlated to Chlorophyll a contents in water of Lake Taihu with significant difference. Therefore, contents of Bio-P and AAP could be acted as the indicators of risks of internal release of phosphorus in the shallow lakes. It was estimated that there were 268.6 ton AAP in top 1 cm sediments in Lake Taihu. Sediment suspension caused by strong wind-induced wave disturbance could carry plenty of AAP into water in large shallow lakes like Lake Taihu.  相似文献

波浪水槽中研究了小波掀沙(波高8.77cm,波周期0.8s)和大波掀沙(波高12.31cm和13.29cm,波周期1.0s)对太湖沉积物悬浮及N、P营养盐释放的作用规律.结果显示:小波掀沙时,底泥并未发生大量悬浮,SS浓度最高时仅13.6mg/L;大波掀沙时,底泥大规模悬浮,SS浓度最高达达245.2mg/L水体悬浮物、营养盐浓度变化滞后波高变化1h以上.当波高改变1h后,水体悬浮物、N、P营养盐浓度才改变到相应的平衡浓度.除总磷浓度显著提高外,小波掀沙对水体N、P浓度的影响很小,大波掀沙则显著提高了水体总氮、总溶解氮、总磷、总溶解磷、氨氮(NH4 -N)、溶解性活性磷(SRP),其中NH4 -N、SRP最大增幅达30%和20%.小波和大波掀沙过程中,水体溶解氧浓度均持续增加,掀沙2h后增高2mg/L,溶解性有机碳持续下降,2h后下降33%-51%.试验结果表明,掀沙过程中水体充氧及颗粒物的絮凝、吸附作用可能是限制NH4 -N、SRP浓度增高的重要因素之一.  相似文献

于2015年2月26-27日在香溪河库湾高岚河段拟多甲藻(Peridiniopsis)水华发生地昼夜监测其在水体中的垂直迁移,分别在6个时间段(8:00、12:00、16:00、20:00、0:00、4:00)分层取样分析拟多甲藻在水中的叶绿素a浓度、细胞密度、碳酸酐酶(CA)与碱性磷酸酶(AP)活性;分析总磷(TP)、溶解性总磷(DTP)、溶解性反应磷(SRP)与溶解性有机磷(DOP)浓度在水中的垂直分布.结果显示,水华发生期拟多甲藻为绝对优势种,监测的6个时段中,拟多甲藻呈显著的昼夜垂直迁移规律,正午12:00,表层细胞密度最大,可达5.2×10~6cells/L,凌晨0:00表层细胞密度最低,仅为0.4×10~6cells/L;TP与DTP浓度无垂直分布规律,但SRP与DOP浓度呈现显著的垂直分布规律,SRP浓度随水深增加而减小,DOP浓度随水深增加而增加;CA活性日间高于夜间,日间CA活性呈垂直分布规律,随水深增加而减小,但夜间无垂直分布规律;AP活性在水中昼夜呈极其显著的垂直分布规律,随着水深增加逐渐增加.相关性分析结果表明,拟多甲藻细胞密度与水深、DOP浓度呈极显著负相关,水深与CA和AP活性分别呈极其显著负相关与正相关,拟多甲藻细胞密度与CA和AP浓度分别呈极其显著正相关与负相关.因此,拟多甲藻的垂直迁移行为可能是对日间迁移至表层获取光能和无机碳来源、夜间迁移至水下获取磷源的一种适应.  相似文献
