世界应力图2000版( WSM2000)介绍及使用说明   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
全球地壳应力状态对于地学及相关领域科学研究意义重大,因此测量全球地壳应力并绘制全球地壳应力图一直受到国际地学界广泛关注.1986年开始实施的世界应力图计划(WSMP:World Stress Map Project,以下简称WSM)经各国专家多年合作和努力工作,现已出版了最新WSM2000版本应力数据库.该数据库在WSMl997版基础上新增收录了4216个观测数据,使其总共包含了全球10920个可靠应力测量数据,并绘制了全球应力图和部分地区的局部应力图,为地质地球物理研究提供了准确详细的应力数据.本文结合WSM官方网站的资料从数据库结构、数据来源、数据质量、数据摘要描述等方面介绍WSM2000数据库,以使国内研究迅速利用此宝贵的数据资源.  相似文献

本研究基于地震危险性分析中地震重复原则和构造外推原则,以及一段时期内活动断裂上发生地震机制是相似或相近的假设,利用中国已发生的震级为MS5.0以上的地震震源机制解,将其中的一个节面视为实际地质断层参数和静态应力触发计算中的接收断层面,计算了2015年4月25日尼泊尔MS8.1地震对中国大陆地区的静态应力触发情况.研究结果表明:2015年4月25日尼泊尔MS8.1地震,触发了其后续的2次强余震的发生;本次地震对中国大陆产生的应力变化量值很小,其产生的应力加载主要集中在其邻近的西藏和新疆地区的部分断层上,而其余地区的断层则主要受到了应力卸载作用.  相似文献

中国大陆与各活动地块、南北地震带实测应力特征分析   总被引:16,自引:3,他引:13  
本文以"中国大陆地壳应力环境基础数据库"为基础,补充了迄今为止查阅到的中国大陆水压致裂法与应力解除法的实测地应力数据,在1474个测点上得到3586条数据,研究区经度范围75°E-130°E,纬度范围18°N-47°N,深度范围0~4000 m,基本覆盖了中国大陆的各活动地块与南北地震带各段等研究区.本文采用等深度段分组归纳的方法解决了实测地应力数据样本数量沿深度分布的不均匀问题,给出了中国大陆与各研究区地壳浅层测量深度范围内应力量值、方位特征.结果显示:(1)中国大陆地壳浅层最大水平应力、最小水平应力、垂直应力随深度呈线性增加;(2)中国大陆地区侧压系数随深度的变化特征为:浅部离散,随着深度增加而集中,并趋向0.68,D=465 m是水平作用为主导向垂直作用为主导的转换深度,Kav=1;(3)中国大陆水平差应力在地表为3 MPa左右,随深度增加以5.8 MPa/km的梯度增大;(4)在测量深度范围内,中国大陆各研究区最大水平应力中间值(深度为2000 m时的统计回归值)从大到小的顺序是:青藏地块63.6 MPa、南北带北段57.3 MPa、华南地块51.4 MPa、华北地块50.5 MPa、南北带中段47.9 MPa、西域地块47.5 MPa、南北带南段45.4 MPa、东北地块44.8 MPa,总体表现为"西强东弱"的基本特征,反映了印度板块与欧亚板块的强烈碰撞是中国大陆构造应力场强度总体特征的主要来源;(5)与其他研究区相比较,青藏地块地壳在从南向北的挤压作用下呈现出明显的"浅弱深强"特点;(6)最大水平应力方向的总体特征,基本以青藏高原为中心,呈辐射状展布,由西向东,从近N-S方向逐步顺时针旋转至NNE-SSW、NE-SW、NEE-SWW、NW-SE方向,与深部的震源机制解研究结果有一致性.  相似文献

以“中国大陆地壳应力环境基础数据库”资料为基础,总结了中国大陆及邻区现代构造应力场的基本特征,提出了划分构造应力分区的原则,将中国大陆及邻区现代构造应力场划为四级应力区. 指出一级构造应力区主要受板块边界的几何特征和作用在边界上的力所控制,应力作用在大范围和长时间内保持均匀和稳定;二级构造应力区受控于区域块体间的相互作用,在较大区域范围内应力作用具有较强的相关性;三级构造应力区受控于区域内部块体间的相互作用,在一定区域范围内应力结构具有相似性;四级构造应力区受控于块体和断裂相互作用的影响,其应力性状(方向、强度、结构等)一致性较好. 论文还初步分析了控制中国大陆及邻区现代构造应力场分布的动力学环境.  相似文献

根据中国大陆活动地块构造、全新世活动断裂、分辨率为1°×1°的中国大陆地壳波速结构等,建立了中国大陆构造应力应变场的二维有限元模型。利用GPS实测资料,导出现今中国大陆构造应力场年平均变化的有限元模型位移速率边界条件,进而通过数值模拟研究了中国大陆现今构造应力应变场的年变化图像的基本特征。研究结果表明:(1)中国大陆现今构造变形的总体特征受控于与周边板块的相互作用,其中印度板块起着主要控制作用。中国大陆西部具有向NNE方向的位移速率,其值在碰撞边界最大,由南至北、由西到东,向北的位移分量逐步减小而向东的位移分量逐步增大;东部地区存在着整体的向东运动,且具有一定的向南运动分量。(2)中国大陆现今地壳应力场近年来处于增强的进程中,且呈现了以青藏高原为中心向东辐射的基本形态。总体特征与中国大陆背景应力场相似,表明了中国大陆现今构造运动的继承性。(3)最大主应变具有明显的西高东低特征,西部构造活动强烈,而东部相对较弱。活动断裂带均为最大主应变的高值区,而它们所围限的活动地块内部的应变相对较小。(4)川滇地区的应力应变场具有特殊性,并非由单纯的板块边界碰撞所控制,周围活动地块的运动、下地壳或上地幔的物质流动以及特殊的边界构造形态(如喜马拉雅东构造结)的作用,均可能成为其区域构造应力应变场的控制因素。  相似文献

Based on 141 data of in-situ stress orientations data of breakouts, stress reliefs and hydraulic fracture tests, and some data of stress magnitudes from oil-well hydrofracturing operations, this paper discusses in-situ stress regime and the tectonic stress provinces in the China’s Sea and adjacent areas. Furthermore, the origin of tectonic stress field is expounded. The research results show that the tectonic stress in China’s Sea region can be divided into some stress provinces which are the extension of the Northern China and Southern China stress provinces toward the eastern sea area. The tectonic stress field in the Bohai and Huanghai and their neighbouring regions is controlled by a ENE-WSW compression, where the faulting types are mainly strike-slip. However, the stress in the East and South China’s sea region and the Taiwan Straits is dominated by the WNW-NW-NNW compressions, that is to say that the orientations of the maximum horizontal stress spread radially from the central mainland toward southeastern sea areas. The principal stress directions become more and more steady and uniform as depth increases. In the North China and nearby areas, the types of faulting are primarily strike-slip. In Southern China and adjacent sea areas, there is a transition layer at 1,700M depth, the faultings principally show reverse faults above that depth and strike-slip below it. Furthermore the origin of the tectonic stress field in this region may primarily come from the composite action of the Pacific, the Philippine sea and the India-Australian plates. The purpose of this study is to make an estimate of the stress field in the Australian continent from composite fault plane solutions of the strongest events in the area. 21 seismic events with magnitude greater than 5.0 have been chosen from a database of 400 Australian earthquakes since 1902 for performing composite fault plane solutions. The choice is based on the availability of data for first P-wave arrivals. Using data from ISC bulletins we have calculated composite fault plane solutions for six major earthquake zones in the country. An individual fault plane solution for at least one event in each zone has been computed, too. The space distribution of the focal mechanisms confirms a dominant east-west compression stress in the continent, with different tilt in different areas. The main compression axes in the Tennant Creek area (Northern Australia) are with clear north-south direction. The general direction of the plate motion is north-northeast.  相似文献

In recent years, there have been few researches and analysis published on the seismic activity and stress state in Shandong segment of Tanlu fault zone using digital seismological methods such as seismic apparent stress, focal mechanism solution and so on. In this paper, source parameters such as focal mechanism solutions and apparent stress are calculated using the waveform data of ML≥1 moderate-small earthquakes in Shandong segment of Tanlu fault zone recorded by Shandong digital seismic network since 2007. According to focal mechanism solutions, a statistical analysis is done on the focal dislocation types in the study area using triangle graphical method, and the results show that the faulting in this area is mainly of strike-slip mechanism, and there are less thrust and normal mechanism. Calculation with the mean stress tensor method illustrates that the direction of mean principle stress of Shandong segment of Tanlu fault zone is NEE-SWW, which is the result of the combined effect of the subduction of West Pacific plate and the extrusion of Indian plate to Eurasian plate; the small dip angle indicates that the mode of action of stress is nearly horizontal, and the direction of principal stress axis is nearly perpendicular to the Tanlu fault zone. Under the action of such compressive stress field, dislocation is not likely to occur and the stress accumulation is enhanced on both sides of the fault. The apparent stress is calculated using the source spectral parameters method. Apparent stress has positive correlation with the magnitude and increases with the increased magnitude. So we get apparent stress difference by subtracting the empirical fitting value from the apparent stress. By removing the impact of magnitude, and according to the temporal-spatial evolution image of apparent stress difference, we found that the apparent stress in Shandong segment of Tanlu fault zone generally has a trend of decrease starting from the Wenchuan earthquake in 2008, and the spatial distribution of apparent stress in the region is very uneven. Combined with the spatial distribution of b values, the result shows that high stress is mainly located in Anqiu segment and Tancheng-Juxian segment, especially in Anqiu segment where small magnitude earthquakes appeared accompanying with the high stress. Low b-value means high stress and low frequency means low stress release, which indicates that Anqiu segment might accumulate higher stress and is at the fault locking stage. The research will provide new data for better understanding the present active feature and stress state of the Shandong segment of the Tanlu fault zone.  相似文献

Moment Tensors (MTs) provide important information for seismotectonic, stress distribution and source studies. It is also important as a real time or near real time information in shakemaps, tsunami warning, and stress transfer. Therefore a reliable and rapid MT computation is a routine task for modern seismic networks with broadband sensors and real-time digital telemetry. In this paper we present the database of Moment Tensor solutions computed during the last ten years in Western Greece by the University of Patras, Seismological Laboratory (UPSL). The data from UPSL broad band network were used together with the ISOLA Moment Tensor inversion package for routine MT calculation. The procedures followed and the comparison of UPSL derived solutions with the ones provided by other agencies for Western Greece region are presented as well. The Moment Tensor database includes solutions for events in the magnitude range 2.8–6.8 and provides a unique insight into the faulting characteristics of Western Greece. Moreover it paves the way for detailed studies of stress tensor and stress transfer. The weak events' Moment Tensor included in UPSL's database are important for the comprehension of local seismotectonics and reveal the role of minor faults, which may be critical in seismic hazard estimation.  相似文献

根据近20年山西地区的震源机制结果,得出了山西地壳应力场存在着有别于华北应力场的局部小区域应力场,这种小区域应力场在中部断陷盆地都是以北西—北北西向的水平拉张作用为主,而在东、西两侧隆起区则是以水平挤压作用为主的结论.但如果把上述断层面解中的所有P轴、T轴再分别投影到吴尔夫网上,得到是一个一致性很好的断层面解,由此推断山西地区的平均应力场的主要特征与华北应力场的基本特征完全相同,而山西局部小区域应力场的特征随之消失.  相似文献

本文对滇西北下关地区的地震地质条件和水压致裂应力测量进行了对比分析。认为二者是矛盾的,其原因可能是最小水平主应力的测值偏大。本文依据测量数据和弹性力学理论对测量结果进行了分析,发现该区浅部,垂向主应力是最小主应力,但其随深度增大而增加的速度大于最小水平主应力,400米以下深度,垂向主应力转变为中间主应力。最小水平主应力的实际值可以写为0.85+0.0227H(Mpα),这里H是深度,单位是米。该分析表明,目前水压致裂测得的最小水平主应力的误差要比预料的大。  相似文献
